The place looked cool but I didn't stay, I took my food to go. I had never had Quebec poutin before and it sure did not disappoint. I went the extra mile and got the confit duck on top and it was amazing. Even though I took my food to go when I got back to my hotel room the fries were still crispy!
First time I order instead of eating in the restaurant. I took the same burger I usually have and this was definitely the worst ive ever had. Only had about half a patty, almost no cheese and barely any sauce. Would not recommend ordering. It looks like they don't care about the customers that are not in the restaurant.
Great burger joint period. Has pretty much something for everyone, service was really good, not too clingy but not absent either. Spoke English for me and treated me with respect unlike some other places in the region. There were lots of work colleagues who look like they frequent there often so you know it's good.
Came here from out of town. Ordered the vege burger that is made of lentils and mushrooms , with the gluten free bun. And I feel like the burger would have been good if the bun was properly cooked but it was half still frozen and pretty nasty. The fries were ok. The service could have been better .
Chez Victor is an amazing place to find original and delicious tasting burgers. Their vegetarian and vegan selections are far superior to many restaurants and I highly recommend everybody try the entire menu. In-house service has always been friendly and fast, the food always tasting the best. I must discourage anyone wanting to order from this restaurant using UberEats given their lack of timely drivers in the area. Delivery through these services reduces the quality of the food immensely.

Food was great. The waiter was extremely kind and accommodating. It was a bit understaffed so the service was slow as the waiter was being pulled in 12 different directions at once. The ambience leaves something to be desired bit that isn't the fault of the place, just the area of town (basically a ton of hotels and newer construction).
Duck club sandwich was quite good. Service was ok but not outstanding. Selection of beer was adequate but clearly geared towards local tastes. The aged beef burger was a disappointment, perhaps too much of a good thing. The aged cheddar did not improve the taste.

High price for a burger, but good quality. Service for not in a hurry at lunchtime but friendly. Correct atmosphere. Group of 11 with reservation, small order error but ok no one died of hunger well compensated by small party cake. Recommended but give the restaurant owner a chance to provide the necessary service. Well done, great company.

We ordered a meal from Ubereats. We received the wrong order (in someone elses name), the delivery man told us to make arrangements with the restaurant. The restaurant had no openings, they told us to make arrangements with the delivery man. We were even ready to pick up the right order on site. I understand that Uber is responsible, but the restaurant also has some responsibility. The person on the phone told us that s how it was and that s it.
I expected more from the food taste, but it may be only what we all ordered. Otherwise, the place is nice for a burger joint. Relaxed but cozy atmosphere with a beautiful bar. Our expectations for the taste of the food were not met, but perhaps it was our choices that were not the best.

Me and my partner went to this restaurant for the first time to try the burgers. I ate the one called the beast and my partner ate the captain vic with Caesar salad and EVERYTHING was good! I tried the banana tart and WOW Are we going back? Of course !
We visited this place 4 times in total. I want to say that the food has always been good. On the other hand, during each of our visits there was a downside in terms of service. Either we wait in the entrance for around ten minutes during non-peak periods (all the employees are at the back of the restaurant talking, we had to go over and wave). Otherwise, we are assigned a table only to have us change places because the waitress does not want to be at the back of the restaurant so the waiter who takes care of us must, I deduce, take the bottom section so send us there. Finally, once the meal was finished we had to wait a very long time before being able to make our payment, since the employees were all behind the bar chatting. Its not that they arent friendly, its just averagely professional at this location for our experiences. I repeat, the food is very good!

The hamburgers are always good at Chez Victor. I tried the smash burgers with an extra smash (2 more burgers). Being a good eater, I had difficulty finishing my plate. The server was great and our experience was very pleasant.

We went on a Friday evening, it was full and the waitress was not supplying. It took over an hour to be served. The table next to us who had ordered at the same time finished their meal before we received ours, following a reminder from the waitress. The milk we ordered was never served. I used to really like this restaurant, but I doubt Ill go back...

My work colleague had a hamburger bun with very visible mold. It made me taste like crap...Its been corrected, but you have to pay attention to the freshness of the ingredients!!! I can tell you that I will not go back there.
Nice lounge place!! Always nice to go with friends. Varied choice of burgers and all very delicious, even the vegetarian ones. However, disappointed since its no longer the matchstick fries that I loved so much. There was a difference compared to other restaurants in the same style.
When we received the order the Styrofoam box was melted as if it had been left for a very long time under the stove the meal was frozen, on delivery you expect it to be lukewarm, but there are limits

When we arrive at the parking lot we wonder where we are going... Yet when you enter this restaurant... Then wow! Its beautiful new and modern with an available and friendly team! Delicious dishes with good value for money! We even have several choices to try vegan food! I tried it and it was delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant!
Good service, nice place. However, I received a portion suitable for a child for my gnocchi poutine. It would be important to specify this on the menu, as I had to have two meals.
