Kennedy and wren gave me a great service. Very kind and friendly. The pizza was amazing and great service overall.

Must be the best yes very best place to see a Mother/Son acoustic team that can put almost anyone in their place who says that they are Professional Musicians? Way to Go Guys Mana dont fret Will go down as one of the most unique duos that has came from Ontario in a very long time.

Found this little treasure on our travels and we had a great meal. Staff are friendly and accommodating to my dietary needs. My husband enjoyed a pint and a pizza and I had a great glass of wine. The winery was only 15min away so we tripped on down there to grab a few bottles. We will be back!

If youre looking for great beer, give this brewery a try. Im a sucker for red ales. They brew the best red ale Ive ever had.

My favorite place in St Thomas. The food is great, the beer is fantastic, the staff is amazing, and the entertainment is top notch. Im just disappointed that they no longer fill growlers

Ordered online from downtown Toronto and was so impressed with the beer (their Black Coal Stout is outstanding if youre into a strong winter beer) and their customer service. Im relatively new to Toronto and admittedly have no idea where St. Thomas, ON is or how to get there - but I know the next time Im driving nearby Im stopping in for a pint, a thank you to the awesome team, and some cans to go!

Just at the Alan Cross show and it was great!! Awesome night out for some good, cold beers, great nachos, cool stories, as told by a celebrity, and good company with an old friend!! Cant wait to visit the brewery again for another night of entertainment!

Sydney is amazing!! Can t wait to come back next week.

No real food, they used to have a pool table.. they removed the table The pool table was honestly the best thing they had going for them, it was the best quality table in town and the sticks were great .... They dont have wings here, so if were going for just beer, we will noe go elsewhere.. Poor choice to pull the table, very bad move.

Went with coworkers for a drink and pizza, absolutely loved it. I asked them if they could do a couple of slices with veggies only no cheese, they said no problem. Will be returning soon.

Have been here many times but the last time was very disappointing. Bartender obviously did not want to be there, wouldnt make eye contact or even acknowledge my presence. Took about 4 minutes to get a beer and a couple drinks. Went up again to get a menu same thing. I understand you are busy, but if you arent going to acknowledge customers maybe the service industry isnt for you .

Great beer, outstanding customer service. I ordered a toque yesterday afternoon from them, got a call an hour later that in the day saying they didn t have the colour I wanted so they offered to give me two other toques instead. Absolutely fine by me, they also offered to deliver them to my door that same night! Again, outstanding customer service!

Beer is great, but soooooo disappointed with the service. Waitress was not interested in providing decent service. Had to flag her down after our beer was 3/4 gone to order some food. Place was not even busy and the service was bad. I wanted to buy 6 from the cooler before we left but I was told she could not sell me because it was too late (9:50). She did not mention last round obviously more interested in finishing her shift than doing her job. Been here many times but I will not return. November 25th

My first visit, and I was there to buy beer in which the proceeds go towards support of Ukraine. I ended up buying a full 24 of various beers all because the employee was so helpful with me. We look forward to eventually trying them all and coming back for more. Thank you

Anytime I have someone visiting from out of town this is my favourite place to take them to! Plus the beer is fantastic, Ive tried most of them and always get excited for the new ones!

Beer was good, pretzel bites were mostly good with a few surprise rock hard ones. Wish they had some cheese sauce to go with them.

We found this place on our Craft Beer Passport app. We tried the Flamethrower and the Blue Raspberry Creamsicle. Loved both of them. A great place to get craft beer to drink on-site and/or buy some to take home.

We visited Railway City Brewing yesterday for a pint and and a snack. When we walked in we were given menus and it was seat yourself. The place was pretty empty so we didn t know if we d be getting a server or if it was self serve at the bar, every brewery is different in this regard! We approached the bar to ask some questions and looked as though we were bothering the woman behind the bar, she seemed annoyed that we approached .. I asked if I could try a sample since since I wasn t sure based on the name of the beer only if it s what I was looking for, she looked at me like I had three heads and said sure but I d have to pay for it . I have been to alot of breweries and restaurants and have never been refused a sample in my life. I m not asking for a freebie, just a few drops so I will know if it s what I m looking for before I order a full glass. Even if there were descriptions of each beer on the menu that would have been helpful .. sure enough I was not thrilled with my beer .. I ordered a milkshake IPA and it was not like most other milkshake IPAs in consistency, also didn t have alot of flavor. But whatever, we were on their patio to enjoy the day so my husband tried to order some nachos . We were informed the kitchen was closed! Poor guy was starving as we came after he finished work. It was a holiday Monday so I can understand if they wanted to close the kitchen, but why did no one tell us when we came in and before we ordered? We wouldn t have stayed because he wanted food. He did not really enjoy his beer either so he downed it and we left, I didn t even want to finish mine as it s not what I was looking for. Anyways terrible experience here! Have not had bad customer service like this anywhere in a very long time!

Visited this past Saturday as part of a Wine and Beer mini tour. Beer was great but the service was terrible, our waitress was very unfriendly and made us feel like we were a constant bother. 4 stars for the great beer selection only

Not overly high of the strawberry rhubarb beer that we first tried but the rest of evening was fantastic.

Took friends and family here, we liked it, although the hwy3 diversion is a little confusing.

Service was outstanding, pizza is excellent, beer is fantastic!

Located around the industrial park of St. Thomas railway city brewing craft fantastic beers. Many varieties such as the Express Session Lager Dead Elephant IPA or Black Coal Stout as well as seasonal beers and many more. The tap room offers some pizzas and nachos and pretzel bites to ease those savory cravings. There are also events like live music and drag shows and much more. So weather you visiting Elgin County or your a local there is plenty of reasons to vist Railway City Brewing!

Very good! Not a very beer person but they have some options that are pretty good. Favourite is the Juice caboose and orange creamsic ale. Wish they had more options for snacks but otherwise everything was great!

A Great BIG shout out to the crew at Railway City Brewing. Their help and guidance for our daughters covid bridal party was above and beyond. They provided us with the information so we could host a Railway City Brewing tasting afternoon. We served flights of tasty treats. And these girls loved the craft brew. The favorite was the Orange CreamSic Ale, followed closely by PLAYA Cerveza and Train Reaction. The Flame Thrower was a bit too spicy for a couple of the girls but they were happy to put that fire out with Witty Traveler. Overall a HUGE success. Cannot begin to thank you all enough!! CHEERS.

The patio here is stellar, lots of space inside for when that opens up. Great beer selection and service. We had the pepperoni pizza. Great snack for two or a meal for one. Light and tasty. Pick up a nice light hoodie when you are here. Very reasonable pricing on merch.

Picked up a Christmas 3 pack + Glass at my local LCBO. I have only tried the Twice Checked Chocolate Cherry Porter thus far, but if the other 2 are this good, you have a new customer. Great product and love supporting Ontario Craft Brewers! You get a 1 star review however, because I have sent you 3 emails sals inquiries between Dec and January without a reply to date. Check your email and reply to your customers!!!!

Love their beer, make the 2 hour drive occasionally to get beers not supplied at the LCBO. Decided to stay for a drink with a friend this time for a change...dont know if Id the service was exactly bad but the lady that served us definitely annoyed the hell out of us. Continuously asked if we wanted another drink despite telling her repeatedly no thanks and we were deep in conversation. Then she pushed a snack menu on us, came back and stared at us till we looked up. It wasnt busy at all yet we very much felt like she was giving us the message to buy more or leave. I was very tempted to pull out my receipt and show her that Id already spent $100 there on beer that was in my trunk. We elected to pay our tab and leave. I will be back to buy more beer but I definitely wont be sitting down for a drink next time.

What Started out as a good night, didn t change it was still good because we weren t gonna let the moron bartender change it. We walked into an empty bar and tried to pull two tables together to accommodate 6 people. The d bag bar tender leapt out from behind the bar and accosted us. Told us we had to sit in the back if we wanted to sit together.

This is the best craft brewery, and Paul is a super host. He gave us a wonderful tour, and really opened our eyes on how craft beer is made, and the process it has to go through. My frustration is why cant I buy this beer out West?

Great value for the tour. Its short but informative. Unfortunately the was a band playing when we were doing the tour and it made it hard to understand what the guide was saying. The beer sampling was excellent and the swag bag was a great touch. Highly recommended.

The girls behind the bar know what they are talking about!! Great beer, and explained well! I love the jumbo elephant history too!! ... That s not a typo - St. Thomas has a whole history with an elephant and a train I went for beer and left with more beer and a great story!! Cool beans

This is one of my favorite breweries in Ontario. I made the 1.25hr drive just to see the place. I wasnt disappointed. Extremely friendly staff and of course some of the best beers in Canada. May I recommend Juice Caboose!?

Double Dead Elephant is my favorite IPA in all the world. As a self proclaimed IPA expert taster, youll find no better.

Your last canning of iron spike amber was a cloudy syrupy mess. Not sure what happened but I cried while I had to pour it down the drain. Poor quality control and consistency...totally turned me off from your brews.

Love the great wood fired pizza here and my husband loves the beer.

Ive come to like this local brewery which has a couple solid beers and friendly staff.

Was very busy when we attended today. Turns out they had an art show going on and it made the place very busy. They seemed to attract a good crowd and a variety of people. They have a good variety of beers and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Wish it was closer to London as they offer some good evening gathering ideas and events.

I bought a groupon for Railcity and left a raving review specifically for the bartender than gave us the tour. One of the bonuses of doing the tour was getting two free glasses. Upon returning home we realized that the glasses we got were specifically Christmas themed (red and blue with holly and ornaments along with a big old candy cane. A little annoyed they used this opportunity (on March 11th) to unload old Christmas stock but since it was a groupon I wasn t too fussed. I didn t think much of it until after we noticed the glasses, but when we arrived we were also offered to pick a size of blue tshirt off the rack (included in the groupon) until we saw a classy white one with a black logo printed on it. There was a sign beside it about getting a shirt with a tour which mentioned a $5 upgrade. Of course we wanted to upgrade to the cool white and black one for $5 and the guy pulled a size small out from behind the cash. The tour was amazing and we had no complaints when we checked out with our growler, when I reminded him we owed him $5 extra for the shirt. He told me something like oh the white shirt comes with the tour, I just didn t think we had any left. It wasn t until I saw the glasses that I suspect he was trying to get rid of old tshirt merch on top of the glasses. A little disappointed about those actions regardless of being a groupon - the group on got us in and we still bought more stuff on our way out.

I play darts here every Tuesday evening. The staff is fabulous. They go out of their way to help you and answer all of your questions. I have met allot of new friends here. If you are looking for a place to have a few really good beers and be able to talk at the same time without music blaring in your ears stop in for sure. Support your local community.

Some beers are amazing. some ok. but overall good experience

Was there last week. We were greeted by someone so apparently worked there, who was sitting at a table putting labels on bottles. When we said we were here to try a beer, she then went and sat down at the table again, and we had to go and stand at the bar to get service. They have a large chalkboard with their beers listed on it, and sadly, a number of beers were out of stock but were not marked as such (or just removed) from the blackboard. We were not asked at any time if we needed any additional drinks until wed been there for about an hour. We had to keep going to the bar to get more. They also were not busy at this time so the customer service left a lot to be desired. When we did get beer, it was good. The seating and atmosphere was nice - a selection of board games to play was appreciated. Overall, there are plenty of breweries that have better service and selection, so I wouldnt go out of my way to go there again.

This is a fantastic brewery and has something for everyone. My personal favourite it the Black Coal Stout and the Double Dead Elephant.

Ordered a case of their Ducks Unlimited limited edition beers. Have yet to receive them. That was in July I ordered them, it is now nearly NOVEMBER!

We were the DJ/MC for their Halloween party this year and we had a blast! Scott and the rest of the team were so welcoming and made sure we got to try their beer. Let me tell you, it was amazing! Overall a great company and we hope to be back there soon!
