All new staff, cashier was friendly but didnt seem to know how to do her job. They dont ask for MB app. They dont give receipts? The big guy that came out of the kitchen had a huge beard and not beard net?

Chicken was fresh and juicy. I would definitely go again.

Rhonda and her crew are amazing! Ive been eating there since they opened and should have done a review sooner. Fantastic customer service! Rhonda is by far so friendly and kind and always goes the extra mile. She knows me now as a regular customer and makes sure I have everything I need and knows my obsession with honey dill sauce. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. The prices are comparable to all the food out there. My and I love Mary Browns and continue to return because of the food, service and great staff. We had a large feast delivered. Everything was delicious. The only negative comment we would have is the wedges were a little over cooked.

Absolutely unacceptable been here twice at Stthomas On. First time didn t have salad or order they offered noting not even refund of salad cost. No one know S what they re doing here no manager absolutely terrible service. Second visit due to being new in town I thought give it second chance. Well that was a waste of time. Ordered on apple Opulent let me order certain things Said it would be 15 min waited the 15 and went in and they told me they had no chicken ready and asked me to wait again. Unexceptionable. I do not recommend this place of business I believe in two strike rule Mary Browns two strikes your out back to KFC Update as of Dec 20 2022 was sent a gift card do rv our issues. So I will give them another attempt and update. When I have completed. Well been back just after Xmas. Well I was very disappointed like last time. Ordered 13 piece 6 were drumsticks 4 were wings 2 small backs no breast or backs absolutely terrible for he cost. Won tv e back Mary Browns. Oh also no management to talk to either I do not recommend this place. Looks like chicken is out in Stthomas might as well go to real Canadian superstore and buy there ready made chicken. It s actually better than this Mary Browns and KFC

Got a big Mary chicken sandwich today to try it out, after taking my first bite It left an aftertaste of mould in my mouth. The rest went right in the trash. Im pretty sure it was the bun. Pretty disappointing considering the sandwich was $10

Loved the chicken it was so fresh and the Cinnamon Biscuit was delicious and moist. The young man that served me at the drive through was very polite amazing customer service.

Not sure if they make the breading themselves in store or done elsewhere. I got their Chicken pop ins and taters with gravey and biscuit. The biscuit was delicious. But sadly the popins and taters were salty, like too salty.

I ordered the big Mary combo and got taters with it aswell. It was really good. The chicken burger was nice and tender and had a really good crisp. I would definitely recommend them.

Drive Thru Staff was extremely kind

Mason was awesome.. very accommodating..! Mac n cheese wasnt edible as per my 15 year old who ordered it..! The portion size wasnt proportionate to the price.. However when there isnt anything in close proximity.. youre kind of stuck.. Good luck..

Ive had Mary Browns twice in my life..The first time was about a month ago and they forgot multiple items in the order..so is that even trying it?..Second time ordering was tonight and they forgot items again..Not interested in ordering from there again.

Ive frequented several times since their opening. Neither experience was negative and each time service and wait time had incrementally improved.

Best chicken in town

I ordered a chicken sandwich and strips. Not much flavour,but lots of crisp. The wedges are coated, and they are the highlight of the meal and also small is plenty! Clean and friendly place, worth a second try. Wheelchair accessibility: Parking spots up front, and ramp for sidewalk.

Really enjoyed our Big Mary sandwiches. Wedges were awesome. Wish there were a wider variety of sides. Also wish they had coffee/tea on the menu. We arent really soda or bottled water drinkers. Just a thought

For $50 worth of food, wasnt definitely worth it. The tater tots were tasteless and had an old taste to them, as if they were refried or reheated. The chicken lacked flavor. For the price I paid you can definitely eat better at other places.

This is my favourite new chicken place, and fast food restaurant in town. Chicken popins are my favourite and go-to option. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Usually no lineup at the drive thru. After finding this place I have zero interest in going to that other chicken place from Kentucky.

Edited: switched the review from 2 stars to 1 on account that MB replied to my review asking my to email to rectify the issue. I did and they ignored it for 2 months and still have not replied which makes them lose all stars in my opinion. If your word isn t worth anything, well, are you worth anything? I ve ordered from this establishment a few times now. I was very happy with my first order and then each time since, the portion size seems to have got smaller each time. Prices have increased on the poutine and didn t include a pop anymore, ordered anyways and the poutine was even smaller as the container was not filled and just way too much gravy added that made it disgusting and had to be thrown out. Online ordering gives a bunch of error messages and the store can t even accommodate to correcting sizing. On top of that, chicken pop-ins containers aren t even filled (which is crazy based on these prices). Ordered a few things with each order and now I am feeling severely ripped off after today s purchase and won t be back.

First time at Mary Browns, popcorn chicken and waffle fries were delicious, clean store, courteous staff- appreciated being called ladies not guys, clean bathrooms, would definitely go back to the St. Thomas restaurant again

It was very slow, while not busy. The staff were friendly. The food, costly for the amount.

The best chicken around!

I drove from Aylmer to Saint Thomas for Mary browns chicken, and their doors were closed 20 minutes early! I do not recommend at all, if your business is scheduled to be open until 10 PM, you should be open till 10 PM they had the doors closed at 9:40PM

The quality of this food has declined drastically. Had a Big Mary this visit and there was more batter than chicken and the quality of the cut of chicken was poor. At least the fries were hot this time but they forgot my small salad that cost $2.99 !!!!

They are really slow at the store everytime I go through the drive-thru there is at least a 15-2 half-hour wait on chicken and also the individual that take the order are really rude through the drive-thru but the lady at the window is very nice that makes up for some of the rude behavior

I have been there twice this summer and both times at the drive thru...I had to different customer service people.and they were both fabulous! Great personalities and service I was impressed

Ordered the limited time Batters Box. Everything was great! Gravy was tasty, fries were crispy and had a nice coating on them. Chicken was cooked to perfection. Biscuits were nice, especially with some fried chicken in-between and some gravy. I got it delivered from Skip using a coupon. Batters box is worth trying.

Terrible place chicken is not good

Edit: Our first couple of times here were great and they have been getting worse every time we go. We have now decided to not go back and we have heard the same from others as well. Too bad, I always liked their chicken. We have eaten here twice, both takeout. We got the festive deal and were pleasantly surprised! Its much better than KFC and better than Popeyes. The chicken was sooooo moist! I think they pressure cook instead of deep fry but dont hold me to that. The wedges were good, the gravy was good, the biscuits were excellent and that was some of the best coleslaw Ive had in a long time!!

The only reason I am giving this restaurant a 5 stars is because ROSHIN was extremely thorough in taking my custom order. Most of the times they agree to make the order, but 9/10 times it s ignored. I knew when he took his time and confirmed it twice that I was going to get my order right. I really appreciate that because it makes it more appetizing!! I really hope to get him on future orders!! He is also very nice. I see big things happening for him in the future

Grand Opening week for restaurants in St Thomas. Monday I was pleasantly surprised by Halibut House and Tuesday my wife and I enjoyed Our visit to Mary Brown s. I liked their honey spicy chicken and pickle chips.

I love this place, I was so sick of driving to London when now I can just drive 5 minutes to get it! Their Big Marys are the best tho.

Staff was very impolite and standoffish. The cashier especially was very rude, & other customers agreed. Definitely won t be returning.

I got Mary browns on opening week and it was delicious! Considering how busy they were with drive thru and inside they did really well. There is very little grease and I love how the chicken is blessed as well. I m just really proud on how well they have been doing. I m glad that we have a nice clean chicken place for once! I know there is gonna be a lot of complainers but I think people should reconsider the bad reviews. If you think Mary browns customer service is bad you should go to KFC.

Went in at 755 to dine in they close at 10. On the way in there were several staff standing around and a lot of customers. Customer said they aren t taking more orders they ran out of chicken. No staff helped us at all. Very bad customer service

When I worked in London I would enjoy this chicken as the best take out chicken you could get. Now a new store has opened in St Thomas and I stopped bye to get a take out menu. At home I sat down to go over the menu. Thank God I was sitting! The prices are Outrageous and you have lost a future customer.

Found a tiny piece of hair in my food the person who took my order was really nice but one of the people there who took another person order was such an a****** its too expensive the weight is way too long it took like an hour to get my food it took 20 minutes to wait to order it was good chicken theyre way too short staffed I could literally go on and on all freaking day

Oct 3rd - Dining room was closed due to staffing. Ordered 6 Big Marys and 2 orders of wedges. All 6 big marys were incorrect. They had 2 chicken strips on each one instead of the normal 1 piece chicken breast. Hardly any mayo.

Typical for St Thomas. New restaurant, poor service, terrible pricing and rude staff. Place will be out of business before they make their first mortgage payment. Losers!

My spouse and I got two meals which came to $40 (which seems outrageous) and they even got the meals wrong. The staff members were arguing at the window. Will definitely not be going back.

A very welcome addition to local choices. The original Mary sandwich with poutine taters is a personal favorite. Parking: Parking here can be a challenge. Marys neighbors are busy, too.

Was just there got the big Mary s chicken sandwich that cost 5$ I m not going to lie WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT. We had to go home and add mayo it was dry the bun was on the stale side never again .

Over cooked chicken, breading hard, cold overcooked potatoes, hard to believe the commercials about the special fries that turn out this juicy chicken and taters. If you dined in, which they do not offer, it would be sent back.

Chicken tenders were terrible, boyfriend ordered a sandwich and it was dry and tasted old. They got his order wrong two times before bringing us the correct sandwich with the wrong side. We just ignored the 3rd mistake and left. Had high hopes for a new addition to town but was disappointed.

Nobody ahead of me, waited for half an hour in the drive thru for one meal, eventually people started getting backed up. However, when I did get the food it was god tier, but you guys gotta work on the wait in the drive thru, people in the drive thru come through to get their food quickly. At the very least, couldve compensated me with something extra or a coupon.

Great flavour, very moist but a bunch a bones 9 pieces 3 wings, 4 ribs, 1 breast and 1 thigh Over $40 of bones. 9 cut chicken that you use should have 2 wings 2 Ribs 2 thighs 2 legs 1 breast Where s the meat Where s the value Sorry as much as I hate KFC even Popeyes is better value

Expensive and small

Such a terrible experience. Went when they first opened, it was bad but it was new so we gave it another try tonight. Ordered through their website with over an hour until the pick up time. Got there on time and had to wait. There was a worker just standing and walking back and forth doing absolutely nothing. They messed up the order, ran out of the pop requested but didnt say anything, messed up the sauces. Its unfortunate because theres so much potential for this place to be a great establishment if they put any effort in.

One of my favorite places to eat! Cant go wrong with a bucket of Mary Browns Chicken. Great customer service and always great food!

Experience was amazing, food was good, has gotten better since start. This is a good store for how new it is.
