We always choose Golden Dragon when we have a craving for Chinese food, and it never disappoints. Food always ready in 15-20 minutes and ALWAYS hits the spot. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Chinese food option in St. Thomas.
Never been disappointed ordering their great food. I drive in from London just to get their food! Will always come here! I find the customer service good. They are a busy restaurant but they are always polite.
Thursday night called before 7 pm no answer figured they were busy, so drove over get their the lights are all off noone around at all hours were double checked before calling or driving over ended up getting pizza for everyone this isn't the first time this has happend very disappointing as the food is excellent please update your hours
We just moved to St. Thomas thought we’d try their food. The chicken balls were soggy like they were steamed and the sauce was like water. The vegetable lo mein only had onions and a few carrots.Worst Chinese I’ve ever bought
Got burnt onions in rice 1st time. Didn't order for a long time. BUT my last 6 orders have been perfect! Great taste, quick delivery❤️
Their delivery service is super fast BUT they have incredibly inconsistent hours of operation. Most recent (of many) examples -- Google says they're open Monday, but I've called 14 (literally) times and no one answers OR the line is busy OR the call rolls over to their fax line. This has happened many times over the last few years. And, when they close for vacation (days/week) they don't have a recording on VM to let you know they're closed, so you just have to give up calling at some point. SO frustrating.
We have ordered from them several times in the past and no complaint food was great. Today ordered an chicken was slimy, nothing had taste chicken balls were all dough and egg rolls hard as rock absolutely no meat on ribs. Called to complain as seriously disappointed even the kids refused to finish there food. The restaurant asked us to bag up the food not eaten from our garbage can to bring back to store for a reimbursement at which they offered zero because we ate some. Never again
NEVER AGAIN! I cannot believe the horrendous customer service we received. One of the dishes we ordered was sweet and sour chicken balls, however, upon opening the bag we discovered they didn't include the sweet and sour sauce. We called the restaurant and asked them to bring us some but they said they were too busy and would give us a credit next time. I declined and asked again that they send the sauce. They said we would have to wait 45 minutes to an hour for the delivery. I said our food would be cold by then and asked if they could get it out quicker. The person on the phone proceeded to YELL at me about how busy they were and then hung up. They eventually showed up with the sauce but everything was cold by then. There was no apology...nothing. I would have expected a complimentary dish or a discount for next time given the hassle they gave us, not to mention the yelling...who does that??? It was their mistake, we were reasonable and then we got attacked. On top of that, the food was poor quality. The chicken balls had very little meat in them, the "crispy" beef was mushy and the noodles were way too salty. Absolute garbage!

Absolutely the worst Chinese ever, chicken barely resembled chicken and was tasteless as was all the rest of food. Left feeling sick called to complain and was asked to bring back the food not eaten and they refused any refund as some was eaten. The worst customer service ever in my life and the worst food ever!!
I dont think this place is open anymore. Unfortunate because there isnt many options for Chinese food in St Thomas and they no longer answer the phone. It would be nice to get updated hours or told its permanently closed.
Great portion sizes , fresh and tasty , good price

have not answered phone last 2 nights we have want to eat here, called well over 10 times each night and was meet with rings and sometimes a fax machine that disconnects your call. highly disappointed
Never again! 10 minutes shy of 2 hour wait, food was cold, shrimp all batter, not very tasty. The dinner for 5 was honestly the same amount as dinner for 2. (Ive ordered dinner for 2 from here) With the exception of an extra rice!? Too bad I cant upload a photo of what I received, what a joke and I payed $76! My phone call asking where the rest of the food was ended in my hanging up so frustrated with customer service not met being repeatedly asked what do you want from us awful customer service! Lost my support and will not recommend. Save your money.
Food was delicious. Not outrageously salty like some places. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our order was ready in 20min. Would definitely order from here again.
Visiting St Thomas and was craving Chinese. My bf and I ordered some random things of the menu for delivery. It came hot and full of flavour and not too salty! Only took 40 minutes to get to me from time of order. Would absolutely order again when back in town. Highly recommend the lo mein.
Best Chinese takeout in town. They really need to extend their hours, 7:30pm close is far too early for most working people.

Wife has Celiacs disease. When asking about what is gluten free, we were told I dont know why youd want gluten free but its safer not to consume our food then.

New in town and am on a mission to find a go-to Chinese spot. Was so impressed by this place! The service was fast, the food was so hot, and most importantly - it was delicious! They accomodated a special request (I wanted black pepper chicken instead of beef) and it tasted sooooo good. They also have shrimp spring rolls which are a favourite for us and arent offered everywhere so that is a plasant surprise. The shrimp spring rolls were also very tasty. Would definitely come again and again.
Order was quick and hot, but not at all what we expected especially for the price. In particular, lemon chicken was heavily battered chicken bits with a side of watery lemon sauce. Egg rolls were dried out and hardly filled. Will not go there again.

Worst Chinese food I ever had . Lemon chicken must have been 3 days old and refried to a rock hard crust ,Jumbo shrimp breading three times thicker than the shrimp. General Tsoa chicken sauceless and lame
Placed an order and was told he would be 25 mins. Got there 25 minutes later expecting my order to be ready and paid. Was told just a couple minutes... wait for an additional half an hour for my cold food. Wouldnt order from here again if it was free! What a waste of my hard earned money....
The Chinese food was surprisingly really good Id definitely go back again. They even had an outdoor area to eat which I believe was shared with the restaurant next door to it funny enough. A waitress came out from the other restaurant and two of my friends ordered alcoholic beverages to go with their Chinese food it was great.
Because it was close to our home we ordered and it was expensive and bland. Wanted to give it a second chance and it was worse, rice was old and meat tasted dried out. The deep fried shrimp and chicken balls were all dough. Would never order from there again, we drive back to London to pick up our Chinese food.

Our family gets food from here often(its our go to Chinese in St. Thomas). Its good typical Canadian Chinese food. Prices and portion sizes are reasonable.

Probably the best Chinese Food Ive had in the greater KW area! Plus, service is fast, staff is knowledgeable and friendly. But most important of all, food is fantastic!!! Id very much recommend this place to anyone looking for a good Chinese food meal!!!

I enjoy Chinese from this restaurant regularly and have never been disappointed. The food is always fresh, hot, fast, and delicious. The serving sizes are quite good and theres always some left over as a treat for the following day. Im gonna keep coming back.

Had never ordered from here before and got excited they had almond soo guy and was super dispappointed when we got it. It was mainly breading with a very thin piece of chicken inbetween. Have had it elsewhere before and did not expect this. Chicken balls were the same way. I cut it in half and found the smallest piece of chicken in the one half and nothing in the other. Tastes like pancake batter with a but of chicken.
Should have gone with reviews all bad ones were right spot on. I refused to eat any of that vomit enduring rubbish - buffet had like 5 items a good chunk with shrimp which I cannot touch. The buffet is $17.99 for nothing but a couple things -and fries ( fries in a so called Chinese restaurant ). I ate my weight in veggies as it was the only thing that was good. It is extremely cold in there and they use heaters to warm the place in the front. Absolutely 100% disgusting.

Best place in town by far. Some of the reviews are done by the other restaurants in town as they do not nor have they ever had a buffet like a few have posted. Best place to go by far. We order there once every two weeks and have never had any issues. But they do have an issues with answering the phone due to the volume of calls I m guessing.
We just ordered this food for the first time. Ordered: cantonese lo-mein, kung po beef, veg. chop suey, spring roll, sweet and sour pork, chicken balls. WOW... I cant believe this many dishes have NO FLAVOUR. They answered the phone right away and the food was delivered very quickly and was nice and hot. Not even the sweet and sour sauce had very much flavour. VERY DISAPPOINTED. it cost me almost 60 bucks. YUCK !!! I will never order from here again. BLAND, BLAND, BLAND...
Food was awesome
All the food we ordered had no flavour,tasted like it all came from one pot.Somthing smelled off when serving it.An hour later started to vomit.Never will I order again from there.

Had dinner here for the first time last night followed by a night of the entire family vomiting. Needless to say not eating here again.

Fantastic Food
New to town. Sunday evening and Just unpacked a whole house. We just picked a Chinese restaurant from the list. Was not disappointed. The food was fresh, tasted giid and it was fast! It wasnt the least bit salty or greasy and everything still had a lot of flavour. My only complaint would be that the portion sizes were a bit small on the main dishes for a dinner for six. For 80$ (including tip). I would have hoped for more than 2 spare ribs on each plate. :( I would try another order though. Not a bad first experience.
