Coffee tastes burned 90% of the time, most of the time you cannot even drink it its so bad. I buy every other day from here Please just fix your coffee!

Great friendly staff. The new layout though isnt so great. You have to wait 15 minutes so someone to take an order when you are in store. There parking lot sucks when you want to go park. You have to wait in the drive through line to do so. When you go to leave its almost impossible to get out of your parking stop due to drive through

Ordered from skip the dishes. The receipt on the bag is the correct order. What s in the bag is literally nothing that I ordered or is on the receipt. How the hell does that happen? I know accidents happen , but this is blatantly not paying attention.

This use to be a good location but has gone to crap since they renovated, it now takes 10-20 mins just to get your order the fries and Poutine get soggy from sitting for so long. Location is all around garbage now . Food keeps getting worse service is not good and prices keep going up, not sure I ll be going to this location anymore

Somebody Put Fentynal In My French Fries And Laxatives In My Big Mac. I Am Now Disabled And My Left Buttcheek Is On Fire.. So Ashamed...

A 10 piece nugget combo and a BLT quarter pounder combo now costs over $31. This is for fast food. I say that sarcastically as its routine now to go through the drive thru and be asked to park and wait. I havent had this trash in years and this was my reminder why. Bad service, awful price, low quality food.

The food was great. We got a happy meal, a burger and French fries and to top it off, a Mcflurry. Kids obviously love this macdonalds for the play place, which is nice for parents to let their kid go play and they can conversate. A staff even came to our table and asked us how everything was and if she could get us anything. She went and got my son a highchair and she also got us ketchup. Soo nice of her ! Great experience going to this macdonalds. Love the renovations. Much more of an open space now. Trendy. Kid-friendliness: There is a play place for the kids ! Super fun.

I used the drive through. Service was OK. But the quarter pounder was so small. I would like to weigh it. I am sure that it weighs no more than an eighth of a pound.

Its fast food thats good.

The service was great. I had pre ordered on the mobile app. I had the order number ready when I got to the drive thru. The staff are friendly and fast here. The only thing I dont like is the straws or the McFlurry spoons. Cant stand them at all. I will bring reusable straws. Theyre accurate with the orders. So all in all very nice McDonalds.

it took them 20 minutes to give me my fries in the drive thru but they also gave me 15 packs of mayo-style sauce and no ketchup and i didnt have to pay extra????????????? for the mayo-style sauce?????????? idk if its a regional thing but normally Im paying extra for that. the no ketchup was wild to me. I still think about it at least once every single say.

Unprofessional staff. Ordered double quarter pounder with cheese meal. And Diet Coke no ice. I live 30 minutes from here. I got home to find a kiddies burger, small fries and iced tea with lots of ice. This is the last time I go to McDonalds for a take out. Very disappointing. I don,t recommend anything

I recently visited McDonald s during the midnight shift and was disappointed with the service. The staff seemed to be more engaged in gossiping rather than attending to their tasks. As a result, there were noticeable delays in order processing, with delivery drivers having to wait 10-15 minutes even when it wasn t busy. This lack of efficiency significantly impacted the overall customer experience. I hope the management addresses this issue to improve the service during late hours.

I don t know why this McDonald s don t have the drinks machine! And the front counter refuses to refill the drink!!

Clean place with nice workers. One older lady employee was really nice by asking if everything was OK.

Food great, service mid, playground looks fun for kids but jimmy my son said it felt like ear wax and he got stuck in it because the tunnels are small, the slides dont work I tried and the slide are waxed and you have to crawl down. Parking: Parking next to neighbourhood, also parking kinda busy at dinner because of drive thru. Kid-friendliness: Indoor playground, happy meals, toys. Cant even order a sprite there anymore at night.

Went there for two ice cream, and 2 apple pies waited 10 mins for them to come tell me that the ice cream is to soft, then gave me my pies that were frozen! Manager wasnt great to deal with at all!

Before the change, my order was always right and the atmosphere was well good. But after the change it feels dead and my order is mostly always wrong. But foods tasty.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Rhonda (I think that s her name) yelling at my kids to use their indoor voices (accusing them of yelling) while I was right outside of the play place and could barely hear them meanwhile she was standing outside of the play place just moments later while a group of teenagers were screaming inside of the play place and she had done nothing. The entire time my family and I were eating, she kept walking over to where we were sitting and staring at my kids with dirty looks. I ve had an issue before with the same lady when my child (3 at the time) got stuck in the play place and wouldn t let their older sibling help them down to which I asked Rhonda if I could go up and get my child and she told me no and that she would get someone else s kid to go get my child (I m sorry but if my kid won t allow their older sibling to help them down, what made her think that they would let some stranger help them?!). I ve had nothing but horrible experiences while dining in at this location due to the lack of respect and consideration from Rhonda.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ve travelled lots of places and have tried lots of McDonald s and this one is by far the worst. Don t give your money to this greedy corporation.

Usually ling lines, parking lot is chaotic, constantly parking 3+ Drive through with only room for 2 waits on basic items inside such as 11 min wait for a fountain drink only inside, their new system of doing if painfully inefficient, it causes me anxiety, not to mention you are in for $15+ for a basic combo, completely missing the point of a fast food and how it differs from a sit down restaurant.

Usually the orders correct, drive thru people are pretty nice. Crowded with people usually. Cool dining setting though.

Just made an order tonight for delivery order number MC468433 they screwed the hole order up sent wrong food called the number to complain and was told there system could not processor refund and was basically told youre screwed and youre not getting your money back even tried to call the store and nobody wanted to answer the phone Parking: Had delivery

Had received an offer of free Ham burger with a drink. Ordered blue berry smoothie. It was refreshing and cold. If only there would be an option of no sugar added smoothies!

First time dining in since renovations. The place screams we don t want you to be here especially if you have kids. Seating is horrible and sparse by the playground plus I m basically looking at a solid wall blocking sight lines into the playground.

New renovations look great, still couldnt get the order correct after the 3rd time returning this evening. Hope it gets better

I went to go get an iced coffee pretty late at night qith my cute dog lol. - was having a awful day. Long drive thru line up even tho it was past 11pm . Anyway I order I get to the window and an amazing lovely girl named Kendra was at the window. My dog stuck his head out to see her and her reaction was adorable. I hope she sees this and I hope things get better for yu that smalll interaction that I really cant get too detailed about made this McDonalds amazing to me LOL. Also food is ok. Really expensive though

To the management team, I would like to bring to your attention an issue I experienced with the shift manager on duty at 11am on Friday, July 14th. On two separate occasions today, I encountered significant delays as a delivery driver. The manager seemed to ignore the presence of delivery drivers, resulting in extended waiting times. When I attempted to address this concern directly with the manager, my feedback was disregarded. This lack of responsiveness and consideration is concerning and suggests a need for additional training in managing delivery operations and customer feedback effectively. These types of issues contribute to the branchs overall rating, which is currently at 3.4. Addressing such matters is crucial for improving customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive reputation. I hope this matter can be addressed to improve the experience for all delivery drivers and ensure smoother operations in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Great service tonight. Your staff were very fast to make my food when door dash never showed up to pick it up and I had to get it myself. Great job guys. Great customer service and thats for the fresh food.

Had the McDouble meal and for under 7 dollars I had a satisfying yet not over filling lunch.

We have attempted to get soft serve multiple times before midnight as they claim no soft serve after midnight and they still refuse service and make excuses.

Waited 10 mins for 2 McFlurrys from the drive thru

Why the 1 star rating you might ask? Went through the Drive Through, ordered wrap, a double fillet o fish med fries lg Ice tea, did not recieve my fillet o fish order, was made to pay for the fillet o fish even though i ordered it, my dash cam would clearly have heard me say it 8n drive through, but the lack of comprehention from the service and lack of listening skills left the order off, and when going to pay, nothing was mentioned about the fillet o fish or correcting anything that might be wrong. The staff have decided to sweep their mistakes under the rug and leave the customer on the hook. I will not go back there, just like Im not ever going back to Wendys.

I go to this McDonalds every night after work and the crew is amazing and they always get my coffee and meal correct.

Tyler is the GOAT, had the best hamburger Ive ever had which he made from scratch with his bear hands in quicky split time!

We went through the drive thru with certain food in our minds ready to order .A family member saw the Remix menu and wanted to try the chicken cheeseburger .Well of course when we got it home although we had paid for the chicken cheeseburger there was no chicken in sight .If you are going to advertise new exciting remixes at least put them in the bag

Took my grandson there his happy meal was good he wanted to play in the play area hes only 3 the play area I think it should of stayed the way it was or did something for little kids my 1 1/2 grandson wouldnt be able to play in their

Pam T really made our day today with her exceptional customer service. My son was having an extra tough day and she really made an effort to comfort him on multiple occasions. Her unprompted kindness means so much to us and reminds me why I love this town, and the company culture of McDonalds. Food was accurate, timely and delicious. Often a mistake with the order

Drive threw was really fast, and the food was perfect, the food wasnt cold either. And they didnt forget anything:)

Ordered a quarter pounder meal and McChicken meal when we got home we had 2 McChicken meals there was no receipt in the bag so we dont know if it was the person taking the order or the one packing it that dont know the difference between the 2.

So, we went here for the first time since the renovation... What an absolute disappointment... Self serve drink station is gone, and the new look and set up is terrible.. It has completely lost that warm family feeling.. The seating arrangement and new chairs and benches are extremely uncomfortable and look soooo cheap.. One of the kids compared it to the cardboard look... Only one single spot to order food with a human being.. It really looks and feels like they want families to get drive through.. It definitely no longer resembles MC Donalds.. In my opinion and other people around us, the new look and set up gets a huge F.

There isnt enough room for the waiting area.

I visited this location for the first time since the renovations and it truly ruined my night. First of all the new decor looks like a psych hospital, and the layout of the tables is so stupid no one wants those weird cubicle things in a Mcdonalds. I was very excited once I got my food for two reasons, it meant I got to leave, and I was excited to try the new Wcdonalds sauce. However when I got home and opened my bag there was no Wcdonalds sauce in sight. Now im sitting here eating mcnuggets with no sauce like an animal, I will never be eating at this Mcdonalds again.

I had the pleasure of being served by Nate and da Gang at MacDonald Talbot Street St Thomas. Their hoppin tonite peeps. Timmies dropped the ball and closed early so MacDonald is rising to the challenge of picking up all the 4 by 4 business slack that Timmies passed on. MacDonalds Talbot St St Thomas saw atleast a dozen employees looking strong and intelligent. Smiles were free to everyone and the staff was well stocked. Need a cup of JOE! Come down to MacDonalds. There are no consistencies when it comes to McFlurries. If I wanted vanilla soft serve I would have ordered a cone.

Everything came in the take out order was happy to see that. The ladies at the windows were very pleasant awesome experience.

The employees were very nice and kind! I usually go here for breakfast food and a late night snack, the food is always good.

Ordered 30 chicken Mc nuggets but didn t get dip after specifically saying the ones required. The amount of disappointment is astounding.

Waited 25 minutes for 2 mcflurrys and they never came, asked twice and was told they were working on it. Asked again at 25 minutes and was given a refund and no explanation.

Food was as youd expect. Had one employee come to our table and ask if we needed anything (ketchup, napkins, etc.)! Never had that happen before at a McDonalds, and it was so appreciated! A+++

They dont care about the customers concerns ordered a burger no seasoning had to take it back it was full of seasoning told the manager that this could hurt someone that is allergic to seasoning she was just a nasty person to deal with wont ever be back October 2 / 2023

If youre fortunate enough to go during a regular weekday, you will be served by mature staff who treat you the way they want to be treated. All other times its hit or miss as youre the at the whim of kids whos parents may or may not have been snowplows in their life. Its not their fault, just us who believed the garbage we were fed during the 80s and 90s and wound up raising children that needed a participation trophy for waking up in the morning.

I like having the occasional meal with the grandkids, and things seem to turn out well for everyone. In addition, I love using the app and going through the drive thru for a coffee.

Horrible. I wont be stopping here again. I stopped to get a breakfast sandwich. They had both drive through lanes open and I pulled up to the main order speaker. I heard the person faintly on the speaker so attempted to place my order and got asked to wait (they were taking someone elses order and it was coming through on my end). I then sat there for 7 minutes and had three cars pull up and place their orders before me. I drove off when they started taking the 4th cars order. Absolutely horrendous service, I went to timmies and was out in less than 4 min.

ridiculous amount of spread to the point the bagel is literally drowning in it. seems like it s to hide how burnt and crispy it was. could not eat. also ordered a happy meal and did not receive it of course. 2 english muffins burnt to a crisp, no butter. do NOT recommend.

The people that work at this location must not know that they have McNugget sauces and/or are incapable of reading because every time I door dash an order not one time have I gotten any sauce that Ive asked for. I know its ridiculous to even be writing this but whats more ridiculous is someone who cant read an order right.

There are many children on the playground without socks or wearing shoes. Nobody is watching this.

I go there on my lunch break. The food is always fresh and the customer service is great as well.

The food is always messy and saucy slapped together without care. Hard to get ahold of anyone to explain this. Food is constantly made incorrectly and getting things wrong. Definitely different customers service then when I worked there as a kid. People dont care anymore it seems

Its a bit run down and not the best McDonalds at the best of times, but Im especially annoyed right now because the ice cream machine is down... Again... And they neglected to say anything for twenty minutes... Its just poor service.
