I don t appreciate the passive aggressive attitude of the staff here. I have had multiple delivery failures and I m always made to feel that I am at fault even when I clearly explain. Robin was rude when she called me to confirm, and her manager is super rude. Passive aggressive about a light being on along the side of the house but not out front. Don t make me feel bad for your mistake. You found out which door to come to, you made a mistake, own it please. I love Boston pizza but will not order in St Thomas anymore.

Always a safe bet for tasty food. Our server started out a little less than helpful but soon was super helpful and of a great attitude.

Our favourite place when we go out. Its relaxed, and we always sit on the bar side, so there is always some sports on. They have recently updated all the tvs. We have never been disappointed and the staff is always great

The pizza is probably the best pizza I ve ever had!!! It was so delicious, the dipping sauce was phenomenal, and the waitress was so kind and fun (I forgot her name I m so sorry but she was so lovely!!!).

Service was excellent. Jambalaya tasted flat, lacking seasoning / spice.

The team was fast and helpful, they took my dietary restriction seriously, and they engaged well with my kids.

Unreal ! I just paid $93 for 1 large pizza 1small pizza and 1 pitcher of beer and a dessert ! The pizza was not even that good. I do not recommend eating here unless you want to pay for mediocre food at high prices !

Our server Greg was very funny as I love to tease (jokingly of course) people he was great. Food was good, hot and served quickly.

We went dining today, definitely not a right decision. We were given dirty plates. We had to wait for a while to the food. After the appetiser was served, no one check with us if we needed anything. The food was not even warm. We asked for the menu to order sandwiches but never got it. So we ended up paying for apps and drinks. And left with a bad experience. Please be very careful with the customer experience. It s not that i haven t been to boston pizza before, we had a great experience in brampton and st Catharine s. Sorry, but we were not happy with the service today.

Had a good time, been awhile since Ive been there, but all in all pretty good. I got the full size nachos, a friend and I shared. Had the take them home. That was a big dish of Nachos. Parking: There is lots of spots to park at this Boston Pizza. Honestly you should be able to find one in the parking lot if not they have a few right out front.... Theres always a place to park at Boston Pizza... Kid-friendliness: From what I observed it seems very kid friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible also some tables not booths but front door theres a button for both doors or somebody will hold the doors open for you who works there. it is wheelchair accessible

Love it. nice white boy as our waiter (don t remember his name ) super kind and attentive. Chatted at the end of our stay talking about working in service. Very nice boy. Food was delicious as always.

I am beyond annoyed with one of the managers(has glasses dark hair) I delivered an order thru skip and he never bothered to tell me that there was an item that was super hot and spill able in the bag and when I delivered it to the costumer the soup appeared to have no lid leaked thru the bag and I burnt the whole top of my leg !!! I went in to let them know what happen and the manager flat out told me he cant tell me any thing about the order so its not his fault I got burnt !! No apologies nothing the service from this restaurant is ridiculous!!! I will NEVER EVER EAT HERE AGAIN !!!!

Came here for dinner for date night with my partner, and we ordered our fav pizza the BBQ chicken pizza and had the Bandera bread appetizer. We were highly disappointed in the BBQ pizza. The chicken tasted under cooked, there wasnt any BBQ sauce on the pizza at all, and it looked and tasted under cooked all together. We didnt finish the pizza and just went home. I felt extremely disappointed in the food. Our waitress was kind to us, so we just took the rest threw it in the garbage and went home. Dont think we will be back.

Our server got five stars before we even ordered our food! He is a fellow Capricorn which we learned in fun banter. His service was bar none the best. The chicken nachos were perfect to share and were delicious and not super heavy. The chicken tacos were also super tasty. The bar tender was super friendly. She recommended a local tattoo shop which we ended up going to after our meal here. There was lots of parking and super kid friendly. I will definitely return & send others!

Had a wonderful time on the patio with some nice cold beverages, and then like a magical surprise food appeared and I was nothing short of elated! Mmmm

Always awesome. The food is always great and so is the staff. Fast friendly service and they dont make you rush to leave. Parking: Its free and lots of parking. Anywhere you park youre only seconds from the front door. Kid-friendliness: Kids love it Ive seen birthday parties there and special events. Wheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking and theres a button you can push that opens the door automatically.

Food prices were pretty crazy but to be honest the portions were worth it. Id rather spend 90 $ eating here than at the Keg where they feed you toddler portions.

Last few visits have downgraded my review from 4 star to a gracious 2 star, I wont be bringing my Family back. Cant even cook Spaghetti or deep fry an order of fries properly. The host/hostess are the only reason this isnt a 1 star, not the server, she was absent. Would not recommend.

So many reasons why this was a very disappointing night out - the light above our table was burnt out, two of our four were served their food 10 minutes ahead of the other two - the pasta was undercooked, the fries were undercooked, my salad was Piled high with unwashed green onions. We were never offered refills on beverages. A side of sour cream was $3!? And a side of mayo was $3..?! We left four almost full plates of food on the table, and our waitress didn t even apologize or ask anything about how everything was. Will definitely not be back.

Shrimp pasta was great. Service was acceptable but could have used a refill or two in my $4 pop.

This was a door dash order, and the manager called to address a food allergy. Once clarified, the food was sent out immediately.

Is there a protein fries gravy and the cheese were completely cold. And then they still want you to pay a lot.

Ordered Parm. shrimp Alfredo. The sauce was jar Alfredo and taste was chemical. I could not see or taste any Parm cheese. We were not asked if everything was ok. Server tossed us two to go containers and we had to go to the desk to pay as we waited and waited and server was a no show. Their service seems to be hit and miss and today was a huge miss. In this day and age you can not afford to charge top$$ and food and service sub par. Not going back I would recommend either Legends, Roadhouse, Back Alley or Chucks Roadhouse for lunch. My husband, two kids, and I frequent Boston Pizza a lot. In my opinion it s its best restaurant in St. Thomas. It s reasonably priced, tasty, quick, and good service. Tonight we went, and literally had the best server we ve ever had at any restaurant. His name was Kyle, and he was AMAZING!! Sometimes people walk in your life and make such an impact on your life, that you ll remember them forever. Our server Kyle is that guy lol. He genuinely made us feel like we were so important. He went as far as running our leftovers out to our car when we forgot them in the restaurant. Who does this? Kyle does!! We truly appreciate all of his kindness. I know who we ll be asking for at our next dinner at Boston Pizza :).

Second time visiting this place. Very satisfied. I liked that the waitress didnt continuesly interrupt conversations like weve experienced in other places.

My roommate and I have been ordering from here for a long time but over the last few months we started to notice the food seemed to be getting dull? The chicken used in a lot of the dishes isn t exactly chicken. It s heavily processed. That s a turn off for me.

I was there for a work team lunch. David, our server was amazing. He made sure our drinks were always full. Had to keep checking in on us to see if we had stopped talking long enough to order. Made sure we had everything we needed and that everything we ordered was up to our satisfaction.

Stopped in for a bite between curling matches. Service was good, food was good. Could have done without all the kids running around and crawling on the floor but then thats a parents thing, not the restaurants issue.

Took my daughter here yesterday (feb 08) for lunch for her 16th birthday. The lunch waiter in the dinning area was sub par at best. I ordered the chicken parmigiana with a salad and fries. Got the chicken and salad and was told fries were on their way. I finished my food on my plate and my daughter ate her food and no fries. When he came to clean up the plates and asked how our meal was I mentioned I didn t get my fries. He told me they were almost ready would I like them to go. Remember this is almost 30 minutes after receiving our food. Really to go? No discount for the food I didn t receive. When I didn t leave a tip he was visible up set looked at us and angrily walked away. I helped build this restaurant when it first opened and have eaten there many times. Don t think I will be spending my money there again.

Best service I ve had in a while! Our waitress Kaitlyn was amazing. Very bubbly and pleasant. She made sure we had everything we needed, kept our drinks full and provided remarkable service. Food was also great, love the new ravioli bites!

7 of us attended Boston Pizza on Talbot in St. Thomas on Tuesday March 14. We have the absolute worse experience ever. My cousins meal was wrong, my granddaughter,s meal was wrong, mine was so dry you could not eat it, my daughter in law never even got hers and my daughter finally had to do take out because it had been 45 minutes. I understand they were busy and short staff but not once did anyone come over and apologie or explain. We never saw our server from the time she brought us our drinks. Finally I talked to the manager explained what was going on and all I got was oh I am so sorry we are really busy. That is not an acceptable answer. Later I spoke with one of the owners and all he said was he would give the person who didnt get their meal a free one but was not prepared to give out ,7 meals. I ordered off the online app tonight and as an individual with an allergy to fresh tomatoes, I asked for no tomatoes. (Naturally) A staff member called me 20 minutes later or so to make sure I was able to have other tomato based ingredients in their food. Ive ordered several times online and over the phone to different establishments in the area and have to say this is not a common experience that I receive. So, Thank you to your staff tonight. Their attention to detail was very appreciated. Definitely deserves all the praise and recognition I see on your review board!

A little noisy

Worst Boston pizza food we have ever eaten. Ordered the deluxe pizza, got one with only one topping (missing green peppers, ham) as well as pizza was undercooked. Also ordered calamari, there was an undercooked chuck in it and calamari felt like was dried out for keeping in the freezer too long. Service was worse as well, waiting 20 mins to just ordered even though the restaurant was pretty empty. Won t be coming back here ever again

Ordered two pasta dishes. Incorrect sauces and topings on the hungry carnivore. Wrong sauce and forgot topping on custom pasta AND only half filled. $60.00 on a dinner that was ruined because the cook cant read or know how to properly portion meals... especially expensive meals that weve had many times before and never had such a dogs**t experience. Good job guys...

Great food, service, and atmosphere! A great experience every time we go to Boston Pizza! The chicken pecan salad is my favourite dish, and the salted caramel panookie is an absolutely delicious dessert, I highly recommend both!

A very busy birthday party and I get it the waitress tried her best however the kitchen staff failed hard! Just follow the tickets coming in!!! Extra Alfredo sauce means exactly that!!! Others at our table waited too long after everyone was eating for a simple pasta dish. Then another lady asked for cheesecake and almost everyone was ready to leave and she still didnt have it. Seriously, get it together Boston Pizza...for the amount of money that single group spent they deserved far better!!!

Always parking if you go early enough or not during the dinner rush. Good appetizers and typical beers and liqour. Around $100 to feed family of 4. Great for teams and partys. Not sure if they still do the team pitchers.

Honestly probably the worst restaurant experience I ve ever had. My daughter and I both got served soggy spaghetti that was basically mush, I can t believe they even plated it, I wish I could have made the kitchen come out and take a bite of it. When I sent back both my daughter and my entire plate of untouched pasta I wasn t even offered a discount or to have the meals removed from the bill but instead told that the kitchen staff are overwhelmed. The chicken wings were also super over priced $27 for 16 wings and most of them were so small they looked like they were from a pigeon or something. We asked for them to be crispy and apparently that doesn t mean breaded? They looked and tasted baked to me but the server said that s what the crispy wings are and only the boneless ones are breaded. Awful experience, will definitely not be back

I ordered a medium custom pizza and it was without a doubt the worst pizza I ever had!! I wanted extra goat and mozzarella cheese and it was not added. They left out the mushrooms and the onions and green peppers were just thrown on. The worst presentation and tasting pizza. And of course they charged me for all of the left out items.

Always liked Boston Pizzas. Spicy perogi pizza is a unique one. Nothing extraordinary about this location though.. family dining side, a bar side and outdoor dining.

Went on a Wednesday for dinner and seated right away. Friendly waitress took our food and drink orders. Ordered the NY Sirloin with Ceasar salad. Steak cooked to perfection and tasted great. Partner had the chicken and mushroom pasta which was good and plenty. Took some home.

Great food and service. My husband and I both tried the bruschetta ravioli that is the signature dish right now ...oh man so good. We got it with the rose sauce instead of the one it normally comes with (as per our servers suggested...thank you!) And it was amazing! We also had the warm olives appetizer dish too and it was great. I forgot to use my free birthday dessert because we were so full, I didnt remember...all well.

We were treated to exceptional sevice at this St Thomas location as we brought in a full girls hockey team along with parents and they handled the large group quite efficiently. Special mention goes out to Kyle who handled the kids tables. The fact that he patiently sat with them when taking orders and checked in with them multiple times throughout meal to see if they needed anything. He really went out of his way to make it a great experience for them and now has a fan club of 9yr olds.

Just left Boston pizza. Will not go back. Service was very slow and waitress was not very nice or welcoming at all. Spoke to manager, who seemed oblivious to my concerns when brought up. Im a very good tipper, but not today.

The only, ONLY reason its not five stars is there arent enough vegan options. But the hungry herbivore (vegan option) is so good. And very friendly staff that know all answers to our annoying questions.

We had 4 adults and 2 kids and we all walked away filled to the chin. Our server was extremely good as well as the fantastic food which were all sizeable portions. We were staying in the area for a wedding and went to Boston pizza for lunch. The food was delicious but the service was terrible. We had 3 people and when one of us asked for a beer she took off before the other two could ask for one as well. She brought the drink and was visibly upset that we were asking for anything. I ordered a drink off the menu and she said it was a seasonal menu and had to check if she could make it for me, she did and the drink was terrible. When I didnt drink it she asked if it was alright I told her it wasnt great and she replied with no one likes it thats why we dont serve it anymore. (It would have been nice to know before I ordered it) It wasnt that busy there were maybe two other tables on the bar side so I dont know if she was having a bad day or if she was always like that. I would probably check out another restaurant in the area before I go back. Dietary restrictions: Good vegan options!

Vegetarian options: Options are identified as VF. Dietary restrictions: Customers can have gluten-free, vegetarian, and other types of requests that this restaurant always does what they can. The menu identifies different dietary options. Parking: Large parking lot. Kid-friendliness: The kids menu is everything a kid wants, and it has a large layout as a restaurant. BP has a family-friendly happy energetic vibe. If you have little ones or you are out on a date, it works for all. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy street access with accessible automatic doors.

The dining room is dark while simultaneously the tables are overbright making it uncomfortable for light sensitivity. The layout does nothing to absorb sound so its loud even when its not busy. The food likely reflects the pay they give their staff, but the servers do a good job.

The food was amazing and service was great.

Honest, hardworking people providing a safe place of enjoyment for the community to come together and dine. St Thomas should be thankful for places like this holding the community together. Great job all and everyone associated with this fine establishment. Kudos.
