This place is not what it used to be, the pizza is comparable to frozen pizza you buy in the grocery store

Ordered online, spaghetti and meatballs for myself, panzarotti for my husband. Food arrived very quickly, hot and fresh and delicious! I haven t ordered from Bondis in years. This is my new go to place.

Worst pizza I ve had in town by a margin Tasted comparable to frozen pizza and same texture. Wings were OK. Would not recommend - unfortunately.

Definitely not the old Bondis I remember. I ordered a medium pizza. Got home had 2 bites and threw the whole pizza in the garbage. I m not fussy when it comes to pizza but I m sorry to say it was awful. Parking: Lots of parking out back

Order Italian lasagna. It was more like a shepherds pie. The ground beef that tastes like shoestrings on the bottom. Only a couple of noodles. And lots of sauce. Wont order from there again hardly any cheese in it or on it bad. I used to be good

Had their gluten free pizza and it was delicious! Dylan is an all around decent guy and is very kind. I have had a work function, breakfast and birthday at Chef Bondis and it never disappoints. Its cozy atmosphere, great service and yummy food will keep me coming back.

Excellent breakfast for a reasonable price. Their pizza and wings delicious. Bondi is the first place that my family of 5 have finally agreed we all enjoy. Dietary restrictions: Ordered a gluten free crust. It was definitely a good alternative.

Pizza was delicious. Toppings were fresh. Staff was friendly. I would only suggest to keep the restrooms clean and filled with paper towels and toilet paper as it wasn t the case during our visit. Food

Great pizza

I havent eaten anything at Chef Bondis that I personally havent liked or has left me still hungry. The portions are generous and the taste reminds me of grandmas secret recipes. I would recommend.

Never get tired of great pizza,even after being a customer for 35 years.The Breakfast was awesome so good had two western,s today.Now for lunch had a Bondi,s burger it was a 6 star rating,Now the price was awesome so I tipped.I,ve been all over south western Ontario eating out.When you find a good spot you eat.I found a great spot it may have it,s little issues as all do,but wow the food is great and the fast friendly service always makes my day.Thanks Bondi,s for being who and what you,re.

I tried two different items here the other day - their small panzarotti, which is huge and a small pizza. Although both of them were delicious, the panzarotti was my favourite. The dough was so soft and tasty, as well as the extras. But the thing I liked most was their homemade garlic sauce. It s the best that I have ever had. I definitely recommend Chef Bondi.

Ive had better frozen pizzas than this that was delivered to me. Bland, dense pizza dough with minimal sauce and cheese. Not my choice of pizza

Online ordering was simple. Delivery was quick. Well cooked and tasty, but a little skimpy on the toppings.

Pizza was ok. Its average. Nothing to complain or compliment about.

Well. The pizza arrived 1.5hrs late. It came quarter mangled with toppings off to the side. Thats enough of a review. Taste wise its fine. 6$ deliver fee as well haha.

We decided to try Chef Bondis for the first time. We placed the order online, which I found a little harder to maneuver than other pizza places. A simple cheese pizza button would be great Upon arrival, which we gave them an additional 10 minutes from what the website suggested and the gentleman was just making our pizzas and suggested it would still be another 10-15 minutes. We ordered two panzerottis, a Hawaiian pizza and 2 cheese pizzas. My kids are cheese pizza experts and unfortunately, this was not a household favorite. My kids generally devour cheese pizza and they said there was more sauce then cheese and found it to be unappetizing. My husband said the panzerotti was good but not as great as he had remembered from 10 plus years ago... Sorry Chef Bondi

Best pizza in St. Thomas!!!!

Absolutely loved the food. I thought it would be your average pizza place,same sauce, same amount. But it wasnt. I thought that Id get 4 pieces of bread with the 2 pastas. I got 16. It all tasted amazing. The staff was so kind over the phone. Overall fantastic. First time customer but gonna become a regular. Thank you.

Really wished I bought this place to keep quality that I grew to love and forever miss. Everything has changed and changed to the worst. Was the best panzerotti ever had now it s literally garbage. Seems like new owner has changed everything to suit his pockets taste cheap if looking for a panzerotti better go to pizza tonight definitely a lost customer

Just moved to the area and needed something for the family. We really enjoyed it. We will be ordering again for sure. Just wish it would have allowed me to order online is the only downfall. But that is small detail. Pizza is very good! Order just a typical meat lovers and veggie delight.

Absolutely love this place. Some of the best food Ive had and the friendliest staff youll ever meet. Great prices too! Always has everything I want! Ive ordered from here so many times and have never been disappointed. Always amazing. Delivery is super speedy too!!

Sadly the pizza is not as good as it used to be. The building is dilapidated. Ceiling tiles hanging down from the ceiling in the pizza prep area is kind a buzzkill. The pizza oven barely worked the last time I was there. Perhaps that Corvette the new owner has that was always parked out front needs to be sold off and some money reinvested back into the place. I doubt I will be back anytime soon.

Great breakfast. Owner and staff are very friendly and professional. Breakfast is always hot and filling. Pizza has alot of toppings and cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the breakfast and pizza.

Had their pizza and garlic bread tonight and it was really good. The service was friendly and the food did not disappoint. I will be going back for sure.

*Update* My wife and I ordered again from chef bondis and really appreciated the offer of the free pepperoni extra cheese pizza which pictures will be provided, customer service was excellent very friendly staff, the lasagna is so delicious its definitely a 5 star lasagna, panzerotti and pizza were very good as well give it 4 stars each , thankyou chef bondis for reaching out to make things right with the pizza it was greatly appreciated, Old ...Pizza was mediocre i ordered a med pepperoni pizza with extra cheese! Did not seem like it had extra cheese compared to Als pizza lasagana was pretty good tho wouldve been 5 * if pizza was good but i could have gotten same pizza from little caesars for 10 dollars taxes in ... i really wish they lived up to the hype, my buddy said it was awesome, my experience was not awesome.

Really enjoyed this pizza. Only concern is I think they ran the tally the wrong way? Had a 14 dollar Monday special and a pepperoni walk in for 8 and even with taxes it still shouldnt have been 32ish dollars. Not sure what happened there. Nonetheless it was really tasty. My only suggestion to bring it one degree higher would be to add real bacon slices and not bacon bits.

Had the special last night , large 4 topping. I m sorry but it was tasteless. I ordered mushrooms, pepperoni, sausage ham. Not to be rude but the only toppings I could see were mushrooms. Got to do better guys this is my second time ordering and the first time wasn t any better, I like my pizza to have taste ..

Pizza is ok, but the lasagna is excellent! Only problem is, the last two times Ive ordered it, they were sold out.

Called to ask if they had dine in was told they did. Went there was told it was going to be awhile and they are understaffed. Seemed disorganized.

Had a great time in the dinning room maybe small but it was nice. Whole family loved the food and atmosphere.

What a disappointment. Should have opened the box before driving 20 minutes home. Pizza was overcooked, burnt around the edges and bottom and tasteless. Not our first, but probably the last.

It was our first time ordering from Chef Bondi. Id heard several positive reviews, and having ditched ordering from our favourite chain several months ago, we decided to give it a go. We ordered two four-topping pizzas (and added extra cheese on both) which came with a dipping sauce. The pizzas were still being cooked when I arrived. When he opened the oven door, and said it would just be a few minutes, I was a bit unnerved because we had both ordered thin crust. These did not remotely look like thin crust pizzas. Regardless, I took them home. Immediately upon opening the box I realised the garlic dipping sauce had been overlooked in both boxes. The edge crust was about 3/4 thick, and the actual pizza crust was 1/2 thick on both. I would call the end product under-cooked; it was quite doughy. There was little flavour to the limited sauce, and even though we ordered double cheese, it definitely was not super cheesey. I really dont enjoy giving lacklustre reviews. I was so hoping we had found a replacement for our chain pizza, but, alas, it would appear not. Sadly a 5/10 is how I would rank it.

Pizza was decent and wings were okay. Not bad for the price I guess, but we have three other places to go to before trying again.

Best Pizza and panzerottis

Chef Bondis has been a staple in my family for more than 20 years. Bondis was by far the best pizza in St. Thomas. The cheese was always of top quality and they always asked if you wanted it on the top or bottom (above or below the toppings). The cheese was always cooked to a perfect bubbling brown. Lately bondis has been under new management and has been slowly going down hill. I ordered pizza tonight and it was one of the worst pizzas Ive ever had. The saddest part was that it was made by the new owner. The pizza was so under cooked; I had to cook it again once I got home. Used to be my favourite but, I wont be going back.

Not only is the pizza here tasty, the breakfast is delicious too! We ordered 3 big breakfast. You get a generous amount of food, more than enough for 4 people! This is a definite must try, you wont be disappointed.

Recently moved from a large city to St Thomas. These guys made a great impression on me!!! By far the BEST chicken wings I ve had. Pizza was a great size and quality for an even better price. Crust is soft and tasty, loads of cheese and toppings and very filling. My kids love it!

The food was quite tasty; pizza was loaded with fresh-tasting toppings and was not too greasy. The batter on the pickle spears and mushrooms was light and crispy. Delivery took an hour (understandable. I was quoted 40 minutes online but I get that things can get busy!) Was a little irked that the driver tried to charge an extra $5 (luckily Id screenshotted my total after placing the order) which was chalked up to the receipt being written down incorrectly. also, if paying debit or credit on delivery just be aware that the machine will still prompt for a tip even if youve included one when ordering online.

Great pizza, got medium with pepperoni, sausage, bacon, extra cheese and onion. The onion absolutely put it over the top for flavour. Gladly will get a pizza here again.

We ordered pizza from here on a pickup order. There wasnt much parking out front as it is a downtown storefront with parallel parking. But there is additional parking out back and a back entrance. The restaurant itself left something to be desired and needs a makeover. But the staff were very friendly and courteous. The best part (and most important part) was the food. The pizza was great. The toppings tasted fresh, and the original crust was similar to a stone baked crust. Their homemade garlic dip was really great too. They have alot of menu items to try (which we probably will) but the pizza was great!

My favourite pizza place in town so far! I have always been provided with great customer service and receive my order quickly while getting exactly what I have come to expect. Quality toppings, a great dough and someone who takes time to do all the little things right. It doesnt go unnoticed, keep up the amazing work!

NEW OWNER Dylan, is doing a FANTASTIC JOB with BONDIS PIZZA. Like ALL NEW businesses, there were a few problems when they first opened. HOWEVER, Dylan has been able to IRON OUT the problems to create EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD PIZZA at a GOOD PRICE!!!!!!!! BONDIS is NOW FAR BETTER than when Phil was the owner!!!!!!!!!!!! BONDIS NEW BREAKFAST menu is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!! They use ONLY the BEST INGREDIENTS in their recipes and it REALLY SHOWS!!!!!!!!!! BREAKFAST is a LITERAL FEAST fit for a KING!!!!!!!! $12 BIG BREAKFAST will SATISFY almost every appetite!!!!!!!!

Absolutely the BEST pizza I have had in so long!! Picked up and took to my Moms in Port on holiday Monday. She even remarked it was the best she had had too!! Outstanding Pizza - the second time ordering since Dylan Taylor bought the business.

Ordered a pizza sub and was asked what I wanted on it, said lettuce and onion. I assumed, like every other place that sells subs, it would include the cheese and meat. Nope, got a loaf of bread with marinara, lettuce and onions. The panzarotti was very damp, and when I cut into it, water leaked out. When I messaged on Facebook to ask about the sub, the person responding to the message said he said thats what you ordered. Not sure what happened there, but they did offer to make us a new one. Did not end up picking up a new one as the meal was disappointing as is. Its unfortunate as my family wanted to support a small business.

The best pizza weve had in a long time. The toppings were plenty, the crust was perfectly cooked. The gentleman that took my order over the phone was polite and friendly. The delivery driver was polite and friendly. Bondis will definitely be our go to for pizza from now on.

Ordered 2 large 5 topping pizzas. There were a fair amount of toppings but lacked cheese, crust was almost like a thin crust. Tasted middling, didnt overly stand out compared to other pizza weve had. Chicken wings were good though, nice breading.

Wasnt specially impressed by the , but this place has so much to offer that it deserves a high rating nevertheless: super friendly staff (evening young man), hard-working, eager to please. Super cheap all-you-can-eat breakfast on weekends, abundant portions and generally clean and tidy, even though they were working with just one person on staff.

Ever since the new kid took over and changed everything good about the pizza I wont be back pizza is horrible now

I m from London and have tried almost every pizza place there and I just tried chef Bondi pizza from st Thomas and I have to say it was a very good pie! The quality was there and the price was more then fair. Anytime I m in the st Thomas area I will definitely get this again and I suggest you do too. Very good

I ordered take away so I cannot comment on dining in: I ordered a breakfast poutine and the 2 egg breakfast special. Both were phenomenal and came in way above expectations. Best home fries Ive had in a long time. Employees were friendly and helpful as someone who had never been there before. Great prices for the amount of food you are getting. I will definitely be going back and I do recommend giving their breakfast a try of you havent before.

Chefs Bondi is good place to have breakfast. Its really good and a good price too. I will surely recommend it to my families and friends.

We ordered the cheezy garlic sticks and received thin crust pizza bread with the garlic butter and cheeze on it. Not even close to the picture. Anyways, the wife got something else from somewhere else. The delivery guy was very nice. They gave the money back for the sticks. Just make sure you ask if the item you order is what is in the picture. Chances are, its not.

Ketchup smetchup - forget the condiments, try the Fire & Ice burger with BBQ sauce and home fries. BBQ sauce is all it needs - yum.

Always have ordered the pizza, but just had the breakfast, and it is delish!! Was nice and hot when we got our breakfast, portions were excellent, and the hash is outstanding! Everything was cooked just perfect. Thanks again for a great breakfast! A definite must have again!!!

Bondis is under new ownership. Phil has retired and in a week our old Bondis has lost its identity and is now serving chain store pizza. After spending 70.00 a week there for 40 years I have to call it quits. That old school pizza was the reason Ive been a loyal customer. The new owner could care less about our concerns. I miss you Phil!

Hands down, best pizza in St Thomas. Delicious crust, ample chewy mozzarella and tasty toppings. Sorry to the few that had a bad experience, but glad I tried their pizza on my own.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Told 30 minutes. An hour later still no pizza. Called, said Sorry we had a dinner rush. I dislike excuses! No offer to make up for it. Cancelled because it will be cold when and if it ever got here! You had a chance to make a good first impression but thats history now. Id rate you a Zero but I dont see a choice for that! :(

Had my first Bondi pizza in 2 years and it wasnt anywhere near greasy as it should be Im guessing less cheese or lower fat cheese just didnt leave me wanting more.

I was disappointed when I received my pizza to find out they use canned ingredients ..... Not fresh ... Barf Tried them again with different ingredients and still not happy for the price I paid... Tried again with a panzoroti and well, sure it arrived fast, but fast meant undercooked.... Raw dough is just gross... I ate around it and survived but wont order from them again

WHAT HAPPENED?!?!?! Growing up, this was the place to go for pizza and since moving back I couldnt wait to get Bondis pizza again! Unfortunately for us, we tried it and it was FAR below my expectation. the garlic bread with cheese was cold, the cheese tasted like it was a kraft single. The pizza crust tasted like it was a frozen crust. We were VERY disappointed with our $37 medium pizza, garlic bread and wings.

Nothing special with their pizza, except it is expensive = $15 for a medium and its kinda greasy.

Good authentic Italian food,fantastic pizza.
