Little Caesars Pizza in St Thomas

Very disappointed,8 th of December evening at 9:30 , staff at Front desk was very rude and arrogant with customers .

If you want a pizza place with workers so slow you swear theyre doing it out of spite, just to make you the lowest quality pizza in town.. head on down to this place, youll still probably be disappointed.

They advertise hot and ready pizzas. They did not have any hot and ready pizzas this happens often at this location.

The only reason to get pizza here is because its fast. Broken portal? Long line just to pick up something I already paid for? Naw, fam.

They need to keep there BBQ bacon pizza though lol

Pizza was fantastic but the place is a dump. Very philfy. Needs a major clean. Quite disgusting actaully. And the employee had the personality of a rock. No appreciation and not thankful for our business.

My wife and I probably pick up a Hot N Ready from here once a month. We arent picky on what we get so we always ask what is ready and chose from that. The pizza is not amazing but its quick, cheap and fills a spot for dinner. I also recently went there for lunch and got a lunch combo. That pizza was great! Super cheesy! I enjoyed that more than their Hot N Ready but we will continue to stop and pick up a pizza when we cant be bothered to cook!

My mom and i ordered the Slice N Stix pizza. All we got in return was a extremely oily pizza with no Stix but just Slices that was undercook. We both agreed to NOT come back to Little Caesars until they re-hire a staff that can actually make a pizza. Amatuer results!

I ordered 3 items, had to wait 25 min. if that was all, thats normal for any pizza place, I was ordering something not hot and ready. but to tell me after 25 min, that you didnt catch the first item I ordered and wound need another 20 min to make the one they missed. little cheesers was already the desperation pick or something specifically when I was craving it.. I will actively drive to London moving forward than come here. to put the icing on the cake, after that wait, they missed the crazy sauce on the pizza, and the pizza was still raw

Placed my order and for to add one thing so I was going to order it after they brought the pizza to me and when I went to order the staff (students that s are working there ) just walked away and went on there phones also side note Well I was waiting for my order another customer had come in to order he waited 10-20 mins for someone to take his order but again there phone is more important he walked out unhappy. Needless to say they staff they have now cares more about their phones then helping customers. Parking: Parking right out front

They didnt have any Hawaiian pizza pre-made so I had to wait 15 minutes. That was okay but the only place to sit was on the ledge in front of the window. I have to believe that the person who boxed the pizza was new to the job, or inept. Our 8 slice Hawaiian pizza had 6 different sizes of slices from very big to very small. I have to admit that the taste was still okay. You cant expect much of an atmosphere in a place where youre just expected to go in,get your pizza and leave.

ordered 2 pizzas, one Canadian and one custom and cheese and herb crazy puffs. The only thing right with the order was the custom pizza. Received a Hawaiian and pepperoni crazy puffs.

This place is a joke, too many kids with no supervision.

Service was slow. It was overcooked but had decent taste.

This was the second or third time weve had to wait long periods of time for food. This specific time we ordered online for pick up in store and had to wait just about an hour. They were not very organized and very understaffed. Also forgot some of our food and when we tried to call the store numerous times that evening no one picked up.

Went to grab a quick pizza and crazy bread after a long day at work. Get home and look at the crazy bread and it s not even fully cooked. Won t be returning here again.

The quality of the pizza is about as much as you would expect for the price. No complaints there. The staff and people working on the other hand, seem to ALWAYS be in a bad mood. If youre told to wait 2 minutes for your food, expect it to be a 10 minute wait minimum. This is the ultimate killer of this business. Its frustrating that they dont care about you as a customer or about wasting your time. This happens 8 times out of 10.

We went in with no line up! And ordered a pepperoni, Canadian and a thing of crazy bread! What a waste of time!!! We were told 10 mins . 1hr later!! Honestly the workers always seem like customers interrupt them and they are insanely slow!! If I owned this one, I d be embarrassed!!

Ive spent 10 minutes trying to find any type of MENU so I could place an order for delivery..... Sorry Little Caesars but youve lost a customer... Unbelievable!! I thought I would give this place another shot tonight... still cant find a menu or any type of offers!!! Decided Id wing it n place a cold call to make an order.... HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! Wanted to have my order DELIVERED n low n behold... NO DELIVERY on top of NO MENU!!! LITTLE CAESARs youre a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! The owner of this franchise here in St.Thomas should be ASHAMED!!!

Just a normal Little Caesars. Some days its better than others. Cant really complain.

I love Little Caesars and this location is good... theres certain employees that seem to rock it and Im glad when I see them when I come in. I usually preorder and pickup fresh but even when I dont, its usually pretty quick. . Parking: always spots right up at the door

Hot and ready never means its hot and ready, call ahead or order online because the very busy staff is always working fast but can never keep up.

I ordered a pickup order from this location and the cashier was very unfriendly. I stood there for 3 minutes while she didn t acknowledge me standing behind the counter. Once I got my pizza I asked her for crushed red pepper and she told me they don t carry crushed pepper. I asked if they ran out, and she said they have never carried red pepper. This is a complete lie because I have been getting red peppers for such a long time. They come in little orange packets. Anyway she said she worked there for 15 years and has never carried peppers at any little Caesar s. I think she was racist and unfriendly. I m surprised if she worked there for 15 years doesn t have knowledge of this.

Not sure the point of pre ordering online hours in advance since they don t have it ready .. currently sitting in the parking lot waiting .. just have to pick up the kid in a timely manner -

This location is hit or miss. Sometimes the food is fantastic and satisfies that gooey cheesey pizza craving. Other times I end up with the wrong order from the pizza portal, or get a pizza thats been burnt to a crispy dust like texture to the mouth. Always a good idea to do a quick look over before you leave.

Pizzas are not ready. 15 minute wait

Purchased here often, and usually a good experience. However, I ordered a stuffed crazy bread and it had no cheese in it nor was it cut, and it was burnt... So I ended up with a burnt block of dough with parmesan on it... I reached out with feedback about the problem (email and phone - didnt notice until I got home) but never heard back.

First time ever ordering from Little Caesars wow, it s trash. The crust is the same as cheap frozen pizza, it s bland cardboard. Without a doubt the worst delivery pizza I ve ever eaten.

They provide quick and cheap pizza. Its not the greatest, but it does in a pinch

I went to little Caesars yesterday around 3:15 pm. There was a young girl on til, clearly she was new and was still in the learning stage. She was having alot of difficulty,, there was a line up and a bit of a wait. Hats off to the customers who were patient and understanding. A huge hats off to the young girl for handling herself as best she could. A HUGE thumbs down to the women who was clearly supposed to be training her.she would pop her self out from the back, watch her and leave. Did not speak to her, did not speak ti the customers, was apparent that she did not like her job , looked miserable, I could go on and on about how poor of a trainer/supervisor/employee she was, but I wont. The poor young girl was so nervous, I felt so bad for her. I hope she gets to see this, or someone who knows her sees this and to let her know , that not all jobs will be like this and you did a amazing job holding yourself together, it will get better and not all people you work for will be as horrible as the one you were working with yesterday. The one star is fir the supervisor/trainer. I give 5 stars to the trainee. Little Caesars should really look into this as the trainee was almost in tears. You should be ashamed to have such an employee as a supervisor.

It was a crazy busy night, but the staff members were still polite and were working as quickly as they could. The pizza and wings were very tasty once we received them, too bad it took so long.

Customer service needs work! I pulled up infront of the storefront before 12 im not from St. Thomas and didnt realize they closed at 12. The open sign was still on and the door unlocked, as I entered the store as the clock hit 12:02 I beleive it was the manager that told me they closed 2 minutes ago, she then walked to the sign shut it off and walked away as I was trying to talk with her. She ignored me and proceeded to the back of the store. All I wanted was a hot and ready and there was one sitting in the heater box. It would have taken a few extra seconds to ring me through and a pizza to not go to waste but apparently that was too much to ask. If its against policy to not sell something after there set hours even know they messed up and the store front said OPEN then they could have taken a minute to talk with me and explain. Lots of pizza places in town so next time I will be sure to take my business else where.

Why is it called hot and ready when u show up at 6 pm and they have no pizzas ready.

I had not been hear in some time after getting burnt pizza, stop in today place was empty 2 people in the back told me to hold on be right with me I waited and waited and waited then left I WONT be back.

This staff has no concept of time. Three times I ordered delivery. Two times told an hour then it shows up almost 2 hours later. The third time Im told 20 minutes and it gets here an hour and a half later. This is unacceptable and needs either new management or new staff.

Needed a cheap(ish) dinner and these guys came through. Hit the spot. Good food and cooked hot!

The customer service is always less than favorable. It always feels like youre interrupting the workers. Just a very unpleasant welcome. Pizza was good... I had ordered to 3 cheese pizza and there just doesnt ever seem to be enough cheese. But theres plenty of sauce. Not my number one pizza place choice... which is sad because I use to really like it.

Boyfriend got done work at 9 30. We hoped for a hot and ready pizza and looked up to make sure your open. Just to go to the store for you to be closed. In all due respect during this pandemic i understand its hard but youve had many days notice before new restrictions are put into place. If you are choosing to close early during this pandemic please update your hours and do not waste peoples time and gas. Pizza tonight was happy to serve us today instead.

Its fine. I like to start my reviews with a quick sentence to summarize for people who are quickly scanning through reviews. When I thought about what I wanted to say for Little Caesars, its fine was all I thought of them. Their hot and ready pizza often arent ready when you get there - and they are kinda pricey, for what you get... But they are fine. They generally get the order right, but thats a pretty low bar. Its fine. Yeah, they are fine. I keep meaning to just buy from somewhere else, and that new Dominos opened up down the street, so hopefully Ill have a review up for there soon.

Their stuffed cheese crust pizza is perfectly seasoned and to die for! Highly recommend!

Went in today and NO ONE Greeted us. Then the manager or possibly the owner was walking by and said under her breathe in the absolute worst tone someone will be there in a min . I was legit the ONLY customer in store. It was SO AWKWARD I just left. We go here whenever the kids have friends over but for the same price you can go to Al s across the street. Better pizza and amazing family friendly service.

Hit and miss is being generous with their food. The service is atrocious. Pizza was soaked in grease. So much that the box has lost its integrity. Called for a replacement, and got another one with the same problem. When I pointed it out to the counter he told me thats how they always are made and theres nothing he can do. Brushing with oil is one thing, these had a cup of oil poured on them.

Food is just ok. They should really change their slogan from Hot N Ready to Warm N Wait.

Fast, quick, and exactly put a decent amount of garlic parm. Other than the young girls behind the counter unable to stop their conversation to actually do their jobs.. but overall with poor service, they managed. Lucky the pizza is so good..

Horrible experience. Cashier taking our order was texting the entire time. She was incredibly rude. Horrible customer service. Ordered meat lovers. Got Canadian, which is with mushrooms. We hate mushrooms. hot and ready more like cold and 15min wait period. Disappointed.

So youre saying free delivery for a limited time(says on your website)... Except there hasnt been delivery available for weeks in St Thomas, whys that? I cant place an order because I cant pick it up, terrible.

Always get Hot & Readys from this location and they never disappoint. I recommend getting garlic and parmesan all over your pizza. Once you do that you will never eat it plain again.

Fresh and perfectly cooked, delicious pizza and their crazy bread is to die for!!! Highly recommended!!!

I am so unbelievably shocked, I cannot believe this! I was just told by Jo from Little Caesers in St. Thomas that the driver cannot deliver to us anymore since it is 4 minutes out of their delivery area. I called to ask if we could come up with a solution to continue this (like a different delivery time as the driver still wants to deliver and she gets $11 tip). I explained that my disabled son enjoys/counts on having pizza/movie Saturday nights as we order every Saturday night. Jo said ITS NOT MY PROBLEM YOU HAVE A DISABLED CHILD and you shouldnt use that against me!!!!!!!! I was so shocked that I could barely speak. I told her I could not believe she said such an IGNORANT comment when all I was doing was trying to come up with solutions (which I told her twice). I told her I was so shocked by her horrible words and she kept saying that she didnt mean it like that. Then what exactly did you mean by those words because I cannot fathom saying that to anyone, anytime!

Ordered delivery 5:04 called 2x by 6:34 and it was just leaving ! offered it to me free i said keep it ! 21 mins later i ate pizza tonite !

Just opened up our order and found the Crazy Bread looked barely warmed let alone cooked. I decided to send feedback but found it impossible through the website. Not impressed.

Ordered a stuffed crust cheese pizza and waited for it. Foolishly didnt check to see if it was in fact correct (my Moms pizza was no onion, yet covered in onions). Tried to call 3 or 4 times and it just rang. Drove all the way back to the store, pizza in hand. Both cashiers make eye contact but dont actively come up to help. I have to wait in line. I explain that I got the wrong pizza and it took a few tries before they understood what I wanted. No apology at all. They literally couldnt care less. I get that its cheap food, but I expect better. This will be my last visit. Ill pay more for better service elsewhere. Awful customer service, no adults working. At least one person apologized as I left.

The pizza is ok about 50% of the time, other than that it s most likely undercooked, also don t expect any hot and ready pizzas as that seems to be a thing of the past. Not sure what happened but this place has significantly declined in quality over the last year

Food is good, but last delivery driver was extremely rude.

The delivery lady is super lazy will not come to your door she spits on the pizzas when get garlic and parm and shakes ur pop up . Also if ur not out the door that very second to grab ur pizza the lady will dip super fast shes just super rude am not happy with this service this happens all the time from them !!

I went in this evening and had a very rude teenage cashier, who had headphones in while working not to mention was barely speaking to customers ahead of me. Was not impressed with the customer service I recieved. I dont know where she worked prior were it was acceptable to use headphones on the job.

Must be the same girl. Headphones in 3 days ago when I went in. Miserable customer service. No eye contact or thank you. Tonight was the same... déjà vu. If there was another one in town I would go there. Everyone has a bad day or night. But this behaviour is consistent at this location, pretty brutal

I made a order for delivery, staff was very rude, and even accused of placing a fake order. She was very short on the phone and sighed with anger when I changed one of the toppings on a pizza. I was very unimpressed with the service and would not recommend.
