Very delicious and light pizza s.

First time ordering pizza here. It was pretty good, except for the sesame seeds on the crust.

Ordered a 2 topper medium with beef and mushrooms. They took 48 mins to make one pizza and on top of that they put chicken instead of beef. The pizza was falling apart not even made properly and every order they put less and less ingredients.

What an awesome experience at red swan st thomas. The store was super busy and still delivering the best results. Hands down to the best place in st.thomas. I tried paneer tikka pizza. If youre vegetarian than you should try this... I would given 6 stars if i had an opinion. Food : 5/5

First time ordering. Pickup ready in 30 minutes, hot and fresh. 2-topping XLs - chicken shawarma+potato wedges & chicken pesto+red onion (and free cilantro and green olives). Incredible. Love the sesame seeds and the flavour of the sauce. Also tried the veggie cheesy bread and dang, thats some soft, melty goodness. This place takes the st Thomas lead imo. From now on, Im riding the Red Swan.

Ordered Two Pizza s last night, Both were overcooked and Greasy., My guests did not want to complain as they felt we bought dinner. I kept some slices as it was so bad. Complained this morning., and did not hear back, they said they did phone us at 3pm. No record of a phone call, so I called again, and let them know and all we got was another have another Pizza, I said we do not want to do business with them again, and not interested in any Pizza s from Swan Pizza. as we were so disappointed with the Pizza s., then lady said someone was going to call us back later. Waiting.

Red Swan pizza is great. The Pizza is delicious and they offer a small mini pizza for only $3.99! I usually order two for my wife and I. It beats the price of any other pizza joint in town!

Currently the best pizza in town. Which days are a lot. We have quite a few pizza shops. Lobby is a bit dull, but the pizza is amazing.

I was pleasantly surprised with this pizza. Its as good as other pizza places in town and has some unique touches, like the sesame seeds on the crust. It is a little on the greasier side, but the flavour is on point.

On March 14 , 2024 we order pizza from St Thomas location with order # 53196788. Just took the first slice and after first bite saw a long hair in pizza. Can t eat pizza with someone long hair in it and really concerned about hygiene of the place. Totally waste of money. Never ordering from this place again

Phenom able pizza

Was told delivery would be 45 minutes which turned into an hour. Delivery guy told me he was held up by a train. Funny thing is that there s no rail crossing from red swan to my house. Nevertheless the pizza was cold. You may notice on the website that there s a $17 delivery fee but in actuality it s $20. Found this out by placing order for pickup on same thing ordered for delivery. These guys are making a killing on delivery & if I m paying that kind of money it better be hot. Last time using red swan.

Good pizza, awful service. Ordered ahead of time tonight, got there for pickup at the time they said it would be ready. One employee asked my name, disappeared and didn t come back. A second employee asked, checked and said it would be 7-10 minutes still. Ok, they re busy, I get it. My husband left immediately to pick up our kids so he wouldn t miss the pickup time, and I waited in the restaurant, sitting at a table directly in front of the counter. Multiple customers came and went. I was still waiting there 15 minutes later and joked that they forgot about me. Husband called the store and they said that it was ready a few minutes ago and didn t know anyone was there waiting. I asked if we could get a discount since not one but 2 employees had forgotten me, the female employee claimed that she hadn t talked to me at all (she was the first one who asked my order name and then didn t come back), got the manager instead. Long story short, they then tried to claim that it had been ready the whole time and I missed them calling my order in the 30 seconds I went to the parking lot to give my husband the car key, even though that was immediately after they had told me it would still be 7-10 minutes. We ended up leaving with no pizzas and will never go back again.

This is the most consistently delicious pizza place we have in St. Thomas! The pizza has such a great flavour and the sesame seeds on the crust are fantastic. I personally get the no sugar added sauce as I felt that their standard sauce was too sweet, but I havent tried their regular sauce since the no sugar added sauce was an option on their online ordering, so it may have changed! I also love their garlic fingers. Theyre so cheesy and garlicky! I have never had a poor experience at RS and I dont think Ive ever heard anyone say anything poor about them. Keep up the great work!

Never had worst Pizza we both had stomach problems all night and in the morning pizza was burnt and pizza was covered with sesame seeds I ate a whole medium pizza and was still hungry

I ordered a cauliflower crust via delivery. Crust was burnt and pizza was cold. Disappointing as I had heard great things. Also they are blaming the 3rd party platform for burning the crust. Pretty sure SKIP didnt cook the pizza

Tried the 8 2 topping pizza deal for the first time having their pizza!! We absolutely loved it!! Well done, great sauce, tasty ingredients and sesame seeds on the crust!! Awesome!! And for the $3.95!! You cant beat it!! Highly recommend this place!!

Amazing pizza. The toppings quality is high for a franchise chain pizzeria. The crust is amazing and hands down the best for a fluffier crust. Cheese, sauce is amazing and tastes great. This pizza is hands down one of my new favorites when I dont crave a wood oven pizza from a pricier place. 10/10 recommended!!!

Weve ordered takeout pizza from Red Swan many times and it has always been delicious. Lots of options for toppings and their sesame seed crust is yummy. Customer service here is excellent.

This pizza is so GOOD! Different and unique options! Vegetarian options: So many options Dietary restrictions: Tons of options: vegan, vegetarian, all the meats, gluten-free, personal size servings, different sauce options and everything else you could imagine! Kid-friendliness: Just cheese is an option! Garlic fingers were a hit!

My first time eating here today, staff was very friendly and I had the tandoori chicken pizza. It was delicious and very different from anything in town, I will definitely return to try their other speciality pizzas!

Hands down, my new favourite pizza. They are very accommodating and have gone above and beyond when asking for substitutions. The crust is absolutely delicious with the sesame seeds. My daughter and I always order the chicken bbq pizza and wow, Ive never had a bbq pizza that even compares. We have always ordered delivery and they are fast and efficient so I highly recommend you give them a try because Im glad we did

Great pizza but a large pizza does not fit in Skip the dishes insulated heater so the pizzas where delivered on an angle sliding all the toppings to one end 2 large pizzas looked like mush

Pros: - The sesame crust is delicious Cons: - the crust was a good chunk of the pizza making topping area smaller than I would like - toppings were very sparse (please see attached photo to find the amount of pineapple and bacon) - Pizza was not ready on time when it was ordered over 6 hours in advance Overall, I would give this 2.5 stars because it has the potential to be amazing if they weren t so cheap with the toppings. Also ordered garlic bread and dip which were both fine, nothing amazing but not bad. **** edited this review to 4 stars as the owner replaced my pizza. I do enjoy their pizza and have been back a few times now.

The pizza is fantastic I have to say!! Ordered a Hawaiian with pepperoni and cheese garlic sticks, which are fantastic as well. It was delivered when they said it would be. I would absolutely recommend this place. Well done @Red Swan Pizza.

I really wanted to love this pizza, we got a flyer in the mail and it looked really good. We ordered 3 pizzas, a Meat Fans, an all meat and a bbq shrimp. The meat fans was not cooked through and my son had to throw out parts of it that were cold. The shrimp on the bbq shrimp pizza tasted completely off and today 2 of us are sick. We may have just had bad luck with our order as I do see a lot of very positive reviews. I called to let them know so it does not happen to someone else, I did not want money back and I did not want new pizza, but the lady I spoke with said she would call me back. When she did she proceeded to tell me that she checked my order and everything was okay but that she would send me a new bbq shrimp pizza if I wanted. I was simply calling to prevent this from happening again and I was basically told I was lying because she checked my order and it was okay. This turned me off enough that I will never order from here again.

The pizza is excellent and always consistent. Not only is this our go to for pizza in St Thomas, but i recently dropped my wallet in the store and they returned it with all my cash and belongings. Very nice and thoughtful staff.

I have ordered a few times from Red Swan, St.Thomas. My online pick-up orders have always been prepared promptly. The pizza is delicious. The pizza crust is light, not heavy and doughy like other pizza places. I appreciate the wide range of pizza topics. It is hard to find such variety, especially for vegetarians at other pizza places in the city. Dietary restrictions: Great options for vegetarians

First time at this place. Maybe was my luck not sure but i was very disappointed I got pizza and the cheese was overdone and tasted stale only thing that was good was the sesame crust. The wings were extremely dry and tasted like yesterdays dinner. Pizzaworx remains on top of my list for both pizza and wings. I wont be returning here sadly.

I called to order the 2x medium pizza treat deal, which was supposed to be 2 medium pizzas with 2 toppings, 4 cans of pop and 2 dipping sauces for $26.95 plus tax. When I asked what the total was the woman said it was almost $40. I advised that the price on THEIR website was $26.95 , she stated that the special didnt include pop. I told her yes it did, she began yelling on the other end of the phone stating I was wrong. She was very rude. What happened to the customer is always right??? I advised this was false advertising and she should honor the deal advertised on their menu!!! She refused!!!! She also refused to give me her name when asked! I have screenshots of the menu and the deal they wont honor!!! Obviously I cancelled my order! If red swan doesnt make this right, we will never ever support this business again!

We had Philly beef /chicken ranch / bacon mushroom pepperoni pizzas they were GREAT will definitely be returning and the staff the guy was funny & so friendly !!!

Pizza is way over cooked. And pretty much no toppings. It got like two tiny pieces of chicken per slice. The only good thing is the their cheese sticks.

Awful! Won t be back! Lack of options! Flavour isn t there! If I m going to spend $40+ on pizza and wings I would rather go to pizza tonite, chef bondi, or pizzaworx where you can get more than 2 toppings without any extra expenses, the wings taste amazing with more than a handful of flavours, and you are offered more than 5 drink options, plus the sides and appetizer options are endless.

I have to say that this Pizza is far better than ANY in town. If the quality stays this way, this will definitely be my new place. The crust was amazing, the sauce was perfect (husband said it was sweet) and not too greasy. We all loved it and my Autistic son says Its bloody delicious! Cant wait to try different pizzas now.

No flavor, not great pizza at all

Got the Junior Treat combo, great choice to get 2 pizzas, 2 pops and 2 dips for a good price. Crust was really good overall the pizza was decent. Ordered Tandoori chicken on One and found some of the toppings were quite small and only a few sprinkled on leaving the pizza empty. Pepperoni on my second pizza was great and filled the pizza.

The online ordering was easy and everyone was so polite when we picked up our order. The gluten free crust was amazing and I am so thrilled to have a dairy free cheese option that melts! We will absolutely order again. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and dairy free. The first pizza Ive been able to have with cheese in a long time!

So I sent my son in for their xl daily special. It comes with 2 toppings. I split the pizza in halves and they only let me put one topping on each side. Ever other pizza place I have ever went to gives 2 toppings for each side as you are only getting half on each. Second time here and I am not impressed. Pizza is ok but nothing special. Will never go back

Surprised how good this actually was. From the crust to how sweet my pizza was with the pineapple and honey garlic chicken. Very good. Will be trying more kinds!! Only downfall is when I went they were busy and there was what seemed to only be 2 people in there working and doing deliveries, so people were waiting a while to be helped. They seemed very rushed which hurt the connection and service which was rushed.

Pizza was good (not a fan of the sesame seed crust, although my partner was). Ordered two mediums with wings. Really enjoyed the wings! The one pizza they gave us the wrong one, which they rectified with no issues. Great taste, but a bit skimp on the meat toppings. I know I said it already, but the flavours were very good! Just more meat!!

Ordered the Honey Garlic pizza - pretty good. Would have been better if it was actually hot. Added an order of chicken wings - bad decision. Wings were over cooked - on the verge of being burned and the sauce comes on the side. Definitely better options available in St Thomas if youre wanting wings.
