Chuck's Roadhouse Bar & Grill in St Thomas

Good sports bar, with great bloody caesars... the secret is in the homemade flavored vodka. The food was also great. Staff are friendly but short-staffed. The wait for food can be long. The atmosphere is your regular sports bar.

I ve generally had a good experience here but the last time I went it was kinda so so mostly cause of our waitress. Food turned out decent but staff was not on point. Hopefully better next time though.

Good food but the service was very slow. It might be because there weren t enough servers though, because the girl serving us was running around doing so much !!! Not her fault she couldn t get to us but maybe they should hire more people

Weve eaten at Chucks (St. Thomas) regularly over the years. Todays experience was terrible. The music is SO LOUD the server had trouble taking our order and my husband and I couldnt carry on a conversation. My coffee was so cold (as was someones at a neighbouring table) I had to ask for another one. We both ordered Chucks burgers (no lettuce). Both came with brown shredded lettuce which we scraped off. My husbands burger was a little pink, but not much flavour. When I bit into mine a steady stream of warm blood started pouring from it onto my dish and saturating the bun (red). Our server ordered a new burger for me, but my husband was finished eating by the time mine came. I took mine to go and wasnt charged for the burger. Not the servers fault. We arrived at 11:05 am. and only 4 other people were there by the time we left at 1215 pm. (Sat. Sept .28/24). I think I can see why.

Thank you to the staff at the Chucks in St Thomas! We made a reservation for our girls hockey team and they accommodated with a smile! The food was good and the service was great! Highly recommend! We will be back!

We dine here quite often and love it but recently the music is so loud it s difficult to carry on a conversation. We could understand if it was later in the evening after the dinner hour. Our server was great she said she has had numerous complaints about the volume but the owners insist they are following head office requirements.

Went to chucks today for an appetizer and a drink. Our server was slow it took 15 minutes for her to take our drink orders. I had 3 drinks in a span of the 2 hours I sat there. It took 15 minutes for our server to bring another drink over after waiting forever for her to come ask us if we wanted another drink. She wouldn t serve me anymore as her, another bartender and their manger stood there looking over at my table talking about us will not be back at chucks at this location as your service is horrible and your servers can t come and have a conversation about the situation.

Service was a bit slow but attentive and they apologized and offered a free desert. We declined but they knocked a bit off the bill. Food was good but steak slightly overcooked. I guess thats better than undercooked. Food

The male manager on duty the other night was doing an amazing job helping his staff, usually when it s the female manager I feel like she is preoccupied with her phone and the staff are under more pressure.

Came in at 11pm Saturday and was greeted by the manager Kate. Was great service, fast and friendly! She recommended to add buffalo chicken to the loaded fries and I thoroughly enjoyed them!! Was even better because they were half priced after 9pm. Wonderful fast friendly service. Will be back!!!

Wonderful location with friendly staff. I was served tonight by Madyson and assisted by the Manager Kate. The staff were fast and friendly and made me feel at home. I appreciated the menu recommendations. I got the soup of the day by Madyson s recommendation and it was lovely! Will be back.

Great place to go if you re looking for a nice spot to eat or a night out with friends. The food is great (especially half price appetizers). The serving staff is the best around. I would recommend to my friends.

My server Madyson was extremely professional and very helpful when asked what dishes should be recommended. She s beyond sweet and goes out of her way the people she serves. I suggest you ask for her every time you go in if possible!

Just walked in with my wife, not that busy. 2 empty booths, 2 or 3 empty tables. Bar side had open 2-3 tables as well. Told 30m wait?! What? This isnt Toronto! We took our business to Legends and were seated immediately.

Very enjoyable and relaxing setting. The service was fast and the staff go out of their way to please you. The meals look very nice when served. The steak and roast beef dinner are so tastey . Your not hungry when u leave ,the porsions are very generous . Ill be sure to go back, I want to try the fish. All and all great.

Driest burger I ve ever had, borderline inedible. Even my brothers smoked meat sandwich was dry. Service was not great at all. Took over 20 minutes to get our bill after we told our server we were finished. The restaurant was not busy, no more than 10 tables max between the 2 servers but we had to call over someone (who wasn t our server) so we finally could leave. Come here for the half off apps and cheap drinks, not sure if I d recommend any of their entrees as the only one i ve ever not been disappointed by is the steak.

Always a wonderful meal of ribs which are so tender. Meal comes with fries but You can upgrade to mashed potatoes, loaded mashed potatoes, baked potato, loaded baked potatoes, or poutine. Only downside is they dont offer macaroni and cheese as a side anymore like they did when they first opened

This is the second time Ive been to this establishment. The first time was just my wife and I. We wanted a quick meal with some appetizers during one of the first nights out away from our little one. We had to ask for our food twice before getting it. There was a hockey game so we understand the delay a bit. However the second time I went with both my wife and child. This time we went when the restaurant was almost empty. We waited for our food for 50 minutes only to have to ask another waitress the status of our order. During that 50 minutes we were not checked on once. Only another set of customers came to say that we must have order something special for it to take this long. After the 50 minutes the waitress was flagged down by another waitress as we couldnt find her. And her response was that she did not put the order in. We were now 50 minutes into waiting and the only solution was a to offer us the ability to take it home. I understand there are mistakes and things happen but the continued negligence to not check in on your customers or offer them something for your mistake is quite concerning. Disregarding the music that was so loud you can barely talk to each other in a mostly empty place. This is something that will stop me from ever coming back to this location. For average food the service time is not worth the wait.

Tacos are some of the best I ve had in a vary long time. My server madyson was a beautiful kind vary friendly server. I highly recommend and will be back.

The food was good and really affordable for what youre getting, I got steak with fries and my steak was cooked the way I like it. Angelica, who was our waitress, kept a good eye on us despite it being super busy and was great overall and the staff seemed nice. I think its a pretty good spot to go if you want cheap food and drinks with good staff.

Sadly so disappointed the food was terrible. Extra 2 dollars for a baked potato that was so teeny tiny and the steak was so small and ok flavor. The Salad was ok nothing great and the cherry square was a fail. Luckily we had a gift certificate will use remaining at a crabby joes a sister restaurant.

Came in last night and the food tasted really good while we were eating it. I thoroughly enjoyed their bruschetta. The service was good and the waiter we had (forget his name) was very attentive and very kind, but unfortunately, the food gave my partner and I food poisoning. We have both been very sick since last night after eating (we did not eat anything substantial earlier in the day to make us sick). He got a steak that he asked for medium-well, and the middle part was almost blue. I took home the rest of my food (chicken tacos) that my friend ate and she was fine, but I shared some of the steak with my partner. I know it s very difficult to say what item it was that made us ill or was cross-contaminated, but we definitely would not trust eating here again.

Unbelievable... best service ever I received with real truthful. I visited lots of chuck road house but I personally recommend this one. Service is topnotch. Always look for Kim. I read some bad reviews and I was a bit concerned, but decided to give it a try. No issues. We were promptly seated, our server was pleasant and efficient. Food was tasty and properly cooked.

We were sitted at the table 1st and 4 tables walked in after us . Servers took all there orders first and did not come to us . I went to bar to ask the server if somebody can come take our order they still took 15 mins to come to us for order . Food came in after 40mins of ordering . After sitting down to ordering food and receiving food it took 80 mins . There are hardly 8 tables in the restaurant. Worst experience ever . Go to wellington location in london they are far better . Great food and a great atmosphere in the restaurant. I dont have a negative to say about it in general. If I have any that isnt just this restaurant its being in a wheelchair they dont leave enough room to get through with a manual wheelchair or electric. Getting into the restaurant is super easy but the aisles could be a bit wider. Wheelchair accessibility: One complaint is that the aisle in the restaurant could be wider. Most restaurants dont leave enough room to get through without moving chairs or getting other patrons to stand so I can get through which I feel bad doing .

Just went in for a coffee and desert. The cherry cobbler was mostly oatmeal and the coffee was lukewarm. Service was okay but the table I was given wasnt cleaned very well and the crreamers supplied with the coffee still had some used ones in the container.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Just had the most disappointing meal from this location. The meals used to be filling and now are just a joke. The bacon cheeseburger I ordered didnt even cover the bun. The extra charge caesar salad instead of fries I sent back and had removed from my bill because it was so small. My wife ordered and paid extra for mashed potatoes and got half a spoon full. I am severely disappointed as this used to be a great place to go, now its just a giant rip off. I am diabetic, on an insulin pump, and have to dose my insulin ahead of time, I took enough to account for the food I was about to eat and needed to stop on the way home to make up for the lack of food I actually ate. At least McDonalds is honest on how much food you get, this embarrassment makes the Honest to Goodness tax they charge you at Chucks a complete joke.

I recently visited this location, and my experience was delightful! The atmosphere was extremely cozy and the staff went above and beyond with service despite being very busy. I highly recommend everyone stop by if you re ever in St.Thomas!

Waited 45min for chucks burgers and fries, the poor waitress seemed to be waiting on the whole restaurant (we dont blame her) food came out and the fries were Luke warm and pickles missing on my burger, the waitress went back and got me pickles which was nice of her. Let me make this clear the waitress was not the issue it was the wait time of the food and the kitchen staff not putting everything on my burger. This is the 2nd time I have issues with this location.the restaurant had about 2 dozen customers in it, just seemed to be very understaffed.

Disappointed. Smallest hamburger I have ever seen as well as the portion of fries (normally an overabundance). The fish overdone . The steak was tough and small as well as the lobster or was it a shrimp tail? If it was lobster, it had to be a baby. I have not gone out for a good dinner for a long time and this was a huge disappointment. No wonder Chucks was not busy that night. Not going back again.

Great experience! A server named Ashley was so helpful!!! She took care of the drinks as they emptied even though it was quite busy. She was so sweet with my kids. We will definitely return :) Kid-friendliness: My kids never know what to decide on and somehow she got answers out of both of them in no time. They ate every bite!

Usually my friends go to place to meet up, Kim is absolutely wonderful However every single time we come and have this young blond server, Madison maybe ? Awful. Miserable Drops things off and turns right around took half hour before the manager finally came and took our order still took her so long. I didn t want to order anything after my one drink because she was our server and we knew it would be miserable and so long.

Terrible pick up service experience. After looking around for a server for sometime to pick up my order. A family of 3 comes in and a young man pops out from the back. He proceeds to seat them after they note I was waiting and then he ignores that. He doesn t return to say someone else will be with me or take the name for the order. He brings out to a container for another table. I must be invisible. I had to interrupt a lady server at the bar area to get my meal. Food was okay not as good like previous order.

Haley W. made our time at the bar exceptionally enjoyable. Her friendly demeanor and attentive service truly elevated our experience. She consistently checked in on us with a cheerful smile, ensuring our glasses were never empty and that we were having a great time. Highly recommend visiting this bar for the excellent service provided by Haley!

Absolutely atrocious service. Terrible food. We were served frozen bacon in our salad. Chicken for a chicken burger was rubbery. We had our orders taken at 12:45 and werent served until 1:30. At approximately 1:15, we were told there wasnt enough arugula for the salad, which says to me they didnt start making our food for half an hour, and when they did they didnt have enough ingredients. We brought this up with the wait staff, we were told the bacon is in the fridge, no comment was made about the bad chicken, and the waitress got defensive about the wait time and said it was only 25 minutes (which is average). The bacon was literally frozen solid, Ive handled ice before, I know the difference between cold and frozen. Clearly they need a manager on staff on Sundays.

Went with my wife and another couple for lunch. After waiting about 45 minutes for our food my chicken sandwiches chicken was extremely rubbery. I got a side Caesar salad and noticed the colour of the bacon crumble seemed a bit off (kind of white) upon picking it up the bacon crumble was obviously frozen. When I brought this to my waitresses attention we were told it was only 25 mins (not true) and the bacon is kept in the fridge. Would not reccoemnd or eat here again.

Was a regular at this place coming with my elderly parents, but won t be back. Ever. We came in, it was fairly busy. So we were prepared to wait. However we were not repaired to wait a solid one hour for our food to even arrive. We ordered two steaks with lobster tail. And one Porterhouse. All the stakes were dry, felt like they were sitting ready for a while waiting to be served and then reheated afterwards to seem like they were hot. The lobster tails were cold to the touch. The server kept saying it s busy, that s why you re waiting . Then said that our appetizerS will be on the house. We had 3 appetizers. When the check came in, only one was taken off the bill. After I paid $145 in this economy for food, I refuse to ever come back. Because the service was awful. The promises were given that never were kept. Food was cold and bland. All I kept hearing from tables around is how terrible the cooking is. I do not recommend anyone comes here unless they are ready to wait for hour plus and get slop afterwards.

Generally I tend to like chucks roadhouse. Ive been to a few and never really been disappointed. However, last night was a different story. Firstly, it wasnt that busy but service was slow. Like. VERY slow. We stood around in the entrance waited to be seated for 5 minutes, waited for another 15 for someone to take our drink order, which they then got wrong anyway. In terms of the food, it all just tasted off. Bland, overly oiled and just not very good. Even the coca cola tasted watered down and flat.

Love going to Chucks, and decided to try this location last night. Firstly had to wait quite the while to get seated, didnt seem overly busy. After we got seated, it took a while before we could order our drinks. It actually took so long that we ordered food at the same time. Got our drinks.. waited another half hour or so for our food. Had empty glasses when food arrived, and the waitress just ran off. Was very busy chatting with the table next to us. Had to eat very oily food, with nothing to drink. Had to flag down a waitress after them just walking by and smiling multiple times. Asked for drink refills, waitress looked annoyed, double checked which drink, and still got it wrong 15 minutes later. We still accepted the drink, amd another server came by and put the right drinks on the table shouting something about misscommunication as they ran off. The floors were also dirty and full of paper towels. Definetly do not recommend going here for a good Chucks experience. There is a lot better options within 20ish minutes of driving. ~ well worth the drive.

Had awesome Easter Supper with family ,Kim was our server and was awesome .

First off. An hour and 35 minutes waiting for food can be understandable, being completely ignored by our server that entire time is not! She served 3 other tables directly beside us, she had to walk between us to serve the 2 large tables of maybe 8 people per group. They got their, ate it, table was cleaned off, got desserts, table cleaned off again, got coffee and their bill all before the MANAGER, NOT OUR SERVER, came to tell us our food will still be 5 more minutes! We ordered 2 philly sandwiches, a chicken parm and one other sandwich. An hr and 35 minutes for that??? And no update from our server the entire time. Someone else brought us our drinks and a different server brought our only appetizer 30 minutes after ordering, it was cold! Needless to say when she said 5 more minutes I said forget it and walked out. Even after she said our food was heavily discounted. I told her Im paying for our pop or im paying for nothing and Im leaving. There were 4 of us. My gf and I left, my brother and his gf stayed. And what do you know....10 minutes later their food came out. So after an hr and a half they started and rushed to make our food. 3 sandwiches, a chicken parm and a quesadilla and 4 pops took that long, but 2 group parties who were paying a lot more got taken care of while were COMPLETELY IGNORED. Went to McDonalds. Thanks for nothing.

Horrible service I love steak but you can only get the $25 one on skip the dishes. When I called, they said all the steaks should be on there but they arent (at least from what I saw online on their menu). Its too bad because thats the only way to deliver. Edit: I ordered the $25 dinner and not only was it only slightly bigger than my hand (for the entire meal and my hands are small lol), but they overcooked it badly. I asked for medium and there was no pink because it was overcooked so badly. Also, no corn on the cob, just a tiny condiment container with some nibblets. Not worth it, especially going through skip where you pay far more. Bad first experience. Ill stick to the St. Thomas Roadhouse because they give you a lot more food for less money, cook it properly, tastes great, and are just amazing. Edit #2. (Decided to change this edit. Instead of putting the 2nd poor service that I had last) I thought Id add that I reached out, like I was asked to do. Was then told to send a copy of my receipt, which I did, and heard nothing. I was appreciative theyd gotten back at first, but disappointed they never spoke to me again. Oh well, live and learn

I have visited chucks on a few occasions and in all visits the service was beyond exceptional. The bartender Kim, is absolutely incredible at her job. She is always on the ball and attentive to all of her customers. Nobody ever goes unnoticed. The food is also amazing Mike cooks a great steak. The wings are also great. Best place in town to hang out and grab a bite to eat and have a drink.

A group of us come here after basketball. The service is always amazing when Kim is working. She knows what we all want and is always extremely attentive to everyone in the bar / restaurant. The apps are great after 9. Food

Stopped in at chucks after basketball with some friends. The service from Kim was awesome! She sure knows how to do her job. Glad shes back to work we missed her when she was off injured. Shes a trooper. Nachos are amazing.

My family, friends and I went out for drinks and aps Wednesday Jan24th and Kim (Our amazing waitress ) was awesome. She accommodated our early arrival , managed multiple bills and got all the orders right and did it with a smile on her face and topped it off with some candy treats after (adults too). The food was great! Service lacked a little couth and promptness, but what can you do? Still a fun night with friends. Parking: Very tight shared lot, youre better off parking around the corner or on the road. As a handicap parking permit holder, youd be extremely lucky to get a permit spot, as lazy people park in them without a permit. Wheelchair accessibility: Theres accessible parking, but only if you are lucky to get a spot that someone without a permit hasnt taken. However, the restaurant itself is definitely wheelchair accessible.

I totally enjoyed the food served on my visit to this lovely restaurant.The services were great, and the restaurant was beautiful.

Not a very good experience this time. The burger was made wrong, and the fries seemed like they sat in a warmer for 2 or 3 hours. They were barely warm and very stale. I ordered the big chunk burger, and it was supposed to have double cheese and double bacon. It had neither, and all the waitress had to say was oh sorry about that. I hate sending food back because you never know what theyll do to it.

The food was ok. Fries tasted like they were old. Told the waitress. She got them to make new ones but took over 10 mins. And still tasted old. It wasnt very busy either Wasnt the best experience there . Nothing was done .

Went in at 8pm on a Sunday night, The server was very friendly and good, but good was not great. Burnt, underportioned and dry. We had steak, and Philly cheese. I should have taken pics, but disappointed. Not good .

Great waiters but terrible cooks 4 times Ive been ordered the most expensive steak on the menu and all 4 times they cooked my steak to medium rare then had them try again once and it came back the same. I even put a garnish in a spot so I knew it was remade but they just gave me the same plate back. Many friends halve had this happen now also. Do not go here for anything but a burger and fries you will be disappointed. 0/10

The food was good! The calamari was kinda fishy and that s from someone who loves seafood. The service was not good at all. I don t know who it is but the blonde girl with the ponytail was super rude and clearly wasn t doing her job. Our other server was AMAZING! she was such a sweetheart and kept apologizing for the horrible service. We waited at least 20mins for refills of our drinks which was okay I guess and it took them around 20mins to redo our messed up order. But yes, I just wanted to highlight that server. Whoever she was, you do not look happy in this establishment at all and you were quite rude to me and my sister. The other server god bless you. You are an angel and was running around doing two mans job since the other girl didn t wanna work and you could actively hear her complaining through your time there.

We were a table of eight ppl, and while the restaurant was busy, there were quite a few empty tables. The service was friendly but our 6 burgers and 2 steaks seems to take an awfully long time to come out. There was no communication from the server regarding the delay but once the food arrived it was very tasty.

Had the chicken club. Very disappointing. Chicken was tough. Onion rings were not cooked through. My sister had the strawberry pecan salad with chicken. It was OK.

Good food and atmosphere

Service was friendly and prompt. Food was decent and plentiful. We had yummy cheeseburgers for lunch. The prices were reasonable, and the washrooms clean. (I am not a sports fan but, for those of you interested, there were lots of big screen TVs with a variety of sports)

I loved the steak and potatoes. Their bruschetta and honey garlic chicken quesadilla are amazing.

Food was very tasty and the portions were good. As my parents said, when they found Chucks we realized we are able to eat stakes out of the house again. Their prices are very reasonable. Its like going to Montanas, for a lower proce.

Decent food, good atmosphere, service is great. You get in on the bar side and get Kim for a server it s always great. Get in after 9pm the half price apps for what you pay is fantastic. Highly recommend!

Service wasnt very good today ordered our food then a party of 20-30 came in then we were forgotten. This was very disappointing as weve here many times and enjoyed ourselves.

Great food, server could have been clearer in options selection, and dishwasher should use soap and water better. Enjoyed the food and TV sports.

Great restaurant and very well-priced menu!! Servers are friendly and great at checking up on you. Went in on a Monday night, before the rush, we didnt order appetizers so it felt like the food took longer but well worth the wait.

Update: Sent two emails like I was asked, no reply. Called the restaurant, was told the manager was not in, to leave them my name and number and they would call me back. Still nothing. We just left this location, tonight the service was horrible I understand it was busy however. We were sat at a table. Waited about 15 min for anyone to take out drink order. By the time the server came over we had picked our food as well. So we placed both orders. Drinks took forever to come out, the app was not far after that. 3 of us shared it just to get something in ou stomach. While we waited we watched people leave, tables were left with dirty dishes, and half eaten food around us. The manger was not helping the staff , no was she out working the floor, saw her twice out back. The bartender (who was amazing) was clearing tables, bringing drinks, taking food to the tables. After while a few groups came in , they were there about 15-20min and they got there food. That was where my husband and I had enough and after waiting an hour and seeing people who came in after us get their food I asked for our drink Bill as we wanted to leave and go grab some fast food. Magically our food came right out. Again by the bartender assisting the server. My husbands steak was supposed to be med rare it was well done , mine and my daughters food was a tab over cooked but we didnt care and ate it. As for the atmosphere... The AC either wasnt working or not on as it was so hot in there. The servers were sweating and fanning themselves. Again the manger did nothing to support her team, she only came out to help one customer who was upset with her food. Other than. That nothing. The bar was left unattended as the bartender was busy. The servers were racing around.

I walked into the restaurant, excited for a nice family meal. However, I was very disappointed with the quality and service I was given. It took 1.5 hours for the food to come and when it did come, my meal was swimming in oil. I got an apology from the manager about the wait time and she offered to take some meals off the bill and offered complementary dessert. However, that offer was quickly lessened to just 25% off everything on the bill. Then, when I received my bill, I saw that I only received 20% off just my entrees. In total, I was at the restaurant for 2 hours and 40 minutes. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

Went for dinner with my family during a huge dinner rush. Despite the fact being at full capacity, food came out super fast. There was never an empty cup on the table, our server was constantly bringing over refills. Friendly staff, clean establishment. Servers all help each other out. The manager was helping her staff run food, drinks and pour drinks in the bar. 10/10 experience :)

Chucks has been our place to go recently, tonight ruined that. My wife loves the Bruschetta flatbread and again tonight that was great. I usually stick with the ribs, tonight I decided to get the Sourdough Club. It was quite busy, busier than normal. The service was not great at all, waited almost an hour for our food, waitress asked me 3 times if I wanted ketchup for my fries (never got it) The sourdough sandwich bread was rock hard, I don t normally complain but I cut my lip trying to eat it. I told the waitress and she said she would talk to the manager, manager came out, first looked at the bread my wife had and said wow that s a little over cooked, this wasn t even what I was upset about. I mentioned I was concerned about my sandwich and she said that they toast the bread and it comes out quite hard after and that she doesn t like sourdough bread I ve had plenty of sourdough sandwiches and it s never been like this. She asked what I would like her to do and I was in shock, I just agreed with her about the bread, she recommend that she brings out new bread and that I make my sandwich again, or that she gets some hot fries brought out. I opt for the new bread and she brings out bread but no additional sauce or anything to remake the sandwich, all the sauce was nearly impossible to get off the first sandwich. That was the last we saw for the waitress or manager until we paid. Bill was full price, no discount, nothing. Certainly a little frustrating, guess I ll have to try another Chucks next time.

Lots of Tvs to watch. Had great service from Kim. Checked on us kept the drinks coming as needed.

My wife and I had lunch at Chucks Roadhouse in St. Thomas, and it was awesome, we will definitely be back, and our server Emma did a great job. Steak was done to perfection, and we didnt have a very long wait at all.

IT WAS AMAZING, the food, the atmosphere and especially the waitress Kim. The food came fast it tasted amazing, and even despite it being really busy bar side. And for only 9 dollars the chucks burger is an amazing option.

Great prices, good food, just dont get a ceaser... It legit just tastes like a jar of pickle juice... Even with less.... Couldnt make a decent ceaser after 2 tries....

We had a team dinner with 30 people after a hockey game, the food was great, service was outstanding, and the kitchen staff and the manager were accommodating. I would highly recommend Chucks for any team event.

So I have been to other Chucks locations before but the food at this Chucks was exceptional. Perfectly cooked steak. I would absolutely come back again. Parking: Parking can be a bit scarce if busy. Kid-friendliness: Brought my picky eating teen and she found something she wanted on the menu.

Kim has served us many times and shes always amazing. She often has her hands full but always makes us feel welcome and special by Remembering our usual order! Best server in town!

The server was not attentive. We had to ask her to take our order. We sat with our drinks needing a refill for almost 15 mins. I ordered Burger and fries and literally got about a child size handful of fries and my partner received about three times the amount of fries with fish and chips. Have happily eaten at many other Chuck s. But not here again. Also no condiments were offered until we hunted down the waitress and got her to bring us some. Was a Saturday night but definitely not busy enough for it to be an excuse.

Recently went out for dinner with my girlfriend at chucks. Walked in and were greeted with smiling faces and kindness almost immediately. Our waitress Hailey was extremely polite and helpful our entire night. Along with all of the other many guests who were there, she provided fast service always making sure we were satisfied with our food and drinks. Will definitely be visiting again.

My experience at chucks roadhouse in St Thomas was excellent had a wonderful waitress/bartender Sarah and she was excellent great food and drinks will definitely keep coming back to see the staff best place in town

My boyfriend and I came here for dinner the other night! We had an amazing server, Keely! She was so friendly and attentive! I ll definitely be returning! :)
