For the most part, the food was good, but the portions were very small on some dishes. Not even enough to fill the belly.

Love legends never disappointed.

This is our go to place for casual hangouts with a vibrant atmosphere and very welcoming staff. Margo is best! She takes care of us every time we go there and makes sure we get have the best time possible.

The food has taken a dive over the last few years and price has become high enough that better quality restaurants have comparatively better value. Half price appetizers are all we are ever interested in. The nachos suck. Food

I am a local and have been going to legends for many years and usually I get the older slim server who is amazing I just love her. However yesterday I went with a friend and we sat on the patio and our server was probably one of the most ignorant, nasty servers Ive ever had. My friend and I were very uncomfortable with the way she was treating us, so we asked for another server nicely. Then she returned and said we need to pay for our drinks and leave. Ive never been treated this way in my entire life at any restaurant. It was humiliation at its finest. I will be sharing my experience on all social media so everyone knows not to go to to Legends the experience was quite traumatic.

We come here most Friday nights and have come to love the staff but no one compares to Haven. She absolutely crushes behind the bar and has all the qualities of elite service with sincere personality. Rest in pieces to Ronald s ankles. I was just here for Lunch recently, My servers name was Margo, and I just have to say that it was the best service I ve had at a restaurant in a long time! She took care of everything we needed throughout the evening and went way above and beyond!! The wings were amazing as well! Definitely recommend this restaurant and definitely recommend asking to be seated in Margo s section if you want amazing service!!

The wings were horrific. They were so overcooked that I couldn t eat through one. I was basically just licking the seasoning off so try to get my moneys worth. The bartender was very helpful and sweet. Probably the only positive this about this place.

I visited the restaurant for the first time and ordered the chicken nachos, paying an additional $5.75 to add grilled chicken. Unfortunately, there was absolutely no chicken on the dish. For a first-time experience, it was pretty disappointing. I expected better attention to detail.

Tried taking my parents out for dinner before they leave for the winter. We ordered a salad and chicken wings and also the chicken finger combo. We received the food roughly an hour later. We had to ask the waitress twice for our food. I doubt Ill ever go back.

This is me and my boyfriend s favourite restaurant to go to in all of st thomas. We ve been going here consistently for years and the food and service has always been amazing. Whenever we go in we like to request for Rylee if she s available to be our server. She s always provides quick, organized and friendly service every time we come in.

My sister and I came in from Chatham and stopped in for lunch. Krystle, our waitress was amazing! Very attentive and made us feel right at home! Highly recommend, and we will be back!

Phoned and Ordered Take Out, first time in St. Thomas. We ordered the clubhouse with no bacon/add cheese, side ceaser no bacon (they still added the bacon bits) I wouldn t even attempt the salad it looked like there was clumps of dressing - yuck. Chicken Parmesan was nasty, asked for a side of Parmesan for the pasta, didn t add it, to the bag, they didn t give me the garlic bread that comes with the meal, no cutlery. We had to go back out and get food. Don t waste your money !

Never been here before and decided to try it for my boyfriends birthday. We waited forever to get served and it was a Monday evening. Hardly anyone was there. He ordered steak which came almost raw after requesting it well done, I ordered the stirfry with breaded chicken. We sent the steak back and the waitress had the nerve to come to the table 10 mins later to see how everything was?? I reminded her he still had not received his meal. By the time he received his meal I was done mine. There was no apology, no discount etc. The other issue was all the flies in the restaurant disgusting. I won t be back, if the food was good I may have overlooked the service but not a chance.

We decided to try Legends this past weekend. We opted to sit on the patio. We ordered wings and nachos, both of which were delicious. I would highly reccomend the wings! The only complaint I have is that the chairs at the high top tables on the patio were incredibly uncomfortable! Throughout our meal I watched other guests struggle with them as well. I briefly mentioned how uncomfortable they were to the server, while we observed another customer struggle to get comfortable. The server mentioned to me that these are actually fairly new chairs and that the old chairs were even worse! I would highly reccomend getting more comfortable chairs for the high tables on the patio. The other item of concern which I understand that the restaurant has no control over is the homeless shelter directly across the road. Lots of activity in the area when we arrived. Why the city would place the shelter in this area is beyond me. Id be furious if I was a long standing business owner, as this undoubtedly deters customers.

Went for supper had fish and chips,,they were so good fish thin batter perfectly cooked..the server was just awesome! And our beverages so cold and refreshing..Want some good food ,service and enjoy the patio on main street? Then what are you waiting for, head to Legends Tavern!! I highly recommend this place.

Fair warning, their tortilla chicken salad does not come in a tortilla bowl as advertised, it comes in a glass bowl with 4 tortilla chips. Had to ask for extra sauce and a separate dinner plate as well cause it wasnt easy to mix the salad in the bowl. Disappointed as I was looking forward to the tortilla bowl.

Ordered food for my daughters birthday got home almost half of the food was missing. Called them back they wouldnt deliver the food so I had to drive back to get the missing food ..the manager told me they cooked fresh wings but when I got home wings were cold, so no way they cooked a new batch of wings buy the time I got home all the food was cold..so thank you for the cold wings and soggy fries..didnt need this added stress on my daughters birthday..

Went to legends with my mother we got seated but then where left sitting there for 25mins no acknowledgment from any one saw at least 3 tables get seated after us got there drinks and food orders and most of the place cleared out my mother said to hostess as we left what happened and seemed has she did not care overall 1 star if possible would have done 0 stars

We visit Legends usually every Tuesday (and have for over 20 years).. My husband loves the wings and lately Ive had the shrimp alfredo. The food was great and as usual Margo was terrific. She is so accommodating and goes the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect.

My family and I had the steak from here and its actually really good for the price (about $22 after taxes for steak, fries with gravy and veggies). Our waiter Samantha was quick even though the place was packed full and the deep fried cheese cake was also really good! I ll be back again very soon

Great food , little pricey though . Awful service . Went in for wings other night with wife . She ordered loaded fries , I got pickle spears and 10 wings . After a half an hour still no food . Meanwhile table right beside us came in 15 minutes after us and had ordered potato skins which they got before ours came out. When the waitress came by I asked her if she had forgotten about us . She replied no I didn t forget about you it s just they ordered appetizers. What s pickle spears wings and French fries ? Full course meals .apparently . Really ticked me off . Than she proceeded to check on all her other tables for refills chatting with them etc yet didn t once come by us . I actually had to go get her and tell her we were ready for the bill . Should ve just started walking out and see if she paid us attention than . Great food horrible wait staff . I regret leaving a 4 dollar tip . Never again

Wife Had The Greek Chicken Wrap And Really Liked It.

Ordered the Chicken Taco Salad. Arrived with so much dressing you couldn t see the salad. Dug around only to find out that the chicken salad was chickenless. Other two people in my party got halfway through their meals before the waitress did a check in. Brought the salad back from kitchen with what ended up being chewy chicken jerky and you guessed it, even more dressing. So much dressing that the salad was soupy. Perhaps they were trying to cover up the wilted and brown lettuce. Had to dig for the three cherry tomatoes. Ordered a drink refill to try to choke some of the disgusting salad down. Barely ate any of it in the end. Waitress offered to pack up another of the same salad to take home. Um. No thanks. Tried to charge us for three drinks when we only had two and one water. Been defending this restaurant to my family. Next time I will stay home and make my own salad. Not good food and not great service. So disappointing.

Always enjoyed going to legends was in a couple weeks ago and it was busy couldnt get a booth saw one empty when enquired about it it was reserved was always told they dont do reservations when we asked told they do now .took over an hour to get food and the people that had reserved table came in after us and had their food before us .their excuse was new staff. So today we called to make reservations and were told they only do reservations for tables of eight . The reserved booth we saw only had 3 people in it. Not impressed with the discrepancies and slow service

My favorite wing place in the world. Always come on Tuesdays for the 99c wing special. Great atmosphere and excellent service. Probably my favorite restaurant in all of SW ontario.

Disrespectful servers. Better go somewhere else if you want to be respected and treated as a customer. We ve arrived, were directed to have a seat, then no one ever came back to our table for good 22 min. No water , nothing served. I personally went and asked one of the ladies to kindly help have a drink to begin with. she acknowledged someone will be there. almost 10 min later no one, i waved again to another lady, she came and i told her to please help. no excuse given; she just said: someone will be here soon ( same answer). a couple were behind us when we arrived and they almost finished their drink. were we too black to be noticed? i asked my husband and dad to follow me and we left the premises. this was june 1st in the afternoon. we left for boston pizza where we had more mature people help us with a peaceful atmosphere

The environment of this restaurant is very welcoming and they have a beautiful patio. They have lunch specials which is a bonus. On the menu, it states that the chicken wings are celiac friendly which was exciting for my husband who has celiac disease. Luckily he confirmed with the server that it is in fact gluten free, and she informed us that all wings are cooked in a shared frier, aka not celiac friendly. This was disappointing. Cheap lunch specials which was nice but the food was just okay. Watch out if you are celiac and confirm with the server before ordering.

Wings were amazing! The service was impeccable. Emma was wonderful and was so kind and patient with my aging mother. Truly service at its best. Her sweet and kind demeanour made eating at Legends one of the best experiences I have ever had. I would go back not only for the food but to be served by Emma. What a gem!

A 4.3? No chance. Homeless druggies roam the hood. Menus and tables are sticky. Beer tastes skunky. Sat with an empty beer glass for 10 minutes. Were never offered utensils. Washrooms were way outdated. This place need a major overhaul!

i come here every other friday to get a meal on payday, and have never had an issue. but today, i placed my order like usual, and when i got to the restaurant, was told that they never accepted my order and that it would be a 15 minute wait. i then watched other people come in and get their own to go orders no problem while i had to stand there, wasting my lunch break, and wait. it wasn t until i had 5 minutes left of my lunch break that i got my food and it was made wrong. won t be coming back for a while, if ever.

So, when we got to Legends it was absolutely packed and no tables were left available. BUT, the patio was wide open, (it was like 2 degrees outside!) so they gave us the option to wait.... Or go eat out in the cold, so naturally we are outside. They were so nice about it, and they even turned on the heater outside and we were the only ones out there, the servers were also amazing and it was just overall a fun and happy experience. Vegetarian options: From what I saw they had a cheap 100% vegan burger! (I went strait to the burgers) Parking: It was packed with almost no parking spots left, but there were still a few left, and it looks like if it wasnt packed there would be at least 30 spots maybe more. Kid-friendliness: The servers and environment is really nice for kids they have kids menus, servers are kind, and I think that going earlier in the evening would be the optimal time for kids.

This was my first time and it was an A+ for us and our kids (rare for everyone to love their food!)

not sure what has happened to this place but the wings there have become overpriced and undersized paid 40$ for 20 wings and what a disappointment, less than a pound of wings in total I wouldn t recommend going back to this place for takeout at least.. super disappointing considering i was once a fan of the place!

Just went out into St Thomas for a walk around looking for somewhere to have a little something to eat and a few beers. Most places looked a little quiet and the bright lights of Legends caught my eye. There was a good number of people inside eating and drinking, which usually is a good sign, so we went in. Seated quickly and we were served with a few beers quickly. We ordered the quesadilla, potatoes skins and Legends Wings with fries. More than enough for 2 people! Followed by the chocolate Brownie to share! The food was really good, the staff are very friendly and stopped for a chat when they heard the English accent. Thanks for a great meal, just a tip that when a Brit asks for Lemonade they mean sprite. Hope to see you again!

Slightly disappointed visit. Usually the wings are good, but fairly disappointed this time. Not saucy enough, and overcooked. Service was horrible!!! A much larger table sat down a table over, 15 minutes after us. They got their food before use. We waited 40 minutes for wings.

Probably the worst time I had there . Was not busy when we went . One of our plates was dirty . Normally I would rave about the wings but this time they weren t that great . Over cooked and dry were the drumsticks . The sweet potato fries did not come with the mao , it was an extra cost and no veg came with the wings . ( unless this has changed ) maybe this was an off day but our server didn t seem like she was to excited to be there either .

Myself and a group of friends came into Legends late last night. We all had separate bills, and ordered food/drinks. When the waitress came to our table, anyone could visibly see she was not in a pleasant mood. I completely understand if you ve had a rough day at work, or have things going on at home, but I am a firm believer that is your responsibility to leave those issues at the door when you go into work. Customer service is key in this industry, especially when it comes to tips. The situation did end up escalating while we were ordering our food and I believe the kitchen staff then had to take over our table and place our food orders. I order the ranch loaded fries and a Caesar. I specifically asked for no tobassco in my Caesar, but got that anyways. The fries were very dark and overcooked. I ended up having them sent back to the kitchen, and the kitchen staff were very kind about it, and removed it from my bill. They ended up giving a brownie for the issue.

Would definitely recommend and come back again when in town. Came with my two boys (13, 11) my friends and their two small children. Was kid friendly, and we had comfortable seating. Our server was great, always right there when we needed her. Our food runner was absolutely hilarious, cracked some great jokes. Really enjoyed him! We all enjoyed our meals! Burgers were made great, my son loved the wings. Great spot and we really enjoyed our dinner visit.

We were out with a group and it was difficult to have a conversation even with the person beside you.

I was refused service from Crystal over a past experience allegedly, despite not relevant myself being rude. I talked to the manager and she was apparently the only one working, so therefore we couldn t be served at all. I m a regular customer and being refused service for not make me wanna come back. Legends needs to do better, I always tips fairly and treat the employees with respect. I won t be coming back until I know I won t have to deal with crystal again

Legends is awesome, been coming here for years and my uncle even came here as a young man. Very popular spot. Great wings, good food, cold beer, friendly staff and a great patio! Would definitely recommend checking them out. (Update) unfortunately, we came here like usual for wings and beer, ads they DID have the best wings but they were burnt to a crisp , charcoal lol.. The servers didnt seem to care much, so we paid and left without eating more than a bite. If you want good wings , try the back alley across the street, they have yet to disappoint and they also have pool tables (patio isnt as nice though)

Our waitress Hailey was exceptional. All experiences have been great with her. Always greeted with a friendly smile and small talk. Even on a busy night close to the holidays, our service was quick and when there was delay, she was sure to check in on us. Our glasses never went empty! Awesome experience every time :)

Decent place . Good food , good servers , tad pricey . Love their wings but after going last night I think I m done going . Upon looking at my bill I realized I was charged little over 2 dollars for ranch dipping sauce for my wings ? Huh ? What s next charging people for ketchup or mustard ? It s too bad because I like the place , like the food etc . But something this petty left a real bad taste in my mouth . Stop charging people for dipping sauce ! Also ordered the Philly cheesesteak with no mushrooms on it , of course came to the table with mushrooms on it . Grrr
