Have went here about 4 times in the last month, have always ordered the same thing. Price has increased or changed everytime. Checking my bank statements to confirm this aswell. Not sure what's up but the pizza is good.
I ordered a panzerotti and some potato wedges and it came without the marinara sauce that it says right on the website that it comes with. So I called within 10 mins of receiving it. They asked if I wanted them to bring it back now I said yes. So I go wait by the door for them, and 10 mins later they call me and tell me that the driver has gone to Port Stanley so that they will just put my name in the complaint book for 10% off my next delivery. This is my first time ever using them, and I'll tell ya, there will not be a next delivery. Customer service is horrible.
Disappointing Service & Missing Items I ordered the Grand Special and a Caesar Salad from Tito’s Pizza. It took 55 minutes to arrive, despite being delivered by the store itself. The pizza was average at best. However, the real issue was that two dipping sauces were missing from my order. I called the store immediately, and they promised to send their delivery driver with the sauces. It’s been 25 minutes since then, and the sauces still haven’t arrived. I wouldn’t order from this place again. There are better local pizza places that deliver excellent service. Tito’s Pizza failed to meet basic expectations, and the lack of follow-up on their promise is unacceptable.
Huge, huge; I mean Huge shout out to St. Thomas’ Tito’s pizza. I just ordered there 3 for 1 xl pizzas. Absolutely blown away by the amount of ingredients that are on them. Simply delicious and the best pizza in town. Thank you so very much. Yay Tito’s Pizza.
Wonderful staff, always smiling and welcoming. Pizza is very good! Always made just the way I like it. Prices are very reasonable, actually unbeatable. You will not be upset with their services. Chandani is the best! She is so sweet and makes my order exactly like I loike it! Thank you 🫶🏻🩵🍕
Decided to try new pizza joint boasting 'tastiest pizza in town'. Delivery was fast. Pizza was okay, better than dominoes. Crust was a bit gummy but certaiy not the worst thing I've ever put in my mouth. Garlic bread was just cheese melted onto a soggy hoagie bun. I actually asked what it was when we opened the package, I was confused. Hopefully it's just a training opportunity for the pizzaiolo.
Got the large 1 topping pickup special. Only 8.99. Great value, I really liked the way the dough tasted it tasted fresh not frozen. And the 2 guys working seemed really nice. Happy to have this spot in the neighborhood going to add this to the rotation of places I get pizza,
Tried Tito’s tonight for the first time - amazing quality, amazing prices. Everything tasted very fresh and was cooked to perfection. We will be back 100% Thanks for an awesome meal fella’s!! All the best with the new business!!

We bought it while its $6.99 medium and it reminded us of Dominos. Definitely worth the $6.99
Nothing spectacular. Just your run of the mill pizza joint. Delivery driver had signs waving from their car saying f..trudeau..etc. not very professional. Probably not again.

Terrible customer service! The person who took my order repeated my address, phone number and order but yet the driver did not know my unit number. Once I finally got my pizza, it was cold and the delivery was confrontational. Until today I enjoyed their pizza but not any longer! Ill never order from there again!
Good stuff. A medium from Titos is more filling than a dominos large. Lots of cheese and they seem pretty proud of a job well done,.. and taking pride in your work aint a bad thing.

usually travel to the Delhi Titos Pizza. I live west of Tillsonburg. Tillsonburg Titos is not good. You would think all Titos make pizza the same, apparently not. Ordered Family combo ahead of time for pickup in St Thomas on the way home. Pizza and the wings were both very good. Garlic bread could have been a bit more done. Lots of cheese)). Salad was fresh. Most important, croutons were added when we ordered. Other Titos put croutons in when the make the salad. Soggy croutons. Nice people in the store. Convenient parking. Parking: in front of store
Had the panzerotti here a few times, its different from any other place in town and probably the best price your going to find around town. Would recommend and will return.

A rare place that has great, pizza, wings and prices. This was delicious!
Just had it for dinner tonight. Pizza is a good amount of cheese on top. Wings were crispy and coated in a delicious sweet BBQ sauce. Cheesy Garlic bread was not a crispier or crustier style. It is almost more of a sub style bread but goes well with everything else. Great price point as well. My new go to pizza spot.

Just YES!!!!! New first choice for pizza because they are consistently good and not hit or miss like others I used to frequent. Plus the prices are unbeatable.
Pizza dough raw and gummy. Like chewing bubble gum. The pizza was put through their tunnel over too quickly not allowing the dough to rise and bake fully. I also prefer my toppings on top of the cheese not the cheese ontop of the toppings. From the time I ordered I arrived in under 15 minutes, they stretched the dough, added the sauce and 3 toppings, baked it, boxed and sliced it. It was on the over keeping warm. If you rush a good thing you endup with garbage.

Amazing prices, very fresh and pretty quick! In town for a few days and the specials Titos had were great. Got their pizza and wings - both were solid. Friendly customer service to top it off! Keep it up guys.

The price is great and the pizza is really good could have used more pepperoni. The wait time was very reasonable and would order from there again.

Have had Titos a couple of times now. First wasnt quite what we were hoping for, but very pleased with managements desire to improve our experience and our second time was really good. Family really enjoyed all three pizzas and I was particularly impressed with the quality of the chicken. Pepperoni had great flavour and there was a good amount of cheese. Prices are very solid.
We used Tito s for our son s birthday and they provided amazing customer service. The pizza was great and they were a pleasure to order with!

Weve been twice. First time 2 xlarge pizzas...both were excellent..not greasy or soggy. Second time lasagna special..so tasty and good portion. Staff is so friendly. Worth the drive from Port Stanley.

Where is the meat? There was barely any meat on our pizza and we ordered 3 meat toppings on them. There was zero taste to them. The wings were ok but drenched in BBQ sauce. I wouldnt go back it was not worth $65
Save your money and skip this no topping pizza . Barely any toppings . When you spend 65 dollars and they just top it with cheese and little bits of meat . No thanks !
Ordered the family combo and as always a great deal and plenty of food left over. Good friendly customer service. All and all a very pleasant experience. This isnt the first nor will it be the last Ill order from TITOS.
Small customer area but works well. The crust is how I like it and the extra spices on the counter are nice as well as free! Parking: Parking right out front on the street is convenient
