They need to bring back the yt ppl that used to work here. Service, and quality has gone waaay down.

I accidentally ordered here and I called them to cancel the order, the man on the phone picked up after the 5th try and I told him what happened and he just says sorry wrong number and hangs up. I keep calling and he must have pulled the cord because it went straight to voicemail. Terrible customer service!

Since when do taco Supreme not come with sour cream anymore? Do you have to pay extra now? My fries supreme has sour cream so whats up with the taco Supreme. Worked 12 hours didnt wanna cook so badly wanted a good taco too. Too bad Sad. OMFG!!! No tomatoes either. Now I dont even want dinner. Changed my rating

I have been 2 times in the last week. First experience, they forgot my cinnatwists...for which (when I returned) they provided two..thank you. But they put sour cream on my tacos which I explicitly ordered that didnt have sour cream (lactose intolerant). I know how many hot sauces to order (why are they not out to take what is needed). I was shorted on the hot sauces. Today I explicitly asked for 8 hot sauces for 4 tacos. Walkin out, I was shorted again. On both occasions, when I walked back in they said Oh, we forgot your cinnatwists and Oh did you need more sauces? So they are aware they are shorting customers. This is cost saving measure that assures no repeat business. I know, I was a repeat this week, but never again! BEWARE drive thru customers

This is the worse established I have ever ordered from. Horrible customer service. Food is always wrong. Disrespectful treatment. Strongly suggest to stay away. If this is how they treat customers, then why do they deserve our hard earned money.

I wish there was a zero star option unfortunately there isn t this franchise has gone downhill so fast very negative very ignorant staff including the manager doesn t take the time to help. Told me to call back in 5 to 10 minutes and then hung up on me.

Terrible experience at this location. They dont pay attention when you are placing an order, and the food is prepared with as little ingredients as possible. A Supreme of anything is filled with a quarter amount of protein then it should be. They skimp out big time at this location. Do yourself a favour and spend your money at a better location/different restaurant.

I made my order for my boyfriend and I at this establishment tonight today being the 31st of March 2024 its now 7:56pm, i made my order at 7:25, the lady taking my order tonight didnt listen at all. I only got half of my order because she didnt care to even put the order on the board so I could confirm what I was getting she verbally told me my order and it was right. but I didnt get my full order... My boyfriend thankfully got all of his. But for me I just see this as money wasted when I didnt even get what I paid for and my not wanting to end my day on a worse note I didnt go back to rectify it because obviously Im not wanting the situation worse for anyone because I was extremely irritate... I dont think Ill be going back ever Id rather travel to London back and have soggy tacos rather then pay for another order that I dont even get to enjoy...

Terrible customer service , used the app and forgot to add something to my order , called to see if it can be fixed and with no help, so I ordered a 2nd pick up and called back to see if they can cook and have the two orders ready for the same time and got a rude woman that said she couldnt do that.

We have always been happy with TACO BELL but our last visit the BIG CRUNCH my wife and I had was sorely lacking the meat. We had our Grandsons with us and their food was alright, so by the time we would have taken them back the boys would have been finished and be waiting on us. Just one of those times when everything cant be perfect.

Absolutely the worst service ever! We walked in and not one of the 5-6 employees working even looked at us.They constantly have their backs to you, never acknowledge your presence to even say hey ill be there in a moment Waited 10 minutes and still nothing so we walked out. I get fast food is all about the drive Thru times, but customers inside are just as important!

Over an hour to have my order delivered. Food was ice cold and 3 tacos were missing. Put in a refund request and was actually denied. Way to lose someone s business. Like F will I ever pay $30 for cold food missing half my order ever again. My husband and I try and shop local or eat out locally. So tonight we took the kids for dinner. They were doing a shift change, so we waiting and we understand thats okay. When it came to ordering we had to repeat our sleeves lots, they asked if it was for dine in or take out. We answered dine in. We went to sit down at a table and their were NO clean tables. My husband and I were talking about it out loud, and they didnt like that, so they commented WoW. They called our order name and when they handed it to us it was all in take out bags. The people working tonight in there have new changed our mind about going back. We will now be going elsewhere from now on! The wheelchair accessible door button doesnt work either! There was also no one else in there but drive thru was steady

Usually don t mind going here but will probably not be back after today experience, Ordered a meal with 3 tacos first taco was fine, second had little to no meat so went back up to the counter and the girl said no problem and added more. Then my 3rd taco same thing there was basically no meat and all topping . This time a man came to the counter and refused to put more on it, and did well there s no meat on her and he said and to the string thin amount of meat at the bottom of the taco and I said if your not going to put more on just give me a refund, he then refused and walked away. Asked to talk to the manager and the other staff pointed to the guy who walked away. I asked your not gunna do anything about this. He refused, This was absolutely the worst s customer service . Not sure how that guy has been the manager there for 2 years? With serivice like this won t be surprised if the Taco Bell is closed again soon! Terrible just terrible

They serve most authentic mexican food in St. Thomas. They serve freshly cooked fries and chalupas and sauces they use adds next level taste to food. Must visit place with friends and family for having mexican taste.

My favourite fast-food place in St. Thomas! The service here is ALWAYS fast and friendly, but I have found that my last few visits here have been especially outstanding in both the food and service department. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer. She was so personable and had the brightest smile! Jennifer, you are doing an amazing job and I hope you know how appreciated you are! Really good experience here today. Came out to st thomas to tow a car back to London. All the taco bells in London have really gone down hill. But this location the staff was friendly and the food was good. Good amount of toppings on the fries supreme and lots of meat in the tacos. Asked for a bunch of hot sauce and they gave me plenty and lots of napkins which you never get at any fast food shop anymore. I ll definitely be back next time I m in st thomas.

Dined in sat eve June 24 th at approx 9 pm. No one in drive thru no other customers in store. Stood there as 2 male employees had their backs turned to us prepping food station. With no acknowledgement to us what so ever for the first few minutes. Then finally one guy turns and says. We will be with you in a minute . As I observed them making our food,it actually was other customers food for drive thru. I see drive thru customers are a priority over walk in customers. No urgency,food was sloppily thrown together. Young guy that took out order and brought it to us was pleasant. Probably wont return.

I got a coupon in the mail for some Taco Bell. I was a bit disappointed the past time I went but decided to give it another try. I wish I had just stuck with my gut and saved my money. It was awful. The food was under-portioned, the fry supreme was overly salty and the tacos were cold. I would rather drive to London to get Taco Bell from a trusted location there, then go around the corner to get it here.

I cant express how ridiculous it is that a customer needs to pull everything out of the bag to double check that the order received is correct. Bruh, I just ordered a combo 3 with a fry Supreme with no tomatoes on the order and an iced tea, I got tomatoes on the tacos and the fries with a root beer. But once I picked it off it was good lunch

Not a great experience, our order was missing 4 tacos, I called to say I was short and then drove all the way back. When I arrived at the drive thru I said what I was there for, when I pulled up to the window she questioned me again, and I had to explain again. She skeptically said she would be right back. She did bring me the tacos but gave no apology and didnt offer any free items. Not super impressed.

Just picked up my order from this Taco Bell and I couldnt be more impressed with the friendly staff. Eager to help quick service and food was great. Mobil in St Thomas could learn a thing or two by this amazing staff.

Excellent Customer Service, I ordered through Skip and forgot to put the unit number in our building. The young lady that answered the phone was so pleasant and put a note and told the driver the unit number. Told me to enjoy my meal, and made me feel like it was her honour to help me. Taco Bell should take cinnamon twists off the menu in St Thomas. If you go to any taco bell in the world, cinnamon twists are NOT white, except in St Thomas.... literally no cinnamon/sugar on them. I have complained endless times. If these are a part of a combo, they should be forced to reduce combo price or give cinnabon delights. They are GARBAGE!!!

It has been terrible lately. Absolutely downright awful. The last 2 months, they haven t had Fire Sauce. Then they don t even have Hot sauce. Just down to Mild. I was smart this time and decided to call the store and ask before making the trip order my food to be disappointed. Also seen some pictures the other day of their Bathroom and it didn t look clean at all .this place is going downhill in a hurry. To think when it opened back up like 5 years ago, I was excited for it!

The service that Taco Bell has been dishing out is lackluster at best. Missing items, ingredients put in your food that you specifically asked not to have, getting charged for things and not getting what you paid for. Please do better.

Awful customer service. Went inside to order and they wouldn t take our order initially because they were too busy serving the drive thru despite few inside customers. When we did finally order we had to wait a lengthy period while they continued to prioritize new drive thru customers. One speedy employee but he took over the whole Operation and didn t give direction to others that stood around.

Rude and ignorant staff, wish I could give zero stars! Went inside to place an order and was completely ignored by five or six employees who were all chatting away in another language, except the woman at the drive thru window (giving credit where credit is due). Eventually someone who looks like the manager came forward to the register, but only to take a reading and also completely ignored me. I still gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe they re having a meeting about something important as they were all still chattering away, until one of them came up to the counter, immediately turned his back to me and leaned on it. Within seconds another guy leaned up against the counter, also with his back to me, as they continued talking excitedly. I should mention that before walking in the restaurant I saw four or five of them piling out of a newer sports car, so I m assuming that s what they were all speaking about. I ve had enough at this point, so instead of dragging them over the counter by their scrawny little necks and bashing their heads together, while demanding some simple respect and actual customer service, I simply left the restaurant - there s no way I d eat the food if I have to raise a fuss to get it. Hopefully the next person who gets treated that way shows less restraint than I did, and let s them know first hand what it s like to be disrespected in a Taco Bell. This restaurant should have the staff completely replaced, including the management and franchisee.

Horrible experience here. There were 5 staff working in the kitchen and almost no customers. Yet we waited 20 minutes to get our one small order... and the food was just thrown together.The floors were so filthy my mom almost slipped and fell, and the service was rude.

Just ordered two burritos, nachos Supreme and two cheese fries that were complete Garbage ! The fries were stail, virtually no cheese on the fries. As for the Burritos no taste to them what so ever and again short changed on the ingredients. The nachos Supreme, well you needed a magnifying glass to locate them.I had asked for sauce that I never got. I called Taco Bell with my complaint and they offered me the same order next time Im there. I told them that I wouldnt give them the satisfaction of ever going back ! BTW the worker taking orders is very low on the English language.

We all know what Taco Bell is. Im not going in expecting a 5 star experience, however i am expecting something resembling whats advertised. This aint it. Fry Supreme with no tomatoes, 1 teaspoon of meat, a squirt of sour creme and a scoop of cheese. Not to mention my lettuce on my taco was far from fresh and the shells were stale. This place will be out of business again soon if this is the standard.

This Taco Bell is hands down the best Taco Bell Ive eaten at in my life. I came to St. Thomas to visit my grandmother in the hospital, and for some reason stopped at a Taco Bell before making the trip back home to St. Catherines. I have to say, this Taco Bells food ended up looking just like it does in the advertising. The tacos were packed and not a horrid mess. The fries supreme were evenly covered with toppings. It was a pleasant end to an otherwise depressing trip. Thanks a lot staff at the Talbot st. Taco Bell.

Yeah, never going here again. I went twice and both times was the same result; waited in line for over 20 minutes to get the wrong order. Both times the place was not busy and there were seemingly almost too many people working. Its a shame because its the only Taco Bell in town but bad service should never be rewarded.

Not impressed with how long it took to place an order (stood at the counter for 10 minutes before I was served). Its not the staffs fault, as there was only 3 staff. Two were working the kitchen, and the other 1 was taking both counter orders and drive thru. It was 12pm, management should know to staff more people.

The service was good. Food was alright.

My daughter and I went there but were not welcomed. There was people in there and a baby, as we just arrived we werent aware of 5 person rule. They told my daughter to wait outside, in the meantime the couple with the baby were leaving but they still wouldnt let her stay inside with me. No shes not a child but we were together and not residents of St.Thomas. We both left together as visible minority we felt unwelcome. Outside the door was other white privilege waiting to get in. Thats why we were not welcomed at all!

I cant believe how much this place has changed. Its called a steak Barreto Supreme not a refried Bean Barreto Supreme. Food is twice as bad and you get charged twice as much for it.
