The last straw was when I discovered in my order from the whole chicken diner that the chicken was very burnt and dry. The fries were dry, refried, and brown. The carrots were watery, soaked in sugar and some spices on top, and the gravy was tasteless and loose. I have been ordering from this establishment, and to my amazement, I find it immensely disappointing. Each time I order over the phone or online, it disappoints me. I will stop ordering from your menu and refer you to my acquaintances.

They catered an informal birthday gathering for 40 people- dropped off platters/ sliders. The food and service was great! I would use them again for a catered event!

My 2nd time visiting and tried the online ordering instead of going in to order because of how slow they were the 1st time. Put in my order at 6:27pm for pickup at 6:45pm. By 6:52 I still hadnt received any confirmation of my order being accepted. Went inside to inquire and my order hadnt even been accepted yet. Another 10 minute wait and once I get the order it was wrong and I had to wait for it to be corrected. The food is generally good but I probably wont be back since Im always passing through with dogs in the car. Fresh and heartwarming

We were looking for somewhere to cater food for about 30 people for a special event and oh boy did we pick the right place. Emaan, was fantastic suggesting the perfect menu. All of our guests LOVED the delicious Chicken, potatoes, rice and salads that we ordered. All of the food was fresh, delicious and arrived right on time. Thanks Emaan and all of your staff for making our event a delicious success!!! We would highly recommend Kitch n Savvy for catering your special event.

Kitchn Savvy catered our organizations meeting at lunch in Creemore. The experince was absolutely flawless. They were incredibly accomodating in regard to allergies and food preferences. The food was delivered and set up warm and fresh, and on time. The lunch was a huge hit with our employees and we would definitely use their catering services in the future again. Thank you Kitchn Savvy for a wonderful exoerience and delicious food.

Just an opinion, but we did not enjoy our chicken shawarma from here. The chicken was almost soggy. The spice was overwhelming but didn t blend well with the toppings. Neither of us finished it because we didn t enjoy it that much.

I live walking distance from here and regret sleeping on this place so long! Certainly worth checking out :)

We ordered a Shawarma wrap, labaneh, and hummus yesterday, and each dish was more delicious than the last. The owner, Eman, made the experience even more incredible, which is why we came back today. We dont regret it; Eman is the most generous and welcoming host, and her food makes you feel like youre at home. I can t recommend it enough!

EAT HERE. Cant begin to describe how amazing this spot is, beyond excited to know this exists in the area, now my go to lunch spot. I drive a lot for work and finding healthy/good quality food is such a challenge, Ill easily drive out of the way to come here. If you re in or around Stayner I recommend not passing up the opportunity to stop into this place. I had the Halloumi bowl, by far the best bowl meal I ve ever eaten!! The rotisserie chicken melted just like halloumi cheese, mixed with the lettuce, onions & lentils for crunch it was unreal. The restaurant was super clean & to top it off the ladies working were so friendly!! I will definitely be back to try more options on the menu. Ordered 2 of the spicy chicken sandwiches off of Uber Eats and they were absolutely delicious! The garlic sauce was unmatched, pickles unreal and the fries were so addicting. Everything was perfect. Will definitely order again!!

Lately my orders have been wrong, staff don t seem to listen to customers. It s disappointing coming home and having incorrect orders.

One of the few places open for lunch during the week, aside from fast food chains. Ordered the Greek salad bowl. Very fresh ingredients .home made Greek salad dressing and the garlic sauce was insane. Will definitely be going back to try more.

I wanted to take pictures of the food (we had the poutine, salad and meatball sub special), but we ate it too fast! Delicious, authentic and always exceptional quality. Been coming here since they opened and it only keeps getting better. Homemade takeaway soups and meals are incredible, always have to stock up on some of those when we come. Owners are lovely and really know what they are doing with the food! Prices are also super competitive. Our favourite spot in Stayer for sure! Dietary restrictions: Excellent quality food, healthy options, lots of GF, vegan and vegetarian meals.

Middle Eastern is my favorite and I have a favorite spot although Ill try it anywhere I go based on peoples recommendations. This place was good flavors really good, hummas better than my favorite spot. But the falafel was the driest Ive ever tasted, I couldnt get a fork into it and portions are SMALL compared to other places Ive been. Normally I spit a platter with my daughter but this place would leave you hungry if you shared Unfortunately for me being vegetarian the falafel mattered so I didnt get to finish my lunch....flavors in the rice, salad and hummas were delicious though. You can tell it could be amazing with a few tweeks.******5 for flavors 3 for price/portion. 2 for falafel because it was inedible.

I have reread other comments several times and not sure where they ate. Some context, I have eaten shawarma from Jordan, Lebanon, Israel, Turkyie and all over North America. I knew I might be in trouble when they pulled chicken out of a steam table. It was soggy, spongey and unseasoned. Not a vertical rotisserie in sight. The salads and sauces were nice but didn t make up for the poor chicken. To their credit the staff was very friendly and the restaurant itself is very bright and welcoming. Maybe some of their other dishes are better. I will give them one more try and see if something else is better. Just stay away from the shawarma.

My second time here and I am so impressed. Not only is the food fresh and delicious but the service is incredibly friendly and accomodating. I had the falafel bowl. The falafels were obviously fresh and housemade. The bowl included their delicious rice, fattoush salad (made without cucumber for my husbands shawarma bowl) with sumac (so authentic), mujadara (lentils with caramelized onions, so good!) and hummous. It was a lot of food. Its licensed too. Ill be going back to try their whole chicken dinner. I love the amazing selection of sides and sauces - all made in house. Im so glad to have an authentic choice as opposed to chain restaurants.

Our favorite pre night skiing spot. Filling but not too heavy along with being fast and delicious. The owners are super nice, too. Checks all the boxes!

Excellent food! We had the two 1/4 chicken meals. The chicken was well flavored and came with a yummy gravy like sauce. For sides we had lemon potatoes, Greek salad, bun, and added roasted veggies(squash and leek mixture). I was really surprised by how much I loved the veggies. It was something I ve never had before and truly enjoyed. Everything tasted fresh and well seasoned. I was very happy with the price and staff were very nice.

Kitchn Savvy is top notch. They work hard to accommodate allergies/ sensitivities and they have many Gluten Free options. Their GF wraps are great, the best that weve had in a restaurant. Sometimes GF wraps break and fall apart but not the ones that they have! Very impressed, we will definitely be back again.

I have heard only good things about Kitchn Savvy! I made reservations to take my family there to celebrate a birthday, but the weather forced me to cancel. I was so sorry that we missed this opportunity to try their cuisine, but I know we will drop in soon. The owner was so helpful and understanding, and couple that with outstanding reviews of their homemade menu, they are a must-go!

Absolutely amazing food! A hidden gem. Literally hidden - you wouldnt even know it was there, tucked away at the back of a newer building in Stayner. Went for the first time a few weeks ago and it did not disappoint. I only happened upon it while searching on the internet for healthy food near me. If you want healthy, fresh, amazing food, you have to go to Kitchn Savvy. I am going again tonight. Totally addicting, delicious food. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that they arent located in Thornbury or Collingwood, and I dont know what to order next. Love, love, love the food. Mom and daughter - keep up the great work. Here s an honest review. We ordered the whole chicken, falafel, and a few salads and sides. The flavour is okay, but the chicken is greasy. Falafel was pulled out of a container sprayed with what looks like water and put into a microwave, so it was extremely dry. The futtosh salad was literally just lettuce and dried pita. The portions were not good for sharing with family; the potatoes were cold and mediocre at best. Maybe these other reviews People ordered bowls, but the individual items were not fans at all.

Such great people and great food.

I have tried multiple dishes from this restaurant and the taste, quality and flavour varies greatly. Firstly, the bad: The shawarmas, potatoes and wraps. I tried them a few times and the pitas are always dry. The chicken in the wraps was dry and bland and came out of a heat table. The potatoes were hard and bland. The good: The bowls, the sauces, the soups. The bowls are very tasty and filling. They use the same chicken as the shawarma wraps, but the chicken gets covered in sauce and does not feature the dry pita wrap which makes it much tastier. All of the bowls are excellent with the exception of the butter chicken bowl, which is just okay. The sauces such as the tahini, shawarma sauce and the house dressing are delicious and homemade. The soups are excellent and very flavourful. The salads are fresh and served with fried pita. Overall, give it a miss if you want that traditional vertical spit roast shawarma, but if you are seeking a healthy local alternative to what is available in Stayner, some of the dishes are quite tasty.

Hidden Gem in Stayner! Had the Butter Chicken Bowl and it was great! The best I have ever had. The Staff was nice and sweet, washrooms were clean and the interior looked fantastic. Great price with healthy food and big portions.

My husband and I have eaten here several times and their food is top notch. The shawarma bowl is my absolute favourite the flavours of the Lebanese rice, fresh veggies, tender chicken and garlic sauce is the best! Their butter chicken bowl is also amazing and their homemade hummus and pita chips are out of this world. They also have gluten free options and vegetarian options as well. This is a family run business and they are wonderful people. Always grateful for your business. Small restaurant, great flavours, great prices.

What a fantastic little spot! Its a little tucked away but definitely a gem. Was warmly welcomed by a father-daughter duo who were happy to give us samples and recommendations. I love family run restaurants that take great pride in their food and this is one of them. Will definitely return the next time we are driving through on our way home from camping. Dont miss out! The food was fresh and delicious, the portions were huge, I brought half of my fries home. The restaurant was clean and the service couldnt be beat. While we were there it got busy with locals coming in and I could tell that they were familiar to the owners and must come back time and time again!

When visiting the area I wanted to try something new so I made the 15 mins drive after reading the reviews The reviews couldnt be further from the truth. The food is absolutely not fresh, the falafel is not freshly deep fried. It was taken out of a fridge, placed in what looked to be an air fryer. The pickles and pickled turnip is very bendy and unfresh. Dry greasy chicken. Other than a couple pictures on the wall, nothing says local family owned restaurant vibe (fast food vibes) There were empty used plates on every table, I wish I had left when I had entered. I am so disappointed that I was fooled by the reviews. I wish I could get a refund.

Im from Collingwood and travelled in surrounding areas to find the perfect schwarma. Found it! Kitch n Savy is an independent restaurant that is worth the drive for delicious middle eastern delicacies. The chicken schwarma or the falafel on a pita with a fattoush salad were comparable to the best of class we ve enjoyed in Toronto and so missed since moving to this area. It s so refreshing to see the choice of cuisine that reflects Ontario s diverse culinary mosaic is finding it s way to the Stayner/Wasaga/Collingwood corridor. We can t wait to go back to sample yet another item on their menu. Vegetarian options: It has many delicious vegetarian options. We had the falafel on a pita and found it to be one the best we ve ever had. Parking: The Parking lot has numerous spots available.

You know when you stand outside looking at the menu and customers going in repeatedly say, this is the best that you are in for a treat. THE best chicken shwarma, fatouche and shwarma bowl ever! Staff super friendly who loved to talk about their food. Such super fresh ingredients. Will definitely be a go-to when we are in Stayner!

Wow! I am so happy to have this place open locally. The food was so delicious. I ordered a falafel bowl and my husband had a halloumi bowl. I cannot say enough how delicious the food is. This is a fantastic new restaurant in Staynor. Highly recommend!! The owners are wonderful, friendly people who create amazing food. We dined in and I had the Halloumi bowl, which was outstanding! The menu has something for everyone. The prices are extremely fair for the amazing food you receive. We will definitely be back again. Parking: Parking is easy, right outside the front door. Wheelchair accessibility: Completely wheelchair accessible.

Got the hollumi rice bowl and the quarter chicken dinner. DELICIOUS! So much good at a great price. Fries tasted super fresh and the gravy was very delicious. Excited to try more of their menu.

I had the Halloumi Bowl & husband had chicken shawarma, with side salad, & rice.Both dishes were amazing. Definitely a place to try! We also purchased a bottle of Makdous (walnuts stuffed eggplant) which we like with a sandwich at home..(I call it the Mediterranean pickle) delish & addicting. Vegetarian options: Lots of fresh vegetables to choose from. We went on Saturday evening, about 2 hrs. Before closing & apparently they had a very busy day & yet everything still fresh & trays full.. Parking: Not sure, but seems plenty.

Another Amazing dinner ! The full chicken dinner and sides special easily feeds four and is so fresh and hot. perfect take out and take home for an easy dinner at a very reasonable price. The dips and pita breads are all great! Their online menu makes ordering and take out easy. The Staff Are all so friendly and always Smiling when you walk in.

If youve never tried middle eastern food, this is your sign to check out Kitchn Savvy! Ive tried their falafel bowl and chicken shawarma wrap and both were super tasty. Hands down the best restaurant in Stayner and they have super friendly staff. This place does not disappoint. Parking: free

Stopped here for dinner while in town for hockey. Looking for something healthy and quick. The food was fresh and amazing! Home cooked recipes. Falafel plate was awesome. Clean and extremely friendly staff. Definitely worth a stop!

Our family loves this new restaurant in Stayner. We were anxiously awaiting its opening and it has met all of your expectations. Healthy, real quality food, the owners were in one of the times I have gone more recently and they care soo much about pleasing their customers and are so friendly you feel like your walking into a friends house to have their parents home cooking. The owner told us it s all family recipes and the last time I went I had my kids with me, and he said we want to try out some kids menu options would your children like to try a free grilled cheese sandwich on the house, and just let us know what you think! Well it was so good I wanted to eat it and would order it for myself. It tasted like a delectable piece of cheesy garlic bread. I hope to see it on the menu :) The kindness and compassion these people have shown puked draw me back in even if the food was mediocre, but it s not!!! It s phenomenal. So fresh and soo tasty!! You will be sadly disappointed if your going through Stayner and do not stop at this amazing restaurant. So much amazing premium quality food to choose from.

This was an amazing meal. Im usually not a chicken lover but Savanah has changed my mind. Their chicken club was so tasty, as well as their lentil soup and we also tried the butternut chicken bowl. Absolutely fabulous you will not be disappointed. We will definitely be back
