We are a local coffee roaster and cafe, located in Clearspring mall, right beside Sobey's. We roast all our own coffee in-store, and sell fresh coffee beans and great hot and cold coffee & tea beverages. We have a selection of unique high-quality coffee-making equipment and accessories, for making fresh Hitch + Boler coffee at home, or a unique gift for the coffee-lover in your life. We are your local source for coffee filters, including Chemex, Hario V60, Aeropress, and Kalita Wave. We open at 8am so you can stop-in and grab a coffee on your way to work. Hitch + Boler is one of the first local coffee roasters in Steinbach, operating since 2018.

Popped in this store for the first time and I have to say it is a lovely store and cafe. I ordered the eggnog latte and wow it was so good! Better then Starbucks! The young lady that was working the counter was very friendly, and welcoming. All in all a positive experience, will definitely be my go to place for my lattes 💕

Always love coming here! Such a nice variety of goods! Staff are always friendly and efficient (I have never had a bad drink here). Also definitely check out the stickers and the sample packs of the coffee THAT IS ROASTED IN HOUSE!!!
Awesome coffee shop with a very atmospheric setup! The staff are always very friendly and courteous. Kathleen was very helpful and helped me decide what drink to get on my visit today. I got the Iced Mocha and it was fantastic! They have a vast drink menu with a great collection of hot and cold drinks. There is definitely something for everyone! Will definitely come again. Thanks for a great experience!
I had the white choc raspberry mocha, it was soooo good. Also had their coffee at the Steinbach Ringette Tournament last weekend. It was really good and a nice change from rink coffee!
