We as group of 12 had booked this place to celebrate a birthday and to watch the Winnipeg Jets. Then the staff started playing this game. It was so loud that we could not visit nor watch the hockey game. They had turned off the hockey game on the TV. Very poor planning on events. Play your game on another night when there is no hockey game Also the service was effected negatively We left because of this

I really liked the experience of smittys. The atmosphere right when you walk and how the host Nalany Wolf was there kind and helped me get settled into my seat. The servers were great and the food was a amazing will definitely have to go again soon.

I was meeting a friend in Steinbach and we selected Smittys. While my friend had to leave, I stayed for dinner and had the NY Steak. It was excellent and cooked to my liking - MedWell. I asked if they had substitues for the fries and was told I could have a garden salad at no upcharge. The salad was also very good. The service was excellent. On receiving the check I noted that they charged me for the salad. I asked about it and the server said it was an error and she would get it fixed. She came back a few minutes later with what she said was a new check but it was not. The charge was still there. I couldnt be bothered asking a second time and neither should I have to ask. Typically I dont go to Smittys because it has become so expensive. My dinner would have cost over $30, however, I had a $18.99 birthday promo credit that I had not yet used. I receive the promo for having the Smittys iOS app and being a member of their loyalty program. Members get a credit promo every year during their birthday month plus other promos from time to time. With the credit my total check was just over $7. It could have been less had the server done what she said she would do. Not doing it also cost her a tip and cost the restaurant a lower rating from my review. Its a nice restaurant, Ive been here before and will likely return however I hope the service improves.

Waitress was great. Atmosphere was very nice for a smittys lounge. The wings were not even close to as good as the smittys on Regent in Winnipeg. They were more greasy. And the flavor wasnt as good. Maybe because of the grease. Parking: Was busy had to park in the back parking lot. But there is lots of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: 4 accessable stalls right out side the front door. Easybto manover around.

My lovely Lady and I did a very pleasant 5 K run in Kleefeld Mb and decided we needed to re-hydrate, so we stopped in at Smittys in Steinbach. We were seated on their very lovely patio. I was very pleasantly surprised to discover they had my favourite brew on tap (Kilter) Angela our server rushed out our beer and was very sweet & competent despite it being only her second day. The price was also very fair. I would definitely recommend Smittys Steinbach to a friend!

I love the atmosphere at smittys, everyone there is so nice but one girl stuck out to me. Luisa. She was one of the most welcoming people there. She so incredibly sweet she did not fail to put a smile on our faces. Will definitely be coming back!

Traditional smittys restaurant has all its usual menu items as expected a good and family oriented restaurant. Clean. But the newly added sports longe is the best part great for catching a game with friends over drinks and wings! Wing and drink specials make it even better and vlts! 1 of the better sports lounges in town!

Lily was an amazing server. She was fast, friendly and very engaged. I came in because my power went out and I couldn t cook at home. She was so kind and empathetic to my situation. She checked on me throughout my meal and she showed interest in me by asking me questions. She is great asset to your team. She was training someone who was also very sweet. Great service from both! Went for breakfast/lunch. My friend wanted crepes. They were out. So he ordered soup of the day and I ordered soup and 1/2 clubhouse. They had to wrong soup on the board so he had nothing and I had the half of sandwich. I own a food service business and Id be embarrassed to send this 1/2 sandwich out of my kitchen. The tomatoe was see thru and didnt even cover half the bread. A small amount of turkey and cheese would have been extra for $15.99 including soup. The sandwich was ok but not for the price. Wish I could add a picture...

Absolutely terrible service at this location. The waitresses hung out in the corner chit chatting to one another at the bar. They completely ignored my family. Not into waiting 20 minutes for a waitress to come over while they are standing around doing nothing.

Came in for a late lunch today and were greeted by friendly staff. Were usually here a few times a year whenever we come into Steinbach and have never been disappointed by the kindness as soon as we walk in the door. Great meal portions and amazing Cajun chicken tacos!! Our waitress Linda was amazing and the absolute sweetest!! She helped us pack up all our food to go and gave us extra sauces for our meals :) Would definitely recommend coming here!!

Steinbach Smittys you were exceptional on such a busy day!!!! We had a group of about 20 to celebrate a friends baptism. We all had a great time!!! Gracie was the BEST waitress i tell ya. Gracie remembered everyones order and when other staff brought out dishes, she knew who ordered it. i have never seen any waitress remember everyones order. She was EXCEPTIONALLY organized like no other. That was cool to see after a staff member snarkly reminded Gracie to do something that day and said she was not going to do it for Gracie. We will always ask for Gracie because she was phenominal on Sunday!!!! the food was great and we ate all together. The manager was on top of a small issue right away at the beggining. Staff is very friendly and so accommodating! Our 2 year old was not so happy, and the staff went out of there way to make her happy so we could enjoy our meal. Absolutely recommend!

We attended a family gathering in the conference room at the Steinbach location. Our server (whos name escapes me at the moment) was amazing. The looks are nice, the people are nice, the food looks good even tastes good. but the food is pretty expensive. I would say if you have like $60 with you I would recommend this place Food

Spent a week in Steinbach. Ate here every day. Great food! Great friendly service.

My eggs where rubbery same with my back bacon and it even took 15 minutes to get us water loud pop music at 10am and couldn t have a conversation without raising my voice lots of coffee grinds in our coffees and a bad experience

Got to the lounge pop music at 10:30 am on a Saturday that was to loud to conversate over. Coffee grinds in all of our coffees. Thats when I shoulda known that if you cant make a decent cup of coffee I shouldnt trust you to cook for me. Then came time for food my mom got a rice soup that looked like it was 2 days old and the rice was crumbling before a spoon was in the bowl. Me and my dads bacon cheese burgers had some sauce that tasted like tarter sauce. As for service had to ask twice for a couple drinks and server was unaware when drinks were left empty on the edge of the table

Food was fast and tasty. Hot! Server checked on us frequently but not excessive. Will be going back soon! Kid-friendliness: Was happy our server asked us quietly about the desert that came with the menu.

Kendra made dining in the Lounge a great experience on Monday! It was busy but she still gave us excellent service, keeping up with our refills and making sure we didn t need anything. Kitchen also made the food taste wonderful! (Butter chicken rice bowl)

This place is amazing for after a long day at work or even a night out. Me and my friends love coming here on the weekend! The staff here are very friendly and helpful they gladly wait for you to chose your meal and are always around if you need anything. After ordering our drinks she came back with a large glass for us to refill our drinks with! The food came quick while also giving us time to chat. Food was great and well plated along with garnishes and lots of variety. The restaurant was clean and tidy along with sports playing on tv and great background music. If your looking for a place to eat with family or friends I definitely recommend coming here!

We had ordered apple juice for our kids, it was fermented, tasted disgusting! They brought us new apple juice but they were completely different colors. Then our daughter got veggies on the side, the celery was limp and brown on the top. Couldnt believe the bad service, not only the waitress but also kitchen staff?!

I had never been to this Smittys before. My server, Brittney, made it such an amazing experience! She was so personable and helpful. All the customers at her tables were commenting how great she was. Its one thing to be competent, but to really care about the customer was so refreshing! I will definitely come back, because of this server! The wings were great as well. We still enjoy going to Smittys but its not what it was pre-covid. Its become very expensive and the portions have become much smaller. Smittys used to be our Friday night go to... Now its our once-in-a while win-by-default... Wheelchair accessibility: Smittys is fully accessible into and within the dining area. I dont remember how well the washroom accommodates those with mobility concerns.

My husband and I have never been to Smitty s before, but decided to give it a try for Thanksgiving. Maddy was an excellent server - knowledgeable about the menu, friendly, attentive, etc. We enjoyed the food and the entire experience.

The meal was great, the waiter was attentive but not too attentive. Wife had 2 piece fish and chips, I had the mozzarella burger. Too full to have dessert. First time visitors and enjoyed it.

It s good if you sit in or get take out when it s dead but last time I tried to get take out when it was busy I showed up and they said the food order was never put in and that it would be at least another hour if I still wanted it so I just left.

Wonderful i love coming here for breakfasts with friends and family. Love their booth tables as it makes it so much more personal and blocks out noise. Food is great! And love the service! We always get the best waiters!
