McDonald's in Steinbach

Everytime we to here we have to check over our bags, the staff is generally lovely about their mistakes but it shouldnt happen every visit.

Today the drive thru guy couldnt understand English. Messed up the order twice. No cutlery was included with the breakfast. Fail

Sitting in line for my online order placed 30 minutes ago, will probably take a while, its fast food!

I don t stop here often and when I do I m reminded why I don t go there. Everytime I get parked, today all I wanted was a coffee and I got parked

The service at this location has declined. Waited in the reservation stall for 15 minutes. Wont be back

Kiosk machines are either not working or out of paper.Our food oftens sits on the tray getting cold while waiting for the last item.

I do not know how to spell her name but i will try Gvaun. She went above and beyond to get us our meals today. This was at 10 55 in drive thru. We almost left after being told no they only serve lunch at 11, but when we got to her window she went and asked and was able to take the order as it was onlly a few minutes by the time we got to her window. Thank you as I dont live in steinbach.

I tried the new big arch burger and was completely disgusted by the taste of the sauce. Worst burger I ve ever had. There was so much sauce it was difficult to hold together and I couldn t taste anything else except for the sauce. Mc Donald s should STOP trying to make gourmet burgers and stick to what they know cheap fast food.

Its really good, the prices are reasonable and the store is spacious. Although it doesnt feel a bit clean, I think its a relatively nice place. mother

Was at this McDonalds in steinbach, went through the drive thru and the person I ordered through ACTUALLY KNEW PROPER ENGLISH!!

Guys at the drive thru machine cant understand anything. Eventually gave up and just ordered something else. Parking lot and drive thru is way to tight. Also when i finally ordered it took like 10 minutes to make 2 McFlurries

Go here occasionally because it s one of the few late night options. They get my order wrong probably more often than they get it right-forgetting to put fries in the bag, wrong items, replacing items that are unavailable with cheaper items without offering to comp anything. And probably the slowest service from a McDs in Manitoba. Just an overall poor experience more often than not

Is extremely disappointing to sit all day waiting to get a fries that literally had twent fries in it. Not even half full. Disgusting!

Went there around 10pm the next morning we were sick with food poisoning:(

Without a doubt the worst McDonalds in mb. The night shift should be replaced entirely. Huge difference in food quality after 7 a.m. goes from bad before 7 to barely adequate after 7. Dont believe me, try the one on fervor its 5 stars

I ordered through the app, they collected it pretty quickly. There is a play area for children. But the tables were dirty, many had food left on them. I also didnt see a place to refill drinks.

Food is good, missed one of my burgers and still got charged for it but the costumer service was great and they gave me my burger in the end

Customer service really seems to be going down hill. Window person instead of greeting you stands hiding behind a poster waiting for your food avoiding all eye contact, while coworker glares down customers and whispering who knows what into window persons ear just to continue glaring. A simple hi your food will be ready shortly would have made this experience so much more enjoyable! Instead of feeling like the staff are gossiping about you as you wait for your food.

Food is not as good and very small portions for the price. Great staff but lineups are just insanely crazy.

Overall is a good place but sometimes you have to wait so long + you could have missed items or wrong items. Taste of the food depends on the shift working at that specific day. I would say this place is good to go but there is some room for improvement

I have to go inside to get anything ordered right especially if its something app specific and even then its usually made incorrectly. My iced coffee for example had no vanilla flavor even after I paid extra to get it. Took 3 staff and a manager to mess up my order but I guess I shouldnt expect much from McDonalds and its not worth driving back to get it fixed.

After hours it is tough to get good service. It seems after midnight its hit or miss for food. I was told once they didnt have food at around 3am when clearly there was employees and grills on. Left a bad taste

Ive had alot of Burger Combos there and I love them the Big Mac, Quarter Pounder is soo Good. Love the new look, I use the Kisoks to order my Food and have only once my Fries not come with my meal. I just asked for my Fries because I didnt get any so I told them the size I paid for and I got them really Fresh. Besides that I havent had alot of things wrong with my Burger Combo meals. So I love you Mc Donalds I would eat there again.

Appropriate amount of parking in the area. Haven t been in just went through the drive thru but it seems like there s lots of seating as well. I work late hours at times so it s nice that they re open 24/7. Food is what you d expect and is normally pretty good. If you don t know what this place is well get out from under that rock. Lots of menu options and they always have seasonal treats and new items coming out. No issues with this particular McDonald s. Would recommend dropping in if you want a quick bite to eat.

These workers are a joke. I ordered all of my meals, when I paid and got my actual order, it was wrong. I told the girl it was wrong and she told me too bad thats what I ordered. I said no. I want it rectified. She then brought over some other female who said the exacy same thing. I said no I dont effing care. Fix the problem that is not what I ordered. She said hold on grabbed my receipt out of my bag with her unwashed hands, handed me the bag and left. Then Evan came, window opened and he threw my receipt at me yelling at me to leave right now or he was having a tresspassing order put on me because I made the girls cry apparently (I dont usually go to here anyways). He also yelled out that he was calling the rcmp, slammed the window, put some funky bar down like he was terrified or something. Not willing to correct the order at all. He then got on the phone to call the cops on me. I then noticed the girls standing there, not crying at all so I got video proof of the so called scared girls showing no fear standing right by him. You can see in the video he is trying to block my recording but miserably failed. Not only is this the worst service ever. That was assault. I will be contacting others regarding this situation from the Headquarters. No one should be assaulted ever. Shame on you Evan for assaulting a woman. Throwing things. You are in a uniform representing a company, and you cant even control assaulting a woman. This man needs to be fired immediately.

This McDonalds always has fast, courteous service. My order is always right. I also noticed a nicer straw last visit. Large hole but the sides are thinner and they feel more plasticy. It doesnt swell up like the previous straws. Bring back plastic straws!

Food will kill u, is always noisy and chaotic inside, but u get the food fast and usually correctly. Worth the visit if you are American . Food

This place needs to stop hiring children that cant follow simple instructions. Today I ordered breakfast with a diet coke with no ice. I noticed that she added double ice. She completed my order and sent me through the drive thru before I could even correct her. When paying, I talked to a nice older lady who corrected the error, only to be given my drink with double ice at the next window anyway. On a prior visit, the girl who handed me my food was wearing so much perfume that everything reeked! I had to throw it out as I couldnt stand it as it was that strong. When people are spending as much as they are for take-out food, youd think that theyd be able to hire competent staff.

The playground had been removed and replaced with a silly little place structure. And now my kids are bored within 5 minutes. The food is o k and the wait times are terrible whether im in line inside or in drive through.

Over the last few years, the drive-thru speed has definitely improved compared to 5-10 years ago, however my trip last week was 12-15 minutes in the drive-thru, which I had not seen for years at that point. The food is consistently good. There is still room for improvement, such as stop putting people out in the parking lot and just give them their food at the drive-thru window. Also do they really need to ask if we are using My Rewards every time we order? Surely there is a better way. The parking lot should be for reserved customers only that used the app, ahead of time, to order, not drive-thru customers unless they have a massive order (more than 3 meals). Getting rid of paper straws would be another improvement. These guys need to be more prepared for high traffic--which always follows a big event in Steinbach; Canada Day, Summer in the City, Pioneer Days, long weekends, every Sunday after church hours, Saturday evenings, Friday evenings, and of course lunch hour rush throughout the week. 4/5.

when ordering a larger size ice cream online, be prepared to receive only a half cup, i.e. a small size in a large cup. This situation does not happen for the first time, it is not pleasant. Everyone pays money and wants to get the right order, not a cat in a bag. The ice cream is always melted, and the burgers and fries are cold. Also, taking this opportunity, I want to write about the terrible service at the drive-thru. The staff always makes mistakes in the order (selected units, quantity, etc.), they never hear your order and put it together at their own discretion. This is unacceptable.

Went through the drive thru for some quick late night poutine. They parked us for 10 to 15 minutes and when we arrived back home the gravy was super cold and the poutines very under filled. As Im typing this I have to eat this cold disgusting poutine. Also the service sucked.

Have been here a couple of times now for breakfast. Is it just normal for rural locations to not give you the food at the window. They just send everyone to park and you wait. Not use to this at other McDonalds. Not a fan. Never wait this long in the city.

Ordered an egg mcmuffin via drive thru. Asked for no meat. There was meat on it. Parked and returned it at counter. They input a new order and then replacement also had meat on it. Returned it again and watched them walk it to the back . No new order was put in. Watched the back-end staff pull meat off and kind of rewrap it and push it through counter as opposed to throwing it out. My 2nd replacement comes up and i ask directly if they just pulled meat off and they assure me they didn t. I return to car and looked and of course I had tore bottom of bun in a specific place as a precaution and clearly it was the same sandwich . I can understand the mistakes but I really don t like being lied to. I ended up throwing it in trash as this is not really worth my time. /end rant.

What has changed about McDonalds coffee? I used to love their coffee, but I got a coffee a few weeks ago and it was like water and cream. So I brought it to the till and they generously gave me another but it was just as watery. Im scared to go back for coffee after such a dissapointing experience.
