Slowest tims in steinbach!!!! Can t even order more than 1 wrap always out of the thing you want. Even if they have it you will have to wait 5 minutes for it.

Have been going here for a while and I think it s time to complain. 1. Sandwiches/food is wrong more often than right. 2. Sandwiches are built poorly, when you open up your food the whole thing is falling apart. 3. They never confirm your order when taking it which contributes to issues on number 1. 4. When I told the associate at the window that this wasn t what I ordered he said okay and didn t do anything about it. 5. Tea never has honey mixed in it properly and is straight tea until you hit the bottom. My scenario this morning was getting to the drive through and ordered a Farmers breakfast sandwich. I got a wrap. Yesterday I ordered a Farmers Breakfast sandwich. I got a regular breakfast sandwich. Once some of these issues are resolved I will update my review.

Always get my coffee perfect at this location.

Regularly out of stock on food options, and they never have the second lane of the drive-thru open, so the line regularly spills over onto the street. Slowest Timmys in Steinbach.

I wish this tim Hortons would stir the coffee properly. Seems to be an issue lately with tims. Only found one where Ill keep going back. Decons corner is the best one

Most underrated Tim Hortons in steinbach

The most terrible Tim Horton, anytime then you come here they dont have Dcaff , doesnt matter if its 12 or 3 oclock, in other Tim we came at 7pm and they cleaned mashing, but they did for us Dcaff, can you tell me whats going on in this Tim Hortons?

Not welcoming and kind of disrespectful. I came for coffee and the change was thrown back at me. If you have a bad day keep it to yourself dont let it out to others. Especially if you work in this field. Being friendly brings you alot further.

Twice I did not complain even though it happened. This is the third time where Ive been in the right lane first thing in the morning and they took everybodys orders in the left lane and never took mine. I had to back out of the right lane and I went to the Tims on number 12 South where I got excellent service

Terrible visit. Went through drive thru at 11:50am. Ordered a framer sausage wrap, and everything croissant sandwich. Drove home and they gave us a bagel BLT sandwich and a chicken sandwich where they added sausage. So disgusting, waited 10 minutes for my food and they couldn t give us the correct order. Ordered a steeped tea and the grinds were poured in it. Bags and drinks were sloppy; covered in sauce. Management needs to review the quality of the food, as it is non existent now. Went to another location - way better quality and they got our order correct.

Not what they use to be selection of doughnuts very limited. The best ones are not avalible or limited offerings.

They take forever, not happy with the service, avoid if you can.

They dont have anything (didnt have eggs at 8am to make a wrap) and then no cookies and if your lucky they might make you a good coffee if even that.

Couple times Ive gone in to get coffee and it has tasted burnt just not good. However the iced coffee I order is always spot on .. Food

They have a knack for serving bitter coffee and marking up your lid with a sharpie that later transfers to your face. One thing I know is the woman at the window at that esso location seems terribly in a rush, she all put throws your order at you, even when there is nobody in line. Needs to chill big time. Received a soiled, crumpled up napkin. Avoid this location if possible!

They never ever have the food I want. like is it in the freezer and they just don t wanna make more? how does a restaurant always run out of food. My advice go somewhere else for rood cause they ll actually have want you want I will no longer be going to this location tired of it

So me and my friend went here for drinks, and the drinks were great, service was great, but when we decided to tip the employee, she said they werent allowed to accept tips :( even when we specifically told her that this was a tip for her. Very dissatisfied with the Tims itself that they would not let their employees accept tips at all whatsoever. Please change this! Please allow your employees to accept tips.

I ask for a Carmel toffee coldbrew and than they say you want a regular cold brew I than repeat myself 2 more times because they apparently can t hear proper. Than I go to get my drink and it s a ice coffee. I than repeat myself again at the drive through window. Finally get my drink and there s no foam in the cold brew and it s just regular cold brew. My drinks either taste like dirt or Plastic This is so beyond disgusting. It s very annoying because I m spending my money for drinks like this. They always mess up my drinks & my bf all the time. I don t recommend coming to this Tim Hortons. It s terrible.

Drive thru service and in store service are both very slow and the staff dont confirm the order is correct before accepting payment or proceeding thru the drive thru. The few times I have been to this location my drink order has been wrong and Ive had to go back and get it fixed. The staff is trying to get the orders done so quickly that they are making mistakes and causing customer dissatisfaction.

WORST TIMS EVER!had a horrible experience and was treated horribly. Was given an ice cap half full and when I asked if they could fill it to the line they refused. All the food was cold and none of the coffee were made how we asked them to be! They treated us like we were dumb. Never going back

Terrible terrible service, quite slow to get the orders ready and they don t let you get a word in when trying to order. Very unprofessional workplace and no regard for the customer. DONT ORDER AND ICED COFFEE YOU WILL GET 99.9999% ICE!!!!!!!! Avoid at all costs.

Im normally not this guy, but this location has been going downhill as of late and service is suffering to quite the extreme. The drive-through is often at capacity blocking traffic in nearby roads; as a result the drive-through gets abnormally high preferential treatment to those at the front counter. I get that. As of late however, the line at the front counter is often ignored and their food takes a ridiculous amount of time to be delivered to them. My most recent time at this location saw a line of about 5 people waiting for either service or food while the same employee that would eventually serve them lazily filled lids and wiped counters. This employee was joined by another two or three employees who showed no urgency whatsoever in their work. After about 15 minutes, and about 10 or so sandwiches delivered to drive-through patrons, I eventually got my food. Not impressed.

Absolutely terrible location. Line up down a major highway at the worst intersection in Canada. Slow slow slow slow workers, 2 drive thru lines but only ever have one open so the line goes onto the highway. And they are so slow it s ridiculous

Over a year Ive been going daily for a blubbery or cinnamon raisin bagel and coffee in the morning. In the past week theyve stopped selling the last of their sweet bagels. Not a single one available. 4 cheese? Jalapeno? For breakfast? You gotta be kidding me!

Told myself I wouldn t support this location any longer due to past terrible experiences . Just picked up a farmers wrap . The bacon in the wrap was ice cold and raw! You could smell the raw meat. Will never go to this location again

Every time I choose to eat here, I instead end up going hungry because they always make my order wrong and when I ask for it made properly they tell me that they dont have the products to make it anymore. I know speed of service is important but no one is gonna come back if they leave with the wrong order or nothing at all.

Worst experience April 4, 2022 9 PM at night

Been here a few times and service was always prompt and staff courteous. When I was there yesterday I witnessed a disgruntled customer that identified as Dallas rant and rave to the staff about his valuable time being wasted. I felt that any bad reviews from that guy needed to be balanced by someone who was there and witnessed nothing but professionalism while he was being served and courtesy as he demanded his money back and everyones names.

Very slow service. Employees need more training as I often get the wrong food. Drive thru is very slow. If I do end up going thrue the drive thru they always have to check for something either a Boston cream or hashbrown etc. Dont recommend this location.

worst experience ever. Went to this Tims with my mobile order. I was told the chocolate croissant is out of stock so I replaced it with a different item. Next, after 5 mins waiting I was told there is a wait for 3 mins for eggs, no problem I waited, but after 5 more mins, I was told that they are out of croissants which I ordered with egg & cheese on a croissant. This is ridiculous and frustrating. I am not going to this Timss location ever again. This out-of-stock in most of their menu items (especially food items) is very regular and to add to this they are very very slow with the front counter customers. 95% of the time, I did not get my complete order without replacement items or no replacement options. If you are out of something please let the customers know upfront, dont make them wait for the food, and later tell them that you are out of that item.

Everything about this place is awful. -They never ever have the food youre looking for. Not even their promotional donuts. -The drive thru backs out to the street 100% of the time. This isnt due to their speed, its because its a horrible location. - they are a little slow, this is mostly due to poor management of staff resources though. A little more on that last point. The drive thru has two lanes, but only one operator, i guess this is to alleviate the whole backing out on the road and one store inconveniencing an entire town. Why not take advantage though, get another head set going and push some volume sales. The other problem, and people arnt going to like this in 2022, but its an honest critique. Steinbach is home to about 8 different common languages. (More than that but im grouping east indian in all as one for the sake of the review.) English, french, german, low german, Ukranian, russian, tagalog, and east indian. The one common language everyone speaks is english. It would make sense to put the person with the Canadian accent that ALLLLLL these different cultures should be able to understand the easiest. On the headset. For the sake of the radio operator too, as much as i have a hard time hearing and understanding them, they have the same difficulty as i do. Then come around the corner and the little canadian girl goes have a nice day why is that her only line? Get her on the headset so everyone. Can move through this process faster. Anyways, id avoid any tims in Steinbach because they all have the same problems, but this one is the worst culprit and consistent with the issues.

I decided to get an ice cap while walking the dog. So I came to to drive through because cuz I assume they wouldnt want a dog inside the building. But they refused service me and told me to go inside even though I told them that I cant leave my dog alone outside and what building in Canada allows a not service dog inside.

Good service they move very quickly so thats nice because sometimes the line up of cars is out on the road. Staff is friendly and polite as well

they always get your order right and the staff is very nice. the managers are very rude i ve heard so i feel bad for the staff here but they do a decent job getting your order correct and the service seems faster then other tims in the area for sure.

Keep Carol on dish duty, every drink made by her is absolutely mangled. Other than that its friendly service from everyone else and coffees are made perfect.

A far fall from grace. An institution once highly admired has significantly gone downhill. Staff seem to run around like headless chickens most of the time. Very long drive thru times, especially at night when Its dead. Quality of food and coffee has gone downhill over the last few years. Too many mixups with the orders!

This location usually doesnt have most of the food items (at least everytime I go) and often times they dont have some of the speciality summer drinks either. There is no dine in as it is attached to a gas station, drive thru only. Overall they are a good place to stop in the morning for a coffee before your commute when the line isnt overflowing onto Giesbrecht St.

Best location in steinbach. But Do not have a full menu. Slow and not very good at making accurate coffee orders. Double double should not put me into a diabetic shock because it is half sugar.

Chris is THE MAN! This Tim Hortons makes the best ice caps of all in town. They are the most consistent with thickness. Also, the fastest in town for drive through. Staff are all accommodating with my pickiness :P

They had at least 6 people serving drive through customers and nobody working the counter inside. Luckily the coffee was good like usual or it would have been 1 star.

Ughhhhh. Placed an order online to pick up in store. And when I got there they said they couldnt find my order and I said I could show them my reciept. The guy says I dont really have time for that right now. You can go in the drive thru and I can deal with you at the window. I couldnt believe that response. I called Tims Canada and got refunded for my order. Wont be back at that Tims location for a long while.

Just used the drive through for the first time. Got a bagel and specified very clearly that I wanted only half the butter they normally use. Drove to work and opened the bag to find it was swimming in butter. Literally like a dripping sponge that cant hold any more water. The entire bagel is soaked and soggy with butter. Ill give them one more chance...cant find a phone number for them, do I guess Ill go past there and go in to return their butter.

Poor customer service food is not fresh

I am sorry to say that the coffee here is not the same quality as at the other full serviced Tim Hortons. Although the staff were friendly and the service was fast. I would avoid going here in the future and will only go to the full Tim Hortons.

2 cars in drive through, 3 people in store and no one has time to serve someone standing up front for 5 minutes. I just walked out the door.

This location needs more staff or training. There s only a couple of workers that seem to know how to do their job. I ve been in drive thru while others get served first in the other line, also have had them drop bills/change under the car and not offer to replace it, I had to move the car and get out and pick it up while making sure the next car wouldn t hit me.. on multiple occasions now.

This location never has fresh steeped tea unless you ask them to make a new pot.
