Had a night away at the Road House. Staff is friendly, cleanliness was immaculate and even though we were told it was booked for hockey, it was so quiet you couldnt notice at all. So peaceful and close to a great eatery no need to drive and continental breakfast was made to order. We will be back

This place is sooooo clean and family friendly. The prices for a room with two queens and a single bunk is super cheap. Plus the rooms are massive. Was here for a tournament. They have a hot tub which is like a small pool and a games room. Complimentary breakfast is good as well. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Theyre a little uptight on having drinks around the hotel, but overall a very enjoyable stay. The hot tub room was great! Loved our room too. Will be back.

Its like staying at Grandmas place, so many rules. Not a place Id recommend if your bringing a hockey team. They say youll get a discounted rate but then there are so many rules there is no way youll get it. You can hear everything in your room, downstairs sounds like herd of elephants when people walking down hallway. Breakfast is included but have to tell them the night before which option and Id rather decide in the morning, changed my mind twice while we stayed and wasnt able too. Never read the writing on the walls until last night, didnt care for the Bible scripts on the wall. Rooms are nice but so much wasted space in the bathroom and where the microwave wave was, looks like there was suppose to be shelves but just a big hole. Mattresses in room were a yellowish sweat stained colour and only noticed cause mattress cover kept coming off during the night. Not coming back, disappointed since it looked newly renovated inside, outside looks like it could use some TLC too, not good when you need multiple signs saying your hotel is open for business.

I don t write reviews often, so this is deserved! I ve stayed at this hotel a number of times for work. The hotel is always spotless clean. The workers at night are very pleasant and accommodating. The gentleman working breakfast was wonderful. I felt like I was at a restaurant!

This hotel is wonderful. I was delighted by the detailed level of clean, it was immaculate. The staff were all so warm and friendly, I felt like I wanted to hug them when we left. Very spacious rooms, quiet, kids loved the bunk beds and games lounge. Breakfast was great too, good options. Laundry room was a welcome bonus too. Will definitely stay here again without hesitation!

This is a hidden gem! We had a very late checkin with no reservations and the staff member working was so kind and accommodating! Our room had bunk beds for the kids which was so wonderful! The rooms were clean, the bed was comfy but the biggest thing to brag about was their breakfast! The sweetest man was working and served our fresh made breakfast to us. It was phenomenal!

I recently stayed at Roadhouse 52 Inn & Suites in Steinbach, Manitoba and I can confidently say that it was a wonderful experience! If youre looking for a great place to stay thats just minutes away from everything, this is definitely the place to be. The location is fantastic, making it easy to get around and explore. The hotel was unusual and enjoyable for two reasons: The rooms are huge, with a big eating, dining area with a bunk bed and king bed. The other reason was the breakfast. When you arrive you tell them when you will be eating. Your breakfast will be ready when you walk into the eating area.

Very poor experience. Our car got a hit and run while parked in their parking lot (right next to the front door). I know this was not their fault but I gave them 1 star, and heres why: After the incident, we asked the front desk for access to the security camera footage to figure out what happened. We had a pretty clear timeframe (1:00-2:30 pm), so it seemed like a simple request, considering they have cameras cover the spot and cameras are for situations like this, right? But heres where it gets weird. The staff told us they didnt know how to check/access the footage. I mean, really? Okay, fine, we thought. Maybe we could just check the footage ourselves since I know my way around video playback, like most folks do. Nope, they wouldnt allow that either. So, we asked what other options were available. they said we could call their IT guy who charges $100 per hour, and wed have to pay for it. So, to review a 1.5-2-hour footage, wed be out $200 or more. As a software engineer, I am jealous of their IT guy, making a cool $100 an hour just to rewind and fast forward a video(??!). Tbh, whats the point of having security cameras then? if, when you need them, they not only refuse to help but also make it ridiculously expensive to access the footage? Its beyond frustrating. To reply: we did not ask you to GIVE us the footage, we asked you to SHOW us the footage. We could see the what the cameras cover from the big screen you guys put up behind the front desk and it would help to narrow down a lot in term which car came in and out at that specific time.

Received a room charge for damage that I have no idea what it is about.

Very unprofessional staff and wouldnt recommend to groups (hockey, ball, etc) you need to be quiet as a mouse during the entire stay. Very expensive to give up all freedom. Insane. Not kid friendly. No pool. Rooms are big and clean. Pillows are thin n uncomfortable. No mirror close to outlet to do hair no hair dryer in room. Would NOT recommend this place to anyone. You can do better Steinbach. I believe that you can .

Very lovely hotel. They were extremely accommodating and made my daughters 10 yr birthday a good one. With COVID shutting down we had to change plans and we were glad we did. Going to Roadhouse Inn made us forget about having to cancel all her parties and we had the best girls night. It was very clean and the staff were very attentive. The gentleman who served us breakfast on Friday morning was very friendly and I enjoyed talking with him. Beautiful hotel. Lovely hot tub. No complaints. Just excited to return.

The suite room was amazing. Could comfortably sleep 10 weary travelers. Staff super friendly. Loved the motivation words on the walls in the foyer and hallways.

Great place. The staff really went above and beyond to be accommodating. Huge family rooms with bunks. Our room had a great layout with separate powder room and shower room. Very convenient for a big family. Coin laundry, free breakfast, pet friendly. Clean and comfortable. Had a lovely stay.

I showed up early today having caught an early morning flight (I slept in and almost missed) from Toronto and hadnt had a shower yet. Although my room wasnt ready yet, The Amazing Tiffany came through and hooked me up with a room so I could shower! My stay hasnt even started yet and Im 5 stars!! Thanks Tiffany!

Easily the nicest and most fairly priced hotel I ve ever stayed at. Booked my room at like 12:30pm as they were one of few with availability (and answered my call) and I m so glad. The room was MASSIVE. I mean gigantic. Queen bed plus a bunk with a double bed on the bottom. Could easily fit a family of 4-5. 6 if you made one sleep on the couch best part, only $129. Wish I d have taken a pic of the room but was dead tired. 10000000/10 would stay here again. Wish there was one in every city. All the front counter staff were amazing as well!

Very much enjoyed my stay here. Clean, accommodating, and incredibly friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was also surprisingly good as I find most hotels to have very weak coffee. Only nit picky criticism here is there were zero accessible plug ins by the bed or couch which I found odd. But like I said, that s one picky issue and I still believe 5 stars are deserved.

Had a great sleep, really appreciated the large family room and bunk beds with our family of 6. I had a great workout on the treadmill and we enjoyed breakfast. Im surprised 2 of the (few) one star reviews have bacon as the main point of contention. Have we become a nation of spoiled snowflakes or what? A couple suggestions.. perhaps advertise the lack of an elevator (which was no problem for us , but others have complained about) and if possible get exhaust fans in the shower / bathrooms, its really going to negatively impact the condition of your motel with that moisture in time. For the record, the lady at the front desk (and breakfast, with or WITHOUT bacon) was great. Id also like to add as a generally non religious person I appreciated the biblical quotes on the walls. Perhaps if we saw and acted upon more of this our world could turn around..

I have been here for many weeks, due to work and I have NO complaints! -Super friendly staff, helpful and kind. -Clean rooms, big rooms(!) and shower and washroom are separated. -Amazing breakfast. From sausage, scrambled eggs and different variations of hashbrowns to an AMAZING pancake machine! One thing I really like to mention is the serving attitude of the staff. This is very encouraging and makes it better! The stay, the time in the morning for breakfast. I highly recommend the Roadhouse 52 Inn & Suites. This one is a gem!

I have had the pleasure staying at this hotel for a period of 4 weeks, staff was nice, rooms large but service was not so great, now i did have a special deal so room service was not a daily thing. At the start my dog was to stay and that was part of the deal and ended up the dog was boarded. The hotel knew about that and still did not provide basic room service, two of the staff did however provide it when they were on as they thought it was not right. I had even received a email from the own letting me know that they had no one on staff so they would not be able to provide room service till the Monday. I have other issue with the owner that i believe dose not need to be posted.

The rooms were spacious, the hot tub was well sized, and the location on the highway right next to the Diner is really convenient. The rooms had great accommodations for even my large family, and it was nicely furnished.

Pros: new hotel, hot breakfast, quite location, kind staff. Cons: strong chemical smell inside building, rates are high, no discounts on rates, blinds dont block light at night for sleeping, hot tub wasnt working during our stay.

Brutal place would not recommend!

Absolutely horrid experience. Its a shame because the rooms are very nice. But first of all when you have a hotel with 2 floors and no elevators you should be making that clear with everyone that books because not everyone can use stairs and surely not everyone can carry luggage up a flight of stairs. I got married around steinbach last month and had nothing but issues with this hotel from the start. I knew i was bringing in a lot of out of town guests for the wedding so i made a block a year or more in advance. When i called a couple months before the wedding to add more rooms, they had no record of the block at all because the person i dealt with no longer works there I made the block again and was glad i called at all. The same employee was there the whole weekend of my wedding . This person is clearly in the wrong industry and this hotel would seriously benefit from letting her go. My guests heard everything from I can ask you to leave you know and what is your problem all for absolutely nothing. They were argued with about rates and bookings. I was greeted with horrible attitude straight from check in. I used to work in customer service and never complain but this was actually shocking.

Hotel should really add that there is no elevator to their description on the website,as not my guests could climb the stairs;front staff were very rude when we asked about this,very poor customer service skills. will not not be returning that s for sure

My husband and I were very pleasantly surprised by the size of the room first. Excellent!! Beds perfect! We asked to be beside my brother/wife and we were accommodated very well. With the size of the rooms it is SO nice to visit!! The bathroom and shower/tub rooms separated are an excellent idea but.... a word to the wise .... a fan in each of those rooms, a towel rack in the bathroom and a hook in the shower/tub room would be great. Also, with having such a wonderful place, more highway signage would help a great deal. ? Driveway directly from # 52 possible. I know that a lot of people have GPS now but for those that don t.... We will certainly stay here again as we have family in and around Steinbach. Will pass on the good news Sally

Very friendly staff. Pancakes instead of the usual waffles was a nice change. Could have used more bacon. A bunk bed in our room seemed a little odd.

It was my first time coming to stay over night at the hotel. The lady who was working the evening was super friendly. The room was huge and very nice. I love the facial soaps and the deep tub! I would definitely stay there again!

The front desk staff member Lynette was very rude at check in and throughout my stay. She made me feel terrible just because I didnt have my confirmation number at the time of check in. There was eye rolling, facial expressions and she made eye contact with another staff member at the desk belittling me. I did say ...you are not having a good day are you and she abruptly said that I was rude? Then some of my family members went to look in the breakfast room and she yelled at them to get out of the room. The breakfast room door was open and not closed and therefore it was no problem. I went to my room and felt terrible, I didnt want to stay but thought I would give them another chance. During my stay, family tried to call me from out of town and no one ever picked up the phone at the front desk. My family tried several times to contact me in my room. No one answered the phone or would return left telephone messages on the hotels messaging system. We tried to avoid asking Lynette for anything but when we did, she had attitude and was horrible to us during our 3 night stay. It was uncomfortable to walk by the front desk. I asked another staff member where the business center was and she just pointed across the room to the one computer (no words came out of her mouth) she just pointed. The room was clean, however no towel rack in the bathroom or fan in the separate shower room. Bunk beds were not safely bolted together. Breakfast was good however had to ask for coffee numerous times and had to change the coffee myself one day in the breakfast room. There are cameras and video of the hot tub room located above the front check in area...when guests are checking in they are able to view the monitor as well. I did use the hot tub once and felt very uncomfortable. Hotel guests checking in could see me in the hot tub. There is no elevator in the building so my 89 year old Mother had to climb the stairs in agony. We used a side door to avoid the long walk for my Mother and then one day the door was suddenly locked and it wasnt before. The hotel felt more like a prison compound. I did discuss my terrible experience with the owner of the hotel. I will never return.

October 29th, 2019. The front desk staff member (a woman with short hair) was extremely rude. She refused to transfer me to a room # 3 times and each time she replied Nope! Have a nice day and hung up on me. Maybe she was mistaking me for another person or a prank caller? I am trying to contact my family member who is staying at the Hotel. When I went to the front desk in person to ask for them she literally said it was not her problem. So what is her job title? I thought front desk related things were her problem. We wont stay here again.

My wife and I took three of our grandchildren to the Roadhouse 52 Inn & Suites in early March 2018 for a little break from the home routine. We were pleasantly surprised at the clean outside even with a lot of snow and the great interior with large suites, a recreation and games room, an exercise room, a large breakfast area with a good variety menu both hot and cold. Our room had a large bunk bed and a queen bed and the washroom is split into 2 sections with the bathtub/shower on one side and the toilet and sick on the other side and another sink and mirror between the two. Nice decor and very comfortable beds. The children loved the room and recreation room. Very friendly and helpful reception and breakfast area staff. We took a complete tour of the facilities and noticed that the public whirlpool was almost ready. We live in Steinbach and we will be back there occasionally when we want to get out of the house and do something different than usual. We also know that they have great food and service at the Diner on Highway 52 which is right next to the motel.

Hooray for Steinbach on this new awesome Hotel. The rooms are unbelievably big so your not walking on top of each other. This makes it so convenient and comfortable. Everything is clean, staff are friendly and you are so close to any restaurant, bar, grocery store, theater, parks, churches that you could need. The hot breakfast is also really nice and includes so many options!

We stayed at the hotel back in March. We were greeted by friendly staff. The rooms were massive! My kids loved the big beds! It was so nice to have the bathroom separated into two parts, shower on one side and toilet on the other. The rooms were very clean and modern. We had a small family gathering there. There was so much space that we could all visit in one room without feeling cramped! They have a nice selection for a hot or cold breakfast. They also have a diner thats in waking distance for your convenience. This is a great addition for Steinbach!

This hotel is beautifully designed & has a great atmosphere! Im really looking forward to my next visit & relaxing in the hottub!!

Have stayed at this hotel twice, the rooms are the largest in Steinbach, there is a Diner nearby and the building is simple, clean and modern. It has a unique offer of bunkbeds in some rooms which offer great value when you consider how many people can stay in a single suite.

Theyve thought of everything in their rooms. The toilet is separate from the shower and the sink is in between the two. Great for getting everyone ready in the morning.

Very large rooms, easily the best price per square foot if you are looking for a big room. It is locally owned and operated which is a nice touch from the usual franchise. With a Diner in front of the building and classic car shows. This hotel is quintessentially Steinbach, almost brushing on stereotype. Definitely how I recommend experiencing the city.

Huge rooms and beautiful building. Free breakfast is amazing! Lots of parking with big spots so super easy to get in and out with a truck! Pet friendly is great! The rooms are quiet. Tv is a little confusing but thats not a big deal. The owners are super friendly and informative. I wouldnt stay anywhere else. Also the restaurant on the property is Amazing!!!

The night was a complete nightmare as we were coming from Alberta and were heading home and were planning on getting near Thunder Bay for the night but Google led us to the Minnesota boarder instead. The guard told us there was 24hr gas in Steinbach, but there wasnt any stations open 24hrs so we saw a comfort inn and they were packed but called over to Roadhouse 52 and they were open and had room. The place was pretty well brand new and finishing up some renovations. Lori Hart was the ultimate host and accepted us with open arms at such a late hour. Got us hooked up with our room and told us where breakfast will be served. The rooms were huge and immaculate, enough room for 20 people to fit comfortably. Lori didnt see the kids when we were checking in and said she could change our room to one with bunk beds for them but it was late enough already. Separate washroom from the shower area was a bonus too. Lori was downstairs first thing in the morning making breakfast for the guests. Let me tell you that they went all out bonkers with breakfast as there were bacon and eggs, waffles, fruits and cereals too. Bread and bagels along with yogurt were super good. I highly highly recommend this place to stay at as it was a God send on this chaotic journey. I wish you guys nothing but success in all future endeavors, the wall inscription in the lobby was a very nice touch. Googles mistake brought us to a beautiful place that we would have otherwise bypassed on our trip. Thanks once again..sorry I didnt take pics before we messed it up but it still looks amazing

This hotel is amazing! Ive been here with my family and there are rooms for at least 8 people. They have here laundery guest, free breakfast, and a room with a big hot tub for 18+. The service is good. We really enjoyed and well definetly come next time. I really recommend this place.

Very nice. Quite modern and new. Lots of room. Great breakfast. Only setbacks are no pool, and oddly enough, no place to hang towels or wash cloths

The hotel is still new, but a lot of the design seemed to cut corners. Poor soundproofing, rec room not well equipped, low quality workout equipment, staff not very welcoming. Multiple loud dogs, one of which was allowed to run up and down the halls at 9:30pm. Not the best experience, but not the worst.

Though our reservation wasnt exacty what we expected, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. It was also right accross the street from the confrence we were attending.

This place was great; my wife and I rented their public room for our sons birthday party, for super cheap. The space was huge, they let you decorate, they provide tea and coffee, and everything is very modern looking with a family focus to everything. Loved it

Stayed there few weeks ago. Clean environment and big rooms.

New nice building except they cheaper on on some major things. No fans in the crappers or showers. Wont be too long till the mold starts to spread. The lady at the front desk the first night had attitude when they messed up our reservations. They did accomadate us. And I had a pleasant stay.

Great place. Had no problem with us checking in late at night when driving out west. Will definitely be back.

The hotel is very new. Beautifully well done. Rooms were wonderful. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The warm breakfast was excellent I have no complaints about this hotel. Id recommend it to anyone.

Nice place to stay

Great location close to the Southland Church. Reasonable prices and great rooms. With free breakfast included you cant wish for any better than this. And then in front of the hotel they have a diner where you can eat your lunch.

Best hotel in steinbach. They are very helpful when we stayed there for a while month. Best breakfast too
