Ordered online from home. Left right away. We are 15 minutes from the store. Arroved there and order was ready as we walked in. Exactly as ordered. Had made some adjustments so waz worried they would be missed. Very friendly person at the counter. Will certainly order again thru the app. And we accumulate points also!! And no cooking for me tonite is the best. Win win win!! Dietary restrictions: No onions for me and they got that right. Parking: Always lots of parking close to the place. And free too!! Very well lit at night.

Never had a problem with the stienbach Dominos in terms of food. Except for trying to call ahead and place an order seems almost impossible. Been on hold for 5 to 10 minutes for to many times to count. It literally would take 2 minutes at most to take an order over the phone. I dont think its thats hard

I order Brooklyn pizza it burnt the crust pizza was cold topping was dry out they never moved like when it was fresh taste like they warm it up in microwave then toss in box the driver never had it in bag ever since I ate being going for poop all night long my stomach still feels up set I never going to eat they for long time till have better workers they I miss the old workers they made good pizzas back then

Night staff is so rude, I called them, he asked me to hold and before I say ok, he said ok and put me on hold, I call them again, he said same scripted dialog and then I suddenly said NO NO I will not hold , atleast you have to listen if i say ok , he was so rudely said that you are so rude and I wont take your order, I said you are not the only pizza in town, he banged the phone on my face, how come they so arrogant, this is a service industry, they are literally strayed

UPDATE 2024: The pizza we had tonight was delicious. UPDATE 2021: We moved to this area a few years ago. When we first started ordering from this location, it was great. Nice pizzas made to order. Then they took a turn for the worse, and have not improved. The pizzas have almost no toppings and are primarily bubbles. Not worth the money at any price. Dominos sauce is the best, so we will have to pick up in Winnipeg, which is a heckuva haul. But since my kids LOVE Dominos sauce, its worth it. We have had enough of this location. One star for the nice manager. Previous review: What a great establishment! Staff are courteous, efficient and hard-working. Restaurant interior seems clean and well-kept. The young ladies i was watching are absolute pros at making consistently great pizzas. Mondays are 50% off all pizzas, so we order every Monday and have never been disappointed. Dominos has the best pizza sauce around! Be sure to order online as you receive points towards a free medium 2-topping pizza.

I ordered delivery and noticed it says drivers carry less than $20 in change. No problem, I have a $50 and my order is $30. I assumed I could get some change back after leaving a tip. Driver came to the door and said he had no change. I thought that was odd and asked again and let him know all I had was a $50. Again, no change. My family was hungry so I gave him $50 and he gave me my food. I called the location to double check if he should have had change, and apparently the driver should have had at least $15 in change. So they said they would send him back out with a $20 for me. It s been over an hour and no contact, no $20. Not happy to have paid $50 for a medium pizza and 8 boneless bites. Probably won t order here again. Food was mediocre but not horrible.

This place used to be good, but it s getting worse every time I order there. Just received the wrong pizza and when I called they are telling me to send proof which is fine but they can t send me the right one until they get the Ok from the manager that I have to contact via email without the chance to talk to them on the phone. For the most part we have had decent pizza and fast delivery. The pizza isnt always as hot as they say it is but I can always warm it up. My biggest disappointment of late is the gluten free pizza. The first time I ordered it, it was tough and way too well done. I figured Id try again as these things sometimes happen. I tried a second time and even requested that they not cook it as long. The gentleman assured me that they would take care and not cook it as long. The pizza came just as tough and overcooked as before. Since this is a serious health issue for me and I love pizza, I wont be ordering this again.

Ordered a pizza and they delivered it, it was uncooked, completely raw dough. Figured it may have been a simple mistake so we called, and they said they would make a new pizza. After we got the second pizza it was ALSO raw and completely uncooked. I called back again and they said they would remove toppings, and they wouldn t charge us for another pizza. I asked them why we would have to pay for another pizza??? We are a big pizza loving family but dominos won t be getting our business anymore.

This place is a wreck! Messes up delivering our pizza to another place, and instead of finding resolution they blame us for putting the wrong address in, which we double checked before even placing order! Ordered 2 pizzas 2 days ago. Was extremely disappointed. Barely any meat on a 4 topping pizza and it was cold.

We love the pizza, and the delivery staff has ALWAYS been very polite and friendly. Today s delivery man was no exception to that; but after he left, when he realized a mistake was made with my gift card and it still actually had money on it, HE CAME BACK to return the card! I want to stress - I would not have known otherwise and he easily could have not returned it (it was only $8.) We were so impressed with his honestly and integrity in a situation where it would have been SO easy to do the opposite of what he did. Thank you! You made our day!

My family ordered Dominos earlier today (March 3) to take a chance on a pizza place we dont go to. We ordered three pizzas with all meat options. When we were picking up the pizza the one male staff was extremely rude to the other female staff member and made her pick up change from the floor after purposely dropping it. Weird experience but never said anything, just got the pizza and took it home. At home there was pineapple chunks and green pepper on some of the pizza? None of us ordered either, was probably from other orders. If that wasnt enough, we found a long hair strand underneath the cheese in a slice of pizza. Super unimpressed with our experience today, will not be returning.

Placed an order and received a Complete status on the online tracker 40 minutes later, however it was not delivered. Called the store only to be placed on hold and forgotten about. Called back and spoke with someone who said it was on its way. After 20 more minutes, called back and they said it was delivered. Spoke directly to the driver who said he left it at the counter like it was delivered to a workplace, however the delivery address is a house. He said he would remake it and deliver it out then hung up on me. I called back and spoke with yet another staff member who told me it was the manager who delivered it to the wrong address and was in his way now with my new order. When I spoke to him upon delivery I asked where it was delivered to and he gave me the address, which I later looked up on Google and it is a residence as well, not a workplace with a counter. The manager is not only incompetent in following address instructions, but a liar as well. No compensation was offered, and I have serious doubts that we received a new order. Probably picked it back up from the wrong address and brought it to us. This is not the first time we ve had problems with delivery from here.

Refused service, and then when I asked for a pizza I was given the silent treatment. We finally got pizza and the worker spit in my pizza. I am heavily disappointed, never buying from this franchise ever again.

Place an order over the phone for pizza and wings to be delivered. They said it would be arriving in 30 minutes. Called back after an hour after placing my order, they didnt have my order. I will definitely never order from them again. Terrible service. Santa Lucia wins again

Ordered a gluten free pizza, knowing that it goes through the same oven as normal pizzas and thats fine. But when I was waiting to pick up my pizza the guy cutting pizzas went and scooped up my pizza with the same spatula thing as he had with the last 4 pizzas I saw him scoop out of the oven. Then also used the same pizza cutter on my pizza as the last several pizzas before. I realize theres some amount of risk for cross contamination but you wont even use a clean spatula or pizza cutter? Dietary restrictions: If you advertise a gluten-free crust, not gluten friendly, you should at the very least be following proper guidelines to reduce the risk of cross contamination. So disappointing from such a huge pizza chain.

Dominos pizza rarely ever disappoints. Their point system is awesome - earning freebies and discounts here and there. Out of the many times we have ordered, we only got the wrong toppings once, and the company was quick to resolve the issue (unlike one of the competition pizza joints that gets your order wrong every single time and does nothing to rectify the situation). Pizzas are always delivered quickly, and the drivers are always super nice.
