When we get pizza, it's normally from here. It's not excessively greasy, so no stomach aches, and it always tastes great. The crew, be it in store, over the phone, or with the delivery people, it's always great. They're patient with me, and I really appreciate it. Only ever had one problem in all the years I've been ordering here, and it was fixed super fast. I don't think I have anything negative to say

I guess this is one of the times where I should have listened to reviews. I read them hoping to give this location the benefit of the doubt and sure enough. So so so doughy. I’m surprised that after all the bad reviews about this that they haven’t done anything to change this. Something is wrong with the Steinbach location and it needs some investigating. Super disappointed as we panic bake our raw pizza while our kids are forced to wait for supper.
I get it, its Saturday afternoon, people want pizza. And that's good, but don't serve not even half cooked pizza please. Especially when I ordered way ahead of time for a gathering. Take more pride in your job please, even if it's just pizza baking. Time to go over to Domino's. Sorry
Kids love their pizza. Some of the toppings they use very sparingly. The family sized Ceasar salad is tiny. There is more dressing than salad. I just took the dressing out and poured it. But the container wasn't even half full. I put the Pepsi for size comparison.
Won’t be buying from this establishment again. Buyer beware, as the customer we are not the first priority to the employees of this establishment. As they frequently forget toppings of basic pepperoni and cheese (without pepperoni). The thickness of the pizza is also an issue, you ask for thin crust you get thick crust, or vice versa. Your orders fall upon the deaf and inept ears that know nothing of how to work with the customer, and the sad thing is having been a fan of pizza hotline for many years, having it as my family’s go to for a night out a quick and easy pick up and go. But having a simple order be messed up multiple times in a row, is simply unacceptable. If there was an option for a zero star for customer service I would have no problem doing that.
This location on Bradt st Steinbach. Is getting a bad review from me. Customer service was rude when told the first pizza was missing toppings and uncooked and then the second pizzas were uncooked and my child is now sick from it. I just wanted my refund because I will not be returning to order but I was refused my money back. I have in the past gotten sick at this location and i was a returning customer on the fact of all new employees but sorry to say not much changed if bad service and no refund over uncooked food and a sick child after eating there food. Not impressed. They just keep giving the run around about refund when it is said I do not want to be a returning customy because of bad service they keep tell me in store credit??? So I am guessing I am paying for food i gave back that was uncooked two different times and a sick child and no refund? Not sure how that works when someone tells you they can keep your money even if you do not want to return. No sorry no credit needed 👍
Honestly, I find one star a stretch. Not blaming the staff, but the system of ordering a cheap pizza is terribly flawed. Website was terrible and couldn't complete an online order as I could only select the toppings on one of my pizzas from the multi-pizza deals. Tried multiple times to place an order on the phone. Doesn't help that it goes to a call center and I talked to someone who knows where. First time-they insisted that they couldn't deliver to my address. I'm very well aware of where I live and that they deliver. After some time and insisting on our part, they said they would talk to someone and call right back. Never called back. Called a second time; this time we figured we'd just go pick it up. It's maybe 5 minutes away from my house. So we selected "for pick-up" on the phone and placed the order. They then said they would call us right back for a confirmation. I never got a phone call... Third time: Called them saying we just placed an order x-number of minutes ago. Explained the situation of not receiving calls back. Just wanted our pizza, can they confirm right now on the phone, they said they couldn't. Haggled on the phone until the person said he could do it. Waited on the phone and then realized that they hung up on me. Waited a bit, then decided to just drive there and talk to the staff to see if the order was placed. Turns out it was... Terrible experience. Would not recommend pizza hotline to anyone. At the very least until they fix and streamline the ordering system.
Garbage
Very inconsistent, they can t seem to get an order right. Have been three times in a row and every time something is wrong or missing toppings. It s like they don t have the time or attention span to listen to you when you are placing an order.
I love the pizza love the place but go back to the old bacon like dam.
Usually dont have any issues. The odd time there is, but I just call in and then they replace the pizza
Best bang for buck pizza joint place in steinbach if you like hot fast pizza.. pie was done in less then 12 mins and it was tasty.. staff were on the ball.. get your pizza deals here.. keep up the good work..
Our pizza was severely undercooked when we picked it up this afternoon. The cheese and crust on one half were raw where s the quality control? I could tell just be looking at it never mind actually trying to cut it apart.

i ordered a small pizza from here and it was perfect i have to say for the price and size of it i was satisfied it was a great quick lunch the people there are nice and the store itself is also nice so its not a place i avoid thats for sure
I m officially done with this place I wasted going there I ordered a pizza there drove there when I picked up the order the pizza felt cool to the touch on the bottom but bread sticks were very hot I ask did it just come out of the they said yes got home took a bite and was raw dough I called them back right away they sent a new pizza when I got it opened thought this was a joke half the toppings I orders weren t on it looks like they dump tons of sesame seeds on as a joke and what toppings on it where scares but that time they where closed now I can see why they only have 3 stars

Fast service. Also useful advice if your going to pay with cash tell them excatly how much you have and the drivers get terrible pay at this location so little tips makes there day big time.
At 7:50pm this evening the driver flew threw the parking lot full speed he was lucky no one was crossing. The driver wasnt looking just foot to the floor through parking lot. Super immature and makes the company look very bad.

I love Pizza Hotline, however tonight was the worst pizza I ve ever had. No sauce and very under cooked. Very disappointed since I drove an hour there and back. I think we had a piece each. Again, very disappointed since I m a fan

The call centre it outrageously not capable in taking orders or phone numbers. They messed up with our order that we had to wait over an hour for. Thank goodness for the Steinbach store for rescuing us. Pizza Hotline needs to watch who they hire for orders!!!!! They need to be able to understand us!! Kudos to the staff working Dec 31st at the Steinbach branch! Driver was also very polite!!
Ordered my usual for a Monday XL pepperoni walk-in special. Under 8$. Two of us ate supper with lunch next day. Great value, and pizza was super delicious this week. Waited only 10min to make fresh. Worth. Highly recommend. Every pizza hotline has walk-in special. Add as many toppings as you want for few $$ more. I choose not to.
Two words; Monday Madness. Literally the only reason to choose this pizza. Its pretty bad quality but the price is ridiculously low.

Called and ordered my pizzas and got my food but my dips that I paid for and ordered werent with my food and the call center was useless didnt help or anything and then the delivery driver came and had no change when I paid with a $50 when the order was 43 dollars. Just not satisfied debating on not ordering from them again

We have visited this place 3 or 4 times in last year. No complaints. Once pizza was a little black however it still tasted good and all other times its been perfect. Great location to get your hot pizza
Customer Service was atrocious. You should treat all your customers with Respect. She was extremely rude. Left without my Pizza and will not be buying from there anytime soon.
Moved to new development in steinbach. Not on google maps but explained the street its off of and they say they cant deliver that address but other take out places like chicken chef has delivered to this location.
Ordering delivery is incredibly difficult. Not just once but every time. The last delivery personnel arrived with no mask. We called to inform them in case it was just an individual that didn t want to follow procedure on route. Simple forgetfulness popping out of their car having not had to wear one for a two minute interaction. I get it. It happens. But if they didn t notice, how else we re they to know? Well the gave us a credit and apologized and we didn t want a credit we just wanted them to be safer. Maybe 3 weeks later we call for delivery and now they don t deliver to us. They were rude which was weird because I don t believe we were even dealing with the same individuals as last time. I understand everyone might be a bit tense from having to deal with irate/unreasonable individuals recently because they should be(not everyone has been pleasant with the restrictions and mask mandates) but we were regulars, we tipped, we never complained, we re local. We talked to different employees on multiple occasions, no one has been able to explain why. It just doesn t add up. We won t be returning. There are plenty of other local businesses we would love to support all the same.
I had made a large order of pizzas with only a few hours notice. They were done on time and the staff that was working was very friendly. The Pizzas were also of good quality.
Really good thin crust pizza that is ready super fast. Would like to see all the staff that handle food wear gloves.
I think the pizza here is starting to become a bit better quality but you dont get the same thing every time.Sometimes its not the same taste as the last.
Affordable and satisfying
Stoned looking girl carries pizza at an angle..its a blob on the side of the box. Oops i Forgot the wings she says after i add the tip and hit enter on the debit machine(sketchy) then retuns with them 10 mins later...also on their side. In other towns they have been ok ..in Stienbach..MB.. Nope.. Dont waste your time or money. You wont be happy with your food or the service.

I am usually not a big fan of Pizza Hotline, but it looks like they changed the recipe. Now they add more cheese and toppings on the pizza. The thin crust (light bake) is very tasty. The pizza was hot and ready in 15 minutes. Pleasantly surprised and will order from here again.

Ok so the lady who took the order barely spoke English at all and we had a very difficult time trying to communicate our order, we eventually Ordered 4 pizzas and They said it would take an hour. Hour came and went and no pizza. I called to inquire and i was told that they called me 12 times to confirm my order... first of all since when do they call to confirm? Wouldnt the call to order in the first place be a confirmation in itself? Ive ordered from this store many times in the past and NEVER had a confirmation call... dumbest thing ive ever heard. But no one called to confirm anything. I asked to speak to a manager and they transferred me to a customer care person. She was incredibly rude and super defensive of THEIR mistake! Unbelievable how unprofessional they were with me. You just lost a customer for life. Ordered little caesars instead. Amazing experience in comparison. Pizza hotline in general is sub standard in the quality of their pizza, but their customer service is absolute garbage.

Odered 3 pizzas from here over the phone, hung up realized i never gave her a time i wanted to pickup, called back within 15 seconds and was told sorry its too late ill have to pick up the pizzas in 20 mins (not the time i was wanting) transferred to customer service who told me sorry we cant do anything the pizzas are almost done...3 minutes into the phone call. Bad customer service. Used to love this place but thats just awful!

Not much for toppings, but better tasting than it used to be.
Pizza is NEVER consistent. Some days its really good other days there is no cheese and no sauce. And It says they are open until 3 on weekends Called in and the answering machine told me they were closed.
Their pizza has improved I find. I love their pepperoni.

Went to go pick up my replacement pizza that the amazing costumer service lady gave me, and their driver comes in, goes to the back of the kitchen, takes his shirt off and yells I m picking it up for someone!! And walks through the kitchen WITHOUT HIS SHIRT ON. Pure disgust. Another costumer looked at me and said wow, this is definitely not a place to buy food

Phone is al.ost always 40min till arrival but it never ends up being cold, its rarely ever a messed up order and everyone including the delivery drivers are super great, love ordering from them

Ordered 4 XL pizzas, waited for an hour and half to get ice cold burnt pizza... called customer service and they said a replacement order was on its way, i called at 7:30pm... i am still waiting as im typing this
Ive ordered pizza from here often enough. Overall its good IF you get the toppings you ordered and paid for. Check your pizzas before you leave or be sure to make a formal complaint to c.s. after. Its becoming a bit ridiculous. When you order mushrooms is does not mean 1-2 per slice. This goes for all toppings.

We used to like Pizza hotline in Wpg. Ordered from here and hated it. Pizza was terrible. Had little or none of the toppings we ordered. Delivery was late. Never again.

Pizza is good, prices are great. Phoning in to make your order is a struggle to communicate and hear the order taker.
Quiality & Consistency are big issues-sometimes decent amount of toppings, sometimes very little (one xl pep & cheese had 8 pieces of pepperoni). Light sauce is either none or lots. Other times one or more pizzas in our order have been crispy and dry while the others are fine. Ordering on the phone is a nightmare. Staff in-store are awesome and customer oriented.
Would have gave them zero stars but cant. Customer service is terrible but goes all the way up to corporate had people hang up on me when I tried to challenge the 40 mins guarantee they kept telling me Im a liar even when I kept time for just S&Gs but apparently theyre too stubborn to admit it that theyre at fault.
Second time receiving the wrong order from this store. They not only made the wrong pizza (even though the receipt says the actual pizza I ordered), but then still delivered the incorrect pizza without even checking if it was the correct pizza or not. How do you not only make a wrong pizza but then not double check the orders your taking out. Restaurant basic rules here guys!
