107 Ontario St, Stratford, ON N5A 3H1, Canada
We are a family owned and operated restaurant serving up house made Italian comfort food like; pizzas, pastas, classic entrees, breads and desserts all with casual rustic Italian fare. Follow us for updates on our weekly and daily specials!
Fellini's Italian restaurant in Stratford, Ontario, is a true gem for Italian cuisine lovers. The lasagna was an absolute standout, featuring perfectly layered pasta, rich meat sauce, and gooey cheese that melted in every bite. Equally impressive was the pepperoni calzone, with its golden, flaky crust encasing a flavorful, cheesy filling. The dishes were crafted with care, and the flavors were bold yet comforting. Combined with a warm ambiance and attentive service, Fellini's delivers a dining experience worth savoring. Highly recommend for anyone seeking authentic Italian fare!
Quick lunch service. Has a lunch special menu. Theatre days are busy and if you let them know you have to be out to make a 2pm show they will accommodate. Food is ok - we split a chicken. Sandwich and soup special. Two kinds of daily soups to chose from. We had the potato celery (which not a favourite of mine). Chicken sandwich on a ciabatta bun was big enough to share. Bread with oil and vinegar provided before lunch was served. Washrooms are located in the bsmt with a wheelchair accessible one at the back. Street parking g or paid lot at the rear.
Went here for the first time this weekend and had the best time! Our food and drinks were yummy - but the highlight of our experience was our server Susan! She went above and beyond to give us the best experience and made it feel like home!
It was our second visit and both times were great. Excellent pasta and tasty pizza. Service is friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.
Excellent restaurant with delicious pasta. It gets busy so make reservations if possible. There are lots of vegetarian options that are clearly labeled. They bring a bread basket as you wait for your food, but we tried an appetizer that was delicious, followed up by the pasta.
Great overall. I enjoyed all the appetizers I got -- the bruschetta, escargot and bomba. My main was the Penne Marcello which was also really flavourful and nice portion! The rest of my family also got the farfalle calabria which was more on the bland side compared to mine...and got two pizzas which were juuust alright -- I dont recall them being anything special. But atmosphere was great and service was prompt! I'll def go back to try out the other items on their menu :)
Cute little restaurant in a great location, right in downtown Stratford. Food was good, and so was the service. I especially appreciated that the salad was really nice and fresh, with crisp lettuce and a balanced level of dressing. The kids pizza and pastas were also good. My only comment for improvement would be that the meatballs were on the dry side, but this is a very common issue when I order meatballs.
This has to be One of the best places to eat in Stratford. Everything was amazing and the desserts were absolutely incredible. The service was on point 100% of the time. I would go back there in a heartbeat. Make sure you try to make a reservation because it was quite busy when I went. I’m happy I had a reservation. The quality of the food and service is something you expect in a bigger city where they have more competition. You will not be disappointed!
Food was excellent and the service was reasonably well. I would return again.
Great food, good service, good experience
The lunch was absolutely delicious! I ll definitely be back next time
If you are gluten free or have celiac disease, I highly recommend this restaurant! Lots of food options to choose from and very safe. Our waitress made sure to make a note that I had celiac disease and she was lovely! (And if you re not gluten free, still go. I heard the pizza was great) Dietary restrictions: Gluten free!
When visiting Stratford, my mother and I wanted to enjoy an early supper at Fellinis. I need to mention here, that this restaurant does not have an accessibility button to open doors going in or out. I have to use a walker and without the help of my mother, I may have not been able to access this place. We got in all right without a reservation and we were seated at a 2-person table at the front part of the restaurant. I placed my walker between our table and the neighbouring one because there was nowhere else I could have kept it close by and accessible to me. Within less than 5 minutes a server came over with a stern facial expression barking at me that I couldnt keep my walker there. I was absolutely taken aback. She then grabbed our menus almost out of our hands and seated us at another table. Needless to say, I was shook up at this kind of treatment and we left but not before speaking to the manager who did nothing to remedy this situation, not even apologize.
The food is delicious! The pizza and the tortellini are to die for! The wait time for dishes to come over is pretty quick too. However, the staff were kinda rude. Also, the lunch deals aren t worth it, just order off the main menu. Vegetarian options: Tons of great dishes. I honestly preferred the vegetarian options over the options with meat.
Delicious food! Excellent service Friendly, professional and welcoming Food
Great spot with good food and amazing service!!!
We decided to try this restaurant because we were craving good Italian pizza, but both pizzas looked and tasted just like one of those prepared pizza kits you buy at a grocery store. I am not exaggerating. For $20+ for a personal pizza, I expected artisanal. What a disappointment! I ve seen some of the pictures others posted in their reviews here and the pizzas look better, nothing like what we and others had. So I don t know if we were just unlucky that day or if they since changed how they make their pizza crusts. The pizzas also came precut - this is the first time I ve had a precut pizza in an Italian restaurant. We also had the minestrone soup which was just okay. The white sangria was pretty good. The service was good and so was the atmosphere. Overall, this place left us with the tourist-trap vibe.
Could be more polite. Told there were no tables, my wife said really? The man says really! in a full sarcastic tone.why? Why the need to be rude ? No idea but we are definitely NOT welcome here. Other places were also full today but they were polite. We are sorry about that but we are full . No need for this.
The server was cheerful and attentive. The food was delicious.
Great food and atmosphere!
Decent italian food for a great price. I would say its nice place, Im not sure if the pasta was made in house. They have a great selection of specials, cocktails and wine. We will return.
Our go-to dining spot when we are in Stratford . It has never disappointed ! And our waitress made the experience even better!
We had a great time and some great food.
Dish was very tasty, could have used a bit more though..
We went here without a reservation as a group of 3. It was incredibly busy, which was fine and we were willing to wait. However the owner or whoever was running the front was INCREDIBLY RUDE and hostile towards me and my two friends. He kept repeating he wouldn t be able to seat us inside for 1-2 hours but we can sit on the city bench on the sidewalk and wait for a patio table BUT he wasn t going to hold a table or wait around for us to claim it. He made it explicitly clear that if someone else were to take the patio before us he would give it to them. Kept repeating he will NOT hold a table for us and suggested we go next door if we didn t want to wait. It was my friend s birthday dinner and we were so shocked and turned off by his SOUR AND UNPROFESSIONAL attitude, we went to Pazzo s across the street instead who accommodated us. Would not recommend this place purely based ok the awful attitude of the owner.
Now that I ve seen a similar review to the experience we had, I m glad we weren t the only ones to have had it happen to. We came without a reservation and we definitely understood that we were to wait 20-30 min for a table, but the man at the front door, who I can only assume was the owner, met us with a VERY unwelcoming attitude and hostility and treated me and my friends as if we were a bother just for wanting to wait for a table. I was so excited to come eat here for my birthday and we were willing to wait until his attitude ruined our mood. Im sure the food is delicious but I will not be coming back here based on the way the owner made us feel. We ended up going to Pazzos and had a 5 star experience. The rudest and most hostile man I have ever encountered.
Always an enjoyable date night. Friendly staff and they always get it right.
I had the vegan quinoa pasta, which was delicious. I m on a soft food diet right now and the kitchen was wonderful with meeting my requirements My sister s salad was crisp and refreshing. My niece s tortellini was creamy without being overly rich Above all, we all loved the bread, which is a sourdough made fresh daily, with no nasty preservatives. It s worth going for the bread alone, but the food is also wonderful, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is conducive to conversation. We will be back And I scored a loaf of bread to take home, too! Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian options Dietary restrictions: Vegan and gluten free options
Service was attentive and kind. I was happy with my appetizer and complimentary bread, but the Marinara Meatballs was just okay. The meatballs themselves were tasty, yet I found the pasta portion to be a bit on the small side for the price. I would also say that the sauce was on the thin and watery side, not even really sticking to the pasta. It was flavourful, but part of me wondered if the sauce was from a can and the herbs were added afterwards.
One of our favorite Stratford restaurants. Always great meals and excellent service. Canadian hospitality continues to be wonderful. Parking: Paid lot behind the restaurant and street metered parking.
Fellinis is our go to place every time we go to Stratford. Never disappoints.
From the phone call to book a reservation with Ann, to the last bite of our dessert, the entire experience was wonderful. Highly recommend booking a table at Fellini s next time you are in Stratford. You won t be disappointed. The food and service were both fantastic!!
Deceptive from the street, Fellinis opens into a long spacious olde world Italian style diner - warm and welcoming. The host staff seemed a bit busy or distracted and could have been a little friendlier, but the wait staff made up for that, bright and cheerful! Water came quickly and the wait for the food was very reasonable. I thought I would be adventurous and try the escargot - a dish more associated with France rather than Italy. It was tasty with a rich garlic cream sauce, but way too much sauce and only a few escargot mixed with sliced mushrooms and it was a little hard discerning which was which as the texture was similar. I would have preferred a few more escargot, rather than the several slices of large toast. But Im glad that I tried it. My side Ceaser Salad was fresh, just a thin coating of tasty eggy, parmesan dressing with crispy Romaine lettuce and bacon. It just missed a few anchovies. My wife had the quinoa spaghetti Anna Maria that had bacon, asparagus, mushrooms and spinach with a slight piquant sauce. She enjoyed it saying it was light and flavourful. The quinoa gave a distinctive flavour and is perfect for wheat intolerant diners like my wife. I washed my meal down with a delicious Italian Pino Grigio. Overall, good food, good service, good prices and a nice ambiance. Recommended if you are in the beautiful town of Stratford. Vegetarian options: Several
Foods and services are great! Overall a great place for a decent meal.
Very poorly received and made to feel extremely unwelcome. Arriving in good time, we were met at the door by the owner (Robert). He treated us with something between indifference and hostility. We accepted all of his stipulations (wed have to accept a subpar table and be out in an hour, etc.), but after being treated so shabbily, we just left. Poor customer service and terrible people skills. Very frustrating. We wont be going back.
Loved the Bruschetta!
had a quick lunch before the show so we shared a pizza - the pizza is amazing!! service was excellent - when we said we were heading to the show she ensured we were out in plenty of time. we sat on the patio and it was lovely!
If I could give 0 stars I would. The food is overpriced and extremely unimpressive. The staff (especially the owner) are extremely rude and disrespectful. Even if the food was edible, the service made it difficult to swallow. There are plenty of other decent restaurants with kind staff nearby. Do not go.
We had a business lunch at Felinis. Appetizers, the main course, and desserts were very all good.
My husband has declared this one of his new favourite restaurants and I would have to agree. The service was friendly and efficient. The olive bread with balsamic and olive oil was delicious. My husband ordered a calzone and said all other calzones were ruined for him lol. I had the tortellini salad and it was outstanding. Everything I could ever want in a meal. We re from London but we re definitely day tripping back again soon for more!
Stratfords Italian restaurant. Fresh bread served to start with butter as well as Olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping. Delicious and sets an authentic Italian meal ambiance and mood for whats on the menu. Mussel lovers alert! Two kinds of mussels on the?menu. We wish we had tried both, but were swayed by the Escargo we could not resist. Perhaps, next time.
Great food!! Very nice Staff Food
Was at Fellinis on May 8th, had a lovely day planned with some girlfriends. I ordered a glass of the Cab Sauvignon and I am not a wine sob however I do know a bit about wine. My first taste was like vinegar. I asked the waitress if the bottle had been open for a while and she didnt really know so brought the manager or maybe she was the owner, not sure. I was reassured that the bottle of wine was very Popular and was offered to open up a new bottle. I said no its fine. My girlfriends ordered the house wine and it was WAY better so I asked the waitress if I could have a glass of that instead. She took the wine away which I had only 2 sips and brought me the house wine. Had a lovely lunch and wonderful conversation then the bills came. I was charged for both wines. Ask the waitress why I was being charged for both and her response was we DONT refund wine. I was NEVER told this and I will NEVER be back because of this. Been to many restaurants and if the wine is no good I have never been charged for a bad glass of wine. POOR Management. Dietary restrictions: my friend is Celiac
The restaurant is cute, drinks were good, service was great, but the food was just ok. The tortellini says it s filled with ricotta but I would be surprised if it wasn t frozen Olivieri or whatever you get from the grocery store. The rosé sauce is want garlicky at all, and pretty bland. Overall, bummed I tried a new dish for once. I had high hopes from an Italian restaurant but was super disappointed. Others thought their food was ok though.
Pizza size is small in size compared to the average size in Italian restaurants. It is average too.
Great vibe. Great service. Had the bowtie pasta dish it was delicious. Would go back again. Food
Had a lovely lunch on the patio before seeing a matinee show at the Stratford Festival. Complimentary sour dough bread with oil and balsamic for dipping was delicious as was my salmon BLT with a refreshing cucumber dill gazpacho. Friendly and efficient service. Nice relaxed atmosphere.
Great lunch specials. Good service.
This place is very stuck-up and not family friendly. We left and went to Stratford Thai Cuisine instead and it was a way better experience. Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly
Always our go to in Stratford. The best food, great portions and big selection of beverages.
When I saw 4.7 stars for italian food, I was excited and made reservations weeks in advance but what a disappointing experience. Tables covered in brown paper , the pasta we ordered was overcooked, nearly mush, lacked any flavor (we ordered the tortelini and the bowtie pasta) and the fresh pizza we ordered was first sent to the wrong table so we couldnt eat together at the same time. But when the pizza finally came, it was clear it was frozen store bought pizza drizzeled in oil. This is definitely not a 4+* italian restaurant.
Its an italian restaurant so one would expect a bit of italian experience in it. Pasta and soups that we had were superb. Calzone however wasnt that good. But overall the food was descent and we would come again to try more dishes. But what struck me, is that the service people are totally disconnected from the Italian theme. Heres just the 3 things that they said: 1) Parmejean (allegedly a hard italian chease, but pronounced as something french with a french J). 2) Cal-Zone (pronounced as Kel Zoun, is that supposed to be a pizza), and the fatality: 3) Espresso is not a coffee, the waitress argued we make filter brew thats a coffee. Porco cane! E impossibile! You guys have to train your staff at least a tiny bit of Italy. Calzone is not about zoning, its a sock-like pizza (coming from calzo = sock), and espresso is the only! true! coffee! Thats what Federico Fellini would tell you!
The service was top notch! We reserved the Olive Pitt downstairs to host a birthday party. The wait staff was very attentive, and it was so nice to have an entire room to ourselves. The bathrooms were conveniently located in the basement. The atmosphere all around was wonderful!
Had a good salmon salad dish
Food and service are always good.
Dont take Amex. What a disappointment
Every bite was amazing!!!!
I hate to be the one to do this but it has to be said. We went for lunch today . Other than one other table that came in we were the only guests. Waitress was more interested in conversing with other employees to the point where we had to put on our coats to show her we were ready to leave and she still kept conversing with coworker. That s minor though .. I will give them that the muscles were very tasty and we liked them so much we didn t really mind the grit in our teeth. Then we got our main order . I ordered the meatballs with ricotta .. cold and hard as rock . Like over cooked and frozen then thawed in a microwave . I only ate a few bites . On the way home from our day trip though I was sick to my stomach . Not a good experience at all and unfortunately we do plan on coming back to Stratford very soon but not visiting this establishment again. If I can give some advice throw the old meatballs out and thank God I didn t eat them and just took two bites! I am only saying this not to hurt the business but hopefully help them do better!
Great ambience and service! Love the food too! The pastas and olive bread were delicious
Service is great, they are very accommodating. Food was delicious. I had the calzone and it was great. The side marinara sauce was good as well. The atmosphere is nice, only a 4 star as I noticed the deteriorating state of the seats. The ambiance is good, and art work is appropriate for the setting. Definitely go for the food and service, no complaints from the whole party.
Great atmosphere. Italian lessons are playing in the bathroom.
Great location, ambiance and food!
Great food and service
The food and service were excellent!! Dont miss this authentic Italian food experience. Well be back!
Got us in earlier than our reservation, marvellous service, the food was very tasty.
Wonderful atmosphere, food never disappoints always delicious. Great sangria. Yummy.and quite reasonable cost. Highly recommend.
We had an absolutely D E L I C I O U S dinner here as we were passing through! Definitely get the calzone, olive bread, and the bruschetta!
Great dinners. It was our 50th ann. Chefs get an extra star.
We were really looking forward to eating here based on the reviews, unfortunately the staff turned us away. We came in for lunch with a group of 6 and the staff figured we were a whole hockey team because some kids were wearing team jackets, and proceeded to tell us they didn t have any room for us when there were a lot of empty tables. Hopefully others have a better experience, but we ll definitely not be going back.
Delicious food. Friendly attentive service
I lived in Stratford for a little over a year, and this was my go to pasta place. I miss it immensely!
Great atmosphere. Our server was attentive throughout the meal and food was served promptly. The tortellini rosa and pesto soup (soup of the day) were both outstanding. All around amazing experience. Will definitely be back! Parking: Always a bit difficult to find street parking out front (although we got lucky this time) but theres a lot out back as well.
An Italian cucina easy to access off the main Street and parking lot. Wait staff are experienced and food is tasty and not expensive.
We enjoyed a wonderful meal on New Years Eve at Fellinis. The food and the service was excellent. Very prompt. The waitress was exceptional. Delicious food!
I have never had chicken parmigiano like this ...not good, it was just fried chicken breast with a strange topping and barely any cheese..sauce was substandard..the pasta was nothing special , just boxed spaghetti ..the atmosphere was almost mom and pop diner like , no Italian vibe, at least not for me ..I would never eat there again
Food is exceptionally good.
Absolutely delicious. I have a hard time thinking of a better pasta dish. The staff is friendly and professional. We will be back.
Good not great. Food was prompt and drinks were tasty.
Had the lasagna it was amazing
Great service, great food.
Food was amazing dinner and company. The love of my life. Left with a broken . But able to have this moment granted in having a memorable dinner together one last time. I do hope Im terribly wrong.
Loved this restaurant. Nice Italian ambiance. Beautiful dishes that taste great. Nicely priced for what we got.
I have been going here with my family since I was a kid. The food is delicious. I visited again recently and loved everything. Always look forward to the bread.
Great food, great service, great restaurant
Excellent menu. Excellent wait staff. Will be returning!
Fabulous place for a great meal and time with friends or family!
A delicious spot for a lovely meal in Stratford. Had the Salmon and risotto. Friendly staff, clean restaurant with an inviting atmosphere. Nice for a visitor from the US like me.
Excellent food good atmosphere great service
Everything was top notch. I didnt even have to open my actual menu because their paper feature menu was already difficult enough to choose from - it all looked so delicious!
Not a italian restaurant. All the reviews dont know what a Italian restaurant really is. Dont recommend it.
Weve eaten here in the past and while visiting Stratford again this week, had dinner once more. Great meal and wonderful service. The food was good, dont get me wrong, but the outstanding service makes this place 5 stars. Food is a 4.
We had a private event here for 15 people. The service was outstanding and the food excellent. Despite the fact that the restaurant was completely full with Saturday night pre-theatre crowd, we were not rushed and felt like VIPs. Im so sorry not to have gotten our servers name but she was amazing. Ensuring drinks were always topped up. Our food order came out hot and all together (kudos to the kitchen!) Which is a feat when serving 15 people a la carte. I would not hesitate to return or to recommend to others for an event such as this.
Their pasta was great. Very tastyy. Nice fresh warm olive bread. Great customer service. We will visit again!
Delicious lunch with a friend
We took our best friend to Fellinis for her birthday and bachelorette weekend dinner. I thought I booked a reso but it was actually for the wrong night - BUT Fellinis staff saved the day and were able to squeeze us in on a busy Saturday night. The food was fantastic, exactly the authentic Italian feel we wanted, AND without prompting, they brought our friend a birthday dessert.
We visited for dinner after a play at the Festival theatre. We found paid parking behind the restaurant. They have a door from the parking lot into the restaurant. We had made a 5:15 reservation and made it on time. The place was pretty full by the time we left. We started with their featured Rose. We ordered the warm bruchetta, which was a nice change from the usual. It came with bread with grill marks, but there was not enough of it for all of the bruchetta mix they give you. Our server who was lovely automatically brought us the house bread without having to ask. Our mains were chicken parmigiana which was good. I had the salmon which tasted good, a little over done, it was the tail piece which I thought was odd. It was served with a mixture of veggies ( the broccoli were burnt at the ends). Overall the portions were generous and the food had good flavouring. It made for a nice dinner after the play.
Pizza too salty. Minestrone flavor was yum but empty not even potatoe or bean filler just mushy tomato. Caesar salad was yum. Service was fantastic. Yall need bolognese or eggplant parm on the menu.
The food was delicious and our server was incredibly sweet and professional. Definitely recommend this place .
Very nice. Weve been here before and always been pleased with everything.
One of the best restaurants quality and cost to eat out ... Wonderful staff and owners ..
We had an early dinner right after the restaurant opened @ 4:30pm. We did not get reservations for our Tuesday meal but I would recommend to get reservations. Our meal was excellent.
There for lunch today and were blown away! Food came quicker than fast food! We were both thrilled with the taste. Waitress was kind and efficient. Love this place! Parking: Meter parking, lots of it
Ordered a calzone through Skip. It had vinegar soaked portabella mushrooms on it, which was not mentioned on their Skip menu. I called Fellinis to request a new one & the customer service was terrible, they told me Id have to pay for it, they wouldnt make me a new one even though the Skip menu did not mention vinegar OR portabella mushrooms! The entire calzone tasted like them (ew, to me). Wont be ordering or going here again!
This is my second time here at this place. Amazing food and great service. My parents love this place so much. You never go wrong with the pizza, sandwich and beef stake~
We had a group next to us that was so loud that my dad had to turn off his hearing aid
It was my first time have Italian, and it made its mark as it was very good. We were sitting out on the porch but with it being on the main road it was quite loud. but the service and offer were a 10/10.
Went here for a quick lunch during festival season. Weve been many times and usually have a good experience. My girlfriend ordered calzone off the lunch menu that said the ingredients were peppers and sausage. When the food arrived it clearly also had mushrooms in it. She is allergic. When we spoke to the waitress she immediately said that mushrooms are listed as an ingredient on the regular menu. Okay... but we ordered off the lunch menu. No apology. No suggestion of a new item. She took the calzone away and left the salad. We werent sure what to do and waited awhile before she eventually came back and said they were making another one without mushrooms. Perfect. It wasnt taken off the bill, which is sort of fine but on our way out we spoke to the woman at the front desk (manager?) about how the lunch menu should really be updated. She basically blamed my friend for not stating her allergy up front because there could be lots of cross contamination. We stated that cross contamination isnt the issue. She begrudgingly apologized. If they really cared they would have comped the food, which we said. She replied that we got what we ordered and it was fixed. Overall disappointing and just felt like they blamed us and really didnt care or feel bad at all. Itll be awhile before I go back there, if ever. Might only check in to see if they actually correct their menu.
Vegetarian options: Some good non-meat options on the menu, incl pizza, salad and pasta. Food
Some of the best food we have had. The environment is amazing and the service is great. We will definitely be back. 10/10
The Bruscetta was quite unique (no need for the creamed goat cheese). The pasta dishes were great and the red pepper and pumpkin soup was exceptional. Had the Calzone (Italiana) on the lunch special. It was great.
After seeing a play on Sunday, we stopped in here for dinner. I had a pizza with feta/mozzarella, which was very tasty. Lots of cheese (a good thing!). My friends had a delicious pasta. I would return when I go back to Stratford again. Highly recommend Vegetarian options: Lots of options from pizza to pasta plus more
Friday evening dinner. Food was excellent. Service was friendly. It was VERY loud and when the blender at the bar was used conversation was impossible.
honestly the best food Ive ever had
Great place to meet friends in Stratford. Havent seen changes in the menu for at least 5 years. The braised short rib is fatty, avoid it.
Super.
You ll have a nice time
Amazing staff. Food is excellent. So many good choices youll leave full.
Our first time and we will certainly be back! A wonderful authentic menu. We love how many exciting vegetarian options are available. Plus a fantastically well done Negroni. Everything was delicious. The service is friendly and attentive. Vegetarian options: An exciting selection of vegetarian options.
A favourite destination for special dinners out with special someones.
Food is AMAZING! Location is AMAZING! Service is AMAZING! So many good things to say about this great restaurant in this beautiful town! Definitely a staple to Stratford and a must try place when you are wanting Italian!
our food was all excellent, and portion sizes were perfect. our server Sheila M was very friendly and made the experience even better
We came to Fellini s tonight and had a fantastic server! We also enjoyed our meals very much. We were a bit disappointed t that we were sat in the very back corner. We felt squished and tossed to the back.
Loved this restaurant, have gone often & service is great
Deeeeeeelicious! The carbonara dish was creamy and generous with the bacon. The pasta/meatball dish was also enjoyed. Both plates were finished to the last fork-full...
Dietary restrictions: Had great options to be able to make almost any pasta dish gluten free. Food
I really enjoyed our meal here! I dont like tomatoes, but that was the best bruschetta Ive ever eaten. The pasta was excellent, and we mentioned it was our anniversary in the reservation and they gave us a free dessert! Food : 5/5
The good was fantastic and the free flourless chocolate cake to help us celebrate our anniversary was a nice touch, Id definitely recommend Fellinis!
Unfortunately there was a mix up with our reservation, nonetheless we managed to get a table out side and enjoyed the evening sunshine with a great meal.
The food was amazing and with good portion sizes and friendly service staff. We got the Rigatoni Manzo and Chicken Parmesan for mains and both were amazing. I would definitely recommend this spot
Perfect place to celebrate a milestone. The salmon was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the drive to Stratford.
Even in the heart of the summer this was a relaxing atmosphere and the food was exquisite!
We came for our oldest sons 19th birthday - the food was amazing for adults and kids alike - the youngest was 6! Price was reasonable, Lucas was a fantastic waiter! Great every time!!! Kid-friendliness: Theres no kids menu, but they do doggy bags, so no worries!
Delicious wine food and great service.
Great food
Food was amazing and service was excellent. Had the calzone Italiano and the rigatoni manzo with braised beef. We also received olive bread as a starter. Delicious. The food was to die for! Parking: Parking is only available on the street. Come early to find parking before your reservation.
I had the salmon and it was delicious. The building is a bit dark and the washrooms are downstairs. I am not sure about someone in a wheelchair. And you will have to pay for parking. It is advisable to use the hot spot parking app.
Soooo good! Our waiter was fantastic. Joked around, made some great recommendations. I had the veggie sandwich and the potato cabbage soup and a Monte Christo coffee. They serve bread with olive oil and balsamic while you wait. Was a really great experience.
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is accessible but small, our party was booked in the private room in the basement. If you are unable to do stairs whether in a wheelchair or not, then dont book the private room. Food
Outstanding! Every time!
Great food!
Another delicious meal for dinner before the show. Hot, generous serving of perfect salmon and roasted vegetables. Service was fast friendly with good suggestions.
Awesome food. Group of 12. Everyone enjoyed everything ! Great service too
Ill start by saying the service was great. Everyone was attentive to the needs at the table. They were quick to clean tables that were finished and seat waiting guests. The food came quickly and was amazing. I had a calzone which was flakey, soft and crunchy. Amazing! A friend had a pizza and enjoyed it just as much. Had a local craft beer that was refreshing and light on the hot summer day. Dont change. Vegetarian options: The menu had vegan and gf options. I made my calzone vegan by not adding cheese.
Ate here with a group of 6 on a girls day, this restaurant did not disappoint. Everyone in the group thoroughly enjoyed their meals, and one comment was hands down the best Italian food I have ever had . I would reccomend their olives and dip appetizer, as well as their soups! Our server was excellent and our food was ready very quickly. We would all go back next time! Also we got an on the house started of fresh bread with oil and balsamic and that was delicious.
Vegetarian options: Great salad options!
Great food. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. Portions were good. Would eat their again.
Great service, good menu, ample portions and good drink prices make this an easy recommendation for a nice dinner
Fellinis is just an amazing jewel of a restaurant. Situated on Stratfords main drag Ontario Street, this local venue provides excellent Italian cuisine in the ambiance of a tribute to great director Federico Fellini. It is both chic and laid back with a patio perfect for summer people watching. This is a must visit if you travel to this wonderful city.
Im usually not a fan of seafood platters. Fellinis has made me an advocate for them. Best seafood Ive had in some time
Great food and very reasonable prices
Outdoor patio is great. The food was bland the last two times we have been there. The last time we went we had two pizzas that were not very good. It was a disappointment.
Cute date night spot. Delicious, fresh Italian cuisine. The staff are so friendly and very attentive!
This has been our go-to Italian restaurant in Stratford for years and we have never been disappointed. Nice gluten-free options too. Dietary restrictions: Great gluten-free options
There was a wait to get a table but you can call ahead to reserve and get in sooner. The service was great and the food was equally good.
The food was deliciois anx the servive was fantastic!. True authentic italian cuisine and good value. You must try this restaurant! We will be back.
The pasta portion is huge and felt homemade style and very cozy. The meal is served in an amazing speed.
Excellent pasta. I had the Carbonara. It had lots of smokey bacon and creamy sauce without being too rich. Highlight is the complimentary olive bread I hate Olives but it was amazing.
The flavours compliment the richness of the food. The olive bread is soft, fluffy and flavourful. Drizzle with extra olive oil and a light scrap of butter. The soup of the day, cream of mushroom, is something youd wish was served in a bottomless bowl. Rich with flavours and a texture that teases your mouth. The tortellini Rosa is cooked to perfection with a deliciously creamy sauce and spinach that melts on your tongue. Add the grilled sausage for protein which comes with the perfect char, oozing with juices. The service is friendly and informative, the food top notch, and the ambience binds it all together. 5 stars and a spot on the list of restaurants that deserve a visit more frequently.
Spaghetti with home-made pesto Amazing Peña with prawns and Michelangelo Pizza were all Great, Tasty and value for money Skip the ice-cream
Went for a lunch date with my mom on a Friday afternoon. Got seated right away, and service was friendly and prompt. We had fresh bread, salad and sandwiches. Everything was great! Would visit again for sure!
All of us enjoyed our diner, great quality and wonderful flavour and value.Great, and very fast service before the show, they know have to service the pre-show diner crowd. Their daily specials were varied and fanatastic.
Excellent food and service. Friendly and attentive waitress. Id definitely go back to try other options! Parking: On main Street. Limited street parking. We walked from our VRBO.
Wonderfully inviting atmosphere with aromas that drift outside to welcome you in. Friendly wait staff that are attentive, knowledgable, and light-hearted. Our reservation was for a Friday night during dinner rush and we were still attended to at a comfortable pace. We werent rushed but werent waiting either. Food was impeccable with lovely flavours and high quality ingredients. Well-seasoned and pleasingly presented. The price is worth what you get. Which cant be said for most other establishments. Take-out is also available to accommodate the current global situation. The menu had enough variety that I could have an old favourite and be wonderfully surprised in trying something new. I would highly recommend the Tartufo for dessert!
Always great pasta! Highly recommended if visiting Stratford
The atmosphere and service were great, but the food was even better. We had the Veggie Ciabatta, Salmon BLT Ciabatta, and the Tortellini Rosa. All the food was fresh and bursting with flavour! We re already planning to come back on our next trip to Stratford!
Great Italian food and great service. We all enjoyed our excellent lunches. Very authentic Italian food and ambiance. Paid Parking was available behind the restaurant and it was easy to enter restaurant from their back door.
Had a great meal and great food and service
I went there with a group of friends. The server was very friendly and helpful. We got our food in a reasonable time. I had the Raphael Pizza, which has marinara sauce, mozzarella, smoked bacon, capocollo, salami, red onion and Roma tomatoes. It was very delicious.
This was the best place to eat. The four of us went to see Chicago Musical theatre that was excellent!! Must see Show!! The dinner was good had Lasagna big piece, then after that we split a lemon tart with whipped cream and a dash of Raspberry we all went to Heaven!!
Fantastic service!! Very busy so make a reservation. Excellent food, and delicious desserts, we had tiramisu for dessert, pizza for dinner.
Loved it!!! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was great, cant go wrong,
Excellent food and service. Really enjoyed my pre-show dinner. The restaurant is just a few minutes walk from the theatre, so its very convenient. The downtown strip is right there and so this is a very good place to have a nice dinner before the show.
Dinner before a theater show on a week day. Lovely pasta dish Anna Maria, and a wonderful salad. Parking: Plenty of parking in the car park behind the restaurant
Porketta sandwich. Hard pressed to find meat. Nice slice of fat! Smallest sandwich ever. Hope. You enjoy bread as that is what it consists of. Smoked salmon soup. Glorified tasted corn chowder. So not worth the money.
Awesome dinner with my mum.
We showed up without a reservation and they were able to accommodate us. Food was delicious. Service fast and friendly. We really appreciated it since it was our anniversary and we were visiting in town. Highly recommend
We walked in for lunch and were able to get seated right away. Food was yummy. The staff really care about their guests. I forgot my wallet on my table, they saw it immediately. They were able to get my wallet back to me before I even left the building. We will be back!
The food is delicious. Perfectly cooked fresh pasta with brilliant seasonings and sauces. Cozy atmosphere and great service. Really cant say enough about how good this place was.
We were seated by the kitchen, little noisy, we also had a bit of a crusty host. We were a few minutes early and it felt as though we inconvenienced him. Our server was fabulous!!
Great food and service, decor dated but i think thats what they may be going for Parking: Valet parking
This was our first time here, we have recently moved to Stratford. It was fabulous and great value for our dollar. Our server Christine was great, friendly and didnt rush us. We will definitely be back and will recommend to others.
