We're open for dine-in, takeout and delivery!
Falling short of words to describe this amazing place. The food is just so cooked with perfection and warmth that you can feel the love in every bite full with the burst of flavours To find good vegetarian options is actually a task for people like us. This place proves it wrong. One of the best vegetarian Thai food in Stratford. Claire ( our lovely server ) was too sweet to understand our needs and suggested the best of dishes with so much patience. Must try- Snow coconut soup Hot and sour soup Cold rolls Vegetarian spring rolls Pad Thai. Big shootout guys. Lots of love and luck
First time here and I was impressed. The beef pho was good. The beef chunks were great, there were also two other types of beef that were more like a sausage and a more chewy, flat beef but the flavour was great. I also had the honey & ginger tea which accompanied it very well. Not busy, super clean and great service. $18 for the pho and $7 for the tea. Paid parking out front, free after 8pm (6pm Nov - April)
Absolutely spectacular! The service was very good and our waiter was nice. We did not have to wait long for our food which was flavourful and soul warming. Overall a very good experience, cannot wait to go back again and would recommend this restaurant to any who would listen.
We got a recommendation from the motel we were staying at to come here. We went on a Saturday around 12:30. It wasn’t busy. The server said to sit wherever we wanted. There were 2 servers and they were both friendly. I ordered the chicken pad Thai for $18 and pad see ew with beef $18. We waited about 15 minutes. The portion size was plentiful and it was delicious.
Came here for dinner before our show. We shared the Pad See Ew and Green Curry chicken. Both were quite delicious compared to other Thai restaurants. Thai iced tea was very nice and not watered down. Service was quick and efficient. Place was quite busy.
Great food, amazing services. Their soft beverages are a must try The lychee drink is so refreshing
I regret coming here for my special day. The food was just barely edible. - The salad was extremely sour, and the rice crackers were soggy. - The rice ball was okay, but I had no interest in the second one. - The chicken wings were lacking in flavor and texture. - The puff was undercooked and tasteless on the inside. - As for my curry, oh my curry. The flavor was lackluster and seemed to be stuck in the middle of something and went nowhere. To make more matters, my curry contained nothing but six pieces of shrimp swimming in a sea of curry, without a single vegetable.is it new way?? +the beef dish wasn't mine, but the feedback from others wasnt good. ++We felt so off that we didn't want to give up on the experience and asked the chef for a special dish, whatever he wanted to cook for us…. This is where we realized that coming here was a mistake after last dish. Regarding the service, serving at the table was fine, but it seemed like the people who came to pick up food were having a hard time. Everyone had to repeat their name and order to all three girls at the front. They didn't seem to communicate or coordinate, and it felt like they were all over the place. Better management is needed."
This was our second visit and it was just as good as our first visit. The food is great and the service is friendly and prompt. They are experienced in serving theatre crowds, to ensure that you are fed in time to make your show without feeling rushed. Reservations are a must.
Terrific flavors in the mango sauce dish. That was a chef specialty. Reasonable prices. Will return!
The boba tea was what brought me in with my children, so I decided I would order myself a little lunch to go. The boba list was pretty extensive and my kids were delighted at all the different options. Im not the biggest fan of the drink, but I tried a sip from each and I actually found myself liking it! I ordered the sukiyaki and found the portion to be perfectly sized. It was DELICIOUS!!!!!! We had to sit in the restaurant while our drinks and food were being prepared. The decor is really pretty and the atmosphere is peaceful and comfortable. The staff who attended our order was super friendly and invited us to take a seat at a table while we waited. 10/10 recommend! We will be back!!
Please do yourself a favour when you are in Stratford and eat here. The food was very fresh. And the service was exceptional. The iced green thai milk tea is definitely a must try!
I had looked up where to get Pad Thai in Stratford, as I was visiting the area and didnt know where I could possibly get pad thai, and this gem of a restaurant popped up. I ordered takeout but hope to go back to enjoy the restaurant atmosphere as it was very bright and nicely decorated. The service was very fast, less than 20 minutes wait for my food, and it was very delicious! The price was very fair as well. Will definitely visit again
Wonderful atmosphere and service. Food is outstanding and not too expensive!
My fiancé booked a reservation here for this evening because we got engaged today, which the staff knew about. We showed up to our reservation 10 minutes early and as we walked in they told us they gave our seat by the window to someone else who walked in a few minutes prior without a reservation, and that wed have to wait a few minutes for them to set us up a table. We were sat in the very back at a table meant for four. We then ordered calamari as a starter which was $12, and said it came with 13 pieces (an oddly specific number, but I digress). It came with 10 pieces, half of which were small, so we literally paid over a dollar a piece. After ordering our food, we were never checked on and no one came by to refill our waters. This whole time, we didnt get a single congratulations or anything, even though my fiancé stressed that he wanted this evening to be special for us. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience considering how much we paid. The reservation was booked a week in advance, so its odd they gave away our table a few minutes BEFORE our reservation time. This used to be my favourite restaurant in Stratford and my family had gone for years- now it seems theyre more interested in making money than providing good service. I will not be back. :(
Delicious. Ive been here during many Stratford visits. Tasty vegetarian options, good prices, central location. Highly recommend.
So delicious. Great food in perfect portions. Vegetarian options: Almost everything starts as vegetarian. You can add the meat that you want. Food : 5/5 |
Good was good, it did not pack the punch I was expecting. The salmon was a sizeable portion
Superb food, excellent service!
Had lunch here the other day for the first time and it was great! The kids loved the veggie rolls and crispy wontons; one of them absolutely loved the cold rolls. We will definitely be coming back soon
Great experience! I ordered take out, and the food was ready pretty quickly. The food itself had lovely complex flavours, and good large portion sizes. Definitely would recommend!
My wife picked this restaurant and I had some doubts, but boy, I have to say it was phenomenal. The service was excellent and friendly. The food was so very tasty. Definitely a great place to go
Waitress was very nice and polite. However when we were just finished the meal, the waitress who wasn t serving us asked if we needed anything, we said no, check the bill please. Then the waitress who served us handed us the bill right away, WITHIN A SECOND after we answered the other waitress. It wasn t at rush hour at all, and there was only 1 other table of customers only, felt like the waitresses would like to kick us out as soon as possible. That made me gave 4 stars for the service. Food wasn t authentic, pad thai was way too sour which upset my stomach all night. Spring rolls tasted blend.
Pad thai was delicious, mango coconut rice was fresh and tasty and the green thai milk tea was the perfect amount of sweet with hints of jasmine. Great spot for good thai
Always a great spot for some of our favs - the green Thai curry is always a go to as well as the spring rolls. Delish!
Would highly recommend their Basil fried rice (we added chicken for protein) and the mango coconut sticky rice. Nom nom!
First time here & it was absolutely AMAZING! ALOT OF VEGETARIAN/VEGAN OPTIONS! I highly recommend the coconut rice, steamed vegetables (ginger & peanut sauce) & Pumpkin soup is SO bomb! Also loved the veggie spring rolls. EVERYTHING I TRIED WAS DELISH & wonderful atmosphere with friendly staff! Vegetarian options: Delicious vegetables (amazing house sauce) in the Steamed veggies- included greens, ginger, carrots, brocilli, green peppers & red peppers!
Nice little cozy restaurant with good food and good people
Amazingly delectable, aromatic, tasty, authentic Thai cuisine in this gem of a place Strattford. The servers were very friendly, kind and accommdating. The food was very good. Prices are very reasonable as well. Highky recommend.
Great service and food.
The family and I have always loved Stratford Thai Cuisine. Their staff are always so friendly, on time and apologetic if there is ever an issue (which rarely happens). The food is simply terrific and I strongly recommend dinning in or even take out! Every time I come to down, I make sure to eat here. My absolute favorite place to eat in Stratford.
The food had a wonderful and absolutely delicious taste. The spring roll sauce was more than to die for a long with the spring rolls. The chicken and the rice were absolutely fantastic too. The atmosphere was warm and cozy, and very welcoming. There was some nice calming music playing, and the seats and tables were very clean...wonderful experience!
I have eaten here several times. It is a lovely restaurant and the food is spectacular! Definitely my go-to place for great Thai food.
Great food! Our server was very nice
Our first time at Stratford Thai Cuisine but certainly not our last! Food was amazing - Mango Salmon and BBQ Beef with pineapple rice. Sticky rice came with the entrees so really didnt need the pineapple rice but it was delicious and we brought home the sticky rice. Great, timely service even though it was Sat evening and ambience very welcoming and nice decor. Heartily recommend this restaurant!
Had to give a star in order to review or Id have not given one at all. I guess the service was OK. The food however, uninteresting, bland, even boring. No garnish on plates, skimpy ingredients. First and last visit on a not busy lunch hour weekday.
Went for lunch today and had the wonton soup, hubby had the pineapple curry both were fantastic. We have never had a disappointing meal here. The food is always so flavourful, bright and fresh tasting. Service is always fast and friendly. I really like this spot.
The food is absolutely indescribable. First time coming here and Im making this my main place for sure now. Seriously top three in best places to eat in Stratford. I ordered the Pho Beef and Calamari, as well as Shrimp rolls and Wonton soup and not a single item was under a 10 out of 10. Typing this in the middle of lunch it was so good. Amazing work. On top of the good food, the service was just as good. Extremely nice people, great atmosphere, and amazing food. Comment from the lad I dined with, Everything tasted great and we will definitely be back
Fun small restaurant with good food. Very tasty and nice staff.
*A Must Try In Stratford* We got take out I ordered the Green Curry Thai and thank the heavens it was the perfect balance of spice and sweetness( I ve been to multiple Thai restaurants who can t balance the flavour for schnitzel) Flavour 9/10 really good Portion 6/10 not bad portions Pricing 6/10 more expensive than most The Crab Rangoon Anouther example of how well this Thai Restaurant can balance its food. Good crunchy well balanced flavourful imitation crab and cream cheese Most people who haven t tried Thai cuisine would certainly love this 9/10 flavour 6/10 portions 6/10 pricing Definitely check out this restaurant, I m surprised I got nice Thai food in Stratford Overall 8.5/10 across comparably to GTA but I d rate it 10/10 given it s location, convenience and quality I also forgot to mention the owners were very polite and helpful/understanding They also provided utensils
Truly an amazing restaurant. Some of the best Thai I have ever had, even compared to bigger cities like Toronto. Staff is always nice. I would recommend their lemongrass fried rice. Both vegetarian version and beef versions are delicious. Vegetarian options: Lemongrass fried rice is so good
Our first visit there was great. Amazing service and the food for all 4 of us was great! Id definitely go back.
My go-to whenever Im craving Thai in Stratford. Ive eaten at many excellent but expensive Thai restaurants in Toronto and this place holds its own. Although not what Id consider cheap, the prices are reasonable given the authenticity and quality of the ingredients and dishes. The menu offers a wide variety, the service is friendly and attentive, and the space is nicely decorated and comfortable. They have a cute little patio in the summer too. Will definitely return.
The food was delicious and serving seize is really good too.
Best Thai food in town. I love their Chiken fried rice. The taste is exceptional. Order ahead and skip wait time. Parking available right in front of the restaurant. Staffs were very friendly and helpful.
Food was good, but service is a little slow and price is more compared to other known asian restaurants Parking: Pay parking
There was some confusion (my fault) about where to leave a delivery and everyone went above and beyond to ensure the food got where it needed to go! Thank you for your patience, great food and great customer service!
I m from London but if I know I m heading Stratford way I make a point of stopping here!! Take out or dine in either way it s a must stop! SOOO good every time, their yellow curry is my absolute favourite. Service is always great and prices are fantastic for the quality and quantity of food you get. 5/5!
I had dinner here today with my wife and young child, we both had different beef entrees and both were exquisite and way better than expected. We are Stratford locals and I like to think Ive tried every restaurant at least once in town but this was our first time eating here and it definitely wont be our last. The crispy wontons are incredible and best served with their house made sweet and sour. Our waiter and waitress were polite and professional. I would highly recommend eating at this restaurant if you enjoy good Thai food. Parking: Street parking Kid-friendliness: High chairs, plastic dinnerware
I found very few gluten-free options and the portions were small and expensive. The service was good.
Pricey until you get your food. Amazing!
Excellent dinner in a pineapple! Great menu, service was friendly and attentive. Lots of choice on the menu.
Great selection of dishes and one of the only places (if not the only) that serves bubble tea in Stratford!
100 percent Authentic Padthai
The best pad Thai and spring rolls! Such good quality and quantity for the price.
It was delicious! Satisfied with the food and service. We had spring roll , chicken satay and some noodles. We will be coming back. If you are a big eater, then their portion/ serving might not be enough for you.
Great food great service
Stratford Thai has always been my favorite. We ordered take out tonight, and although the food was good, they gave us the tiniest container of rice to go with it. We actually had to make more at home, and wait to eat. It was very disappointing that they would skimp out on the cheapest part of the meal, especially when the price has gone up so much.
We stopped in for a quick bite to eat before the theatre. Friendly servers were helpful in assisting us in choosing food we could order that would give us time to get to the play. We ordered the Garlic Beef and Pad Thai to share. Food was quick and piping hot. Both dishes were absolutely amazing and we can t wait to go back and try some more! Highly recommend. Cute decor, friendly service, cold beer and great food!
Finally got some good Pad Thai! Service was a little inattentive at times considering it was not busy while we were there. Also they suggested Sapporo as a light beer alternative which was not a good suggestion (they have Mill Street Organic which would have been much more appropriate). But the food was good and location is lovely. Decor is odd - a bunch of empty frames, the bathroom has a frame inside a frame.
Ordered a chicken red curry, which was so very flavorful. Very good portion size. Also got a fruit tea which was refreshing for a very hot day. Service was prompt and excellent. They had plastic bowls and cutlery for our toddler. Kid-friendliness: High chair. Plastic bowls and cutlery.
Very attentive service. Delicious dinners.
Excellent food and attentive service in a cozy spot right near the Avon Theater.
First time ordering here, and it ll definitely be my last. Where can I start? I was greeted on the phone with a please hold followed by 5 mins of banging before I could place my order. I showed up to pick it up and was again ignored for another 3-4 minutes. I was ecstatic to try the chicken and shrimp pad Thai as I ve heard it s the best pad Thai wrong. My noodles were broken into small pieces and all stuck together. Limited sauce on my noodles and next to no flavour. I asked for spicy, it had zero spice. 3 pieces of shrimp and portions are small, not worth $22. Parking: Parking is extreme hard to come by.
On a weekend stroll with family at near by water front, we decided to get Thai lunch. We were not disappointed. Food was great and service was nice. Curry flavored pad Thai and veggie spring is what I got. Thai iced coffee was good too. Others liked their dishes too in our party! Can t go wrong with this place!
Delicious meal. My kids werent sure theyd like Thai, but they loved it. The service was great too!
It was the first time we visited this restaurant and the last 4 times we had Thai food in Kitchener, Collingwood and Cambridge, those experiences were not the best. However, this restaurant actually served the right flavour of Pad Thai and their portions are not big, but the food is tasty and flavourful. We had all together the Vegetarian Pad a Thai, Spicy Eggplant and the Spring Rolls with Jasmine Tea. I was surprised they served a tea bag tea and not the actual tea leaves. I find the Vegetarian spring Rolls were extremely overpriced 3/$8.00. That s my only complaint and there were a few flies going around due to the door being kept open and closed for customers. Overall, good service, good food and a good location downtown Stratford.
Had soup lunch, Vietnamese and Thai, it was great! Would definitely return!
Tasty Thai food in a nicely decorated restaurant.
I love the pad Thai!! It tastes so good
Everything was fantastic.
Small place, fast service, good food
The food & service were great. Our group of three shared four dishes & they were all tasty & nicely presented, especially the mango salad. The location is very convenient for anyone visiting the downtown area within easy walking distance of the free parking at the Cooper parking lot.
This is good mom and pop Thai restaurant. Good food, a bit understaffed, and nice friendly atmosphere. Dont be afraid of the spice levels.
Excellent!! Highly recommend!!
Super tasty place! I started off with a mango slushy tea with popping mango boba balls, which was absolutely amazing. They have quite the extensive Boba bar menu, with options for lychee, pearls, popping boba, and many different tea bases such as milk tea, fruit tea, soda, slushy, and more! The large size is about twice the size as the regular (pictured) Although it took a bit, I had the Braised Beef Noodle Soup for my main course, which left me stunned on how good it was. My only suggestion would be to make the soup less filling so I can eat even more of it! The atmosphere was very nice. It was clean and fresh, but at the same time, felt like a place you could come to to unwind and ear some delicious food. The bathrooms were very clean and even included Listerine mouthwash?? The waiters were very nice, and always double checked our orders (however I requested my soup without bok choy and it still came with it), and they were quick to notice the second our water looked even a little depleted. I would definitely go again if I was passing through Stratford again. 4.8/5! Vegetarian options: They offer alternatives for ingredients such as chicken, beef, crab, egg, etc. with tofu, imitation alternatives, or not including it at all. Dietary restrictions: Alternatives to gluten are offered, and the menu includes symbols to show what has nuts, what is vegetarian, what has gluten by default, and even spice level. Parking: A good number of spots on the street that are fairly inexpensive. Kid-friendliness: The boba bar is a fun place to bring your kids for a treat! There is also many of options on the menu that most children will like, whilst sticking too the traditional thai style of food. Wheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible for wheelchairs, with ramps installed on the patio, and everything being on one floor.
Terrific food! Try the curry puffs. You wont regret it. And very reasonable prices.
Flavourful
Wonderful food, great service and a unique atmosphere!
Amazing experience and great food. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Pad Thai was phenomenal. Food : 5/5 |
great service. loved thai curry, thinner than Indian curry great mango salad.
Wow advertises as egg noodles served with pork and shrimp wontons in a clear broth . Zero noodles. Zero utensils on a take out order. This tiny cup was $10 and not as advertised!
Had some soul food here after catching a play during the Stratford Festival. The Green Curry and Pad Kee Mao just hit the spot. Bonus: the service was friendly and fast! Food
Excellent food and service
Extremely dirty chairs
Love this place! Food is always tasty, staff is always friendly! I pretty much exclusively get takeout. Do let them know if you need utensils for takeout, its not automatically in the bag. One complaint is the arch part of the patio to enter the restaurant for me, Im kinda tall and have to dunk. Im also kinda blonde and worry I might forget one of these days.
Didnt have a plan for dinner after a show in town. Stumbled across this gem of a place! Lovely decor, very friendly staff, but most importantly, the food was amazing! It is very authentic, delicious, and reasonably-priced. Will definitely be back when in Stratford next.
What a gem! This was my first time and definitely wont be my last. We had a spectacular mango salad and veggie spring rolls. The shrimp green curry was outstanding...the best I ever had! Food : 5/5
I had the pineapple curry and my partner had the beef pad thai, both dishes were super flavourful and the lunch service was quick! The portions were also pretty big and left me feeling full, I m definitely going back to try more of the menu
Went for lunch for their lunch specials. They were delicious, would recommend any of their curries. Their bubble tea is also a great treat. The service was great and the restaurant was clean and well decorated. A cozy place to get some very good Thai food in the area. Vegetarian options: Both of my parents are vegetarian. We were super impressed at how many vegetables were in each of their dishes. Most Thai places really skimp on the veg.
We used to order from here 5 years ago when we lived in Stratford, and the food was excellent. But since the pandemic, the prices have gone up, and the portions are considerably small. The containers of food were barely full. 20 dollars for rice dish and not full at all. And the chili garlic chicken wasnt full at all either!!! We spent 120. For 2 adults and 3 children ages 8-4. And there wasnt enough food. Food tasted great. It just wasnt enough for that price. Unfortunately, we will be getting takeout elsewhere.
A nice enough space with lovely staff, however the food is unfortunately overpriced, small portions, and quite bland. The laab chicken wings AND the spring rolls weren t even crispy and came out just warm (not hot) and under seasoned. The pad Thai was small, had no spice, and was way too tamarind-y. The Pad See Ew was just bland and the vegetables in it were undercooked. If you can, just go to the other thai restaurant across the street. It s not as nice an atmosphere inside, but the quality and value of food is 10X better.
Excellent pad thai. Cute and cozy spot. Definitely a must try if you enjoy Thai cuisine! Staff are really nice and checked on us frequently.
Dined here early on a Thursday evening (5:00p.m.) and chose the Massaman curry. Although it was not quite what I expected, it was absolutely delicious. It was more like a curry vegetable soup. It came with rice on the side which I added to the curry bowl. It was very creamy with just enough spice - I would consider it mildly spicy. Service was excellent and always with a smile. Its quite a small place but somehow provided a high end atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place. Vegetarian options: There were many vegetarian options. Almost all dishes offered have a veg/tofu option.
Came for a meal before a show and loved every bite! The food was flavourful and the service exceptional. (Regular pad Thai, Street pad Thai, and spring rolls.) We ll definitely keep this place high on our list for the next visit!
Lovely place for authentic taste in Thai cuisine
Our visit last night was an awesome experience!! Thank you so much for the ultimate service and fantastic meal. See you very soon.
The food was really delicious and the service was great!
Excellent Thai food and great service, lunch menu is great!
Truly the best Thai food... So authentic the flavors are magical. Other Thai restaurants could definetly learn alot from this place !! The Thai beef salad . Papaya salad the pad Thai is the best !! Wish we had one in London Ontario !! Thanks for doing what you do
Great food Great prices. You must try you will always go back.
Our go to option for Thai cuisine in Stratford, good Thai cuisine, specially the entrees.
Yummy food, quiet lunch, friendly server.
Fast, friendly service.
Delicious, fast, good service, and I really like the look inside the restaurant. First time ordering, but will definitely buy again. Nice big portions.
Best Pad Thai weve had and the Beef Massaman was amazing as well. Nice place with great service.
It was very happy experience. We ordered Red veggie curry, Pad Tai and Pad Kee Mao, and all of dishes are delicious, especially I recommend Pad Kee Mao. Price is OK. Curry and Pad Tai are on lunch menu, so they are 13 CAD each including salad or spring rolls. Pad Kee Mao is on main menu, and it was 16 CAD.
My wife and I had a getaway to Stratford, and had heard good things about this Thai restaurant. We showed up around 6pm on a Saturday, and were fortunate enough to be seated, despite not having a reservation. The restaurant is small-ish (40 seats or so, by my estimate), and was busy the whole time we were there. The food was very good. We started with chicken satay skewers, and then for main course my wife had the salmon and I had the Tom Yum rice with beef. My only comment is that the Tom Yum was listed as spicy (two chili peppers!), but I did not find it at all spicy (but to be clear - it was still delicious and very flavourful!). We returned the next day to get some takeout mango sticky rice to bring home for the kids. This is definitely a restaurant to visit again (and again and again!).
Excellent. Thai food! Great service and lovely location right downtown. Great for before or after the theatre.
Yummy chicken pad thai and delicious veggie spring rolls!
Good, not great pad Thai. It was simple and prepared well. The price is above average in my experience. Worth trying!
Stratford Thais Afternoon Tea experience is a wonderful change of pace to an already great restaurant. While $35/person isnt pocket change, you get 3 full layers chock full of unique dishes to enjoy + your choice of tea per person. The range of dishes is superb, with the two contrasting dipping sauces being ideal for the serving sizes provided. Savory, sweet, and salty are all on full display but with nothing having too strong a flavor as to overwhelm the tea. I personally found the desserts the highlight, with the green tea pudding and custard specifically being a strong pair, or enjoyed completely separately. Its open from 3-5 occupying that unique timeslot between lunch & dinner, so for those looking for a special something now and again dont hesitate to book~
Great place to try out Thai foods. Share 2 dishes, Chili Basil Grill Salmon, Cashew Stir-fried Chicken. Also had a cool drink called Butterfly Pea Flower w/ Lemongrass Ice Tea that can color from blue to purple when you squeezed lemon juice into the drink! Checkout their Facebook post on video of the color change of the ice tea.
the butterfly ice tea was the coolest thing ever
Great service and delicious authentic cuisine
Stratford Thai Cuisine is a great little place to grab lunch on a patio. The service is extremely friendly and the food is much better than youd expect from a niche restaurant in a town the size of Stratford. A swing and a hit!
Clean cute place. noodle dish is tasty.
Best thai food we have ever had.
A lovely eatery smack in the middle of the beautiful town of Stratford. The patio is spacious and perfect on a sunny day. The indoor ambience is also cosy, although a bit dated. On our way back home from Grand Bend, we decided to stop here for lunch as this seemed to have great reviews and ratings and we were certainly craving Thai flavours. Overall, we enjoyed the lunch. The snow coconut and pumpkin soups were delectable. Good portion size for 1 person. My husband ordered the butterfly pea iced tea and I ordered myself some OG green tea. My husband eloquently described the iced tea, this tea is like a peacock, a visual treat to the eyes but really does nothing otherwise. It was rather tasteless or extremely faint flavours, if there were any. Now, on to the main course, we ordered curry pad thai with chicken and green curry with tofu. The pad thai was tasty, good flavours and sufficient portion for 1 person. The green curry did not live up to its mark. It was a watered down version of what could have been an excellent curry. The creaminess of a quintessential green curry was completely missing and the flavours tasted quite diluted. Apart from the disappointing green curry, we had a good lunch. Service was friendly and prompt. If Im in the area again, may skip this one. I would recommend the restaurant, just not for me again.
Best Pad Thai in town. The whole menu is amazing. Great place to dine in or eat out.
We had our late lunch yesterday. During our lunch we were bothered by the flies in the dinning room. One of the older Thai waitresses was cold and unfriendly. The younger Thai waitress was nicer. Stir fry Chicken was dry but the sauce was alright. Pad Thai sauce was way to sweet. We had a small slip on the hot and sour soup that was cold, not fresh, microwaved and inedible. The hot and sour soup from the food court tastes better and fresher. The waitress was told about the soup and a fly was laying on the soup but she didn t take it off the bill. It was a $8 soup that we barely touched. Overall, it s a place for people who don t know the authentic Thai food.
Fabulous food and great service. My husband said his meal wasnt spicy enough but the extra spicy sauce they provided was awesome and tasty. My beef mango stir fry was excellent.
Our first time here. We had an amazing lunch. The cashew chicken lunch special was excellent. Nice quantity, very tasty. Best I have had. We will be back.
We were surprised how good the food actually was. It was a really nice dinner.
Pineapple chicken curry look like soup ( husband has to eat, cause we had long drive go to)Pad Thai chicken is very hard. Manager didnt say anything when I commented Pineapple chicken curry look like soup. Spring rolls (not Thai Spring rolls). I was disappointed! Didnt bother to come ask our food, except water. Sink in the washroom is clog. Sorry but I wont be recommending this place for a Thai cuisine
Delicious Thai iced coffee
The quality of the food was amazing and a very nice atmosphere, they put little cups and Listerine in the bathroom which I thought was thoughtful
Love this restaurant, its one of our go-tos in Stratford
Wonderful staff and food was delicious.
Food was unauthentic but tasted good.
Food was very good, nice portions. Service was a bit slow.
A delicious Thai restaurant in beautiful downtown Stratford. I had the Panang chicken and had a lovely meal to re-energize on a short break while participating in the 1600km Move for Life Foundation fundraising Relay.
Service a bit slow. Food lacks good taste.
Drunken noodles were solid, pineapple chicken curry was serviceable. Both could have been spicier, but I think thats just Thai food in small town Ontario. Would visit again!
Best Pad Thai so far... Friendly staff...
Always just good that food!
We forgot an ingredient for our home made supper and decided to order out. And we are so happy we did. The elegant blending of flavors was spectacular (garlic sauce with beef) and when I asked for spiced up pad thai - I got it! Spectacular!
Great Thai Restaurant in Stratford, very nice Pad Thai, Green Curry and Thai Tea. Good ambiance and nice location. Good service too.
Delicious Thai food! Lovely atmosphere and great food. The service was very slow, but all waitresses seemed very nice! So happy with all the veggie and tofu options !
Had another lovely plant-based meal here September 2022. Vegetables were tasty and al dente; flavoring was subtle (eg basil) and service was good. Consider reserving your table in advance.
Lovely family owned Thai restaurant in Stratford. Food and service was excellent.
So good!! Great service as well.
The food is tasty however its pricy and they give small portions
I would honestly give this restaurant no stars if I could. When I first arrived I had to use the washroom and there was a dirty ol shop vac in it so I asked if I could use it and she said that I might have to go next door. Then the handyman comes back and says I can use it so I get in there, do my business and theres no TP. Next we get our spring rolls, and they taste bland and come with a bland sauce. Next our food comes and I ordered the red curry. It comes out room temperature with raw veggies in it and completely bland again. Even the water given to us to drink tasted weird and our server didnt even ask us if we liked our food. I ate mine only because I was starving and hadnt eaten breakfast but did not enjoy it. My husband had a few bites and did not eat his meal because he didnt like it, again zero flavour or spice, and we were still charged full price! Do not eat here if you like authentic Thai food.
A excellent Thai place. The shrimp rolls were very good.
A delicious Thai food place! The atmosphere is okay but food is great. Waitress seemed very nice! I am so happy with thier food!
Located by the town hall building, nicely decorated, good selection of items on the menu, super nice staff. We ordered: Appetizer Platter $22: offered a nice selection of their popular appetizers with an assortment of calamari, vegetable spring rolls, shrimp rolls, chicken satays, and cold rolls - served with peanut, hoisin, sweet and sour sauce. They were all good except the chicken satay could have more satay flavour. Hot & Sour Soup $10: not a fan of this soup. It was not hot or sour enough for my liking. Just salty. Golden Pumpkin Soup $12: delicious, smooth, and flavourful Curry Pad Thai Beef $18.00: good portion but really salty Overall a good meal. Would return to try other things on the menu the next time we are in Stratford but will probably have to ask to put less salt in the dishes.
Great place downtown and very accommodating for before/after a play. Should make a reservation as limited seating due to small size of restaurant. I found the tables very close to each other but it worked in our favor as we struck up a great conversation with a fellow theater goer sitting next to us. Food
Called to order from Noodle Zone but they are now operating out of this Thai restaurant. Food was good, curry puffs were awesome.
Amazing. Just amazing. Having moved to London from Toronto, I ve been hard-pressed to find decent Thai food in the area and especially a restaurant with curry pad Thai on the menu! Quite honestly, it s worth the 50-minute drive from London to Stratford just to eat at your establishment. I do it happily because the friendly service and the delicious food are just perfect! Kudos and thank you!
Dined here for the first time. Everything tasted great and the staff were very friendly. The only negative I have is that we ordered the Pad Thai Chicken & Shrimp, and there were only 3 shrimp in the dish and very little chicken, however it was a very tasty dish.
We always eat here when we visit Stratford. Love the food.
Best Thai food within at least a 100km radius. Beats out London and Kitchener spots easily.
Very nice atmosphere and the food was very tasty.
Most amazing meal I have ever ate. Definitely will be back next time I am in town.
From out of town to visit Stratford and do some shopping. The dine-in experience was great - very friendly, attentive staff and the food was fresh, hot and delicious. Would recommend!
I image the food could have been acceptable it I could have eaten it. They don t include utensils for Take out orders, but they don t tell you this or even ask if you need utensils. I called in to say they had forgotten the utensils and napkins and was told it was my fault as they don t provide that for take out food They don t tell you this or have a sign posted but it is my fault somehow? Customer service is absolute garbage. There are much better options in town for food.
Good Thai food. Really like the curries and pad thai.

Excellent. Never thought Thai food can be so authentic in Stratford! Owner was super nice as well, totally worth the drive.
There is no indoor eating, 3 tables outside. Nice polite service and good food.

Ive been here three times and every single time the food and service has been outstanding. Recently we ordered the pad thai, green curry and cashew nuts dish, along with the appetizer platter. The peanut sauce was to die for! Everything was so fresh and filling and absolutely delicious! Wonderful outdoor dining experience with lovely staff.

Wandered in to get a last-minute playwright gift and had a lovely chat with the clerk as she put together a lovely custom bouquet. Less than ten minutes later I was on my way, quite satisfied :)
Great spot. Nice menu.
Great food and service. My wife had the curry chicken, hot and sour soup, and spring rolls. I had style Thai fried rice and calamari. Everything was so good!
The meal was wonderful. I had the Spicy Thai Stir-fry. It was excellent. Full of vegetables, chicken and so much flavour. I came with my son. We will be back. :)

Great food great service.
Best Thai food ever! My wife and I love Stratford Thai. So many amazing dishes on the menu.
Really enjoyed my meal, fresh quality
Ordered food for delivery, and it arrived fast, all was hot, and it was so good! I would highly recommend the crispy garlic chilli, with any protein, the pineapple fried rice with shrimp was incredible as well! For appetizers, the shrimp rolls and satay were absolutely amazing, and the crab lagoon are never a bad choice. This is my go to for delicious Thai food is town:)
