It was a slow night, so food came incredibly fast. But the experience was ruined by the manager and waitress arguing and mostly the cockroach scurrying past my food on the bar.

Recently I had a bad experience from one their server( Gaurang, if I m guessing crct) and he was really rude with our group. They were not happy when we came even though we showed up 2 hrs before closing. The server was using his phone and was not even paying attention.

Food was good but the experience was worst. Especially one of their servers, his name is Gaurang totally rude and ignorant. It was the worst experience ever.

I get it your closing but no excuse for no heat, rude manager, and microwaved food I will not be returning

I love going there every time I go and visit my brother. It s such a great place for family and friends to go and hang out and have delicious food and such a great plays for kids with the arcade s game. And the prices are just so great.

This is a very noisy place, I have kids that are loud and we dont get noticed. Good and service are great and the games are fun. Would have given it 5 stars if all the games were working. Great deal for games and a kids meal.

Worst Wackys experience ever. This dinner was the exact opposite of my experience at the wacky wings in Sault Ste. Marie. My family and I were the only table in the place at 3.30ish we had to walk up and ask for a server to come to our table. We got the kids meal with $30 games. Half the games were broken and despite having advertising on the games tickets there were no tickets but a few play till you win games where you could get a ring pop or cheap toy. Also the food was only warm and the wings were not as good as the other wackys in Sault Ste. Marie. I had to explain to the server AND the manager how bad this experience was to get a tiny discount on our bill. It was at least a bit of money saved but I was in no way going to pay $30 for a few ring pops. Very over priced experience. They need to fix up the space way better before charging that much for games. The overall ambiance of the place is what I would expect for wacky wings. It felt like the same place aside from the terrible experience. I will say the server was decent and on the ball once he did come to our table.

Slow service with only two tables. Order delivered wrong, boneless instead of on Bone. Kids arcade games not giving tickets despite display. Limited games compared to SSM restaurant. Parking: Refund on parking paid using photo of ticket.

I had a great time celebrating my uncles 30th birthday the other night, they were extremely short-staffed, but that didnt affect our service, for only having 3 servers and one of them was the bartender, it was 12/10 quality service. Trinity our server was super nice, made sure all 12 of us at the table had everything we needed and had a great energy all night long. Very sad this place is closing soon .

The atmosphere was a cool vibe with a small games area off to the side, also 5.. but what absolutely made the experience phenomenal was the service provided by our waiter Gaurang he was polite , punctual with service and had a great attitude! 10/5 stars . No word of a lie, best service Ive ever had!

The food was good , the server was friendly but always came back because he forgot what we ordered. Then, when we ordered Dessert to go. It was brought as if we were eating it there. It was a busy evening ,a little notebook would have helped the server immensely. Was out with the family, so was a good night. We will definitely go back there again before they close their doors.

Its a large but tacky venue with sticky tables and pleasant staff. I want to say come here for the decent food, fair prices and decent service but the other issues make me want to say Keep Away

We went for dinner this evening since we were in town and in the area. It was recommended to us so we checked it out. First of all it was not busy, we were seated almost immediately. Our server Niki, was simply amazing! I would be delighted if every server I had anywhere was a carbon copy of her. She was personable, helpful very knowledgeable and super friendly. Made us feel welcome and like we were friends. The wings were perfectly cooked the seasoned fries were great too. The biggest issue was deciding on 2 sauces. My wife had the chicken parm sandwich with onion rings. It was all very tasty, the perfect Temperature and served quickly. Highly recommended!

So the signing of the wavier for the hottest sauce is a gimmick. Good heat maybe a 5-6 out of 10 had good flavour not much heat. When I entered through the front door I was hit with a strong smell of urine. I went to the washroom later but it didnt smell in there just at the entrance/reception counter. If they didnt have a patio I would have left. Service was very good.

Not as advertise in the menue on line Could not order specific items because it wasn t a take out item I needed to order each item separately to only find out that the order cost almost 4 times the amount of the 2-4 platter which they advertise for game night. False advertising and nothing stating that there are any restrictions to the menue

Cant complain, its always exactly what we want. Banana daiquiri is great, love the flavour choices. Banana cheese cake is killer.

Recently moved to town, decided to try this place as it s highly rated. Wings tasted like chemicals? No carrot sticks or dip included, old brown lettuce in my salad. Overall nasty

It twas thee most wacky experience thus far

My wife and I are on holiday for the 12th time in Canada. Several years ago we were introduced to deep fried pickles and poutine which are 2 things you would not find on a menu in the UK. We are in Sudbury for a couple of nights, and were looking for somewhere to go for a bite to eat. Looking through the online menu, and being within walking distance we thought we would give the venue a go. We were not disappointed. We were well looked after by Curtis, a big chap that wouldnt look out of place in Canadas rugby front row. If we were here longer, we would definitely return, but unfortunately we have a schedule to keep.

Where do I start. We ordered the boneless wings dinner. We get there to pick it up and we got ignored for 15 minutes. We finally get it and bring it home and of course the order is completely wrong. Not even boneless wings but bone in. I call in and get told that the manager said we will just give you a credit for next time (HELLO you are closing your restaurant) don t try and pull the wool over my eyes. I can t even believe that was the response. I then get told that we will have to bring all the food back in order to either get a new order or a refund. I tell them that the order better be ready when I get there because I ve already waited an hour. Of course it wasn t ready when we got there. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I will for sure be sharing my experience with everyone and telling everyone I can that this was how I was treated.

Ive had great experiences in person as well as via delivery companies. Keep it up!

If you dont like loudness, do not go to Wacky Wings on a Friday at 5pm... Its an overload for the senses. Our service was great. We were well tended to and our food arrived quickly despite the crowd. The only thing I was disappointed about was the fact that their fish and chips didnt come with tartar sauce. Instead it came with a housemade dill sauce, which is nice, dont get me wrong, but theres a reason tartar sauce is what you put on fish. The dill sauce on the fish ruined the fish in my opinion.

Amazing people here. My birthday was great. A few random guys (which are now friends with my boyfriend and I now) approached us, talked a bunch. The manager and workers (men) came up to me to ensure I m safe, the things they can do to remove them if I m feeling uncomfortable/ safety issues. Amazing men here Everytime we go back it s always a pleasant time! Always the same waiter, nice guys :) 5/5 stars for sure.

Looking for chicken wings with varieties of flavour, it is the place to be. The blended magarita is also good if you love . Parking: From 6 pm to 8 am, parking is free. Paid parking is $5

Employees are nice, Mac and cheese absolutely disgusting worst thing I ve ever eaten.

We ordered the all you can eat wings for a small group of people and we all split a bill, plus we ordered our own full meals on the side and when we were trying to eat the wings, our server came up to us and told us we werent allowed to eat the wings we paid for and threatened to kick us out.

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experience at the restaurant . During my visit, I witnessed a white male manager exhibiting extremely rude, discriminatory, and verbally abusive behavior towards a delivery guy. Such conduct is not only unacceptable but also deeply distressing. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, and I similarly expect all person associated with the restaurant to receive the same treatment. Witnessing such behavior here is truly disheartening, and I am compelled to reconsider whether I will continue to patronize your restaurant. I will not hesitate to share this experience with my friends, and I sincerely hope that the restaurant takes steps to address and rectify this behavior to ensure a friendly and inclusive environment.

Had dinner with my parents, my son & my daughter tonight. The food & service was excellent. Our servers name was Trinity, and she was really great. She was super friendly, engaged with us in conversations, and really seemed to enjoy her job. Outstanding service is very hard to find nowadays so it made our visit so much more enjoyable! Food & presentation was fantastic, and came out really quick! Will definetely be back!

The server displayed rude behavior towards us, even though it was their mistake. They admonished us to behave ourselves, despite our innocence. We attempted to address the issue with the manager, but unfortunately, no action was taken.

Very personable and polite and let us take our time ordering Food was fresh and hot and the wings were a lot better than our first experience with wacky wings in North Bay The seating was rustic and clunky I personally felt uncomfortable sitting in the booth if i sat with my back to the booth the table felt too far away Parking: So as of march 18 2024 monday to friday is free parking from 6 pm to 8 am (may change in time)

The food is awesome, and a lot of different chicken wing flavors to choose from.. Service was ok. The only complaint is that if you dont have children, dont get placed near the arcade..very loud in that area.. should go at night when theres no kids..such a shame that the city expropriated this place..not gonna be around much longer..hopefully they open again somewhere else within sudbury. Kid-friendliness: A kid zone that has an arcade..very loud but looked like kids had a blast while their parents sat a distance away..lmfao

All you can eat wings on Wednesday was simply amazing. Great range of flavours and excellent wings. I was expecting the quality to be less as it was all you can eat, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the taste and quality. The seasoned fries were SOO good too. I cannot wait to go again and I will make sure it s on an all you can eat day!

First time here and loved the whole experience.

I would give it a zero star if I could. Unfortunately, it appears that Wackys is now under new management and staff. Upon walking in, I was already turned off when I saw a staff member drop someones to-go order, pick it up and place it back on the table, as if since the customer was not present, it would not matter. Although the restaurant was empty, we were instructed to wait five minutes before being seated. After being seated and waiting 15 minutes, there was no staff response, not even for drinks. Wackys used to be one of the best restaurants, but it seems that it will soon close down due to there service.

Worst customer service experience. We had the worst customer experience ever from a restaurant on February 7, 2024. The manager and the waiter who served us were the worst never gonna come back again.

Probably some of the worst service I have experienced. Waitress was slow, and did not Show any pride in her work . But the food was really good! So how wing night works. You pay 24.99 for all you can eat wings, you also have to purchase a beverage. First you order 12, after that if you want more you only get 5 at a time. Here s the best part, you have to wait 25 minutes after you finish your food, for the server to come check up on you, then you wait another 25-30 minutes, for the wings to arrive 25-30 minutes later, the waitress asks if you want more, and if you do, she seems to be surprised about it. Worse type of wing night you ll ever come across. Cheers to the supervisor Neel (I believe that was his name) for hearing our complaint and trying to make it right for us, with offering us free dessert. Although I would give him 5 stars, wacky wings gets 1. No complaints about the wings, they tasted really good.

I took my kids here for family day so they could have a fun meal and was quite disappointed in the experience. We walked in to see a bunch of security people minding the bathroom because a fella who had a drug issue got in there. Not the restaurants fault, but not what my kids needed to see. The service was ok, the young lady that served us was pleasant. The wings are not overly great, soggy and greasy, way overpriced. The wings came with 2 of the saddest little pieces of carrot you ever saw. I did order an app which comes served on a plastic cast iron pretend skillet, it was cold. My wife and I also had salads which were pretty sad, seems they use all the yellow parts of the romaine lettuce closer to the stem. My daughter got wings from the kids meal, supposed to come with 4, it came with 3. She got a side of pickles, no shortage of those lol. I think though the most disappointing thing was buying each kid a $20 card before realizing half the games are out of order. I am not even exaggerating, half! There was a couple claw games that worked, air hockey (which was busy because it was the only thing that worked properly), and a racing game. Thats it. Pretty safe to say I am not a repeat customer.

Wackys Sudbury delivered an outstanding experience - the food was excellent, the place was impeccably hygienic, and the staff was notably friendly. A great choice for a satisfying and enjoyable outing.

I went in about 11:00 a.m. not too busy maybe the first one in, three of us ordered food and drinks, wings and appetizers are amazing and its nice to try different types of wing sauce. The server seemed a bit unsure of himself forgot little things like spoon for coffee and things not sure why that was, otherwise one of my favorite places to eat its sad they have to move Parking: Just not a lot of parking there if it was a really busy place I believe youd have a hard time finding a place to park your vehicle

I went in, I ate some honey garlic chicken wings, and then left. I then never gone back because I live in Hamilton and there isnt one out here. Other than that amazing service and food.

Very pricey for what you get

Ordered lemon pepper wings twice now and both times I taste no lemon or pepper, and it seems to be coated slightly in sugar? Im not sure if wackys makes their own seasoning but if so this batch is very far from lemon pepper. Otherwise everything was really good!

The food quality and quality of service is outstanding in wacky s. The couple of things which is suggested by my friend lav patel is extraordinary , the items which he recommends is Antojitos, garlic bread, Mac n cheese, vegan wings and many more.

One of the best places to eat soya based wings. The fries, drink and their antochito were good too. I would definitely recommend it if you are in Sudbury for non veg as well as Vegetarian options are delicious. Vegetarian options: Veg wings, antochito, garlic bread, Fries.

Very very loud, its a family place and a student hangout from the University. There are games and music hence the noise and everyone was in a good mood. The food was loved by the whole group, my sweet potato fries came warm not hot. All I had to do was mention it and all of a sudden there was a fresh hot plate in front of me and they were good. Line up to get in, but it was a Friday night. They have something special. Vegetarian options: I did appreciate that as a vegetarian I had choices. Parking: You have to pay for parking but take a picture of your ticket and you get $3 to $5 taken off of your bill. Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see a ramp but it doesnt mean there was not one there. Give them a call.

Was a great night, I had wackys before, but I had never sat in the restaurant before. Was fun, and the food was great, I had a wrap, with some cool ranch fries.

Came in with a large group for a 2hr booking upstairs. A fairly rowdy crowd, so the difficulty in getting things going for orders was totally understandable. But the space we were sat in was half of what would be comfortable for a group of our size. It made things uncomfortable to move around or place orders. The event itself was well run, And very fun. The staff did everything in their power to accommodate us and kept smiles the whole time. Would return, but in much smaller numbers.

Love the wings here, almost every flavour we try is a good one. Service can be a little inattentive but otherwise alright.

The server couldn t understand that the garlic bread was too dark, my grandson wouldn t eat it. He took the 1/3 eaten plate away and returned with the same 1/3 eaten plate 3 times! Finally said the kitchen had no idea what we wanted so would just take it off our bill.

Worst service I ve ever experienced, family of four beside us not served for 30 minutes, waited over 20 minutes for our drinks. Server seemed off in lala land & we were not cared for in the slightest.

Great atmosphere especially if you are a music lover. Enjoyed the music videos from various decades. Burgers are amazing! Also, be sure to order the gravy with your fries. Super delicious!

I haven t experienced such poor service in a very long time. Food was mediocre at best. Much better off going next door to the dog house at least the service and food are top notch. Next time I ll be bringing my family there. This place isn t worth the cheap toys and games.

The food is great ( especially the wings ), a good spot for the family ( has arcade games ), had an opportunity to participate in axe throwing which is located upstairs ( really fun with a group of people )
