My partner and I love this place! We try to stop by every few months or so. Highly recommend the dhaba mung. Easily one of the best dishes I ve ever had. Cheese naan went well with it, too. And our server Tushant was excellent!

This restaurant is fantastic! The food and service are great. We never leave dissatisfied. My wife and I usually start with the vegetable samosas. They are nice and crispy with a creamy potato and spice filling. For dinner our usual is lamb korma, saag paneer, an order of butter nann and an order of garlic naan. Everything always comes out fresh, hot and quick. The wait staff is always so nice and attentive and makes us feel at home. Nike, our regular waiter, is always so nice, attentive and makes sure we are happy with the meal. I can t say enough about this restaurant. If you want to have a great Indian meal with great service, Zaika is the place to go.

The Indian food was exceptional! The flavors were rich and well-balanced, with just the right amount of spices that made each dish burst with authenticity. We went here to celebrate my brother s birthday and they kindly accommodated our party of almost 20 (including 3 kiddos) and were just incredibly patient in serving such a large party. The service is truly impeccable! The food is just incredible, some of the best Indian food we ve had! The Zaika Malabari chicken (medium spicy if you like spicy) is just out of this world! So was everything else we ordered including the butter chicken, goat biryani, chicken tikka masala, everything just excellent! They kindly let us stay a few mins past their closing time so we could sing happy birthday and share a cake. I would highly recommend that anyone who likes Indian food or is curious about trying Indian food give this place a try - you will not regret it!

Simply incredible! I went there with my family to celebrate, and couldnt have been more satisfied with the experience: The Gobi Manchurian was to die for; it was spicy, crispy yet juicy. The Garlic Naan was heavenly, as if clouds were given physical form and masterfully baked. The Lamb Biryani was so filling and brimming with flavor! The portion size is so great, that I was able to experience that delicious meal for lunch the next day! So if youre looking for delicious Indian cuisine, look no further because Zaika is the place.

Love the food but the pricing is relatively on the upside. My review and rating of dining experience is based on my regular take outs. However, I have never dined-in. My every take-out, the food taste has been consistent, loved the food quality, and food quantity is okay.

Delicious cuisine, the flavors are so amazing. I was recommended this restaurant by a nice family I met while at my previous job and I love this restaurant. I recommend trying anything on their menu. My favorite is the Samosas, Chicken & Lamb Briyani, and the Butter Chicken. Of course their Naan is a delicious complement to your dish. I like my food spicy, but if you do not thats ok, they will adjust. The food is incredibly flavorful, the chicken is so tender and juicy. Overall 5 star rating.

We had lunch here, the place had loud music, requested them to turn it down, but they didn t care. Ordered the lunch special,shrimp tikka masala was reasonably good, but the tandoori chicken was way too dry, clearly looked like it was cooked a few days ago. No one came to ask how the food was.. anyways we just mentioned towards the end that the chicken was not done properly.. The guy totally denied that anything was wrong with it! I would never go there again, rather have chick filet or something like that.i don t want to waste my $$ at a joint like this. I ve had better tandoori chicken and know when it s not done right.

Good, tasty food. Dishes tend to be spicey. Although in most Indian restaurants, I order medium level of spices, in Zaika, my family has to order food with low spice levels. Otherwise, the dishes tend to be excessively spicy. The Lamb Rogan Ghosh and Chetinad chicken (south indian style chicken) are excellent and worth ordering. But the Chetinad chicken will be spicy. The Lassi is disappointing, since it is not made on site, just poured from a bottle. The garlic Naan is tasty. The decor is subdued and conducive to good conversation. But occasionally, the background music can be very loud. Service is a bit slow.

Wow! I was so hesitant to try Indian food again because I had in the past and it was always so spicy but I am SO HAPPY I tried Zaika. It was absolutely delicious. The restaurant s ambiance is wonderful and the service was outstanding. Our server Tushant was amazing and suggested dishes for me to try that would accommodate my desired spice level and wow, what excellent recommendations. Everything I had was so delicious and I will be visiting Zaika again, many more times and taking family as well. Visited 4/26/2024 for lunch. Ordered the Chicken Tikka Masala (with choice of spice level) meal, which included Basmati Rice. Also, Garlic Naan and Mango Lassi. The food was tasteful and cooked to perfection, with a large portion served. The service was excellent with the decor authentic.

Amazing, the best indian restaurant I have eaten in the general Fort Lauderdale / Weston / Davie area. Very consistently tasty across dishes, each one feels different, Naans are on point and appetizers are great. Cannot go wrong here.

Highly recommend Zaika!! Came for the first time this evening and received amazing service from Tushant who helped us select dishes, as we re not familiar with Indian cuisine. We had chicken mango curry, lamb chop masala, and zaika malabari chicken. All 3 dishes were served with rice and were equally spectacular. We also ordered garlic naan which was great for polishing off the sauces from our meals. We finished dinner with a delicious dessert, rasmalai. Thank you to Zaika and our fabulous server Tushant for an overall wonderful experience!!

I had the opportunity to visit Zaida Indian Restaurant in Weston today. I actually stumbled on this restaurant by googling Indian restaurants in the area. I was not disappointed. My family was greeted by a friendly employee. The food and service was great and exceeded our expectation. The decor in the restaurant was also very nice. There is plenty of parking in front of the restaurant, which is in a strip shopping center with other restaurants and stores. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who cherishes good Indian food at reasonable prices.

This is the Best Indian Restaurant that I like to Dine-in or take-out. The Samosa chaat is very yummy. Some of my favorite dishes in this restaurant is the Goat Biriyani, Bendi masala. All the staffs including the owner Manoj, the chef Mr. Chandon are very welcoming.. Do try to visit for a beginning and you will continue to visit again and again.

This is by far my favorite Indian restaurant in all of South Florida. I ve tried multiple different dishes here and have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend their butter chicken It s my absolute favorite I also really love their tandoori Momos Channa masala and Dal Makhani.

Well Ive been to Zaika in North Miami and Ive always enjoyed their food, but when you go to Weston, OMG! Talk about great service, talk about great atmosphere, talk about compassion for theor customers!! My wife has a cashew allergy and most of their plates there are made in cashew sauce. We told our waiter about my wifes allergy and thats when you saw that they care for their customers! We must have had about 3 waiters coke to us checking up on us to see how the food was. The recommendations that they made was phenomenal! I was blown away!!! I cant thank the staff enough for being so accomodating.

The food was amazing, and my server, Tushant Kalyan, was helpful and amazing. Each time I go, I always get the lamb korma because of the slightly sweet taste of the curry. After ordering it over a dozen times, I finally received a recommendation from Tushant about other dishes they had. His recommendation was greatly appreciated. This place is one of my favorites.

Zaika has the best Indian food in Weston area. Traveled here for work from Boston and tried a lot of restaurants. This is the best. Their masala chai, bhindi and garlic naan are amazing. Very pleasant and quick service as well.

Whenever we order food from an Indian restaurant, Mango Lassi is a good barometer for how the rest of the food might taste. Mango Lassi from this place didnt taste anything like mango, it tasted like líquid yogurt with sugar or a sweet Lassi. That is disappointing. The chicken lollipop wasnt bad, but probably not worth the price. Paneer Makkhani wasnt very makkhani (creamy enough) and there was way too much oil in all the dishes we ordered. Chicken korma was the best among them all, still oily but at least a bit creamy. This is the second time we tried this place and unless they improve, we will not be going here again. Please make sure that your Mango Lassi has Mango!

Great Indian food for South FL! The curries were all delicious and well-emulsified. There wasnt any separation of oil and sauce. The Shahi Veg Korma, garlic naan, and Chicken Tikka Masala were my favorites. It gets busy and service can be slow, so definitely book a reservation. Service was friendly. Prices were reasonable for the quality. Vegetarian options: They have all the typical Indian vegetarian curries

A quick check on vegetarian friendly restaurants near me brought me to Zaika for an impromptu weekday date night with my husband. The smells were already welcoming us from the parking lot. Once seated we were warmly greeted by our server Anok. His kind and warm service were top notch. The food was outstanding. By far the best Chana Masala I have had to date. My husband also thoroughly enjoyed his Fish Malai. Everything was spectacular! Highly recommended! We will definitely be back again! I have been to the North Miami location, which is delicious, so I was excited to try this location. It did not disappoint. Everything was well seasoned and just as delicious. I would recommend pakora, dal makni and the chicken tikka masala. Nice size portions so all good for sharing.

Dietary restrictions: I came here tonight and notified the waiters immediately that I cannot eat lactose, onions and garlic. Despite this, they still served my meal on top of a bed of fried onions which was completely unnecessary and reckless. They also combined my lactose-free roti with dairy naan which is also reckless. In addition, when I would ask the waiters questions and they didnt know the answer, theyd tell me that they are going to check but never return, so I would have to flag them down and ask them again. Terrible service, you need to be more careful for customers with dietary restrictions, especially because some people have life threatening allergies.

I absolutely love this place I went there for dinner, and I was immediately greeted and seated. The waiter was amazing, always having a smile on his face being a tentative to the table needs. I ordered appetizers Samosa and Tandoori which was amazing. The spice level was a little bit spicy, but it wasn t anything I couldn t handle. I then ordered dinner which I had the lamb marsala which was really good. I also ordered garlic naan that was amazing as well. Overall, the experience was great. I love the food for the first time in a long time, I literally was licking my fingers and eating everything off my plate. I don t typically go to Indian restaurants but this one is a Must,the food is amazing. The atmosphere is cool and relax and I promise you you will enjoy every bit of it.

Zaika is small, quaint, colorful, and inviting. Our server was Alok. He was fantastic and guided us through our meal, as we did not know what we should order. The food was amazing! We had the Samosas as an appetizer, the goat siryani, and the chicken Karachi. All were delicious! Would definitely go again.

TL;DR - Overpriced, mediocre dinner experience. My fiancé and I went here on our way back home from the airport. The waiter (who was nice) sat us down at a table right next to the front door. I asked if we could move to one of the multiple nicer empty tables but he said they were reserved, which was irritating but understandable. The curries were expensive-$20 a piece but they had pretty good flavor. The bathrooms were really gross and unkempt.

Was turned away at 8:30pm. Was told that they are closed even though the website and door both say 9:30pm

Sorry, I hate giving bad reviews but twice now I have had white tasteless Animal Fat pieces which was supposed to be goat curry. One time is by chance, twice is by design. I would put a picture, but even that is in bad taste.

Food is always excellent. My hotel Hampton Inn Weston is basically around the corner so I always pick lunch up. Have eaten there a few times too. Alok is always great, always know my name Alok is very kind and sweet.

I ve been at this Indian restaurant many times since I live nearby. It has really tasty food, prices are okay and service is nice.

Some things were very good (paneer makhani, malai kofta). Some not so (breads, dal makhani). Breads were not fluffy enough and too dense/undercooked at places. Do not recommend paneer tikka.

Food was below average, paneer was overcooked or the dish was overheated multiple times, server did not have basic hospitality skills. Atmosphere was great.

The first time I went to zaika was amazing. However when I went for the second time the food and service was mediocre. It was a Friday evening and very crowded and noisy. The murgh tikka was over cooked and chewy. Kerala black pepper chicken was nothing close to an actual pepper chicken dish. Was disappointed. The only saving grace was the dessert. Moong dal halwa was delicious.

This place is so gorgeous. I go out and try different Indian restaurants and this one so far is my all time favorite. Everybody here is so kind and last but not least the food here is delicious. I can t explain how good this place is with words, that s how good it is!! This places pricing is also very very reasonable. Eat here, this place is more than amazing.

If you are ever trying Indian cuisine for the first time, in my opinion this would be the place for it. There good is packed with flavor and there spice does not take over they even let you choose which spice levels you want. The servers are also there for what ever you need. Zaika: The Ultimate Destination for the Indian Cuisine Lovers I had a wonderful experience at Zaika, an Indian restaurant in Weston, Fort Lauderdale that offers the most authentic taste, the best bang for the buck lunch special, very elegant ambience and efficient service. The food was delicious and flavorful, with a variety of dishes to choose from. I especially enjoyed the paneer tikka masala, which was rich and spicy, with soft cubes of cheese cooked in a tomato-based curry. The garlic naan was also amazing, soft and buttery, with a hint of garlic and cilantro. The lunch special was a great deal, with an appetizer ( lentil soup or samosa ), an entree, basmati rice, and naan for only $12.00. The restaurant was spacious and elegant, with a beautiful Ganesha Water fountain and soothing music playing in the background. The service was friendly and attentive, with the staff refilling our water glasses and checking on us regularly. One of the highlights of my meal was the dessert: gulab jamuns served hot in a beautiful gold plated goblet. These were soft and sweet balls of dough soaked in sugar syrup. They melted in my mouth and left me wanting more. I also enjoyed the ginger chai, which was a hot black milk based tea infused with ginger, clove. It prepared my taste buds for a delicious treat. As someone who is of Indian origin and has tried different Indian cuisines, I can say that Zaika is one of the most authentic and satisfying restaurants I have ever been to. I have tried many other Indian restaurants in FLL, but none of them can match the quality and taste of Zaika. Zaika is not just a restaurant, it is an experience that transports you to the land of spices and flavors. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Indian food or wants to try something new and exciting. It is definitely one of the best Indian restaurants in town!

The food was incredibly bland and no specific instructions were followed whatsoever. When the servers were confronted, there was no accountability and whenever asked for a manager the manager is never there. Overall, I ve been to this restaurant multiple times but todays experience was terrible. Service is terrible, food was incredibly bland, and there was no remedy whatsoever. I advise people not to come during a busy time.

Really great food and exactly what you re looking for in a local Indian spot. Up there with some of the best I ve had.

I had gone to this place with family on a Sunday (about a month back). We were a group of 5 adults. It was around 2pm, about 45min from the time of closure. We were offered seats right near the entrance (the other way leading to restroom). Even though there were 2 8-seater seating options vacant albeit marked reserved, the staff clarified they wanted to hold the place in anticipation of any party of 8 walking in. Our requests for a change of place went in vain. We chose to walk out and were amused that the staff preferred 5 guests to walk away, waiting for greener pastures, with hardly 30min remaining for closure. Sharing this so that the owner is aware, since for anyone, sound business sense would have been to go for confirmed 5 (and surely more in future from WOM) than wait for probable 8, especially with only 30min before closure.

Amazing, super delicious Indian food, loved it.

Zaika, the name says it all! It has been our favorite go to place ever since it opened in Weston location. The food quality is one of the best I have ever tasted. Staff is very friendly, owner is such a nice fellow. Service is great. They do catering! We recently had an event and asked them for many items which were not even in their regular menu(hakka noodles, kashmiri pulao etc to name a few), and even those things were made excellent. The regular menu items Paneer makhni and Malai Kofta were fantastic too. Everything was great, from snacks to main course and then the tea! The owner made sure to give us an electric cattle so the tea remains hot. Also, he added some complimentary fries for the kids(so thoughful and nice of him). The food quality being great, the credit goes to chef Chandan. He is the best. I would strongly recommend this place for all catering needs as well as regular food service. Thank you Team Zaika, Chef Chandan and Mr. Manoj(the owner)! Update 09/10/2023: Following up on the same review I gave 11 months ago, we had another party on 09/10 and had an opportunity to get food from this amazing place again. They have maintained same excellent quality(no compromise), everything we ordered was having taste par excellence. Chef even accommodated few special orders for some guests with nut allergies. Hats off to Mr Chandan the greater chef around. Owner Manoj is a gem of a guy. Kudos to the whole team, special thanks to Chandan again for cooking us the best Indian food in the country. It is very rare to get such a great quality food for Indian cuisine here in America. You guys are the best. Keep doing the great job guys, keep rocking!!! Highly recommend this place for any catering needs or dine-in or take away. Everything on the menu is worth it. The only place to go for our family.

1st time not only in Zaika but also trying the experience from another culture which was fascinating. Chris helped us, simply perfect thank you very much. 2 very humble families dinning out and we just simply said Chris we are in your hands, and he absolutely deliver with key tastes within appetizers, main courses and desert. wine of choice was key on our part. Will let the menu speak and allow for you to experience something simply amazing. Highly recommended and definitely coming back because still there s a lot of menu to discover. Thank you.

They have good food but they are very expensive for the tiny portions they are selling. I ordered a Chicken Korma and a Butter Chicken and the container was full of sauce with a few pieces of chicken. It s a shame cause the food is good but I spent $100.00 and it sure doesn t seem like I did. I won t return again.

Best Indian food we have had even compared to some pretty amazing Indian places in other states and London. Staff is friendly. Our server Prince was very kind to our family, especially our two little girls.

The food was great. The staff was very attentive. The place is clean and well lit, the furniture was very comfortable to sit on and the table was sturdy. The food came out in a timely manner and the prices were reasonable.

The food is EXCELLENT - we always get take out - I have to say I do feel a little offended by their attitude i.e. this comment - They ask, how spicy do you want the curry, hot, medium or mild, I said Very mild please. imagine my surprise when I see this demeaning comment written on the lid AND on the receipt. I m Indian and I have eaten at several Indian restaurants. This is by far the worst I have ever had. The atmosphere is fine. The service could be better. But the food is horrible. I don t understand how someone can mess up garlic naan or samosa, I m not been going to talk about the paneer makhani. I couldn t finish it, I ended up using the rice to make another meal. If you are looking to try Indian food, don t come here, you ll think our food is horrible which it certainly isn t.

Tried Zaika for the first time and left so impressed I had to leave a review. Moving from the UK/London recently, where Indian food has a second home, Zaika compares to the very best we have there. Everything was cooked with attention and delicate balance, a real sense of in-house cooking and preparation. It doesn t seek to hide behind spice or sauce, it s not oily or too salty like many places I ve tried in the US. The only faults were the 4 popadoms were 2 broken in half and that the Medium is actually Mild, yet to see if the Spicy overcompensates and blows your mouth off, but will be going back.

Our family loves to go to Zaika. It is a place where you can enjoy some good Indian cuisine. Also ask for Alok, who is excellent in pairing the naan bread that you should pick with what you are going to eat. If it is not Alok, there are more kind faces everywhere with excellent service. Vegetarian options: The Malai Kofta is delish! Kid-friendliness: Always very kind to our kids who love mango lassi!

If I can give zero stars i , could .. i called before coming drove for 20 minutes in a stormy weather .. and after coming the guy told that they can t do dine in . Such a rude and unprofessional staff .

We called them it they were open they told that they accepting dine in and when we arrived they told they can t accommodate us since they were closing . We had reached well before time . Almost drove 20 mins in stormy weather to dine here . Extremely disgusted by it . Very rude and unprofessional staff .

This instantly became our new favorite spot for Indian food. We ve been several times and everything we ve ordered has been spectacular. The service and ambiance is great as well. One of the staff, Alok, has been very attentive and always has a smile. It s a little bit of a drive, but we keep bringing more people with us. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants vol, authentic cuisine.

We are Brits living in Florida, Zaika serves authentic Indian food, Chicken Tikka Masala is some of the best Ive eaten, service is excellent, Alok really looked after us and continues too every time we visit, he is a credit to the restaurant, do not hesitate to come here if you want great Indian foos, best to book a table though as they get busy after 5.30pm.
