Had the Karizma and beef burger. Both burgers were great. Sauce on the beef burger was really good. Ordered the Karizma burger spicy and it was actually spicy.

In 2024: Been a regular for 5 yrs here. My kids love the burgers and peri peri fries.. We like the barbecue chicken and rice n spice.. just can t stop coming here.. Gabbar phirse khush hua! This what I said in 2019: Hygienic and well managed restaurant with amazing food. Love the fried chicken and all the burgers. Gabbar khush hua!

Yesterday, I came here for some chicken. Everything seemed fine at first; however, I have been feeling sick and have spent the last three hours in the bathroom. I believe I got food poisoning due to improper handling of the chicken. I will never eat here again.

We absolutely love coming here. The peri peri chicken is amazing. Such an incredible taste of Smokey grilled chicken. The burgers are very tasty too. This is a must stop for us whenever we are in the area.

I went thru drive through and picked up a 2 piece chicken meal. Fries were ok but the chicken barely had any meat, too much batter. Overly coated with batter and barely any meat underneath. The leg piece looked like it was broken in half. Really disappointed!

Thats it. No more chicken world. They have more locations but no more quality and taste. Been in Vancouver for 20 years now and this was a place to go because its halal. Last 4 experiences worst in 2 weeks. My family is on vacation so start eating out. Last week ordered from newton exchange location fried chicken but it was not cooked properly. Then this week twice. Today was the 128 and 96 location. I ordered rice and spice, and chicken wrap. Chicken inside the wrap wasnt cooked well again and it was too much over saucy , like you dont taste chicken but just sauce. Same with rice and spice. Who put half the bowl with sauce and rest half with rice and few (4 to 5) small bites of chicken. If u dont have in stock or ready just say before taking the order. I even warn Adeel Jahangir brother who runs house of chicken even his biryani and nihari always tasteless. We always let them go away with these mistakes because they are Muslim but our money is not free bee. Next time Ill save my food and will hit directly to health Canada and food inspection authorities. And this is for both brother Adeel and whatever house of chicken scott road guy name is. Plus we have more halal option. Like popeyes, mary browns and kfc now. Even Major joy chicken taste good.

I have been to few locations now and have found the food to inconsistent. The food itself is good but service varies from staff to staff and location. Packing differs. What gets me is the quality of the food. I find the downtown location provides larger portions than any of the other locations. While the one on Kingsway has the worst service and is the coldest location. Take only recommended.
