The food did not taste good at all. The beef had too much sour taste, the chicken had too much souce, the veggies were overcooked, and the rice was watery, plus the diet Pepsi fountain soda was just water. The cashier guy replaced my soda for a Sprite from the fountain, but again, it was only water taste. I do not recommend this place to eat. My experience here was very disappointing.
Favorite place to eat in the mall, love the 7.50 chicken teriyaki bowl special. Sauce is good, freshly grilled meat is awesome, and white rice is fluffy.
One of the best fast food/food court options. Descent portions for very reasonable price, on top of being delicious. Ordered chilli garlic chicken, it came with a good amount of protein and ample veggies.
Super yummy fresh food. They have chicken and beef combo. 12$ They also have some delicious homemade hot sauce for sale for like 6-7 bucks. They were very busy when I went.
I ordered a chicken teriyaki combo today. There was nobody in line so I thought I get my order first so I stood there and wait. Afterward a customer came and order the same combo as mine, and somehow get his order done first before mine. The food was extremely mediocore but the service was so terrible that I don’t want to eat anymore! I even left the server some tips when ordered as well. When I let him know all he did was blatantly apologized then move on to his next order. Hope you guys can improve the service next time. I will never come back to this stall again
I have been to many grill joints where you get to choose your own ingredients on a plate and have it weighed, paid and prepared with your choice of sauces but nothing can beat one at Central city mall food court! First and foremost freshness! Their ingredients are always super fresh! Secondly, the variety! They have absolutely acceptable and eat-worthy spread of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian items including sea food, poultry and meat! Friendliness of the staff is another best thing! The staff are amazing and super polite and kind! Method of cooking is awesome and to the right done-ness always! I like to go often and I recommend highly, if someone is looking for a fine dining meal!
We went for a quick snack grab but ended up buying dinner from this restaurant Service - Initially they were hesitant to provide a mix of chicken of paneer momo instead of ordering whole platter of both. But later they accommodated the request and the momos tasted outstanding! Especially the spicy dip along with it. Combo is a must try !! Highly recommend this place for Momos!! 🚨They have specials ongoing for Teriyaki chicken bowl. Teriyaki chicken, veggies and rice for promo price ‼️

I cant believe how disturbing it is to see . Before you eat there, look at the mushrooms not washed covered in the dirt still from the farm . If they are this lazy to wash the manure of mushrooms, i cant imagine other aspects of dirtiness.
Very expensive, their home made sauce is awful. No spice at all .they dont even have jalapeno.

Waited way too long (during non peak hours) for my food. They forgotten about it twice and it also appears they were rushing to make up for it. Meat was under cook and overly salted.
The staff is always friendly and kind. The food is delicious. I feel like its a healthier option at the food fare.

The food took a rather long time to arrive, approximately 30 minutes. The excessive amount of sauce used overpowered the flavors of the dish, resulting in a monotonous taste.

Kharel is one of the best person i ever met in the food court. I recommend him to everyone for the excellent service her provides to everyone . He is always nice and warm welcoming to everyone, i beleive we need more people like him in this world
Chicken bowl I thought was a good deal but the chicken was hard and the sauce was slightly slightly burnt which kind of ruined the taste of the food w/ the texture of the chicken combined. Took some time to get the food, staff was nice though. Just disappointed
Rice which is normally free but apparently if u only choose meat options then they charge u extra $4 which the guy didn t mention until later. This is new because it wasn t the case before. Very sleazy establishment.
I tried their paneer momos(pan fried dumplings). The taste was spot on, anyone craving for a hearty meal, this one s for you. The guy was super sweet, and I am definitely going back.
Took way too long for my food!!! Food had little to no sauce and was not spicy. I ordered the butter chicken and was extremely disappointed!!!! The portion was terrible. At least they had lots of rice. Chicken had no flavour. Overall bad experience. People are working very slowly!!!
They don t care customer service at all. Very rude . I wanted to change my order and they did not do it , i am pure vegetarian i had to pay for non vegetarian food. Bad service.

Using the same utensils for to cook beef and than chicken. Highly unsanitary as someone customers do not eat beef or pork. They don t even clean the utensils after cooking a meal, just straight to the next order. Very unhappy 0/5

The food is fantastic, all fresh ingredients and great service. I get the Chicken Teriyaki special and make it a meal with veggies, and always get extra teriyaki sauce. Delicious.

For the ginger beef bowl, the beef was tough and hard. I paid extra for added mixed vegetables, but it is not value for money. Gave me only one small broccoli and very little cabbage. Who think it is worth it?
Khral is the best!
Food was really good. Cashier took 5min to count change for a $50 bill. I usually dont complain about service but thought it was weird a cashier had trouble counting cash

I dont know why I have not done this review sooner this but here it is now. The last time I was at this Go Grill I had a veggie stir fry on rice. The man cooking my food must not have liked the look of me and gave me half the portion of veggies that is supposed to go into it, this was not the first time I had gotten on. I have not ordered food there since, which has been about 4 months or more now.

First time ordering through skip I ordered a beef chow main bowl and was given what looks like pork or chicken.
Always gives me extra meat when I order, tons of veggies. I order once a week for dinner. Was reading your COPIED AND PASTED RESPONSE. Thats why you get 1 now.
Tried the make your own bowl. Tried one with Chicken as well as With Tofu and veggies. And it was delicious. Reasonable, good portion size and taste was awesome. Will surely recommend and visit again.
I LOVE the grilled chicken and veggies. When you eat it freshly made, it just hits. Not to mention, the staff are very friendly. Probably my new go-to in surrey central. See you guys again!

Been eating here for a few years now. I enjoy the selection. Always fresh ingredients and friendly staff. Not a good selection of drinks though. But all in all great food.
Not sure if their new staff, but no ones wearing a mask. 20mins for my order and they dont even wash their hands after making orders or use the gloves. Would not come here again
I had the ginger beef, upgraded to a combo, and definitely thought it would be standard ginger beef. These guys use beef strips instead. Worked out better than if it had been ginger beef, I really liked it. Definitely way here again.

The competition of being in the food court may make you think twice, but Ive never been disappointed after a delicious meal made by them. They are always my first choice and ill always appreciate the personalized greetings and welcoming attitude. 10/10, make sure you get spicy, tastes amazing!

Amazing place. Friendly service, food is fresh and tasty. I come here every time im at surrey central. Recommended to my whole family and they love it too. Seriously good value. Only 7.50 for yakisoba, chow mein or udon with mixed vegetables and your choice of meat, grilled fresh on the spot! Yum.
Absolutely love this place. It doesnt really take that long for them to grill up the food which they do infront of the customers. One of the best grill places I know.
Ordered from skipthedishes and mentioned I have a gluten allergy. They label my gluten free dish out of all the dishes we ordered. Loved it...the food was fantastic. Only thing that could be better is the portion size, but I Will for sure be ordering again!

Go Grill is too busy going to remember I specifically asked for no peppers. This is apparently how things go at the establishment as they also forgot my drink and it was exceedingly difficult for me to receive it, as they were really going behind the counter. I recommend you go somewhere else.
This is great food on the go. I was in a hurry so I ordered the teriyaki rice bowl. It was delicious. The only downside is that it does take a while to grill... But they cook everything right in front of you with fresh vegetables and meat. Worth the wait. Ill be back.
Food is hot and staff pleasant. The value isnt great. Ordered special Teriyaki beef stir-fry bowl, paid extra for mixed vegetables. Mixed vegetables? Basically just cabbage with little else. Likely wont be back.

Food is always fresh and service is really good too! But today, I watched these awesome people, feed someone who needed it. They did it with grace and dignity! No one in the food court saw, but my daughter and I. Such an act of compassion and kindness. GOOD people work here!!!

I am one the regular customer and I encourage to all Mall visiter student and new customer to visit this Go Grill Store and taste this delicious Food. Their Express menu is also very tasty and cheap price.
Paid extra to have extra meat, got less than a spoonful in total (order + extra). Rip off.
Took forever even when there was no one in line when I ordered. People who ordered after me got their food first. I was able to feed my baby in the time it took to wait. When I got my food I had barely any chicken and no sauce.
Questionable meat freshness
Excellent restaurant, one of the best in BC! I highly recommend it for student, cheap and so delicious, I eat there every day :-)
