Very bad service I get this Dec 22 afternoon . Crews make my family wait for 45 mins standing for our order .The 2 crew messed up my order and when I told them they were laughing and told me to wait more while they look us and laugh. Bad crew behaviour

I ordered around 6 pm and it was really busy, but the two Indian girls working there were really polite and helpful. It took a bit longer for my fries, and I understand cause it was busy and they apologized and tried their best to make it faster. I appreciate their hard work and politeness. God bless these girls

The barbeque spicey flavor is super awesome. But i would say the pricing of these items are set too high.

my boo and I got some loopy fries with truffle seasoning and they were good! the fries were super crisp and the lady running the stall was very nice. A bit expensive for a common thing but I would recommend any fry lover to give them a try!

I bought the Tera size with 2 flavors and I asked the manager in charge (Lyka) if they could put aside a very small portion of just plain fries for my kids. She refused to do it as they can only do 2 flavors, I told her I dont want another flavor... I simply just want a small portion of the regular no flavored fries on the side and willing to pay for the extra cup. She again refused to do it and gave me an excuse that they cant sell or give me another cup because every cup is being audited. I mean seriously??? What kind of an excuse is that? The Kingsway location didnt had any problem with it and didnt give me any lame excuses. Im not sure why the Manager is so rude and inconsiderate, all they have to do is to put a small portion of the plain fries on the side before putting the flavors in. My request is so simple and I asked very nicely but the Manager is so unflexible and rude!!! Lyka needs to be re-trained on proper customer service, because clearly she didnt get trained on it or she just refused to give good customer service!

Never accepts cash. Staffs are lazy.

I ordered yesterday with this store in this Indian lady whos wearing glasses. She gave me a receipt and said that shes going to call me with that number. I was watching her as she finishes my order she never called the number. I was just there watching her the whole time. But she never called the number. As the days I went there I saw also that some of the employees are putting the fries first in the pans before putting it into the cup, but yesterday she just put it directly to the bag and its not even busy. The fries was stale, I really like the bbq flavor but yesterday it was different. Because the flavors are note properly coated with the fries. That Indian girl just shaked it quickly and saw that theres a lot of flavors thats been left out in the shaker. I feel that if they couldve shaken it properly it would taste better as same as everytime that i ordered a couple days ago. I really like the food here but I think they have to be consistent with the way they do it so the customer would be satisfied with their order.

Its a popular food chain in the Philippines . they serve mainly potato fries with various flavours. Very tasty, only problem is that it is on the pricy side for chips. But its good to try every once in a while.

I work in same mall. There stuff is tasty but staff is too slow ..Please have 2 people sometimes. I always wait atleast 15 minutes to have my food in 30 minutes break. the reason i or someone else will not go to buy again is wait time ..

Why is your fries always stale? I usually wait for 5-10 mins assuming its getting cooked fresh. I head upstairs and its already stale like it was cooked the day before? Staff are nice tho. Hope you guys get a different supplier for your fries.

Been a regular customer over here but this time experience was very disappointing. The lady working the manager there prepared us a wrong order, the flavour we didn t even order , instead of handling the situation nicely ,she made that our fault and that she spoke our order 2 time s whereas she didn t do that , she was rude to us and literally shouted at us. This is not the right way to talk to any customer. We never expected her to behave so childish and arrogant. Literally the worst customer service. You just lost a regular customer.!

Bad management and poor customer service. If there is option of negative rating I would definitely do that. The staff is very rude to their customers and dont ever accept their mistakes.

Always a great experience when ordering here. Brings back my elementary days in the Philippines.

Slow but worth it

This is Cheese and Chili Bbq flavours. The Cheese one is pretty salty, would recommend some drinks to wash down all the sodium in your throat . Chili bbq is savoury and have a hint of spice. Overall they are interesting to give a try.

This place should stock up some flavors for all its fries, too bad you should come with only one flavor left for many weeks. Don t expect you drive down their store that you can buy the flavor you expect or the type of fries cut you wanted. They should improve on making all thier product available at all times.

Consume it while its hot it is super tasty and mouthwatering. Its a favorite food everywhere you go in the Philippines specially at the malls and now its available here in my location.

Wasabi fries!!!! I didnt know this is gonna be one of my favorites. This store reminds me of home, the country where this store was originated. PHILIPPINES BEST tasting flavored fries!!!

Waffle Fries & Chili BBQ enough said.

Ive been excited to try out this new place ever since they opened a location in Central City and finally got my chance today. Although I waited 10 minutes for my one order of fries, I didnt mind at all as I believed the wait = fresh fries! Unfortunately, that was not the case when I received my order. The fries were soggy, visibly oily and some were even cold. Clearly were not fried all the way through. I dont think I will be going back. Customer service was great though!

Theyve seemed to improve well since opening. Fries were well seasoned, but can be crisper. $11 for a tera bucket that you can mix 2 flavors in.

Fries are consistently great every time. They make a fresh batch of fries per order so you can expect to wait a little bit longer (worth it, though). Staff is always so friendly and its exciting to see them branching out with more flavours! For sure cant get fries like this anywhere else.

Great place for something different

My wife really misses potato corner from the Philippines so always nice to go here and give her a bit of home. She loves it although she does request for extra powder like she has always done back home but never gets it Orders are usually around 5 mins or so depending on how busy they are but thats fine. Worth the wait

Ordered Tera with cheese and sour cream flavor but then when i saw other customer having barbeque I changed my mind. Spoke to cashier to change flavor wven though my order isn t cook yet. She said they can t change it when its done on system. That sucks!

We love going here to grab some loopys! My kids always fight over their ranch cheddar loopys. They taste great. The ladies working here are very nice too!

I had high hopes for this restaurant after hearing about all the hype from some of my good friends Fries were tasty! Absolutely loved the seasoning and each bite had a bit of a crunch with a soft inside. However, I warn future customers to be very clear with your order and review your receipt immediately! During my first time ordering, I asked for waffle fries in their smallest size. Unfortunately, they only had waffle fries available in larger sizes. I was fine with it and sized up since I was keen on trying their fries for the first time. I tip and pay for my order, and wait a good 10 minutes. No worries, I m sure they re making sure my order is fried and shaken to perfection. When I receive my order, I open the bag to find loopy fries and not waffle fries. Confused, I looked at my receipt to see what I had ordered: it said loopy fries. I don t want to make any assumptions, but I think there is a clear distinction between waffle and loopy in terms of pronunciation. Returning to the cashier, I ask if I can exchange them as what I had ordered was not what I wanted. According to the cashier and the manager, I had said I ordered loopy fries and the order was even repeated back to me (it wasn t), and that they can t change the order in the system. So I warn you, future customer, to re-iterate clearly your order, multiple times; maybe even record the cashier to repeat your order back so you have solid proof haha. I get it, communication has been slacking due to the pandemic; we all gotta wear masks. It s still not an excuse to provide subpar customer service. I would advise to refrain from tipping until that improves!
