Me and my girls are at spice club today, and we enjoyed there a alot and priyanshi helped us alot also she is very polite with us. We are very thankful to her for the better services.

Today I visited spice club , the food was very delicious and I also appreciate their service. I was served by priyanshi , she was very respectful and dedicated to her duty.

The food is good, but the staff seems inexperienced. Unfortunately, when you enter this restaurant, it appears that some employees focus more on appearance than on providing quality service. They lack experience in taking orders and delivering excellent customer care. Management should pay closer attention to improving the overall service.

Great service, recommendations given were good. Reasonable prices and variety of dishes. Drinks are great too. Tried the strawberry lemonade nice taste.

I loved the zafrani paneer!

Service was phenomenal. Our server Karan was on it the entire time. Food is of great quality and a must try. We tried Chicken Lababdar, Lamb vindaloo with Lacha Parantha and Missi roti. Its a must try place.

I came to celebrate my brother s birthday and the food spoiled the whole mood of my family. We were very disappointed by the food we ordered veg mix platter in that the samosas were stale and Manchurian dry and momos were also bad. Had a very bad experience and it ruined our whole day.

The staff Priyanshi was outstanding in all aspects of customer care. She was adept in answering queries and suggesting options also checking in between if we needed anything else . - chicken biryani was mildly spiced and balanced -spice flame chicken was good but we felt it was like 95% cooked and little dry, the chutney was more of only pudina and less chatpata -butter naan size and taste was good but a extra lashing of butter would make it better -veg noodles was perfect Vegetarian options: Yes Dietary restrictions: Ask the staff Parking: Yes Kid-friendliness: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Little flies hovering around our table and landing in the food. Food came out cold, you can tell the chicken has been in the fridge for a few days and heated up because it was cooked fully but very very cold. Would not recommend this place. We got our food packed and left as there was a lack of professionalism in the service after we complained about the cold food.

Ordered paneer tikka masala and tandoori roti from this store from doordash. The paneer was really good but tandoori roti wasn t great. Some were good and soft but some were really bad quality, burnt and super chewy.

First time we came here last week and it was the awful experience. We never ate the flavourless food. But first time we had at your place. It was Rara chicken.

Absolutely terrible service from the moment we walked in. We came around 7:30 pm yesterday night for dinner. The quantity of food was bad, and the quality was also not good. We asked for an extra chair since we were a group of six. They said theyd bring it, but of course, they completely forgot. We had to remind them, and they finally brought it, which should ve been common sense in the first place. They set the table with only five plates for main course, and when we asked for the sixth, it took a ridiculous 10 minutes to get it, meanwhile, the main course food was getting cold. It got worse from there. The server had a horrible attitude while we were still eating our appetizers, she said, Ill take your plates because your mains are ready, and literally started grabbing them while we were mid-bite. She didn t care at all that we were still eating, just wanted to push us out as fast as possible. She did the exact same thing with our main course, trying to take our plates before we were finished. It was beyond rude and unprofessional. And then, despite ordering all vegetarian dishes, they somehow brought us a lamb curry. How can you mess that up? No attention to detail whatsoever. Finally, when we were paying, the server suddenly turned on the charm asking about our plans and how the food was, clearly just to get a tip. It was the most insincere attempt at customer service I ve ever seen. This place seriously needs to get its act together. Train your staff properly because right now, the service is an absolute joke. Service like this is definitely not what people expect when going out to have a relaxing dinner. Also not sure whether these 5 stars reviews are all paid reviews or fake/purchased review.

We tried the malai kofta and lababdar chicken that is straightup fire!!! Shoutout to the lady serving us she was super friendly and kind! We asked for canned pop, but they brought drinks in a glass. No biggie, tho she switched it up with a smile, no stress at all! Didn t catch her name, but she 100% deserves a raise. Get it,lady, you re a real one! Overall this place slaps. Its like an upscale Indian restaurant ... You basically pay for the esthetics, however Id prefer for the effort to be put into the food & customer service .... It was a frustrating experience placing my telephone order, felt like so much miscommunication ... Then the food was nothing special ... The naan lacked authenticity as it was definitely not baked in a tandoor ... the goat curry seemed watered down & lacked flavour & spices ... also there were no napkins provided in the bag or even a small complimentary salad ... I was expecting phenomenal food but only the restaurants interior decor is nice ... All in all, its a highly priced restaurant with provides the bare minimum... It is highly unlikely I will return to give them a second chance or recommend this establishment to anyone else

We totally disappointed from services which we get and zero presentation. We didnot recommend to others. I recently dined at spice club and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service provided by our food server, named Indu.From the moment we arrived, she was attentive, friendly, and professional, ensuring our experience was enjoyable from start to finish.

We tried alot of different appetizers and they were all so good! The Indian nachos were my favourite, the Masala fries, veg manchurian and veg momos were also great. We had malai matar and shahi paneer as the main, also enjoyed by the full group. Great service by Gagan. They did forget about my drink order as it was a large group, and offered a mango shake on the house at the end of dinner which great. Trying to incentivize for 5 star reviews for free desserts and whatnot is completely unprofessional and their google reviews do not reflect their business. I was going to give this place 3 stars but now because of the terrible service I will give them a 1 star review.

We visit there alott of time, and order momos. No doubt food was good, but speed of service is soo slow. We have to wait for 30 mintues to order our food and there were just us and one more table is full. No too customers on that time, they are still so slow. And after food, we ask for water again, the lady she serves us never shows us again. Thanks

It was a distant find for us but worth coming. Beautiful ambiance and extremely good food. Surprise beverage Turmeric Ale was something I tasted for the first time, and it was one of its own kind of drink, really impressive. I highly recommend this place. Update: Impressed with the restaurant at our first visit, we decided to celebrate our daughter s birthday here. The owner and staff were very supportive. They helped in organizing the party really well. Food was extraordinary. Our guests really enjoyed every bit of it and were highly impressed with the taste. Many of them had never visited this place earlier and it went into their good books for future. Our server was amazing, she had everything in control. Also, the kind of hard work she had put into managing the event was amazing (she might have been working alone for the party due to a busy Friday evening). The Restaurant is top-notch I have visited this place 2 times and both of times server-Priyanshi , guided me through the menu and made sure our dining experience was nothing short of exceptional. Priyanhsi was attentive and knowledgeable, offering recommendations with genuine enthusiasm and much more Food Quality -Words are not enough to express their quality of food .they were simply magnificent Value for Money: While prices lean towards the higher end, the quality of the ingredients and the skillful preparation justify the cost. Rubbish, terrible , super late . We went there on Tuesday evening and it wasn t even busy but we got our food after 50 minutes. Our drinks were completely water because of ice. I would say big no for this place. I am sorry for writing this but i think i have to.

We are on Vacation from Alberta and found this restaurant to try in Surrey. They also catered to our needs of modifying dish without onion n Garlic for my mom-in-law. Great atmosphere, Tastes good and Awesome service. We ate here for days we stayed in Surrey on our Vacation. Our servers Shushi n Indu at different occasions both were great. Keep it up. One of the finest Indian Restaurants in Lower mainland. The authentic Indian taste. Service was super good. We went there for my birthday she offered us for the birthday song and took care of everything we asked for. Service was super quick. Indu was amazing, managing everything so well was very polite with all of us such a lovely Lady.

I recently dined at this restaurant with my family. While the service and food were okay, I was disappointed by the automatic 18% tip added to the bill because we were six. Paying $45 in tips for an average experience felt excessive and unfair. It would have been much better if the tipping policy was more transparent or optional. This experience left a sour taste in an otherwise average meal.

so we orderd paneer pasanda after reading the description that it has paneer sandwish in tomato gravy. what we got is basically paneer pakora in some yellowish weird gravy. moreover the paneer in the gravy was soo chewy and hard , seems like pretty old. Really disappointed. people please dont waste your money on this dish. rather try something else

Came in with a group of friends about a week ago, late at night. I have to say the service was excellent. Even the manager came to our table to check on us since we were concerned about our golgappa. The staff and manager really care about the client satisfaction, which is amazing! Also the food was very delicious.

Came in after midnight for late night dinner. Our lovely host, innayat took our order. She took her time to answer my questions regarding the dishes I wanted to order. Lovely smile she got! Our server, Tanu, was great and polite. Thank you tanu for your wishes for my long drive to states! Food was absolutely delicious! Ordered chicken lababdar and dal makhani. I have never tried such a delicious tender chicken dish before at Indian restaurant! Daal makhani had a lovely texture. I am very passionate about the taste and texture of the food/dishes I order. Brought in home the left overs and enjoyed it next morning. I did order lemonade, it was okay, wouldn t recommend that but Definitely a 5 star on food!! Ambience was great, punjabi music! Definitely a food orgasm place to eat at!! Thank you for great food and great service!

I ordered lamb vindaloo so so terrible, Im not eating it after the first bite. Tasted so terrible! Im sorry but its true, I have tasted your vindaloo before and it was delicious but today my goodness I am disappointed. I also asked for extra spicy and it was not spicy at all. Perhaps a different ingredient was used in place of the extra spice I requested I dont know but absolutely terrible tasting. Meat was also very tough, you guys need to taste your food before you send it out please. Butter chicken very delicious tho, and nan also good!

Great food options, and nice environment. The quality and taste of the food we ordered was amazing, but the quantity of main dishes was surprisingly little. Thats my only negative thought about this place. They used small dishes to make the quantity of the Entrees look bigger. However, I will still definitely recommend this place for great environment and taste.

visited for a friends birthday dinner, we spent around more than $500 but the experience fell short due to a few key issues. So the issue arose with the handling of drinks. Despite being informed that the last call was at midnight, when we ordered extra drinks at 11:45 PM, they were brought out around midnight. To make matters worse, the server returned at 12:15 AM to clear our table, stating that liquor was no longer allowed on the table at that time. This abrupt end to our evening was quite disappointing. Moreover, the ambiance of the restaurant was a significant drawback. The interior lacked the vibe of a good restaurant, feeling more like a room in someones house rather than a dining establishment.

Great place for a family dinner, will be back for date night. Great service and yummy food with a good atmosphere.

Food was great in both quality and quantity. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Ambience as well is very good. Prices are reasonable. Lot of parking available. In all a great experience

$5 for little extra golgappe water wasnt worth it as it was anyways overpriced. 6 for 15 bucks you can go to any indian restaurant and they will definitely do better. Otherwise food was good.

My party of 6 went to a Spice Club Indian Cuisine last night for dinner. We ordered 12 different dishes and not one of them dissappointed! The food was delicious, portions were generous and service was above expectations! The Indian style nachos are to die for! Highly recommended, will definitely be returning for another visit!

It was such a delightful experience at this restaurant .This location is good for family dinners or small get-togethers. I really appreciate their service, especially the girl named Mehak , she was really sweet and patient. Even my whole family liked her hospitality. Overall, it was a good experience

Very impressed! The young lady ( nickname was Sushi) who waited on our table was efficient courteous and did an excellent job making us feel special. As for the food, wow. No lies. I woke up the next morning thinking about how tasty the food had been. That s never happened to me before. I m definitely going back soon.

Yesterday, we went to spice club for birthday celebration .. great service by the staff I appreciate their service with smile which they kept throughout the time and most importantly the food was amazingly delicious we ordered veg fried momos, malai chaap, manchurian, panner tikka, karahi panner. We were on our way to the pub when we walked past this place and decided to give it a go. And boy are we glad we did! We were greeted with very friendly service despite probably being underdressed, and the luxe yet relaxed vibe with a modern and high-end interior immediately made an impression. Our server, Shrey, was so friendly and attentive, and made some excellent recommendations including the Indian Tacos with Paneer (just wow!). We also ordered the chicken tikka and malai kofta curry with garlic naan, accompanied by a couple of cocktails including the Old Fashioned (quite the spectacle), finishing with the cheesecake trio. The food was amazing, definitely the best Indian cuisine we had ever had by far and included items we wouldn t normally have ordered if it wasn t for Shrey s recommendations. Thanks Shrey! The manager, Ashman, also visited our table to check on us to make sure everything was tip-top and we really appreciated the extra care the staff had for our experience. Overall 10/10 and we would definitely recommend the Spice Club to any diner looking for a memorable evening out! Vegetarian options: Definitely get the Indian Tacos with Paneer and Malai Kofta. Both are delicious!

I got a sizzler brownie basically a chocolate brownie with icecream. Presentation was nice as it was smoky. The smoke was the chocolate brownie burning at the bottom, which smelled like literal diarrhea. Idk what your manager was thinking, when he thought to put a brownie on a sizzler, so the consumers can just eat some burnt hardened brownie. When I told the server, when she eventually decided to even come to the table she told me that Ya it will taste burnt so u were supposed to just eat it from the top I assume that your not supposed to eat the whole dessert you buy even though the portion is already small. The service was terrible, the international student server barely spoke clear English. Not one time the server came to the table besides at the end, for payment. FYI the reviews are clearly fake as I was asked to leave a good review in exchange for free gulab jamuns, but why would I?, when I clearly had a terrible experience.

Decadent tikkas (fish tikka, hariyali chicken) and buttery, creamy dal makhani are to die for! Also suggest trying out the kormas (not sweet, but fragrant and creamy).

Ordered Rara Chicken after looking at reviews and 1 plain Naan and 1 Butter Naan. Satisfied with Rara chicken but not with breads. There is literally no difference between plain naan and butter naan expect they try to put butter on top which is hardly noticeable. Sharing a picture of both types of naan and try to distinguish which is plain and which is butter.

Not worth the price & hype. We ordered summer drink & it was not worth the price. How could a small drink be for $14 with 85% ice and tasteless drink? If youre serving please dont just go for money, take care of customers as well. They are paying you - not eating for free. And most frustrating was we got the drink once we were almost done with our dinner. So if youre planning to go to spice club, dont just fell for reviews, ask them for the prices because they dont mention drink prices in their menu. Definitely, it was our first & last time for dinner here!

Not good experience with Indian spice restaurant,very bad quality of appetizers and even not give a separate glass for share the drink.

Server had no knowledge . We ordered garlic naan, which felt like normal naan. I just wanted to confirm if it s garlic naan with server , she said yes this is how garlic naan is and if you want I can get extra garlic on the side. Lol Update- We were 5 people came on Sunday night at around 10pm
