Today i went to indian club and I found that its really good indian restaurant with fine and dine place. Aditya is the manager and he deal us with very cooperative way.

The food is inexplicably overpriced and the drinks are poorly made. The water glasses set on our table were all dirty. The waitstaff lacks training on how to interact with guests. Staff is rude, won t even smile at you. Several typos on the menu, many options on the menu have been discontinued and many new items have been added but aren t on the menu. Two tables cleared their cheques and left the restaurant in front of us but the staff did not clear out their tables for over 20 minutes, the restaurant was not busy at all and we were the only people left. The prices of items reflect an upscale or fine dining experience but the service, quality and ambiance are of a dysfunctional corner joint. I don t understand how this place has decent reviews on google, they are either fake or the restaurant quality has deteriorated severely.

I visited the restaurant last night with family. We ordered starter (chilli chicken) Strongly mentioned Dry not gravy one but we got one with completely gravy and I asked them .. She LAUGHED after looking my plate and said it s normal and said this is how it is. Maybe was trying to tell me that we don t know about it. Lol and even quantity was very less. Not recommended at all this restaurant to anyone.

I ve been a regular at this restaurant for takeout because the food is great and it s close to home. However, the customer service has been disappointing recently. During one visit, the staff at the reception ignored me and disappeared into the kitchen for over 10 minutes while I was waiting to place an order. Another time, my order was delayed, and when I asked for an update, i was met with silence and unresponsive The food is still good, but the poor service is frustrating. I hope management improves this.

My partner and I came here to dine in. There was clearly a private event going on and we definitely got the vibe that we were an inconvenience to them by being there. When it was time to order our mains I was told that the item I wanted was no longer available, so, I ordered another again to be told the item was not available, so I ordered another at which point I was finally informed that the menu had changed and guess what? The item was no longer available. Why the waitress didnt tell me that before ordering was weird, why she didnt tell me after the next THREE times I tried to order a no longer available menu item is simply beyond me. It was like eating a restaurant that didnt know it was a restaurant.

Me and my frnds visited yesterday and ordered Butter Goat and masala Kadhai paneer. the food was Tasty but every single time the the piece of tandoori roti s were missing like we ordered 4 roti s and a time and technically there should be 8 pieces but we only received 6 or 5 pieces please ask you chef to snd the full amount and not to snd only few. Moreover one server girl was behaving very politely the who took our order but the another girl was in full attitude and wasn t even smiling and was talking unhappily(harshly). Orders were late too we have to w8 10-15 minutes for rotis it was not even busy.

I live out of town. My girl friends and I wanted to go out to eat and have some drinks but not at a pub, and we found this awesome spot in Surrey. My wife ordered garlic naan for takeout and I ve never wrote a negative review about any establishment ever. This is the first time because the naan was so hard and chewy by far the worst I ve ever had in 33 years of my life and it was worth publicly mentioning how disappointed I am.

I have visited at this place for birthday celebrations. And I was with my friends, we had dinner here, everything was good except the one of employee over there. Her name is Kiran because I ordered tandoori roti, she took a wrong order, even we mentioned her. She gave us butter naan, also she was trying to conceal her mistake cleverly and showing bad attitude to us. We didn t argue with her. But the thing is we were paying for order, so Instead of giving us a correct order, she gave wrong order which was her mistake and showed attitude. I didn t like that.

I ordered 2 tandori rotis through uber eats, my order was going to be ready at 7 according to the app but as i went inside and asked for it, they gave me my order right away. These don t look fresh and it just took me 5 minutes to come to my home and open my order, the rotis weren t even warm.

An appreciation post for Anna and Adii, We booked the venue for my friends Bridal shower and the arrangements from the very beginning till the end were right on point. Adii was really kind in offering pre-tastings of menu to be served on the final day and Anna is the best staff. She helped throughout our gathering, checking on every now and then. Totally worth visiting the place

We were there for the first time yesterday. We ordered malai tikka and malai kofta. Quantity for malai tikka according to price was not enough, just 4 cubes of paneer and price was $17. For Malai kofta, it was very sticky. To my surprise, price for malai tikka gravy and kind of protein were two separate entities. Overall experience was not good as we expected.

The food taste was very good and very good service by Sakshi.
