Guacamole Mexican Grill in Surrey

A great establishment with lively music and authentic Mexican cuisine. First time seeing a taco flight and it does not disappoint. Prices are reasonable. Love the churros. The sauces you get with the chips are incredible especially the habenero one. Lime margarita half sweet is my go to drink. Highly highly highly recommend!

I m very torn on this place as I know it s a family run business, and I had very high expectations going in and most of those expectations were lived up to however the food was excellent (when it finally came) the service was good (when we got any) the restaurant itself is not spectacular but it is charming , when we got there we were seated almost immediately and our drink orders taken, come, fruit punch jarrito and a guava margarita, the first 2 drinks came in a mi it s or so but the margarita was almost 35 mins later, we also ordered chips and quac which came an we finished long before the margarita came, again we realized it was a family run business so we patiently waited, we enjoyed the gentleman that did the karaoke it was an unexpected surprise which gave it a really nice atmosphere. We also ordered the taco flight ( all 9 flavours of tacos they had on menu) it came approx 1hr into the meal but was fantastic when we finally received it, I should add a disclaimer that our server did mention the 3rd piece to our order was the Molcajete ( a large steak bowl with steak, chicken, chorizo and giant prawns and veg) served with rice and bean and tortillas would take a bit longer, it came approx 1 hr and 20 mins later, we were able to track this as your made to register your license plate for free parking on an app when you arrive so it tells you when you arrived. This was an amazing presentation of food, the prawns were enormous! So again it s hard to be mad about the amount of time we waited, also should mention that we were not offered any additional drinks or even water, but I m sure if we asked they would happily bring to us. We enjoyed what we ordered a lot and we often like to find elsewhere for a dessert as it s family dinner night and we like to make 2 experiences out of one but his time we decided on two desserts as the table next to us had desserts and they looked delicious, so we decided we would get the flan and churro sundae, so when we finished our dinner we waited patiently again as we had some take home and were going to ask if we could pick that up and also order desserts.sadly that never happened . We waited and waited and no one ever came, mind you it was busy they had maybe 8-10 tables but it was not overly busy, so we finally decided to go elsewhere for dessert much to my son s disappointment and I actually had to go up to request a Togo container and pay. All in all we were there for 2.5 hrs.very good meal overall but a long wait for that meal.160$ total with tip. ( also mention a very drunk man came in and started canvassing for people to buy him food) Parking: Free parking outside but you need to register your plate number when you arrive)

Went there on a Friday night. There was live music and the food was fantastic -- very authentic and generously portioned. We had nachos, shrimp ceviche, enchiladas, burrito bowl, and soup. Everything was perfect!

Me and my sister decided to give it a try after we left this place in our saved list for a while. We ordered 1/ Quesadilla with Alpastor Pork 2/ Mango Margarita 3/ Horchata 4/ Quesabirria 5/ Tacos Flight We came when it was pouring rain so there was not many customers, which is nice so we don t have to wait. They even have a little karaoke corner for singers in the weekends. There are several of sombrero with different colors for customers to try and take a pictures for memory, which I find is a plus. Talking about food, we love best is the quesabirria, their consomer dipping sauce is just another level compared to other Mexican restaurants I had tried before, the birria beef is just so soft and moist. Their Tacos Flight is such a big portion with 9 different kinds of filling which we ended up pack some of them home. In the Tacos Flight, I was most impressed by their chicken tacos. Perfect spot for everyone who loves Mexican food. Next time, I ll come on weekends to experience their singers and other food as well

My partner and I have been going to eat here quite often and recently it s been very inconsistent. Whenever we order out it s always wrong. Half the staff don t speak English and they don t listen. It used to be one of our favourite places and given it many chances but we are no longer interested. The portion sizes don t match the prices especially when you order for take out.

Food wasn t very warm , I had the chile releno . It came with some lettuce and tomato that was so drenched with water I had to mop it up with my napkin. The beans were like soup and not very warm just like the rice. The tortillas that came with it in a basket had been over microwaved. My husband had steak fajitas he said they were not bad. His tortillas were all stuck together over microwaved. He got wheat I got corn, we re not asked what we wanted. I was finished she took my plate and the tortillas my husband was still eating. She was sweet but totally not interested in her customers just her friend at a table in the corner. Asked for a bill and was told just go up to the counter. Overall would not recommend.

This place is a hidden gem. Food was amazing, karaoke was fun, service was great, and we had a lovely time. The area near this restaurant is not known to be good, but the parking lot seemed safe. Tres leches wad amazing and I highly recommend it. Parking: Lot is very small and it is laid out poorly. But there is a second lot near the storefront one that you cant drive over into but can exit to the street then enter. Kid-friendliness: Had a high chair, small kids menu, and seemed okay with having a baby around. Wheelchair accessibility: While no stairs, the parking lot might be the worst part of wheelchair accessibility. Once inside the restaurant plenty of space for a wheelchair.

Great location, parking, great service, prices on average and great flavors, no need for nothing else. Only thing I personally dont enjoy is the reggeaton mix music. Other than that, worth the visit.

Family-run restaurant with a joyful and lively atmosphere. Came here to celebrate a few birthdays and the staff were very accommodating, patient, and kind. After our church s experience, some of us had gone to guacamole to eat together as a campus. The food was incredible!! Service was great and the owners of the place were very friendly. The atmosphere was top tier, as they had a karaoke where anyone could go up and just sing. It was fun to see the community come together to sing and enjoy each others presence. 10/10 would recommend this place!

I finally found this restaurant again. They moved a few years back, and I always went to the restaurant, but I never had the name. They are now located at 106718 King George Boulevard Surrey British Columbia V3T 2X6. I was here last night with a few people we were greeted by Rosa, the owner. She is a beautiful El Salvadorian woman who takes pride in her restaurant! She was friendly, entertaining, and always checking up on us to make sure that we were happy. Rosa recommended I try the Mar Y Tierra, I must say it was a good recommendation, It is a Top Sirloin Steak with infused garlic butter prawns, and the prawns are huge and very tasty. She also recommended for the other two people at the table to have the Molcajete, this is a sizzling volcano Rock Bowl showcasing the best of their grilled chicken with Sirloin Steak, Chorizo, Prawns (Huge), Cactus, Cheese, Mexican onions and Green Salsa. It also comes with a side of rice, beans and guacamole, and 10 corn tortillas. This was also an awesome dish and was enjoyed by everybody, including me, because there was enough food there for more than two people. The prices are fair, it is a nice place with a gentle Spanish atmosphere with pleasant music playing and enough tables to accommodate most of the customers because it is a busy place. Rosa made it clear that it is a very busy place on the weekends and there is lots of singing and Good Times going on. I highly recommend Rosa and the Guacamole Grill as a must go to place. The food is excellent, the service is excellent, the atmosphere is wonderful and it is all topped off with Rosa. Be sure to enjoy your next Mexican meal at this restaurant!
