Good food n good service..portions are very decent. Highly recommend this place for takeouts and catering.

Service and food were good but it was little bit salty may be they added salt mistakenly.

We ordered fish pakora from this shop and the pieces are very big and it tastes very bad .

Aw tho service very bad old fish pakoda no taste, and lots of water , ***fish still swimming in water***

Amazing experience! If you thought gourmet kitchen will leave you hungry, think again. You should skip several meals before visiting this amazing restaurant. Everything is so tasty, you cannot restraint yourself from having all of the dishes. Friendly staff and the rates were reasonable (portions huge). Highly recommended.

Amazing food as always with good portions.

Had to wait for pickup because they were busy but the food was great. Staff were nice and gave a free item due to the wait. Really recommend the fried fish and fried cassava appetizers. The Fijian curries were also very good, we had the lamb.

Definitely the best chicken palau I have eaten. Seriously it was the best. Was craving for the authentic Fijian style chicken palau and to my utter surprise, it was really good. Certainly recommend it. Not forgetting, the lamb curry dhal rice was awesome as well. Portions are really big as well. Thank you Chands restaurant for a great meal.

My husband ordered from here while on our trip in Vancouver because the family wanted some Fijian food. We ordered a few different curries & fried items, the staff went above & beyond for us. True authentic taste, the fried Cassava was amazing & their Imli Chutney was out of this world! We will for sure order from here the next time we are in town. Tasted like a home cooked meal.

I ve ate here a few times. When I crave a good Fijian home cooked meal they re my go to. Great customer service as well. They are super friendly :)

Fish Pakora of this place is very delicious I visited this restaurant couple of months ago and ordered fish pakora, it was delicious and since then I tried to order something else from their menu but ended up ordering fish pakora.

This is one of my favorite restaurants, been eating here for only a few months now but I am absolutely in love with the food here and the service I get everytime I come. Just ordered tonight as well and everything is perfect as always I have ordered here maybe 20 times in the last 2 months or so. If you crave Amazing fijian food this is the place. It reminds me of my aunts home cooking. I dont get to eat her food all the time anymore so this place feels like home to me. Tonight I had the lamb chow mein. Chili chicken and lamb lamb fried rice. The portion sizes are massive and wish more restaurants served this size. This place is perfect. A thousand Thank yous to veenal and Irene Chand! Keep up the amazing food and service!

This fijian food is delicious ! My husband eats here weekly and brings me home all the yummy leftovers . I highly suggest the jackfruit it is one of my favorite dishes I have ever eaten . The owner is so polite and takes excellent care of us when we dine in . Thank you

The food is ultra delicious. I ordered the Duck Curry meal, it came with the 2 HUGE roties and large portion of rice. Mind you the portion of duck curry was big enough to feed me for 2 meals. I must say, it reminded me of eating those duck curry back in Fiji. I can sincerely say this was best duck curry I have eaten in a Restaurant here in Canada. Whoever is the cook knows how to cater to those homegrown Fijian tastebuds. I stayed downtown Vancouver and this is my second trip out to the suburbs just for this meal. I am thankful that I did and I am happy. If you are able to visit them, Id say you should try it as well. Thank you once again Chands Restaurant for filling my stomach and making the most delicious meal for my evening.

Just went to Chands Restaurant in Delta. This restaurant is very popular among the Fijian community. Everything is Halal here and supplied by South Seas. The best part about this restaurant is its prices and options. I simply ordered Fijian Lamb Curry. It came along with Tomato Chutney, Fijian style Daal, Imli Chutney, Papad, Rice and Roti. All I paid was $14.99. The food was extremely delicious and offers a complete meal on budget. They use in house spices and everything is made from scratch. For now its take out only.

We were told about this place from a few people . We tried it out and really enjoyed it.

Getting a dish like lamb was thinking it might be worth it but its not the lamb curry has no taste no flavour as if they did it 5/8 job not worth the price or the amount either to tell you the truth I would have been better off making this dish at home my self.

Unfortunately I highly do not recommend this place. The food quality price for portion and service are not worth the trip down to Scott Road. Starting with no greeting upon entry given dirty old takeout menu to order from that were apparently not up-to-date and prices were raised from what was printed. Very hot seating area, stuffy. Lady didnt really seem to care that we had came in and was really hasty with us. We ordered the chicken curry which was not fully cooked. Pieces were rock hard and hard to chew. Did not taste like authentic Fijian Indian food. We also ordered some veggie curries, same issue. This was our second try hoping it would be different.

Homemade style, Traditional Fijian food.

Went with my family here, very friendly staff! Had 3 tali s and 1 stir fry, came out to $75 (18% tip and taxes included). They have boneless options and also a duck curry that isn t on the menu (ask the server if they have it in). Comes with Dahl, 2 roti, papadam and rice. The portion of curry is quite small. Good Chinese food selection as well. Could be cheaper but good flavour and good people. I m willing to pay for boneless options so it didn t bother me too much. Small restaurant.

Never Again!! I bought food from this place recently and when I opened the container at home, it smelled so bad!!! They keep food for weeks and sell them. It was very gross and waste of money. Never again am I ever getting food from here

Delicious pan. You can buy a lot of other Indian savories too e.g. Pulse candies, Chutki, Baba Elaichi etc. Lot of fun visiting this place.

Really good Fiji Indian/Chinese food. Owner is really nice, friendly. We eat here at least once a week. Hubby loves their lamb thali and they have best chicken noodle soup.

The quality of the authentic Fiji food and plating is just phenomenal. The amount of food they give you for the price is just astounding. Full Fijian style Lamb curry thali, rice, two roti and dhal was just amazing. The lamb chow-mein was so delicious as well. Bean bhora and bhangan sabji was so good. I will be back again to try the items on their menu. The service is spectacular as well. Go and try their food!

Love their Goat Thali :) The taste is phinominal and the portions are huge. The owner, a quiet, soft spoken gent who always makes you feel like you are coming to his home for a meal. The service is impeccable and atmosphere cosy. Its one of those hole in the wall places very rare and hard to find. If you found this place you are one of the lucky ones. Bon appétit

Owner Veenal is so friendly! Always smiling and working hard. The food is always fresh and made to order. The store is on the small side but Im sure he will expand when time is right as he is always busy with orders. Lots of parking, clean and happy environment!!

Fiji style curry here is pretty good

I paid nearly $15 for a portion of chilli chicken, and got little to no chicken. When I called to notify the person who took my order, he got defensive when I said I didn t want a refund but would rather he let the cooks know. He got frustrated and hung up. I believe in supporting small local businesses, but this place isn t worth the money or effort.

I love fijian food and this is the only place i go for my fijian cravings!! We usually get thalli either lamb or.goat and it comes with good quantity of daal curry rice papad roti and chutneys and all its just yummmm . We also tried FISH FRYand trust on this chands makes the besttttt fish fry we ate 2pounds of them while going for a road trip. And its just soo tasty!! LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE -small restaurnt usually busy over weekends but just feels like sitting at home and watch some television and munch on. Love the food ! Will recommend to anyone and everyone !!! If you want authentic fijian cuisine please try Chands!!!!
