Simar and Swarjit were very pleasant and polite. She did a good job with her customer service. Also, fresh slice is always our go-to after I pick up my son from school.
This is probably the worst freshslice I have ever been to. The pizza was "thin crust," not "non-existent crust." The ingredients were mushy, disorganized, it wasn't properly cooked either as some parts were raw. In all five locations; this is the worst pizza they have ever given to me. It's so ugly is almost unappetizing.
Freshslice surrey city centre doesn't knows how to cook Thin Crust Pizza.. I went there yesterday evening around 6pm and ordered Thin crust pizza. Staff prepared it in pan and it was not at all cooked from the bottom the base was still uncooked. I told the staff that the base is uncooked and still raw and they just put it again in the oven for sometime, still the pizza was not proper. Rather than staff acknowledging their mistake they just gave the pizza back. It was really bad experience. It felt like the staff was more interested in closing the shop rather than making a proper pizza. I will never come back to this outlet. I didn't like the attitude of staff, it has never happened with me at any other outlet that they gave me thin crust cooked like this.

We ordered one medium veggie pizza and when we asked for the order after waiting for 15 min she said where is the receipt even i showed her the transaction history from my account and she said what time did you ordered what kind of customer service was this . Its worst and her name is simar . I m giving this one star because there was no choice ..
