I came in the morning to pick the order. In the store 3 punjabi girls were working. When I arrived, one of them approached me to ask about my order. She told me it’s not ready yet. I told him I get this order before 10 minutes. The way she replied me that was so rude. She told me 7 minutes left in their system if you want to cancel drivers have the option. I just told him, the order came before 10 minutes. I did not use any other word. No one was there in the store, the store was empty. They were just talking with each other. After 3 minutes, she started the order. I did not understand that why these workers shows their ego. Every time in this location all workers are unprofessional. They don’t know how to talk with the customers or drivers. Her name was AMAN. Worst service by this employee.

I order a online pizza late night . The girl was working there was not concerned about her work she was communication with other guy. I know unlimited pizza should be thin crust but this time it was way thin even she was not able to properly sliced . Pizza was not properly cut into slices . Taste not of pizza was sour as she use stale dough i did not expect this kind of pizza as i had so many time pizza from this location and never happen before . It does not mean. If it's cheaper than you guys can give garbage to the customer . My kids did not have even one slice . I want my money back hope staff will properly concentrate at their work . Thank you
I am a strict Vegetarian. I bought 2 cheese slices from this store and to my surprise, it had chicken in it. It was underneath the cheese when it fell off. I, then realized that I just ate pieces of chicken. One of them fell off on the plate. I am very pissed off even now. I asked the employee there, named (Surmeet) if it is chicken and very rudely she laughed at me and said yes it is chicken. She even admitted that it must have been cross contaminated without even apologizing. She was so insensitive that she laughed at me again when I asked her if it was funny. She said she could give me another slice like why would I even want it anymore. She has hurt my sentiments and my faith. I am a pure strict Vegetarian because of religious reasons and this shouldn't even be a mistake. There were two girls working there. The second one was (Gurleen). Even though she got to know what happened & very unprofessionally, she, too didn't even apologize and both of the girls gave me attitude even while returning my own money. I am very very pissed off right now. I cried too while going home. Thanks for traumatizing me and hurting my religious faith.
Great food, it’s open 24 / 7 so it’s very convenient for someone like me who works late in the night. Helpful staff. We love this place. Jaskirat is your best employee.

Have to change my review now, this new guy doesn’t know about customer service and not sure why they have not trained him. Pizza are not properly heated up and guy was so unprofessional. It feel like i bought freezed pizza in bulk
I have visited several stores countless times, and the staff at this store are very friendly, providing excellent service, and patiently explaining to me which ingredients are paired well. The food is very delicious and the heat is well done. The skytrain is currently being repaired, and this shop is my necessary choice. I will continue to choose this store next time

Guys dont order pizza from here specially if you are ordering for your kids for school. It will always arrive late as these guys start preparing pizza once delivery driver reach the restaurant and not when they receive order from you. The driver gas to wait for 15-20 minutes before it is handed them for delivery!! And now the owner will respond by copy paste message and asking about which location it was...cant you read yourself this review is given for which of your location hilarious!!

I do not remember the workers name but I just love how they smile all the time and greet you when you enter. I was offered an any topic pizza for free by the workers. So generous, will definitely be coming to this Freshslice location more often.

There is nothing fresh about freshsclice!!! They make the pizza in the morning and just heat up individual slices as needed.... Pretty lame pizza by a long shot!
I went to the store to buy some vegge pizza. Jaskirat was really nyc and helped us deciding the toppings and sauces. Really appreciate it.
Vegetarian options: Ordered 2 medium vegetarian pizzas (create your own) and the pizzas were not fresh at all. Looked like heated up old pizza. Ot was hard. I have ordered before and it was good. My kids were totally disappointed Food

I ordered thin crust pizza from this location and it is overcooked and vegetables are also burnt. Taste is very bad and when i started to talk to them about this issue, they talk with me in a rude manner and they teaching us.

Since when do you `automatically add a tip` to a cash purchase ? I pick up my kid a few times a week at the skytrain now that they are commuting to university and going through a few receipts I noticed the last two times a tip added without asking. I get the tip on a debit machine when a customer has a choice to tip, however, there was no mention of this. Poor company decision !!

Both the food and the service has been really amazing. Jaskirat has been truley helpful in every way possible. She is really efficient, quick and provides amazing customer serive. Kudos to the team :) hire more employees like her!

I recently tried a butter chicken pizza from the freshslice pizza and it was absolutely delicious. The flavours were rich and the combination of spices was perfect The serving of the staff name Jaskirat kaur was fantastic too she was very friendly and her nature was very nice I really liked her service I can t wait to comeback for more

Food is good but service is why i constantly come back to this place. Jaskirat always welcomes me in with a smile and is always quick to respond. Food is always made well with a consistent good quality. Overall, it s good like all the other branches but Jaskirat is the gem at this place. 100% recommend.

I always go to this location whenever I am crazing for my pizza. But when I go there, theres this girl, I believe her name is Aman. Shes efficient, professional and always makes it seamlessly easy to place my order every single time. She treats everyone that walks in the door with respect and a smile. Im a regular customer at Fresh Slice store (King George). The unlimited topping pizza is my favourite. Value for money and very savory. The staff here are equally friendly and customer centric. Aman and Jaskirat were at the store. They were handling the over crowded store very efficiently and with ease, without compromising on the quality. Do visit this store. Extremely cooperative staff. We have been here for a couple of times and they have understood the needs really well about being vegetarian. Especially Gurveen is really nice to us. Vegetarian options: Talk to them, they might be able to make it vegetarian and could also change the gloves if you need them to do so.
