We had a most delightful evening out. It was impromptu for us. We were so happy that our server, Evie, took top notch care of us. We appreciated the level of attention put upon us. We look forward to making a return to the restaurant soon. And oh yes the food was delicious also.

I ordered the pasta Alfredo with garlic bread but my bread did not have any garlic on it at all. The food here is mid and I dont recommend it.

The sever was fantastic but the food was dull lackluster and the first go round of the steaks way way way too salty. They got sent back by two at our table . Management made it right by not charging them but the star of the dinner was the server who is way way way too good for this joint.

After just coming from a previous dining experience elsewhere that was okay, our server Tori went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. Tori was attentive, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. A special thank you to the manager, Jacob, for also ensuring everything was perfect. The dessert was amazing - especially the sticky toffee chocolate and ice cream. The hospitality was exceptional, and we are so grateful for making our celebration so memorable. Thank you!

My server Kirsten was good

I had an Uber Eats delivery and the staff inadvertently missed one of my items in my delivery. I reached out to the manager, Brandon and he immediately did some research. He called me back and apologized for the missed item and delivered the item personally himself. He went above and beyond the level of service expected....most restaurants would have given a credit for a future order but Earls Guilford ensured my order was complete. 5 Stars for service and the food!

Evie our server was efficient, kind and outgoing. The food was amazing from our entrees, drinks to dessert. It was quite busy for a Wednesday night, but the service was quick. Would definitely be back, make a reso though. It was packed!

My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful dinner at Earl s tonight! We got a couple things off the menu to share and everything was delicious. Earls is usually one of our go-to s so we weren t surprised by the delicious food - but what stood out to us was the wonderful service from our server, Evie. She was personable & friendly, quick but never rushed us, and always made sure we had everything we needed. She also served us with our group of friends a couple weeks ago and provided the same amazing and friendly service. 5/5 stars especially because of Evie!!!

The dining experience at Earls was tremendous. I came here on November 20 2024 and ordered the truffle butter steak. It was delicious and matched well with the subtle sweetness of the vegetables. I also ordered the white sangria which was sweet. Shoutout Evie for the great table service!

November 20, 2024: This was my first time at this particular restaurant and I was thoroughly impressed. Compliments to the kitchen and serving staff for making it a lovely dine-in experience. Finally, kudos to Evie for giving me enough time to finally decide on the truffle butter steak and for checking in every so often to ensure that the food was to my liking or if I needed anything else :)

We visited Earls last night for a birthday dinner, and I just want to take a moment to acknowledge and thank Evie, she was such a gem and truly cared about the service she was providing. It was so refreshing to have some one who was as attentive and kind as she was. Ivy also provided service at times to our table, and she was just as kind. A 10/10 experience and will definitely return simply because Evie & Ivy provided the service that they did.

I would just like to take this moment and say what a pleasant experience I had dining here at this Guildford location. Our server Jasleen was very sweet and attentive to our needs, and couldn t have been more pleased with the genuine care she had for our needs. I was looking for something that would meet my macro needs and the manager Jacob was super knowledgeable about the menu and suggested us try the Oven Roasted Salmon! Will definitely be back again!

This place is overpriced and zero standards. Ordered chicken strips/fries & pizza via DoorDash. They refunded my pizza without telling me it wasn t in stock lol. Maybe give me an opportunity to get something else? They also did not include my fries. This was a joke for the amount they charge. Zero standards. My 2 person order turned into half a meal for 1 person. I had no choice in the matter. Then DoorDash makes it impossible to get a refund. Ill be filing a chargeback for sure. Close your doors Earls if this is the standards you have. Ripping ppl off. Update: I had my boyfriend go to Earls & explain their mishap & all they did was provide a $25 giftcard. Quite laughable in the sense where one of us was left without any dinner due to their failure to communicate. Cactus and Keg are far superior. You d think honey mustard was liquid gold the way they are so stingy with it. Look at the pic. Was enough for 2 strips. Yet they charge $20+ for this lol

We went for a late, late lunch and enjoyed Happy Hour. Evie was our very gracious, friendly and helpful server. The seafood platter was very tasty as was the ahi tuna poke bowl. The seafood was properly prepared and plump and moist. We indulged afterwards and shared the seasonal pumpkin pie with a delectable gingerbread crust and chantilly cream to make it a tasty delight for our tastebuds. Earls was a 5/5 all around.

This is a newer review, I went there for lunch yesterday(Aug.28,2024) with a group of my friends from work, there was about 10 of us. We had great service and the food was also very good. I had the Pulled Chicken Clubhouse with the mashed potatoes instead of fries, it was very good and filling. Our waitress was very nice and attentive as well. She made sure everyone in our group was looked after. I also went there for dinner the next evening with one of my friends and I had the same the waitress as the day before, her name is Tori and she is a very nice and attentive waitress. I thought she was such a delight. She made sure we were looked after and came and checked on us regularly. I had the Angry Chicken lettuce wrap Duo, it was Happy hour so they were only $6.00. A good price for the 2 of them. I have always had great food and service when I have gone there, even when they are busy. Will definitely go back there for more dinners and lunches. * They no longer have these $5.00 pizzas during Happy Hour. Went for dinner, they have Happy Hour specials that are reasonably priced. I ordered the 8 Margherita pizza with ham and mushrooms added to it, it was delicious! The pizza is $5.00 plus an additional $1.00 for each topping. I mean where can you get a hand made fire roasted pizza like that for $7.00. My girlfriends also loved the food. Will definitely go back for this again. The service was great as well.

We recently dined at Earls and was quite disappointed with the experience. The burger was basic and dry, while the tortellini was undercooked and offered very little value for the price. The overall flavor was lacking, and I found myself paying above average prices for below-average quality. Additionally, despite asking for the bill three times, we had to wait excessively while tables around us, who arrived after us, received their bills promptly. We ended up sitting with dirty plates and cups on our table for far longer than expected. Overall, it was a frustrating experience with poor service and mediocre food.

Had the plant based tofu tacos and lychee martini and they re super delicious. Service by Evie was great too

i was waiting for my girlfriend and i was little bit too drunk. she went home instead. the server Luke did help me to cross the street and made sure i was safe. which restaurant does that ? 6 months later i came back and he remembered me and my name, finally i could have tipped him properly and bring my girlfriend and my friends. the manager Diana also came to make sure i had a great experience. the bartender was very adorable as well. this is the place i will go back :) Parking: plenty of spots available

And I was waiting for half and hour and no one came to meet us, then i called them and they came and just gave us the food, and didnt ask for any recommendations or serve us well. I came in the other day and the service by Vy was amazing! She was very genuine and joyful. Had the classic spinach dip to start and the steak and sushi recommended by my server, I would definitely get it again.

Our first time in Canada and we were recommended to come here for dinner. The food was awesome and the atmosphere was definitely welcoming. Our sever s name was Josh and he was very attentive, helpful, and recommended amazing food options. I ordered the Queen Bee Pizza which was exquisite. I had never had a pizza with honey, and man it was a game changer. We also tried the sushi tacos, steak frites and truffle fries; all of which tasted amazing. The manager Diana came in and checked to see how everything was. We told her the food was great and we mentioned that it was our first time in Canada. She gave us some great recommendations on places to visit. She also gave us some good tips on what places to go and what to avoid during peak times of the day. We loved the food so much that we came back one more time before leaving. This time our server was Kaitlin and she was great, we ordered the same items and they tasted just as great as the first time. The manager, Jacob, was very attentive. He made sure we were taken care of and came to double check a food allergy offering an alternative ingredient. Next time we come to Canada, our first stop will be Earl s Kitchen and Bar, we d recommend it to anyone. Thank you for the great experience and kind service you guys are amazing!!

Thanks to Jacob and his team we had one of the most wonderful evenings at a restaurant in a very long time. We polished off a couple bottles of wine and had such a wonderful meal with friends. Cant say enough about how much the service made the difference here while the food was excellent as well! We were seated just after 6:00 and left at 9: 00. Such a lovely evening. Thank you Earls!

Earls is not typically a place that comes to mind when deciding where to eat out, however, we will definitely be returning after a great evening out! Food was delicious. We were not in a rush, as we were celebrating a birthday/retirement and they served everything at a nice leisurely pace so we could enjoy our time. Staff was amazing and very friendly! My favorites were the new strawberry/guava slushy and the chicken lettuce wraps.

Excellent service deserves recognition! From our first step into the front door all the way to our departure, we were provided with above and beyond service! We dine out A LOT, and never have I seen such teamwork amongst a kind, hard working and outgoing staff! A huge reflection of management, outstanding work guys! The hostess greeted us with a warm smile and was so friendly. Our incredible server CeCE went out of her way making sure we were well taken care of in every possible way. We enjoyed talking with Brandon and their other awesome manager towards the end of our meal. Our food (Sauted Prawn Tortellini, Chicken Fettuccine, Bacon Cheeseburger, Chicken Caesar Salad and Lettuce Wraps with Angry Sauce, & Truffle Fries) was absolutely delicious all across the table! A huge thank you to the amazing chefs behind the scene. I even noticed other staff members grabbing dirty dishes off of our table and helping out in any way they could every time they passed by. Thank you again to everyone at Earls Kitchen + Bar for making our girls trip so amazing & a perfect ending right before we headed back to the states. I was at the Earls Guildford yesterday to celebrate a friends going away dinner, and it was amazing! What made it extra special was our server, Tori. From the minute she greeted our table we felt so at ease and excited to have her as our server. She knew the menu really well, she had great recommendations, she checked in with us when she needed to, and she was extremely positive and energetic! I work as a server myself and I would refer her to work at my restaurant in a heartbeat! The food and ambience at the restaurant was also so great!

I went for dinner with a friend and we ordered blackened Cajun chicken very mild with mashed potatoes and carrots because I can t handle spice. The food came with with potato salad and cole slaw. I sent it back and the manager came back with the same plate and said that he will bring the mashed potatoes and carrots on a separate plate and asked me to enjoy rest of the meal. When I took the first bite of the chicken, it was so spicy that I had to spit out. When the manager came back with mashed potatoes and carrots, I told him that I can t eat the chicken because it was so spicy. Then the server came to ask what the problem was. I told her that I am too upset to talk about it and I asked her if she didn t write our order right. Her answer was that it was computer problem. The manager came back and said that the meal was on him but he accused me of harassing the server. I told him that I didn t even talk to her about it but she insisted to know. The manager told us to leave and gave me numbers of his manager if I have to report any further. I waited for the dinner all day and was very disappointed about the treatment I got from the server and the manager. I insisted to pay because my friend ate his dinner and had a beer but manager won t bring the bill and asked us to leave.

In todays day & age, Earls seems like theyre on top of their game. Not many other restaurants can compete with them. The food is consistently great. The service Ive experienced from this location is above & beyond. The atmosphere is always clean & inviting. I always enjoy myself here. A burger & Rhino and Im set!

I came for a lovely birthday lunch with my siblings. We all ordered a variation on the beef tenderloin - mine came to me well done - Jamie noticed that I didn t look super happy about my medium rare steak. She came over and right away offered me a new steak - the second steak was great! Both her and our server Jessica were wonderful!

Last Friday, I had an excellent dining experience at Earls restaurant, thanks to our server, Sammi. From the moment we sat down, Sammi was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. They made great recommendations and ensured our orders were perfect. The service was prompt, and Sammi checked in just the right amount without being intrusive. I had a date night with my husband a couple of weeks ago (late to posting) but we were both absolutely blown away by the service of Victoria/Tori she was absolutely amazing. The food was incredible and she was so kind about my being pregnant and was beyond lovely from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend if all of the servers are like her, we will 100% be going back

I hadnt been to Earls in a long time, and had the pleasure of being treated to a night out on August 21, Wednesday. My friend and I got seated in the lounge area and were given the VIP experience service by Larry the bartender. I was unsure of what beverage I would like, so I gave permission for him to surprise me. He was super attentive and asked what types of cocktails I liked and with that information, he cooked up a wizard concoction! He came back moments later with a orange-colored drink called The Marilyn Monroe. This drink was like summer in a glass! It was perfectly orangey color, tart, sour and sweet all in one. Its actual ingredients are: Smirnoff Vanilla vodka, prosecco, passion fruit, fresh lime - 2 oz. For food, I ordered the Roast Beef Sliders and they paired super well with my second surprise drink made by Larry. He brought me a Grape Crush Vodka Soda 11.50, but he said he made it with Hibiscus syrup instead. OMG , it was AMAZING (Smirnoff vodka, concord grape, sage, lime, soda - 1oz). The next thing that happened blew my mind. The manager, Jacob dressed in a really nice suit came to our table and asked about our experience and my surprise drinks . Id never had this experience before in any dining/restaurant before, so it made me feel super special and vaguely important. Thank you Earls Guilford for turning what was a crampy day into a most memorable, positive experience. Thank you Larry & Jacob.

Had dinner here and asked for an espresso martini and asked for a little bit of baileys in it to get it creamier and the bartender charged me $10 for a shot of Baileys on top of the cost of the actual martini and she didn t even use a full shot, I watched her make it. Not to mention $10 for a shot of baileys is insane. Very disappointing, she also wasn t very attentive to us and we were literally sitting at the bar. Probably won t return to this location.

Was there Tuesday evening. It was pass the dinner hour so it wasnt very busy. Service was nice and friendly. Food was good. Some customers there were a but intimidating. Overall I would give it a 3.5.

I was craving steak, and wanted to go to Keg as we are a regular there, but my husband suggested Earls its pretty much the same. The front host was nice and asked us what are we celebrating. I told her its our Anniversary, she said I will let the server know (whatever that meant as there was no extra gesture). The waiter was also a bartender and the bar wasnt busy. We had to call him a few times to get his attention and we were right beside him. We ordered steak dinner 9 oz. One with truffle fries. When we got our ordered I wanted to cry as the 9oz and the portion size was miniature, before we even took a bite the server asked us how was everything. I said we didnt start eating yet, hoping he would come by at least once to check on us. We usually order 10 oz steak at keg, and here was 9oz, but wow what a difference in both steak size and overall meal. At Kegs I have leftover steak because I am full. Here on the other hand, I was still hungry after the $100 meal for 2. The fries didnt taste of any truffle and was cold, wanted to mention this to the server but was hard to get his attention. The steak taste great, but we asked for medium rare and it was medium to more well done. Also in Keg we get the servers check on us several times during the meals, and would always surprise us with free desert and even wine for our special occasion guaranteed. Each and every time. Usually I go to Earls for appetizers with friends, but from this experience with price being even higher than keg and still leaving us hungry, I would never come back here for a meal and just stick to Keg where they go above and beyond. After eating at Earls we went to another restaurant for dessert and picked up take out from another restaurant because we were still hungry. Other than that atmosphere was nice.

The restaurant was out of the alfredo sauce for the fettuccine pasta. Moreover,The expo took half of my sangria without asking. Worst service experience ever Increasing my review to 5 stars Christian,the manager reached out to me and Everything was perfect, and full par with the Earls standards that I have had experienced before. We had an amazing time, and I really appreciate the hospitality. The server and the team were great to us, and to add, the Fettuccine and the Sangrias were incredible too. Thanks a lot and we will definitely visit again super soon.

Our main server was attentive and friendly. Communication hiccup with asst server on add-on to entree not additional entree. Manager came to table to address any issues and assured us we would not be charged for the extra entree. Standard Earls atmosphere and vibe. However the ladies washroom is lacking and very dimly lit. Not sure if normal but dim without candles does not create ambiance. Felt like I was in the washroom of a dive bar. Food was tasty for all 6 diners. I give overall experience at Earls Guildford a 3.7 / 5

Avoid, came in on tuesday afternoon took them 15 minutes to seat us for an half empty restaurant, ended up missing their happy hour by a minute. We were not a big party, just 4 people. Oh and they let a couple that came in after us get seated waaay ahead of us. Dont bother with this restaurant

We had such a pleasant time at our Happy Hour trip tonight!! First of all the Prosciutto pizza is so so delicious and we felt genuinely taken care of by the service team, Cecelia and Jazleen. The manager Diana also came by personally which was unusual but really nice.

Hi I am Margie. Me and my husband ate dinner at Earls guilford lots of people during the time that we were there. We ordered our food and took a little bit of time to serve it to us and Jacob the manager noticed it, he came to us apologize and he said the meal is on the house. We were not expecting it. The food is so good especially their Ceasar Salad its amazing. The people who s serving are all nice. Definitely we will be back.

My friend and I had a wonderful experience at Earls Guilford today! We sat down outside on the patio right at the beginning of happy hour. The manager Jacob came to our table to discuss our options when my friend alerted our server about some food allergies which was above and beyond what we expected and greatly appreciated. We shared the Arugala and Prosciutto Pizza off the happy hour menu, and then a Caesar Salad. Both were delicious. Our server Sami was friendly, very attentive to our needs, and checked in often to make sure we were having a positive experience. The patio was landscaped nicely and there were comfortable pillows and blankets at our booth that allowed us to settle in and have a relaxing lunch. We will definitely be returning for happy hour and would love to be served by Sami again! Great local place to grab some plates to share.

Decided to visit this location after having not been in a while. I was greeted in the friendliest manner by manager Jessica, who shared her recommendations from their recent summer menu. Great service provided by Rachel, was very sweet to us and fast. The manager came by to make sure our food came out hot which was very nice. Great food, service, and atmosphere! Will be back soon.
