The food was amazing, especially the butter chicken & naan. The atmosphere is very elegant and comfy as well as it is spacious. Kids loved it! The service is a little slow, but it is good nevertheless. The price is also fair. Overall, this is a wonderful place to dine in! I highly recommend it!

Sadly place that cheats in weight for sweet items foes not inspire any trust. For a change we tried this place with small number of items across royal pickle, katli, motichoor laddu and jalebi- the fact that they would underweigh and deliver items is sad commentry overall. On top of that they have arrogance and shoddy service nature - lack is better phrase. Now I carry distrust even for food item and definitely do not plan visit later.

This place is a palace! The food and drinks were amazing, tasty and delicious. Service was so attentive, friendly, and took care of our group. Definitely coming back!

I recently visited Maharaja fine dining lounge and had an amazing experience. The food was delicious and the ambiance was warm and welcoming. Our server, Addy, did a great job. He greeted us with smile and was attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Definitely visiting this place again soon !

I was at the Restaurant with my friends & mom we was very happy with the Amazing food & Service.

My friends took me to this restaurant two days ago. What an experience! I wish I could give seven stars. We had mutton curry, daal, mixed vegetables and Raita. Missi roti. Every dish was great but daal stole the scene. First bite reminded me of my mom. Service was very very good. The owner brought small amount of desi ghee that was very authentic. He said they make it themselves. That ghee took me to my childhood days. Owner finally sent four small jalebies (we did not order). Wow! The young girl and two young men who served us deserve standing ovation. I live in Michigan. One day I am going to fly with family just to taste that food again! This restaurant deserves Michelin Star rating. Owner guy: I wish I could clone you! Keep up the excellent work!

My family and I came to have a quick lunch, we ordered 4 Bhature plates and 1 Samosa plate. The Bhature were nice although the Channa bowl was very small, not enough for the 2 Bhature that came with it. The Samosa plate came with 2 Samosas and Channa. The potatoes in the Samosas had a foul smell and taste, as if they were rotten. We let them know but did not get any replacement. Portions were fairly small but each thing was expensive. Our total came out to be around $90 CAD. Other than that, the restaurant s dining area was very nice and clean.

The place looks stunning inside, the customer service was very good. I would give 5/5 for customer service and 5/5 for vibe and how posh it looks inside. But for the food I would give 1/5. Food was below average compared to any other restaurant near by.

They need to remove fine dining from their name. There is nothing fine in the dining experience at this restaurant. The decor resembles nothing of a bar or lounge. The seating is uncomfortable at the beginning and end of the table. I had to lean forward to reach my food because the bench seat radius does not match the radius of the table top. The poor server who was trying her best was completely overwhelmed and rightly so. She was covering half the restaurant on a Fathers Day dinner rush. This establishment is such poorly run and management dont care or doesnt have the knowledge. 1.The gol goppa were decent. 2.Chicken tikka was good. It was moist and could taste it was from a tandoor. 3. Tandoori fish was disgusting. It was soggy and theres no way it was cooked in a tandoor. It was made in an oven then left at the pass to die before serving to us. 4. Bhindi masala was good 5. Chicken korma was good but too sweet 6. Lamb curry was good 7. Garlic naan had no flavor of garlic and some where so over done they fell apart in my hands

After trying to book a table at 5 different restaurants for Mothers day dinner, we finally managed to find a table in Maharaja restaurant. The gentleman Aman, who I spoke with over the phone, was very cordial and welcoming. We were a group of 7, treating a Korean friend to an Indian dinner. Food was great, service was excellent. We found the staff to be very pleasant and the ambience was wonderful too! We highly recommend the place for its food, ambience and excellent service.

Worst restaurant ever i have been to.Poor management. I was with my friends for the birthday party and the food was worst. Wouldn t eat anything they still charged us. The gap between the food was almost like 30 minutes even the service was coming to serve the other tables. They were seeing us, but not responding us very well we felt ignored. I really see this thing if you really want to ruin your day then go there. we have to leave the restaurant in the middle of our dinner, and had to go at another restaurant for the food

The worst restaurant i had ever visited in surrey.I waited over half hour for my food at this restaurant, and when it finally came, it was cold and unappetizing, dahi bhalla smell so bad and the taste was so wired . I was extremely disappointed with the slow service and the quality of the food and the management was worst.

The ambience is surprisingly nice given where it is located. It is refreshing to NOT hear blaring Punjabi music. They have definitely made an effort with the decor. The service is by far the best aspect of the establishment - the hosts and servers are genuinely friendly. The food is passable but nothing to write home about .

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill, and the staff is also really friendly. Have been there twice and it was good to see their highly professional service. Food is pretty good, especially Chicken tikka masala with lacchha prantha , and with their prices it s 100% worth it.

Amazing service , cuisine is incredible and the way they make connection and communicate is above and beyond. Above all the price is just average. Definitely you should try this place.

Worst place to eat ever! They put mustard on the paneer pakoray and chicken tikaa. We even told the waitress to make sure there was no mustard on anything after seeing it on the pakoray but they still added it to the chicken. Also the beer was brown and tasted very old, almost smelt like a bottle depot.

Sick place to eat, but food was all messed up, mustard in the paneer pakorai, and also in the chicken Tikka. The food made it out to me before the drinks ever did. I had multiple people repeating if I need anything even though I asked for the bill. We had to ask twice for diet coke and the bill and multiple food items. The beer we ordered was old and smelled like sour beer Overall I had a very bad experience, I was expecting a lot more, I would not recommend eating here again

Beautiful restaurant, which is the reason we went in to dine. But the food and service fail to impress. Same old food, nothing distinguished this menu apart from others. They have cheesecake on the dessert menu! Not something youd look for going to fine dining indian restaurant. I wish they had some fusion or unique desserts such as a gulab jamun cheesecake etc. Acceptable food, but nothing great.

Food was good. The atmosphere and decor is really nice. The location setup is kind of weird. To get in, you have to walk up a big flight of stairs. If you want to take the elevator, you have to walk to the back of the building. The service was lacking. We went on a weekday around 6pm. It wasnt busy at all. Once the food arrived, the waitress disappeared. Eventually got her attention to order dessert but after that she literally disappeared. After finishing dessert and sitting around for 15mins trying to make eye contact with someone, eventually went up and asked for the bill. It was evident we werent the only ones dealing with bad service. The table next to us left after no one came around to take their order. Another table called over someone (manager maybe) and she could be heard apologizing for the service. Overall, it might just be growing pains of a restaurant. But with so much competition for Indian food places in the area, something like bad service can definitely deter repeat customers.

Drove out with my husband for a nice date night without the kids and did not disappoint! only good ambiance

I went there on Tuesday afternoon for a lunch and we had one of the best dining experience in Greater Vancouver Area. Amazing food, impeccable service!

Excellent decor and ambiance, feels very Royal. Missi roti and naan were melt in the mouth kind. Malai kofta and butter chicken were also good. Desert was average so hopefully they improve the quality and selection of desserts offered. Price point is reasonable compared to some other restaurants. Overall I recommend and will revisit.

Food was too spicy as the server didn t ask me what spice level i want. I asked to either take the food back & nvm for it & will still pay for it but it was returned to me washed with some sweet sauce but still had chili flakes in it. Servers are trying there best to provide a satisfactory experience but they need to work more on their food quality and pest control as i reached for my water & a fly was already swimming in it.

The food was disgusting for Diwali. The shai paneer and khali dal did not have a taste. They did not give us water at the start and the took 15 minutes to give us drinks.

Its a huge restaurant, spread out for privacy and openness, classy and not noisy. The staff is attentive and eager to please but do slip up on orders with wrong items being sent to the table. The food is just about okay. Having been a regular customer at their Indian sweet shop downstairs - I had high expectations! Well, those expectations were rudely thrown out of the mind. Either the cooks were in a bad mood or whatever - the food was pretty much ordinary/mediocre. And I am really sorry to be saying that as I have taken home numerous catering orders over the last 3 - 4 years from this business establishment and have found the food to be reasonably good (if not excellent). Wheelchair accessibility: None whatsoever! Actually you have to climb up the steps (more than 25 for sure). There is no elevator/lift.
