Milestones in Surrey

This was my first visit to this Milestones location, though I ve been to others before. We had a reservation, but when we arrived, there was no one at the front to greet us. After waiting for about 10 minutes, we approached the bar and asked for assistance. The staff member we spoke with was very kind and pleasant, which I appreciated. The atmosphere was lovely, but the food was a bit hit or miss. We ordered a burger and the portobello mushroom chicken. The burger was good, but the fries were stale. The chicken and sauce were enjoyable, but the pasta tasted slimy and some parts were cold not the most pleasant experience. On a positive note, the drinks were exceptional a definite 10 out of 10. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there s room for improvement in the food quality.

No one came to clear the appy dishes, even while having main course and when done. No one came to ask if we wanted more drinks or if we wanted coffee after eating. It was like heres your food and then nothing.

We booked ahead and asked for a booth. They didnt give us one. We ordered, I went to the wash room, and lots of booths had come available. It would have been nice if they had gone the extra mile and relocated us.

I went here for lunch, the service was amazing! the hostess was so nice and was very genuine. We ordered two dishes, the sandwich trio and the lettuce wraps. The Sandwich trio was amazing, the chicken was tender and moist and the California salad was fresh. The lettuce wraps were ok, they tasted like they were frozen and had frost bite. I would def come back from the sandwich trio and the great service.

I came in here at around 3-4 with a friend. At first everything was fine, food was really good except for the server priyanka I think her name was. I paid for the bill and she looks at the bill and immediately has an attitude with me because she wasn t tipped enough? She looks at us and says how even was the service and after we said it was good she s like oh interesting and then aggressively puts the receipt down on our table and quickly walks off. How unprofessional, she needs a serious reality check and to not act like a brat. I come here often and every other server I ve had was extremely sweet.

Ive visited here a few times, and the food always exceeds expectations. The service team is excellent as well.

Fantastic food and inviting atmosphere! The roasted mushroom soup is exceptionally rich and flavorful, and the butternut squash ravioli is a perfect blend of sweetness and savory. The Miami Ice, a refreshing non-alcoholic drink, is perfect for quenching your thirst. Highly recommend for a delightful dining experience!

Went there with a friend after a movie. I guess if you do not order drinks they dont really care about you. We were hungry and ordered food right away. Food was bland but edible but I guess the wost service makes it almost inedible. I guess because we were not ordering drinks the waitress didnt even look at us after taking the order. She was right there and anytime we wanted to call her, she would just ignore. I wanted to order a dessert but she never attended us. After waiting almost half hour to 40 minutes we ended up calling another waitress at the bar who was so much more attentive to us. Didnt order dessert, just asked for bill.

The steak is burnt and unchewable. The other chicken dishes are too salty and really tasteless and the service is really bad Even Its daytime and there are no customers I really dont want to come back again I want to tell the manager but I just go

I am so disappointed at this place lately its gotten so much worse . And was so good before I love the steak sandwich so much I get it once a week ... Friday the wife chills I buy us food and relax.for the kock off the week This place has consistently got worse over each time this last being the final time ill allow to be treated like this. I see a sandwich with meat at.one side amd a half an onion on the other a drizzle of.the sauce to the point the bread is dry the thing always is cut.not this time! Zero effort put into are meal. I can go on about two other items but shes waiting g to start.the show You lost a repeat customer tonight . To bad to the stuff done the way you use to was.the bomb

I can t say enough good things about Milestones Guildford. I had a reservation for 15 people. We arrived early , the restaurant staff had our tables already set up and ready for us to arrive. The restaurant staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent and the price was fair. We had an awesome time at Milestones, I recommend this restaurant and we ll be coming back to this location again.

I just left this location and was seriously considering walking back in to speak with the manager again or if I should just cut my losses and leave. The service was okay, the time to be seated was quick but what really threw me and my partner off was the moldy piece of toast that was served with my breakfast. I only noticed it because I was packing away my food but seriously? It was a huge grey spot and the kitchen still decided to toast and plate it. With mould if it s coming out of the same bag, all of the bread was then subject to potential cross contamination, and the way that the server handled it was mediocre at best. She offered two additional pieces of toast, but realistically, why would I want the toast if the toast I already have is moldy. She then got a little plate took the two pieces off and brought it into the kitchen to show them and then the manager came out partially giggling and mentioned that they were so sorry and that they will make sure to inspect all the bread moving forward. Is that not a part of quality control already? We were already unimpressed with the Tuna tartare as the avocado was clearly under ripe and very hard yet they still used it. So clearly quality control in the kitchen is not as thorough as you would expect. The manager tried to offer something else but we were just ready to go so she mentioned she was going to take care of the mouldy issue yet didn t offer any adjustments to the bill. The server just took our cash and never came back and realistically with something like this - It should ve been taken off the bill because that s just disgusting. I guess that s not their protocol. I will not be returning because that s just extremely disappointing and not to mention disgusting. How am I supposed to feel when I don t know if I ingesting mold spores seeing as I ate a full slice of toast. Sloppy.

Havent been here in a while and unfortunately the food was terrible. The selection for happy hour was less than desirable especially options for main dishes for non meat eaters and the taste of the food was so disappointing. The tuna tartare was a creamy mess that I was unable to finish. The cauliflower bites were way too salty. The happy hour drink prices are very expensive. Hopefully they take the bad reviews into account and revamp the menu or get a new chef. The other options of earls and even white spot nearby are levels ahead. Our server was excellent and super friendly but for food and value I would not recommend coming here.

It was wonderful. THE FOOD WAS GREAT However it could be better because i almost slipped at the entrance because it was super slippery. The woman at the counter was laughing loudly for some reason which threw us off a bit but overall great experience.

While the service and atmosphere are impeccable, the food is dismal. (We went July 25, 2024, at 8pm) 1. The caesar salad was salty, with old chewy croutons. The presentation is otherwise impressive. 2. Thai curry was salty as well. The rice was hard/undercooked. Could benefit from a slice of lemon when being served. It was presented well, however. 3. The chicken penne parmesan was bitter. Yes, bitter. They charred the chicken too much and mixed with the sauce. As mentioned, the disappointing food was compensated enough by warm and all-smiling servers and the bright interior. The food issue should be an easy fix. The cook just needs to taste the food before serving. I would like to go back again after several weeks to see for any changes.

Not very good in every aspect used to be good and liked it. Food was terrible got a Flatbread Appy which should be fairly good and easy to make but looked and tasted like something you would feed cattle and did not improve from thier. Employees/managers look like they do not care and are checked out. Server we had was nice and doing best she could with something that clearly isnt working. This is second bad experince here in a row.

Always a great experience at this Milestones in Guildford mall!

I have to change my review, ive been to this restaurant about 20 times and have never had anything to complain about. Thie last visit tho.... Had to return my appetizer twice. Im positive the cook just sent back the dish to me the way I gave it returned it My main dish: mashed potatoes had a crusty film like theyd been sitting around for a while, and the vegetables were so undercooked I could barely bite them. Sad because this was my favorite restaurant in town.

Literally any place is better than Milestones. The food was super gross and the menu had items that were super misleading. That said, the service and drinks were not too bad. Do not eat here though, for real. Honestly go right below to Famoso, it has delicious pizza and great service.

Got a pitcher of Lager (the one with the cross not even sure at this point) there was a slight wiff of puke stench coming from either the bar, or the cups/pitcher. left paying the bill, tipping the waitress (Karen P) and leaving very un happy as the host refused to bother to smell it and the waitress kina ignored me at every chance. anyway weak sauce. still tipped 15% - just wont go there myself personally.

I ordered the Korean crispy chicken sandwich, it was so good! I haven t had a meal so good in a long time! Thanks Milestones!

The fish tacos were really good and a decent price when able to order off the happy hour menu.

Big servings of food. Good food. Takes time to order especially at busy times takes 45mins to 1hour of waiting.

Dinner @ Guilford Milestones...Had Steak Sandwich with California Salad & Yum Lime Mojito

Went for date night. Good food, kinda weak service but a nice location and the food is good. We d go back again

The portions are way small . I order through Uber eats Pesto pasta not worth the amount they charge $29 . Very disappointing

my goodness what happen to the food? Haven t been back in years but remember the food being not that bad. They need proper chefs. Food was so bland and hurt my stomach after. Even other people in my group were complaining about their food.

Looks good, right? So so so wrong. These are the only vegan options at Milestones. The first taste of the mushroom soup was good, but then the buttloads of black pepper kicked in. Inedible. Unless you like that flavour, cuz then you will love it. No thank you. The other option was a roasted portobello on a bed of quinoa and rice. If you are looking for bland, you found it! No garlic. No basil or oregano. It tastes like a can of generic tomato sauce was thrown on it, according to my omni dinner date. The server was lovely and brought over the manager, who was again lovely. When I said to get that yall do vegans dirty she agreed. Being a meat-ccentric menu dishes like this get left behind, was what she said before saying she will be removing them from our bill. Atmosphere lost a star only because we specifically said we dont want to watch hockey and we were seated at the table closest to the lounge we said no thank you to. Vegetarian options: Just no.

While I am not a fan of the 5* prices, the whole experience was very nice. Our server, was great.. a very very small girl, and was 10 feet tall server

Waited over 10 minutes in the front until I decided to walk to the bar to ask for help just to be told to wait infront. Poor customer service.

I m tired of service not following what I want always have an excuse.

My son had a garden burger and Cajun fries which all came to $20. The garden burger was missing the avocados and onions, and the Cajun fries were underseasoned and soggy. Milestones, please make improvements in food quality and DONT CUT CORNERS!

Any time I asked my server Daniel questions about my meal all he had to respond with was uuhhhhhhh . A server should be able to confidently answer any questions a guest has. Also walked passed my empty wine glass twice and never checked up. Food was okay.

Love their calamari! First time ordering their salmon, and it was delicious! We all enjoyed our dinner. Top it off with great service! It was a lovely evening.

I visited Milestones Guildford twice this week. Service was great both times, atmosphere was quite lively this evening, quieter during the day, as would be expected. I ordered the chicken parmesan, which turned out to be a chopped, pressed, formed, prepackaged, likely frozen product. I didnt enjoy the texture of the chicken but it was nice and crispy on the outside at least. The pasta tasted,/felt like it had some weird shortening or lard or some kind of not tasty fat all over it. My stomach has been a little upset since eating it 2 hours ago. Would return but would order something else. The burgers and chicken wings looked good. Clean, plenty of parking, pleasant staff. Okay prices.

I cant believe we have not been here before. All around fabulous experience hostess and Manager on duty were super friendly. Server was very engaging and Manager came to our table to follow-up on our visit!

Food was okay..mixed reviews at my table. Hard rice and over dressed salad from two and delicious burger and pasta from the others. Service was alright. Beautiful venue.

The food was great but the service is severely lacking, it s very slow and not entirely attentive. If you re looking for a quick bite don t come here.

Got the garden burger, best veggie burger I have ever tried, hands down! Cant wait to come back and try more of their very enticing menu Edit: had to come back and try the stuffed portobello, so tasty and such great presention, I forgot to take a pic but it paired nicely with the three thieves pinot noir and I am very full and happy, highly recommend!

Everytime I vit this place. Its always on top in every service, the staff is good, the food is good, Love their desserts and drinks. Just great place.

Overall no real complaints with milestones. A warning though for others, my wife loves the white chocolate cheesecake so we asked if they sold a whole one. We have picked them up previously from the keg, earls etc. Well they do sell them, but basically charge per slice, so the total was over $120 dollars. Next year will be somewhere else for sure.

Cauliflower bites were just right and as expected. Looked forward to lobster bisque, but was disapppointed as it was weak in flavour and in thickness/richness. Plus $2 charge for two very small and thin pieces of garlic toast. Dessert for birthday was tasty. Dulce de leche cheese cake. Service was good. Food : 2/5

Our family went there on Christmas Eve, this year being our second Christmas dinner there. The appetizers (Calamari and Lettuce wrap chicken) were really good, I think I enjoyed them better than the entrees. Big shoutout to our waiter Daniel! My mum and brothers steak was fairly burnt the first time, Daniel was very apologetic and quickly brought us 2 new steaks. At checkout, he also took the steaks off our bill, without us asking. That really made our Christmas Eve, thanks!

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Milestones. The food and services were great, and upon notifying the server of a seafood allergy, they did a detailed breakdown of menu items and possible contaminations - moreso than other restaurants have done in the past! I had the Steak Sandwich and it was very well prepared. I dont think milestones stands out among the other restaurants of its level (Cactus, Earls etc) but it definitely is not subpar to them either - it is a valid option if youre looking for a mid-tier dining experience. My experience at Milestones was awesome.

I was at the Guilford Milestones with a group of 17 relatives of all ages last night. We were having a meal the night before my dad s funeral. So all ages and some tired emotional people who had travelled all day. From the moment we came in and were shown to our seat by such a polite young man who slowed down for my husband who is an amputee, we had a wonderful time. Everyone loved their meals with the exception of not enough beets on the beet salad. I was so impressed with the quality of the food and service! I had the sweet chili chicken bowl. It was so good!! Thank you all for making this special evening memorable I m the best way possible! We will be back

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Milestones restaurant. The service was slow and the staff was unaccommodating. The food was overpriced and lacked flavor. The atmosphere was uninviting and the overall experience was unsatisfying. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and I would not return

The host that guided us to our table was okay. Ive been here multiple times, and Ive never had good service. Just a bunch of ego and an aura of not wanting to be there. Washrooms were clean. Whatever food items I buy here are always great. The cooks do a good job on the food. Honestly, the experience sucks, but the food is always good. I would just order takeout over Skip, and avoid visiting the restaurant itself.

Ate here a couple of times. Had a pretty OK burger and a Salad one evening. Not a 10 but it was a solid 8. But I came back for a brunch (benny) and the english muffin was totally undercooked/not toasted. Ever eat a english muffin straight out of the bag? Bleh. All that cooking was used on the hashbrowns however. Those were deep fried to death and totally overcooked. I still gave a extra star for having Hoyne Dark Matter beer. That stuff is the best.

The hostesses were friendly and I enjoyed my pasta. I got a mocktail that was a little bit too sweet but other than that, no complaints

We had a great experience here tonight. I really loved the chill calm vibe at the place! We ordered their coconut calamari to start with which was absolutely delicious. We got Chimichurri Sea Bass with California Salad, Wild Salmon, Grilled Chicken California Salad and 7oz Sirloin Steak for our mains. The only thing which would make the experience better is bigger portions of appetizers. Even though the Calamari was delicious, it was definitely less than what we expected for $19! Otherwise the food was very fresh and served hot. Service was great as well! Will definitely come back!

We went there yesterday at 3:30 pm yesterday, for full size food, not happy hour thing. Very disappointed about their food quality and food portion, worse than Cactus Club but similar price. Not know if the problem of the chef or Milestone s quality drops after pandemic. Won t visit again. The rice in my Tuna bowl crumbles together, it s old rice obviously. The placement of different side dishes in the bowl are small and not appealing. My husband s Meat loaf is quite salty with the sauce. His Mint and Lemon drink is bitter, too much mint and the rest is mainly lemon tonic water. The Spinach Dip is warm, but the chips are not crispy, old chips obviously again. Only wine menu is offered to us, not with the specialty drink menu until we asked for that, wonder if they want clients to order more expensive drinks although price of both drink menu is similar. Not happy with the restaurant, won t come back again.

Got the Black and Blue smash burger. It was super greasy and falling apart but the taste was good. Sweet potato fries delicious. Server was attentive to drink refills.

LOVE the long happy hours, bellini, and 1969 burger. Thier burger is arguably the best burger Ive ever had. I was obsessed with the 5 dollar bellini but since last week, this milestones has been changed to franchised. Immediately, all happy hour prices were shot up by a dollar, now milestones is not a stand out place for bellinis if theyre 6 dollars. Plus, the owners were doing electrical work on the bar during dinner service while the bar was serving drinks. Unsanitary, unsafe, and unsightly. Still good food and drinks, but used to be better. Parking: Park in the mall parking log Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator available, automatic door switch, lower seating available.

Food and service quality deteriorating...kitchen sent out dishes at different times and we had to beg for the bill so we could leave.

Nice and cozy location to have a meeting. Delicious brunch. Several options to select. The food was delicious, good portions. The service can be a little better. The restaurant inside is beautiful. One of the best locations. Clean.

This is our usual Friday Happy Hour place. I particularly love their bellinis, margaritas and their Coconut Calamari. My hubby loves their 1989 Burger. Their service is always hospitable and great, their food is good, ambience always instagrammable especially if you are by the lounge and their prices are reasonable. We will always be back.

Had dinner on valentines night. Food was majorly disappointing. Chicken parm was bland and fish tacos were rock hard and bone dry. Service wasn t anything great. Spent about $100 for 2 entrees and an appetizer. I ve experienced much better. Meh

I wanted to take a few moments to write a review of the Fantastic Brand that is Milestones. I have dined there half a dozen times in the last four months and every visit is a pleasure. The service is excellent, the venue is bright and clean, the food is always of supreme quality, presented handsomely, hot, and promptly. I work as a Chef and know how difficult it is to produce such fine food consistently. Milestones is one of my favorite venues and I always recommend it to friends and Family as the place to go for all occasions. Keep up the great work.

Wow this place has excellent food coojed exactly the way you ask them too. Our waiter wasnt overbearing, instead he knew just the right time to come, ready to serve us.He was polite, and friendly. I love this place

Went to Milestones Happy Hour. Our server was excellent, very pleasant and friendly. Checked in on us often. We ordered cauliflower bites and crispy chicken bites, both were great. The problem was the 1989 burger that came with RAW bacon, and a soggy Caesar salad drowned in dressing. Turned me off eating anything else, unfortunately.

Nice place but not a place to take your kids along. They dont have kids menu and no colouring book for kids.

Usually not the type to complain or make a stink but I think that the kitchen staff was not on their usual A-Gamethat day and the food was rushed out to fast and a little bit undercooked ,

Went for Mother s Day brunch. The food was awful. The sausage was rock hard and looked like it was over cooked and left in the oven to reheat. The bacon was hard as well. The waitress was great. The atmosphere was good. But I would not recommend this place. I ve been here before and the food was not worth the price. Won t go again. Parking: It s st the mall. I ordered a filet mignon medium rare was served medium well . Very stringy sinewy sent back asked medium t Rare second steak the same sent backbthird steak was good . I was told i am being difficult, hmm I didn t eat the first two steaks as they were overcooked I was told not to return Gave the manager ten dollars to give to the waitress as she was pleasant I hope she got the tip My advice don t order filet mignon here they don t know how to prepare

We went here on nice Sunday afternoon for their brunch menu and had pleasant time start to finish. Waitress and waiter were very nice and cups were filled frequently without delay. Food took very reasonable time to be delivered and taste was nice, not to mention reasonable price as well. Overall, we would definitely return.

Went here for lunch- what a pleasant surprise- a window seat for one which was awesome. The service was friendly and prompt. But the food for lunch fairly priced and fresh and delicious. Doesn t feel like a chain restaurant at all. We will be back:)

We had been given gift cards by family for xmas but when we tried to use them at this location we were told they were not valid for use there because of change in ownership. We were a table of 7 and my bill alone was $150 but they wouldnt accept the gift cards I had. Total bill for the entire table was likely $500. Shame on them. We wont be back

Pleasantly surprised to find that their steak menu has improved. , and yes, the steak now is spectacular. Try the rib steak.

Liked our meals: salmon salad was tasty, fish tacos looked like good portion size, burger was juicy and delicious.

Food was ok, nothing spectacular. The server only took the order & delivered our meals. She never came back to ask if we needed anything else or even refill our water jug & we were there over 3 hours. Yet they demand min 18% tip ????? For what ???!!!!!

DISGUSTING My 31 dollar wagyu beef meatloaf tasted like MOLD Spat out only first bite and threw the entire meal in the trash. My husband agreed it tasted like mold. I asked him to try it because i took one bite and instantly did not like what i tasted. Told him tasted terrible, so he took a bite and spat it out immediately and said its moldy. GROSS 31 bucks what a fail, Milestones Guildford. Never again!!! I called Milestones and they did not pick up the phone which is what brought me to write this review.

This place has gone downhill in the last few years. Had sweet chili chicken bites that didn t taste like they used to. Had a whiskey sour that I couldn t drink. That was my last trip to Milestones. Food

I had the California salad with chicken. The size of chicken was so so small for the price, shrinkflation hard at work at Milestones. Very disappointing.

Might be my second review ever and I had to come on here and say this was one of the worst dining experiences I ve ever had. I am not a picky person, if the food is bad then whatever. We started off the dinner with two appetizers which were great but the waiter took forever to come back to order our entrees. She would pass and look at us very quickly and by the time we realized to call her over, she was gone. Food came out and it was terrible. Ordered a medium rare steak and it came out grey. Waited for her to return, never did. Gf ordered the black and blue burger which came with the strongest blue cheese ever oozing all over the burger. Ate and waited for the bill. Probably 30 min before she even came and asked us if we were ok and walked away, had to call her while she was walking away for the bill.

Rice is undercooked & tuna is small portion on a big bowl on my Tuna Sushi Bowl. Meals are not competitive ly priced.

We stopped in for lunch after a morning of shopping with the grandson. The food and service was excellent.

Update: Treated the parents with a gift card I got. Again, it was an awesome experience! Delicious food and great customer service. The steak sandwich was incredible with the Galbi sauce. Past: Wonderful Milestones experience today. Service was excellent! All the food and drinks tasted delicious! Flawless dining experience! Would 100% come back to dine here again!

Slow service on a slow weekday. Food is dry and bland. Save your money, go to McDonald s instead.

I met my friend for lunch at Guildford Milestone. In entering the restaurant, I was met with a huge smile from the hostess. She asked if I had a reservation and when I said no, she asked what type of table I would like. Since my friend and were planning which excursions to take for our upcoming cruise, I requested a quiet table. She took me to a table away from the maddening crowd. For lunch, I ordered the fish taco with French fries. What a delicious meal. I could only eat half the order so ended up taking the rest home for my lunch the following day. My friend and I were able to plan our excursions without any disturbances. We both enjoyed the meal and were able to accomplish what we set out to do in a very relaxing environment. The server was very accommodating. She came by to refill our beverages. Parking: Parking is easy to get since it s located in the Guildford Mall.

Went there for dinner on Monday with my girlfriend . The food was delicious, I had the Cajun chicken Ceasar salad, nice big serving. It was during Happy Hour, so it was a little bit cheaper than the regular price. I found their prices a little high, but its like that almost everywhere

Girlfriend went to this location recently with a friend. Enjoyed it very much. My first time at this location with her. I ve worked in kitchens before and there were many red flags. She ordered 1989 burger, and remarked that it was very wet. Dripping with meat juice (fat and grease). I ordered black and blue wagging burger, mine was much more wet, but o the point that my plate had a puddle of meat juice grease, that was soaking my half fries. We both ordered half fries half Caesar. The Caesar for us both didn t fill the bowl it was in. Not just low portion but looked like it was put together too long ago, since it was drowned and no longer crispy. My Caesar also had the heel of the romaine lettuce in it. That s usually a big no no. Heal of lettuce is usually small and too dense to use. It can rarely be cleaned properly, which is why it often isn t used. Because the burgers were drowning in juices (if you are using a grill, most of this is burned off or drained) it tasted bland and gross. It basically washed away most of the blue cheese on mine. Low quality, clearly corners cut on preparation or laziness. We called manager over finally for none of that, but when the mice started to appear. It was close to 9-10pm (which is near closing time), and we started seeing mice running around. Watched them jump up into booths, there was clearly a whole between two booths and they d run in and out of there. The manager was sitting there talking to us and I was pointing. There were at least 4 different mice and they were running into each other like they were playing not a few feet away from us. Even the manager didn t want to look over cause she was grossed out. Yet they still seated us over there, and we payed a premium. Couldn t drink my water because there were 2 fruit flies in it, and we were on the other side of the restaurant away from kitchen or bathrooms. These are major red flags. The manager said she comped us for the appetizer (spinach dip. Which was meh. Warm, not hot.). We were not even trying to get free things, just concerning how much flies and mice were around, and how bold they were. When we got up to leave, mice (plural. 2) ran past my girlfriends feet. It was honestly too surprising to even be mad about. I was like the food was okay, but the red flags I don t think we ll be coming back to this location . It s not a reflection of all Milestones. I ve been to good ones, this was not one of those. Wish I had the presence of mind to take photos of the mouse circus. Literally never seen mice so brazen as to run past your feet. There were mice less than two feet from us as we were talking to the manager. That indicates an infestation if they are that bold. We were not the only people seated in that area either. There were at least 5 booths and a large party in tables nearby. Nice we re probably scrambling to get food droppings, but that is not acceptable. Not looking for free things or to complain just to complain. But I wish we were warned. It was really gross. Food quality and preparation alone I would have given 1-2 stars as it was. Mice circus was ridiculous to the point where I was upset anyone even allowed us to be seated there at all

We popped in for a break from shopping and loved the welcoming vibe and delicious warm asiago spinach and artichoke dip. Really hit the spot!

Came here for a birthday dinner and ordered 2× (1oz) Don Julio Blanco shots on the happy hour menu which are $12 each. Fast forward I got the bill and some how it was $64 for both shots. I mentioned the mistake and was told by the server after getting the bill they did not have Blanco and instead punched in Don Julio 1942 shots and that they didnt know the difference between them. They asked the manager if they could do anything and was told they couldnt. I understand if I ordered the 1942 shots and didnt know the price of it that would have been my mistake but I ordered Blanco and was not told they did not have in at the time. I work in the industry and understand mistakes happened and still tipped 18%. However it was a real disappointment and could have been easily avoided if there was better communication. Definitely be careful when ordering more expensive liquors from here.

The menu at Milestones seems to be the same, drab menu as it has been the last few years, except alot more expensive. If you are going to charge $25+ for a pasta dish, then you gotta back it up with something . Anything. My penne asiago chicken pasta was flavorless. The basil pesto they try to advertise as the star is comparable to something you d see in a retirement home, for seniors who are not allowed any ounce of seasoning or spice. In fact, all their pasta dishes seem to be like that. And are you too cheap to provide a slice of garlic toast? The atmosphere is good enough for a pricey bevy and appetizer but I wouldn t waste money on a flavorless dinner for what they charge. I also ordered the sirloin once and it was too chewy to eat. Clearly the cheapest cut of meat. It s a shame I had bday reservations here for Monday but will now be changing venues. The food is a HUGE miss, which, that s why you go to restaurants isn t it? Good food. Please upgrade your menu if you are going to charge unreasonable prices for nursing home food.

My girlfriend and I have gone dozens of times; only once have we had a neutral experience. The breakfast menu is surprisingly great and not a bad price (I find this to be their strong suit). The dinner items are good quality, just once have we found something unsatisfactory. Prices for dinner are a little steep, they did raise them approximately 6 months ago, but generally speaking on par with what you find around. Customer service is solid, rarely left waiting and easy to flag down if need be.

The worst experience Ive ever had. I ordered chicken wings and chicken lettuce wraps through ubereats and the chicken for both dishes was not cooked!! Both dishes went straight in the garbage after one bite. So disgusting, never ordering from milestones again.

Ordered on skip the dishes & for some reason, theres only a 2 inch sticker on a foot long bag. So the driver or anyone could stick there hand in & touch my food. Common sense: seal the whole bag.

I ve been here a few times but this visit definitely deserves a rave review. My friend and I were going to do some shopping but decided to have a bite to eat here first before hitting the mall. We opted to share a plate as we both weren t overly hungry, we had told our server that we just wanted to share and they were so kind as to give us each a plate of our own. Thank you for taking the extra steps to provide exceptional service!

We tried the Lobster Bisque which was not to our taste, though we arent big on lobster so could be us. , The Shrimp & Scallop Scampi was fantastic and the White Chocolate Cheesecake is definitely rich so good we shared, but tasty. Also love the Wam Bam Shrimp . Love the atmosphere. The kitchen can be a bit slow but they are busy so not too surprising. Will definitely return.

Always a pleasure to dine here as the customer service is always on point. This time we did takeout and milestones did a great job taking upon a special request to modify my online order. They never cease to exceed my expectations!

Stopped in for dinner and were promptly served by our waitress. I ended up ordering the Thai green curry bowl with shrimp which our server recommended and really enjoyed it. Nice atmosphere and quick service. Would definitely come back.

We somehow managed to get a seat with no wait on a busy Friday night. Our server Nick (forgive me, I forgot his name) was charming and attentive. Drinks came quickly and I managed to get the tail end of Happy Hour so my house wine was on sale. I had the Wagyu beef meatloaf and my husband had the Thai Green Curry bowl. Unfortunately my dinner was lukewarm but as soon as I brought it to our servers attention, the situation was remedied right away with their apologies. It was no big deal, it happens. While waiting for mine, I snuck a few bites of my husbands curry and it was great. My meatloaf was fantastic. The mushroom gravy was delicious. The only thing I would have done differently was not have the crispy onions on top, but that a personal preference. All in all, pretty decent and the cost was very reasonable.

I ve lived in the Guildford/Fleetwood area for over 10 years now and have frequented Guildford mall hundreds of times over that time but not once have I gone to eat at Milestones. Truthfully, I didn t think the experience of eating at Milestones would be worth my time and money. I was completely wrong. Our food arrived in a timely manner and was made super fresh, tasty and hot. How hot our food had arrives tells me that it wasn t sitting at the pass for too long and their timing for completing all of our entries at the same time was spot on. Honestly, I don t think I ve ever been served a burger that hot before ever. Our server, Mattias, was probably one of the best servers we ve ever had in recent memory if not in the past 4-5 years. He was quick to check on us throughout dinner multiple, multiple times and seemed like he truly enjoyed his job. I couldn t be more wrong about my initial impression of Milestones Guildford and would definitely go back in the future.

Great location, excellent service

I love the food and everything at milestone that s why I booked a table for my birthday there. However , this time experience was not good. The guy who was serving was tired of his shift I guess and didn t greeted us happily , my frnds n I tried tried to be funny with him where he totally ignored us twice .. kept rushing us n telling in 1 hour advance the restaurant is closing n servers are leavings . I always have great experience at milestone but there was 0 customer service by that guy server. Tbh even all m frnds felt he was pissed at us for being there. Update : I still keep going there , service is getting better and my favourite Bellini n meal is just too good

Still one of my favorite places to take my friends and family for drinks and a great meal. Fantastic atmosphere and the staff is top notch. The service is great. The food is consistently excellent. I havent had a bad meal here yet. And the view in the lounge with the curved glass windows is excellent. Thats the favorite place for my wife and I to sit. Things have improved even more since the change in ownership. Vegetarian options: Many salads and appetizers for vegetarians Parking: Handicap parking on the ground floor or the rooftop. The ground level has an elevator for access to Milestones which is on the second floor. Or park on the rooftop for direct access. Miss milestones as they all closed in downtown. so went to this location. Same old food. Clean restaurant. Staff are inattentive and borderline rude. Because of the staff it is not a comfortable or enjoyable environment for sitting down for a meal. I no longer miss milestones.

I havent been to Milestones in years as the quality had gone down. But I revisited today and it was excellent.

Staff is always super friendly and the food is delicious. Super convenient location, lots of parking and close to other stores and shopping. I love coming here, I do recommend this place.

Shocked that they charged us automatic 20% off gratuity because there were more than 8 in our party and not have the option to changed it back to the 15% which is what we always give. If its about inflation - well we didnt get any inflationary allowance from our earnings. I thought we were supporting their business. Don t patronize this place unless youre willing to be forced to pay the 20% gratuity if theres more than 8 in your party. Changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars simply because Andy, the manager at this location took the time to reached out to me and listened to my feedback.

Went on a date last night with my bf and our server was Lisa (i hope I got that right). She was very sweet and made us laugh, definitely gonna ask for her next time we re there !

It is milestones. The food is pretty good but on the higher side for price. The location is good but the hostess ignored us for a bit because we were a larger group I guess. The service was prompt but not always consistent. We were seating right by the windows and had a view of the terrible traffic at the main entrance of the mall.
