The Hills Restaurant and Lounge in Surrey

We went to The Hills for the Santa Brunch this morning, and it was great. Yes, the restaurant was understandably busy with it being the holiday season and a weekend but the staff, chef, and owner were all extremely accommodating and appreciative! The food was awesome, and getting to visit Santa without having to go to a busy mall was absolutely an added bonus. Kudos to Kira and the whole team at The Hills, thanks for being a great option for the residents of the Douglas neighbourhood!

We recently went to the Hills for a wedding reception and it was outstanding! The food was absolutely delicious and the venue is beautiful! The staff go out of their way to make sure that everything is perfect . We would highly recommend his restaurant for either a special occasion or a quiet dinner for two anytime!

We had a lovely late lunch here and enjoyed it immensely. My fish and chips were great, the fish was moist and tender. We had the best waitress (Madison) who remembered our order down to the small details, and served with a smile. I would be happy to return there and strongly recommend The Hills in White Rock, BC.

Wow, I feel bad for the Staff here! I went to the Hills Restaurant for Lunch with my husband and child, what is a beautiful golf course and should have been an amazing lunch was interrupted by the supervisor screaming at staff. The staff were working so hard, but it was clear the supervisor was grumpy and nothing was going to change her attitude. It ruined the entire atmosphere of the restaurant. Recommendation to Management, if you want to keep your staff, let go of the Blonde Supervisor as hearing her berate staff is not enjoyable and we will not be returning.

This restaurant is a part of the golf course, but anyone can dine in. The building looked more like a big room for events, like weddings. The ambiance was on the classier side as the tables were covered by white cloths. Service was good, but the food was a bit slow to come out. We were pleasantly surprised by the food. I want to give their grilled bread 10 stars. All of the dishes were beautifully set and everyone enjoyed their meals. The cod could have used more flavour in the curry broth. The seafood chowder was amazing. It had a liquid creamy broth and the freshest seafood. We would come back.

My family and I just went here for a meal, and all I can say is I wish we had gone sooner. We liked the food and the atmosphere a lot. Service was prompt and staff was excellent. We had a variety of dishes off the regular menu and the dine-out special menu (tofu, nachos, risotto , steak frites, tomato bisque to name a few), all were really nicely done. We hope some of the dine out options become regular items they were so good. Atmosphere was awesome too, we had a family style table by the fireplace. Will definitely come back again soon.

I frequent the hills for lunch when we have a break from work. Popped in yesterday and an event was going on and the dinning room was full. Thankfully the chef accommodated us in the coffee bar and we had an amazing late lunch. The smash burger here is hands down one of, if not the best burgers in town. It's truly a beautiful room for a lunch or an event. A hidden gem in summerfield. Desert was equally impressive and the service and care was top notch.

Just had a party yesterday and such wonderful hospitality as well as wonderful food. The ambience is just cozy enough for a beautiful date or a full fledged musical party. Wonderful staff too.
