I went to Charley s one day since I was very hungry and it was the best I put in my mouth. It was so flavourful and so delicious. I would have this again as my last meal. THIS PLACE IS UNDERRATED.

Something different to try at the mall food court

First time diner at this place. Lots of choices and combos. Really enjoyed the Philly cheeses teak I had. Nice change from places like Subway. The food was hot and had lots of flavor. Will come again

One of the worst sandwich & fries i ever had in my life. Tastes so bland & portion is really small. Tried 3 different sandwiches and none of them taste good.

I went to get their veggie cheesesteaks. I specifically mentioned that put extra mushrooms and the waitress deliberately put less mushrooms in that. Also, all veggies were so less, it just felt like cheese and bread.

I usually order and pick up the Philly cheesesteak from this location every weekend as I really enjoyed it but the last 3 that I have had recently have tasted really bad. It seems like the meat is more fatty and with a lot of chewy gross bits in it and it doesn t have a good flavour. I thought it was a one off but it seems to be the way the product is now. Really disappointed.

Friend and I were very hungry and decided to try the Philly Cheesesteak but the beef was very bland, no flavor at all and the texture of the beef was slimy. Overall, the sandwich tasted like nothin no wait, it s like eating slime. Would not come back again. Should have taken a few steps and had Subway instead. Server was nice though.

They dont put extra cheese on request. And initially they put very less cheese on fries as well.

Me and a friend ordered 2 sandwiches when asked what toppings to add to the sandwich I saw a cockroach crawling on the counter next to all the toppings. You can always tell how good a place is by how seriously they consider feedback and make things right. After a not so pleasant first visit to Charleys, I m so glad I decided to give it another try. I was really impressed with the service and the food. Everything is freshly prepared and tasted great. I now plan to stop here for lunch every time I m in the area as I like to support businesses like Charleys that truly value customer service.

The food was good but they got my order wrong. I ordered a Nacho fries and got regular fries. I guess its also my bad for not checking, but still dissapointed that they charged me more but didnt give me what I ordered.

I attempted to order my first Charleys experience but unfortunately they advertise a coupon on their Google place that they cant fulfill. They have posted twice about a free kids meal in September (on this locations page) but said they dont have kids meals and couldnt help me. Unfortunately my first Charleys experience was disappointing.

Ordered two cheesesteak here, one Philly classic and one Mushroom Swiss. They taste exactly like each other. The sandwich was hot, sure, but there is no liquid cheese. What is a cheesesteak without all the liquid cheese??? We ordered cheese fries on the side and that had more cheese than the two sandwich combined. The other poutine was cold and the cheese curds didnt melt at all. I spent $31 for this. Not worth the purchase and will not come back again.

Was so excited to try this place out. I love cheese and I thought this can actually be the best. From the get go, people who work here are so tired and sad that I was like do you want me to make my own sandwich so you can rest. I got the classic Philly Cheesesteaks and my husband got Mushroom Swiss Steak. They both tasted exactly the same. We had such a hard time finding the cheese. We were wondering if they forgot the cheese. Our poutine tasted really bad. With powder gravy that was the worst kind. It was so cold that the cheese did not melt at all. I couldn t eat it. The cheese fries were good. That s the 2 stars for. Real cheesy and bacon added a very nice flavour. Nothing can go wrong with bacon. My regular sandwich had same meat as my husband s large sandwich. His was just a bit longer. When they spread it in a larger bread it looks actually less meat in it. Our fries came way later than the sandwich. The worst part was when she put the bread and sandwich on the counter to add the inside filling. The meat fell off the sandwich and she scooped it up with her hands and put them back in the sandwich. The money did not worth what we got. Definitely won t come back and don t recommend it at all.

The food tastes mostly good, but the Ultimate fries tasted like I was just eating salt, which makes sense since they account for 70% of your daily sodium intake. I checked the nutrition info and pretty much all the food items are high in sodium, with 35 of the sandwiches/fries over the 50% mark (I dont remember if they serve breakfast items here so I didnt include them, but if so that number jumps to 42). To compare, McDonalds has 6 items over 50%. I get that this is fast food, but thats a little excessive, dont you think?

Been here many times to get the Cheese Steak and never had any problems but I decided to try the Nacho Fries and within an hour of eating them my stomach starts rolling and big pain with diarrhea. So I go to tell them the next day and I get looked at like no it couldnt be! Well yes, there was definitely something wrong with what I ate and the real kicker, not just the diarrhea, that when I went to complain there was no attempt to say sorry just say really the Nacho Fries. Thats right you Nacho going to see me there ever again! Its not always the issue thats the problem, its hows its handled and fixed after.

I ordered 1 philly cheese steak , 1 bacon 3 cheese steak and 1 chicken teriyaki sandwich. all combos with cheese bacon fries, poutine fries and regular fries through Doordash. food was hot, fresh, delicious and filling. it was worth every penny we spent. definitely will order again.

I love their sandwiches but we just ordered sandwiches on skip that were supposed to come with onions, peppers, and mushrooms and they sent us cheese and meat in a bun with none of the other stuff its supposed to come with. Im really disappointed. I was looking forward to my sandwich.

Worst customer service. This has happened to me not once but at least 3 times before but finally im going to complain. I arrive at this store at 10 mins before they close and the staff would always say they are already close. This is very frustating because when you try to tell them that its 7 pm yet they will always say they close early. I even ask for the managers name and the staff name but they refuse to give it to me. They are more concerned in going home early than serving customers. I have worked at customer service before and when we close at 7 pm then we will stop serving customers by 7 pm and not before 7 pm as what your staff always do. I hope my concern would be relayed to the owner as im looking forward to talk to him regarding this issue

Good prices and up there with the more high quality fast food places like a&w. Its no gourmet meal but it doesnt give you that gross stomach feel youd get from eating the same amount of McDonalds or KFC. Just greasy enough to kill that fast food craving without making you barf.

I had ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and a side fries with it. The fries came in a 4oz cup but written on it was 12oz. Not a fair price for the portion of a fries given.

I often go to charleys for 10/10 food and awesoem service with a smile and sincere .appreciation. today my sandwhich was mad ebye a new lady ive never seen a bit older. Its hard to find good service in surrey. I said please thank you. No responce. Usualy the ladys zig zag the sauce accross my sandwhich and evenly distrubute it. She just blooped ot right i nthe middle. Did a lazy job of putting lettuce on it was a mess. It wasnt even busy no call for a rush. Wat really was weird is no thank you after i said it. Get to my table the sandwhich isnt even cut all thebway thrum i expect this service from subway but this place standsout. This employee is bad and the energy is bad she doesnt seem like she wants to work there at all.

Good but they barley put any cheese on the sub picture showed lots of cheese got chicken Buffalo sandwhich. Update I ordered though Uber today and they gave me a small drink and small sandwhich I payed 3$ extra dollars for regular size.

I grabbed food there mostly to just to try it. I like these types sandwiches. I was surprised just how good it was for random chain / fast food. The small was bit small but larger ones are not that more expensive for the size increase. I dont normally rate place I have only been once but for a random food court place I was really happy with it and will be back.

Definitely did not expect this level of tastiness from some random food court stop. We tried it out of the blue not long ago and have eaten there at least a dozen times since. Ever since my favorite philly steak place in Langley closed down, Ive been desperate for a replacement and Charleys filled it tenfold!

This is 100% better than subway and even other gourmet sandwich shops. The bread is tasty and the meat is prepared to order. I wish there were more locatjons.

There is no doubt the sandwiches are delicious ! Today, I ordered large mushroom and Swiss! The employee asked if I wanted lettuce, as she already put so much on it without even waiting for my response ! I never eat lettuce so I said no and then she tried to take it out, there was still some left ! I asked to have another sandwich made ! She wasn t even listening ! The other lady made me a new one !

Too expensive for what we had. Lunch on August 22, 2017. We ordered a #7 large Philly cheese steak for two at $11.99 or $12.59 with 5% provincial tax. The restaurant counter is in a large shopping center with several other restaurants of the same type. There were enough places to sit with lots of activity due to the crowds of people circulating there or who were also on a meal break. Nothing calm then. We think it was too expensive for what we had but it was still very edible. Our cashier was named Parminder K. We have three photos to share with you. The food is of good quality and it is made fairly quickly. Although the mall can be quite busy and noisy at lunch time, this is one place that would be worth getting through the rush. The prices here are decent as well: a small sized sandwich with a small fountain drink are around $7.00 - $8.00 with the sandwich being filling.

The staff get super flustered when they are busy, they have trouble understanding English. I ordered a combo and only got a sandwich. And was told I have to pay more, so I did. But unfortunately I watched her make my sandwich directly after coming from the til, which is big no no from me. Won t be taking my business here any more

They have an excellent selection. Just the right amount of spices. Just you have to make sure that you tell them before they start putting on all over your sub.

My boyfriend and I were walking around the food court deciding what to get. Charleys Philly Steaks was nowhere in our radar but as we were walking by we were offered a sample of the chicken teriyaki sandwich. Let me say, it was amazing. Immediately we made our decision and both got a combo. I was amazed at the teamwork involved in the workers. Its rare to see that in fast food resturants. Not to mention not one person was standing around. They were all moving and working together to get everyones orders out. I would reccomend this place to anyone. Great food, great service.

Good fast service but couldnt always hear what one of the assistants was saying because Mall was noisy. Food was what it said it was - a hot sub. BUT, speciality lemonade was good and the ones with added fruit (I had blueberry) are spectacular!

Never heard of Charleys until this location opened. When Im craving a decent, quick, and fresh philly cheese, this is the place I go.

The meat tastes good but Im not a fan of the bread it is so hard to chew on. I ordered a cheese and bacon fries and the fries were undercooked.

Meat was very good and cooked well, its just a bit pricey if you want a full sub or combo.

I eat here every time Im out that way. Way better than Subway or Quiznos. I usually get the chicken and one of their special fries. Definitely worth a try if you were thinking about it.
