Amazing lunch Experience I recently visited at osmows surrey and I can honestly say it was one of the best lunch experiences Ive had in a long time! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the perfect tone for the evening . there is a girl her name is seerat . she is very good and provide me great experience in customer services

I went twice,one time was pickup,but the 2 nd time we are there.taste pricing n service is top....if the portion size is increased,will make alot more business than what can be expected from this size of business. Over all its my go to place for Sharma. Food

This place really need to learn how to deal with customers. The front girl miss manpreet was very rude. As we were waiting outside because the door was stuck and we didn t know about that and thought it was closed. When we knocked on the door the front girl miss manpreet (shift lead )just ignored us as it was 0 degree outside we are shivering then we called at the place she answered the call that the door was open as it stuck. She said in that way that it is our fault that the door is stuck. She also makes weird faces like that we own her something. Finally she served the food which was not good. This is my first and last visit to that place.

Not sure what kind of people are working here, ordered 2 baklava boxes on ubereats and was given some cheesecake? Wasted my money! If you were out of it you could ve called me and refunded my money instead of sending me anything you like. Now ubereats if refusing to give me my money. Nonsense.

I had wonderful experience at osmow s restaurant surrey. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was perfect. I tried falafal wrap which is tasty fresh and flavorful.

Tried this restaurant as it is newish to the area however it was a bad experience from the start . While ordering I was asking about allergies and 3 different staff members were pulled to the til by one another as none could understand what I was asking . It wasnt until somebody finally got a lady whos tag said manager before I could finally be served . The food itself was very bland and fell short on flavor. The upside to their food compared to other restaurants with the same items is that theirs is less oily . Food allergies can be life and death for people and all staff should be able to communicate with guests . As long as you dont have allergies you will probably have a better experience than I did .

Charging extra for everything. Extra for onions, garlic sauce, even hot sauce. I might stop coming here. Donair dude or donair affair is better in this case. The food is good. Im a regular customer since they opened.

Im not sure how they can call it shawarma. The chicken was mediocre at best and really its no different than any other chicken wrap you can get. Sure there was a very very mild flavouring on the chicken but you could get the same from the Shawarma seasoning at subway.

They served me dry expired chicken. On top of that, some of the veggies were going bad & soggy. They must have known what they were handing out. There is no way they didnt see the dry chicken it was so obviously visible.

Today is the first time I m disappointed in the shawarma. I order for the chicken on rock with some onion it is the first time I tried Shawarma in this location, but my honest opinion is I am really disappointed in the quality of food and the service first of all the onion that were used on Shwarma was so smelly I can smell them even without opening the platter, it s look like they were not even washed off or maybe they were from yesterday. The amount of garlic sauce was less than enough. I hope you improve your service next time.

Food is great, service is good in terms of being prompt with no wait - but either your mild is way too spicy or I didnt receive my wrap as a mild - to be fair I was warned that the individual who made my order is known for mistakes. Laziest workers. Ordered a wrap and paid 1.75 for some mozzarella in it but they didn t put it in. Food is greasy and cheap and the workers are have half a brain. Jagtar is the opposite of friendly, and has also clearly told his friends to give good reviews mentioning him. Frauds

As a customer of osmosis ,I ordered regular chicken on the rocks The food i had received was not fresh and not even half fill of the box.As a customer We pay for this 13-16$ and not even worth for it.. this is not your free food , we are paying for this.Customers have to get the required quantity and quality what they paid for. This is terrible and very pathetic as compared to other province store were i being to. Customer is everything for business. Definitely report to the head office not at all appreciable.

I am eating osmows more than 3 years in Brampton and try many palces . But at this place they gives very small quantity . You will get medium quantity in large box when you order for large. Today i ordered large chicken shwarma at 9:00 pm but got way less quantity than large.

It says they close at 6 am, however upon arriving at 5 am the lights were off and no one was working. Multiple door dash and uber drivers also arrived to pickup orders but there wasn t anyone inside. Do not accept orders for pickup if you aren t open, complete waste of time.

The entire place was disappointing, with an unpleasant odor, and the chicken tasted really bad.

The food is good but the customer service is bad. We went there for late night food and the manager was busy taking on the phone. We kept waiting and he only attended us after he put down his phone on his convenience. After taking the order he was again on the phone and did not start making our order. We were so close to cancel our order because it was way too frustrating.

We went to eat osmows today. The store was super busy still food and customer service both were amazing.

I had the worst customer service I asked for extra chicken and cheese and a large chicken wrap I got a small and there was nothing in it those 2 girls need to be fired they are lazy and think they were funny when they gave me literally almost nothing in my wrap. The food is the best before this experience when the one guy makes it, the best no doubt but fix your employees the girls mostly get them out

Food was good.. but staff especially the jagtar or something similar maybe this name.. was kind of unwelcoming and somehow rude. We were really happy to eat the great osmows food but destroyed half of our mood.

A far cry from the original Osmows experience in London, ON. This is a great example of how a celebrated chain can deteriorate in quality and standards in the hands of a bad franchisee. I hope the corporate takes mine and all the other similar comments and review their practises and re-instate the OG Osmows experience.

Ordered two dishes of a wrap and poutine and the guy ruined both. How hard is to make poutine for goodness sake? No cheese curds or the gravy, it was full of white and hot sauce to the point I couldn t feel my mouth. I gave this guy extra tip for a takeout and asked him to make it right. Worst experience

Osmos is my go-to place for a healthy meal. Best tasting shawarma in the town without question. Super friendly servers especially Manpreet when she helped me on the counter. Supervisor Harman omg looks so sad on work and I asked to put cucumber inside every time I say to put cucumber but this lady refuses me then a turban guy came and i asked him then he puts cucumber inside my chicken wrap. Very bad customer service.
