Horrible customer service, ordered delivery from uber eats and when i called back to bring attention the the mistake the lady started arguing, laughed and hung up on me. Never will order again.

I ordered 2 vermicelli dishes and 1 rice dish and 3 sets of deep fried spring rolls thru uber eats as i got the order i see that they gave 2 rice dishes and 1 vermicelli and 3 sets of salad rolls so i called the shop and told them that they got the order wrong and is there any way to fix this.Nope that lady was sooo rude and laughing at me and just kept repeating i know i know buy this time my brother started talking to her and asked her why is she being rude to a customer she kept arguing with him saying she is not in the wrong and she cant do anything and just laughed on the line again.Then she put the phone away and 5 min later we hung up and then called back again and she kept ignoring the call.Then we called the Kingsway location hoping to talk to the owner and they were so kind and tried to fix the situation and Liam (one of the staff )tried to talk to the owners but they said they cant do anything except to give me a complimentary shake on my next order.I asked them maybe check the calls or cameras and he said they have no call recordings or audio cameras in the shop. In short they couldn t help me but they only thing i requested was for the staff to be talked to so that she doesn t talk to another customer this way.NO ONE WANTS TO BE LAUGHED AT WHEN THEY SPEND $150 ON FOOD & THE LEAST SHE COULD HAVE DONE WAS TO BE NOT RUDE.

Went here not expecting anything fancy as its a 24 hour restaurant located in a kind of sketchy area. Was pleasantly surprised with a fantastic meal. Amazing depth of flavour in their Pho broth. Delicious lemongrass chicken and grilled shrimp. And very generous portions! We will definitely be back to try some of their other menu items, which all looked fantastic as we watched the tables around us receiving their meals.

Very good tasting food with generous portions and fresh ingredients. Would definitely recommend it as the go-to Vietnamese restaurant in the Surrey Central area. Will definitely come back.

The food was great. Both of the servers looked miserable and couldn t have cared less about being there. I went into the bathroom and it was covered in flies. Flies on the toilet, on the walls and flying all around. The door to the kitchen was open, I got a peek inside and it was absolutely filthy. It looked like it had never been cleaned. There was an employee with bleached blonde hair sat at the table next to us, vaping in the restaurant. Overall not a great experience.

Pho Hong is my go-to spot for a comforting bowl of pho. The broth is rich and flavorful, the portions are generous, and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy and laid-back, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. I ve tried several items on the menu, and everything has been delicious. Highly recommend if youre looking for authentic and and the fact that its open 24 hours is a total game-changer. 5/5

Very friendly place. Literally the best Phó Ive had in a while and it was served past 1am. Kudos to the staff who work hard to keep up the consistency of the quality of food and service.

Their subs were delicious with lots of meat at a great value, and open 24/7 is pretty incredible. The Pho broth is good but lacks a certain depth of flavor. And while there is lots of meat, there s about half the noodles expected. Pho price is higher than some better places. Real kind folks, but we weren t checked on after receiving our meal, and needed to be. We ll come back for take out subs for sure, though.

Absolutely terrible experience I would not recommend. Frozen meat in my bowl I discovered after I arrived home. No complimentary cutlery and general hygiene in store was very very bad. Please avoid this restaurant!!!

My pho came out not hot enough so I told them to heat it up , but still not hot enough. The noodles was so mushy before I told them to heat it up. The broth from the pho was not tasty, taste like water . They gave very less bean sprouts . And just to let u know i also ordered 1 order of salad rolls too . I m not that stupid to put the bean sprouts in then try ur soup . And of course after I tried ur food not good . Then I told my friend stop order. It s not because we want to order 1 pho for 3 people. U should have some common sense why 3 people ordered 1 bowl of pho. And u still have time to count how many people we have means ur business is not good .

Great value for 24/7 late night food

Sad I didn t take photos, but definitely the best and most flavourful pho I ve had, and very generous portions. Dietary restrictions: I wish there was gluten allergy information on the menu - but the server was accommodating and asked the kitchen regardless.

Wow! I was very impressed! The beef carpatio was excellent and the Pho was clear and flavorful! With a generous amount of meat! Prices were perfect and the service was great! They take credit cards and debit and are open 24 hrs. An excellent experience and I will be back!

If this restaurant can make it minus star I will give it! Twice happen to me , the first time I buy avocado slush they use the moldy avocado , I show it to them , it yellow colour, taste awful, they go to my home to bring back another one, after couple month , we give it another try, Fxxking kidding me, I took a sip and the first thing I ate was a pearl with a piece of hair attached to it. I spat it out and me and the other workers were so disgusted , I brought back the drinks and one of the workers inside was smiling and laughing for absolutely no reason. How is this restaurant still running when all my experiences at this restaurant feel like a joke to them. Disrespectful and many health hazards. If you want to keep yourself safe, just stay away from this restaurant.

Every time I work nearby King George, this is my must go restaurant. The portion is really large and is not costly at all! What is more important, they are delicious!!!! I usually order the house special pho for the main and some snacks as a side. Their garlic butter fried chicken and deep fried fish cake are amazing! I still haven t tried everything on the menu, but cant wait for.

This place has one of the best beef pho I ve ever had! The broth is rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, and the beef is tender and cooked to perfection. The fresh herbs and toppings add the perfect touch. If you re craving authentic pho, this is the spot to go. Highly recommend!

So glad we have this new local pho place, its so good! Ordered the house special pho, the combo rolls (gotta say the pork roll was 10/10), and a banh mi. Huge portions, and the soup base was honestly one of the best.

Everything was good, but the service. Called to go and pick up my order, they said 15 -20 minutes and that was fine no big deal. Like most places I assumed that sometimes you have to wait, so when I got there the guy said 5 minutes which into almost 40 minutes there were not very many people in the place. My biggest issue was that Uber eats order were prioritized then people in the restaurant, I would assume it should be the other way around

Well i order to go through uber app . Everything were horrible! The soup go everywhere in the bag , even in my submarine. They got so wet and cant even eat it without feeling the soup base on it . The pho taste also weird . Just so bad

Went yesterday. Lots of parking. I had rare beef & tendon Pho. My friend had lemon grass chicken and spring roll with rice. Place just opened on March 19th so offering 15% off until the end of the month. Place was clean. Service excellent. Food was good and portions large. The pieces of Tendon were larger than the little tiny pieces places usually give you. Lots of beef but a bit chewy. My friend said her meal was good too. I will definitely go back. Its also open 24/7.

Enjoyed our meal. I ordered the regular size beef brisket pho. Size was decent. Broth was flavourful. Came with a decent amount of meat. The vegetarian sub had lots of flavour. So happy we have 24hr PHO in Surrey now and its PHO HONG too our fave Pho spot we dont have to drink all the way to Burnaby now. We always get their BBH (Bun Bo Hue) Deep Fried Squid tentacles and the combo spring roll.

This place is good flavored but there noodles are always mush and fall apart edit. Tried it again asked for fresh noodles and they were the worst yet. Walked out never to return. There is 24 hour pho across the bridge. Or pho tam will always be the best

As a former chef thats made and tasted more broth than I can remember, the pho they served me absolutely blew away anything Ive had before. Simply unreal how tasty the pho was, highly highly recommend going here, I know I will!

I came here for take-out for the first time. I bought two #12 Brisket, tendon and tripe Pho, #46 Grilled Lemongrass Chicken & Pork Chop with rice and #4 Deep Fried Butter Garlic Chicken Wings(8 pcs). The soup for the Pho was tasty. I am not sure if they forget the second bag of bean sprouts. The one tiny bag is not enough for to big soups. I wasnt sure to just get the Lemongrass Chicken or the Pork Chop. So I got the combination of both. They are both good! The Chicken wings was very crispy on the outside and very tender and juicy on the inside. But I didnt taste much butter and garlice it a bit mild on the flavor. Overall it was good even I brought it home and ate them.

Last night, I went out for a late night dinner with my friends and stopped by a newly opened restaurant to try it out. _spacious parking lot _The restaurant is clean and beautiful, the space is warm and the staff are very friendly and cheerful _The food is great, the decoration is beautiful.

They had great food with big servings that I wasnt able to finish my chicken! I ordered the grilled chicken and I got two big pieces. They were seasoned really well and grilled perfectly. There was also a big scoop of rice and a little salad to the side that it felt like two people can share the food. I also got a side of their broth which tasted really good too. My friends got their large pho and it had tons of meat piled on it. All of us had to-go containers to take home lol. I also ordered their soursop smoothie with coconut jelly and they are the best I ever had! You can see the staff making the smoothie with fresh fruit, the avocado smoothie had one whole avocado used! The staff were nice and very approachable. Highly recommended and will definitely come back!

I would say they are the best Vietnamese restaurant in Surrey for authentic Vietnamese food. Eating here is a real treat for our family. The food is really good and the meal portion size they give is good value for the price. Also the fact that they are open 24/7 is really convenient. So far I ve tried their com suong bo nuong Com suong nuong Com thit nuong Pho soup Which I recommend

Was looking for a late night place in Surrey where you can sit down relax with friends after a late night of hanging out and this is the place food is tasty atmosphere is nice. Order the boneless chicken curry on rice and it was fantastic great colors, great textures and great taste. Highly recommend this place if youre looking for a late night sit down meal that is filling, place that is cozy and honestly just want to chill out. One of the only places I feel like you can go in surrey and sit down and get what tastes like a home-cooked meal. Oh and the best part is our bill came to just under $35 for two of us including tip.

Found out about this place; went in at 12am. For late night service it was pretty good. Had the large tripe+steak pho. The broth was flavorful and the tripe was a good texture. The place is really clean and I thought it was tasty; Ill be coming back. Went back again a few days later; had the chicken vermicelli. The chicken was delicious!

I really like their fish cake in vermicelli soup. Especially their fish, 10/10 recommend.

THANK YOU FOR BEING 24 HOURS. My late night pho cravings are finally satisfied. I have only ever ordered delivery so I can t rate the service or atmosphere. The pho broth is flavourful and more on the lighter side. I ve also had their bun bo hue which was spicier than what I m used to, but delicious. Their lemon grass chicken and short ribs are cooked perfectly and my absolute favourite. Their vermicelli is on the thicker side and if you order take out, make sure to ask for more sauce cause the portion they give out is not enough.
