One plate was enough for two meals! Next time I’m in Swift, I will be a repeat customer.
The food was very good, buffet had 12 or 14 options plus desserts...it was replenished frequently and our waitress was very attentive. Restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated.
Super fast, very delicious, delivered to my room at the Skyview in half an hour on Saturday night in August! 😋 Had the pan fried shrimp and egg rolls.
They have a large buffet which is good but I prefer to order off the menu. Large selection of regular items but the house specialty items are worth a try if your looking for something special. Staff is always friendly and they keep the buffet pretty well stocked.
This is one of the best restaurant we've visited in Saskatchewan. We usually do road trips across provinces. The waiter was very nice and she delivered exceptional service. The food was tasty.
Delicious! We got take out. We got 2 combos, 4 items in each. 1 combo was enough food for 2 people. Great prices under $20 each
I am in the city for a short business trip and this is my first visit. I am so impressed and so glad that I came here. Really good food, a very nice portion, and the food was presented so well. I had a combo plate to take away, and my only regret is that I am not here longer so that I could try more dishes. The vegetables were fresh and not overdone. The meat portions were succulent and tasty, not all bones or dried out. There is a large seating area with tables and booths, and they have a buffet during the day. I enjoyed the food and received great service. I will return and confidently recommend MeiMei to anyone who wants a healthy and freshly prepared meal.
Loved it! Great taste to the beef and broccoli, chicken fried rice and the ginger beef was amazing. The chicken balls were good too! Really happy with our order.

We usually go as a family for the buffet, I cant attest to their individual menu items, I dont think Ive ever had anything off the menu, aside for my kids as takeout. The food is good, better then Wongs in my opinion.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of space for kids and the food is fitting for kids. Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to get to the front door.

The food is always excellent and hot at the buffet. My favourite dishes are the garlic shrimp and the beef skewers.
Ordered chicken low mein when I got my order it was made with spaghetti noodles. Its gross I am extremely disappointed. If I would have known I was going to receive spaghetti noodles instead of low main noodles I would have ordered something else.
It was busy as usual but we got seated right away. Unfortunately the buffet was pretty empty when we went to get food. The food we did get was good. We watched for refills but were done eating before any hot food came out. We were seated close to the kitchen so saw that they were very busy doing take out orders. Just sad that they didnt pay more attention to the buffet food.
Beat food in town
Over the past few years the quality and service has had its highs and lows, but overall there have been some great improvements. The owners of this establishment are also great people and very kind, this does not sway my review of the business, but making note of that detail is helpful because they also deserve to be mentioned.
We have ordered lots from this restaurant. It is always so good and they fill up the dishes as much as possibly. Hot, fresh and great customer service. Delivery in town is only $7 :)

Wow. Mei Mei blew our mind! We were driving through Current Swift from Vancouver and ordered take out dinner A & C. The food was fresh, very large portions and made with love. A true hidden gem! Thank you for making our night!
The waitress was very busy but managed to be sure I was taken care of while I waited for my order. The food is excellent.

Both the last 2 times I was there the smorg was almost completely empty. Had to wait on food .cold food etc I was not very impressed. Caseys Restaurant is the way to go best Chinese food in swiftcurrent .

As Chinese food goes, Meimeis is OK. At this visit, I had the ginger beef, fried shrimp, egg rolls and rice. The ginger beef was ok. But, not very flavorful. By the time I had eaten most of the way around my plate, it was very apparent that pretty much everything I had was fried and had basically the same underlying flavor. Kind of bland with a hint of the other ingredients. The egg rolls were a bit better, but had a strong vinegar flavor that I didnt enjoy. Overall, its mostly fried Chinese food. Likely all fried in the same grease. And kind of all tastes the same. In my experience, the food from Wongs, down the service road, has better flavor. A little more expensive, but better. So you might want to head that way if you are looking for better Chinese in Swift Current.

Their food is tasty and delicious. wwe went there last Sunday but its kind of late because the buffets serve until 2pm only and have an order/menu options or buffet.
Best Chinese Restaurant in Swift Current, maybe even Sask. Food is always consistently great and fresh. My family and I have been going there for over 10 years and it is still as great as it was then. Owners are nice and make their customers feel like family. Definitely recommend.

Excellent buffet
We stayed at the Days Inn and we tried MeiMei because it was close and open. We ordered the chefs special Shanghai noodles and it was great, the portion served 2 hungry people and provided left overs. I wish their fried pork recipe was the standard in Chinese food. The shrimp was cooked perfectly. Restaurant decor is nice. They were kind enough to provide paper plates.

Met up with some people for food before a hockey game. Combo c was ok. Chicken was a bit greasy, ribs were fatty. Pork souvlaki was good.

The food was cold. Brought it home and had to warm it up in the microwave. The first bite there was a hair in it and it was not mine.

The buffet was open as we arrived at 1:00. They said they would refill the food but that didnt happen. Most of the food was only warm. I did notify the waitress but nothing changed. Although the food was delicious, the experience was disappointing.
Eaten here every time Im in Swift. Food has always been good. Best Chinese food Ive had. Singapore rice noodle and the pork souvlaki are fantastic

Staffs are friendly and welcoming. But the food taste so bad,Not even close any Chinese food! Too much of everything oil, sauce and the barbecue pork is chewyer than any gum that I have ever had .. but they provide lot of water So You will be fine !!

Smorg was awesome! We couldnt try everything that was put out, we were too full. The mixed vegetables were *perfect* and the noodles were so excellent. Will absolutely go back next time were in Swift Current. Our waitress was wonderful - friendly, attentive but not overbearing, quick and always had a smile. The price was quite reasonable too, considering how full we still are. My new favourite!
Shockingly bad. We all had diarrhea after an unfortunate meal here. There were 6 dishes in total, all carbed up to the max. They were all stale and poorly prepared. All the people wanted the shrimp and it took forever to get made and didn t last as it was the only half decent thing. Go to this place if you have the taste of a pig and the stomach of a dog. Utterly foul cuisine.
