On the toilet in Swift Current's north Timmys... 100% afraid something is gonna crawl up me rather than fall out ... if they keep their restrooms this bad, what does the kitchen look like? my 2 bagels I ordered had very little cream cheese if any.. was not very enjoyable. I also felt a bit ill after eating it.
Ordered a carrot cake muffin and a chocolate chip muffin. Got the carrot cake muffin but had to give it to my son because the choc chip muffin was a raisin bran. Neither of us got what we wanted! And the women's washroom sink wasn't working. Hope the staff has a way to wash their hands. The washrooms needed a renovation to be sure; but there's no excuse for not having a plumber there immediately to fix the sink.
Says all over their checkouts and menus, "skip the line order on the app" I did just that, and just like the many times before I stand there for 10 minutes to be asked finally what am I missing? I say my mobile order, then the employee looks at some screen and realized there was a mobile order for god knows how long. Gives me one item, then wait for 5 more minutes get the 2nd item. 5 minutes more waiting and same guys asks same question "sir, what are you missing" I say my other drink and timbits" looks at that screen again and looks like he scrolls down maybe and finally gets the rest of it. I think 8-10 customers that didn't "skip the line" got their stuff and left before I had all of mine. Might want to streamline your mobile order system before plastering the place with ads about how good it is.
As far as hiway Tim Horton's goes, it's fine, you probably won't die here. The Lady's serving me today were great, the booths were in nice shape and pretty clean. But let's talk about the elephant in the room, the men's bathroom. It was in pretty bad and gross shape, very dirty toilet and seat. The urinal was broken and covered with a garbage bag, and the room itself needs the same renovation that the rest of the restaurant received.
I am not from Around here we were just passing theough on the way to banff and the guy name george at tye cashier who took 4 of our orders was sooo polite very very pleasant and amde sure everythung we needed was accounted for. The food and coffee tastes fresh compared to other tims i hope other tims would practice tye freshness of their food and drinks to this branch. Amazing. Best tims ive been to in canada on my entire 16 years living here
The food was good. I had an Iced Cappuccino, Jalapeño bagel and croissant. The food was very good. There were very few people so the service was very quick. There was plenty of peaceful sitting space to enjoy a cup of coffee. It was quite a relaxing experience.

Like most Tim Hortons, trying to serve as many as fast as possible. Not very personal, not very good but not bad. Parking: I wish all Tim Hortons had better parking, I drive a motorcoach transporting groups across the nation. Often they want to go to Tim Hortons for a quick stop, but always we have to find secondary options to park. Thankfully there is an open lot right besides Tims in Swift Currents good for all kinds of oversized vehicles. Wheelchair accessibility: Not the best, without able bodied help a wheelchair bound person may not get in.
Friendly and efficient staff
They ask if you want a tray and you say no, then once you drive up to the window they ask you again if you want a tray, and you again say no they will still give you one. I dont think they understand the word no
One worst of worst Tim Hortons in Canada ! 1 week ago ordered steep tea and lady who took my order forgot to give me tea when another staff actually gave me tea she forgot to put any sugar and milk I literally have to throw coffee outside my car ! Today I got chilli soup , I asked for artisan bread she gave the regular bun , no spoon no salt pepper no napkins no butter ! How I m suppose to eat soup without spoon , staff can barely understand English! Never ever stoping at this location

Dirty washroom, again. Crispy chicken wrap filled with bowl contents ie rice. Yuk They replied asking to call to resolve this issue. Waited on hold for 1/2 hour to be cut off. Called back and waited another half an hour. Head office does not respect its customer enough to adequately staff their customer complaint office. Then they wanted me to spend more time referring complaint to the location. Enough Ive resolved issue by never stopping at this location again.
Worst service. I just wanted a tea and 20 tidbits. I told them no cake donuts. She kept saying chocolate. Get to the window sure enough 3 kinds of cake donuts. I told them again no cake donuts. Then they handed me a box of chocolate cake donuts. Now I am pissed and just took the frigging things. I called the manager another non English speaking thing. They think they can serve just anything they want. I think stupid is a requirement on the application. NEVER EVER AGAIN.
I find the service all depends on the date and who is at the till today. While I was going to there for lunch I ordered a sandwich meal with wedges the bread was super dry. My wedges were cold and hard. But the two ladies that serve me were very friendly.

Yes this place is busy but need someone to constantly keep the place clean. Washrooms were dirty with water all over the floor. Tables were not cleaned after service.
I went through the drive thru and specifically told the lady 3 times that I had 2 separate orders to be put on 2 separate bills. When I got to the window, I reminded her again. When I gave her the first gift card to pay for the first order, she combined both orders and deducted both off of the 1st gift card? Separate orders clearly means separate bills no?
Never have anything in stock, you want a sandwich they are missing the chicken or bacon etc... Always something. Even doughnuts!!! Thats their main business. The staff is rude, there is no professionalism here what so ever. You are lucky to even get your order right.
I ordered one coffee and everything begal with hurb and garlic and two has brown I received everything thing but hurb and garlic is missing from the begal.

Shows on all signs and online it closes at 11 . Go there 15 minutes before and everything s closed and not an employee around. Maybe update your website for out of town people.

Missed condiments on my order again
Coffee not hot, breakfast sandwiches at 5:30am very dry and also not warm. Hashbrowns soggy and saturated with oil, which weve never gotten at Tim Hortons before! Food service was fast but had to repeat ourselves multiple times to the cashier while ordering, seemed like she could care less.
Nice new building in Maple Creek. Friendly staff. Had to ask the girls to wipe the tables. Also noticed the window ledges hadnt been wipes for some time

Over half of the time they are always missing items with my orders. I ordered a bagel belt and they forgot my tomatoes and bacon. Happens almost everytime and the workers sound unenthusiastic and lazy.
Disgusting washrooms. Building in disrepair, missing tiles, chipped paint etc. and generally filthy doors, walks, and floor.

6 people taking care of the drive-thru,1 person at the counter part-time, when shes not helping at the Drive-thru. Why dont walk-in customers get good service? This is a trend at all Tim Hortons.
The Tim Horton s in Swift Current is the only place in the 4 western provinces where we ve found sour cream plain donuts! We love them!! No.need for the excess sugar in the glazed ones.
I went through to get a coffee today before work and my tap didnt work so i had to insert my debit card to pay and as I was doing so the young lady working there started singing that she didnt want me wasting her time... I said thank you, (no response or acknowledgement from the employee) then as Im pulling off all the girls start laughing and speaking their langauge to eachother. Such an uncomfortable experience. Guess Ill just stick to the downtown location from now on.

I was on a lunch break had limited time and ordered a cold drink. With my combo. Lid was not on tight and I ended up dumping half my beverage on my uniform. Causing me to have go home abd change abd late back to work. Please inform your employees to check the lids on any beverage prior to handing to customers. I could have been burnt with a hot beverage.!

Go to this location often. Service can sometimes be slow inside if drive thru is backed up. But have never had a reason to complain about the food or drinks. Parking: One way in and out.

Simple large steeped tea with 1 milk. It came correctly except there was no tea taste to it. Staying in a basic motel so had no tea. Very disappointed we gave this location another try.

Other than popping in to get a quick bite or a coffee for the road, the overall experience of going to a Tim Horton is very underwhelming. I hate the digital boards that change as youre trying to figure out the menu, the direction of drink sizing (not displaying all sizes/options), the inconsistencies from location to location. Avoid Tim Horton washrooms if possible. I used to think truck stop washrooms were bad, but for a food service place these are bad.

This is our go to coffee shop. But when I asked for a couple of boxes, mid size, they said they didnt have any. That sort of irrated me as I knew they did. Thus they only get a 4. I went across to the Tims on the north service road and they helped me out! Maybe Ill have to buy more coffee over there.

We went to the drive through for coffee and a donut. It was really quick, and also very rude. The lady working the drive through was so distracted by something behind she barely said a word to us. She handed us our stuff and walked away from the window. The coffee was really weak. I typically like Tim s and this was terrible. Not impressed at all.
