Would give it negative if could service is completely terrible waitresses are rude completely incompetent avoid

Food was sub standard and small quantities, staff forgets to bring items ordered.

Fantastic experience at Smittys in Swift Current yesterday! We were passing through Swift after camping for a week and were so glad we chose Smittys! Delicious food, inviting clean atmosphere, and most importantly, our server Cera was attentive, funny, and our kids really liked her! Thank you!

We came at 7:30 pm and waiter said they will close soon, while in google it says it is open till 9pm. It s second time we are coming and we are kicked out twice.

Best wings in swift. The manager, Kolby is a great guy & the servers are second to none.

Liver was so burnt I couldnt cut it . Sent it back and second one was just as bad. It wasnt edible .Wish I could post a photo of my meal here. It was gross. The waitress was very good. She was left alone to serve a group of 17 people and she did a good job.

Terrible service, had to ask for everything we ordered 2-3 times, got my order wrong 2 times (wrong dish first time, put gravey on my western skillet second time) and still paid for it after telling server. Wont be back anytime soon. Place is not the same since moving.

Kids pizza came around 5 minutes after the other meals. Wife and I couldnt even figure out what vegetables were what, they looked and tasted disgusting! I had them replace the veggies with salad. I do not recommend eating here!

Terrible lighting. It s supposed to be a restaurant not a dr s office.. should have stayed at other location.

Ordered a beef sandwich and there was so much mayo on it that I couldn t even keep the sandwich together and it was all I could taste. Disgusting!! Couldn t taste any of the horseradish aioli they said was on it. The salad it came with was warm and had wilted pieces in it. I m never going back.

Smittys had consistently good service in their old location but the new location has been a disappointment every time weve gone for breakfast in the morning. The food has been good but the servers have been disinterested, absent, and rude. When they first opened, our server was obviously sick (constant sniffling and coughing) which was disgusting. We were accidently seated in a regulars table and asked to move. We were reseated in another regulars table asked to move once again by a different server which we did without complaint. Another time, there were only two tables filled but no one came around to give us the bill. We waited over 15 minutes for a server to come past, then decided to walk up to the front hoping someone would see us. The server suddenly appeared and accused us of trying to walk out without paying. Our most recent experience was just as disappointing. We ordered coffee but the server forgot to bring mugs when she brought the coffee pot. We asked for mugs and she said she would be right back. After waiting 15 minutes, no server had been in our section so we walked over to another table that had clean mugs and used them. Our food finally came but they forgot to bring syrup. Again, no server came to check how the first few bites were and we didnt see a server for over 15 minutes so we ate our breakfast without syrup. Every time weve gone, the servers havent been friendly or inviting and the service has been poor. We have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and been polite, but we will not be going back. I would not recommend anyone go to Smittys in the morning.

Barb service was okay. The other lady with glasses I don t know if she was busy or just not a good day. Good is okay.

Ginger beef didnt taste like Ginger. Beef dip didnt have any dip. Lots of staff sitting around talking, even when we were waving for assistance.

Attitude is on the menu at the new location. Walked out without ordering. Went across the street and had a great meal with great service at Curry Town.

I had bacon and eggs and my wife had the lunch combo with the 1/2 clubhouse and veg beef soup. The breakfast here is the best Ive had anywhere! Shredded hasbrowns are nice and crispy, bacon is cooked to perfection. Toast was so fluffy and tasted great dunked in those eggs cooked just the way I like them! The half club was great with lots of turkey and bacon - perfect size for lunch. Beef soup loaded with big chunks of meat, potatoes and veg. Service was amazing even though it was busy.

Good food fairly quickly. It is a chain so you can expect the same quality meals even if from another city.

Had a great dinner with family and amazing staff that took care of us. Love the breakfast all-day menu. They have high chairs available for familys. Kid-friendliness: Have high chairs by the door for families to use.

For a smittys it was newer but not warm or inviting. Quite bright and the white walls dont help. Service was slow, and there were times we thought the staff had left the building . There were only 2 other families during supper hour. The waitress knocked soup onto my sandwich but was indifferent. I should have sent it back, but my wife said it may be a wait to get a new one. Asked for a side plate, but by the time I got it it the bread was already soaking the soup in. Oh well, I wont be back again as we were just passing through. The food was good.

When you walk in it feels like you re in highschool all over again. The hostess around 1pm Nov 5 was rude to say the least when she found out we were a party of 6. The waiter was missing for 20 mins, people that came in after us were getting service and their food before us. My son has autism and I could see the waitresses huddle in the back corner and laugh and stare. Coffee was mia for at least almost half a hour till some one came out to work but the coffee pot was DIRTY. Fish was over cooked, dry and hard, while fries were fried in old oil and masked with way too much seasoning. Will not recommend or return to this place.

Staff were friendly and cheery and present, which was so nice since we came in so early. Food was delicious. My eggs were slight undercooked for what I asked for (not unsafe, like soft when I am fairly certain [again early, so I could be misremembering] when I asked for medium). Still yummy, hit the spot, and a great way to start our day.

Food was so so. Hot turkey sandwich had real turkey but on garlic toast. Not used to that taste with turkey. Gravy was tasteless. Wife had chicken Caesar salad, light on flavour but okay

Great Location And Friendly Staff

I had the Ukrainian skillet. So good and best of all was our waitress who was friendly and so cheerful. Our large group all remarked how nice that was.

Had a desire for roast beef, and appreciated the food and service at Smittys. Clean and good service although a little outdated, they have a good menu.

Ham and eggs, shredded hash browns, pancakes. Lots of food. Clean, and Barb was super. Brought the bill over and with debit machine. Not her first day. Thanks Barb. Cooked to perfection. Glad I stopped. Just off of highway. Will be back

Passing through while on our way back home to Regina. The staff here are very friendly and nice. I ordered strawberry crepes, which came out fresh and delicious. Rest of the family ordered eggs Benedict and a Ukrainian skillet. The pirogies were piping hot and delicious.

3 of us ordered one Pan scrambler 1 egg Benedict and 1 scrambled egg Took half hour to 45 minutes before we got our order food was barely warm And the price of it was outrageous Never again

Ate supper at the smittys in Regina today . Great waitress worst food I have ever eaten. Cheese burger and a hamburger platter for my partner. Does anyone at head quarters have quality control .cold bun cheapest patties I have ever had . Thought I should let someone know how bad it was . I never complain.

Awesome place great food

Stopped here last night for a meal to go, travel this highway frequently, thought I would try somewhere new. Young lady that served was polite and nice. Staff seemed very nice. I ordered the clubhouse to go. The sandwich was quite good. The fries though, well I threw them out the window. They had obviously been double dipped, hard as rock greasy as hell, couldnt even eat one. Figure if Im paying 20$ for a meal, they could at least make fresh French fries. Oh well, try someplace else next time.

Very good food, I forgot I added a juice until the new waitress mentioned it, huge glass full, had to bring it home. Lots of fresh food, appreciated.

Stayed at Super 8 Swift Current so went to Smittys as it was close by. Ordered the special, hot hamburger. My meat had been on the fire way too long and was burnt along the edges. Then placed on a piece of toast. French fries were fine but veggies were terrible. The whole meal was not a pleasure for sure.

Would give it a 0 star if i could. Our food seemed kinda off when we got it, my boyfriends drink had white floatys in his cup then he got really bad food poisoning and i also felt really sick but not as bad as my boyfriend would not recommend if you dont wanna get sick.
