They punched my order wrong and I already paid for it. They couldnt do a refund of the difference so they offered me a coupon. It took long for this as they have to call the manager. They were giving me a coupon, when I asked if its valid in Calgary, she said it is but it clearly says valid only on stamped store at the back which is Swift Current. Then she rolled her eyes and say ok I will give you the cash difference. Never coming back here during roadtrips.

The $8 meals are a good value and just enough. Our cheeseburgers, chicken strips and fries were all good - for fast food (I mean, were not expecting gourmet meals, after all!). We tried the pretzels and cheese dip for the first time - meh. DQ should stick to its classics, in my opinion. Such as the sundaes, which were very good. Finally, Ashas service was top notch! Friendly and helpful.

Driving through on way home stopped to grab an ice cream. I am a Banana Split fan and sorry but this was the smallest one I have ever had. Extremely small portions of all toppings and was like they added a drop to just know which was which and not just vanilla ice cream. Should have snapped a pic. Whip cream and ice cream the same. All dairly queens should go to Regina Rochdale to get it right lol. Owner trying to cut costs seems or maybe staff inexperience

Decided to take my daughter for lunch We both had a chicken strip basket and a small blizzard. They charge us 56.00$ Flippin dollars I could ve taken her to a dine in nice restaurant in Swift for that price. Then to top it off our fries taste like they ve been fried in old oil as well as the chicken strips, giving them a bitter aftertaste, and then the fountain drinks we got were so watered down you could barely taste the Pepsi. The only good thing was the seven dollar small blizzards. I would not recommend this place as is I will never go here again, Do better, Dairy Queen

Went to get a box of fries and a side a gravy and the box of fries were not filled up and the gravy was only half full and I called them and they were not very helpful and I will not come back at all 8 dollars for just a medium fries what a joke

We ordered two BBQ chicken 6 piece meals with two (one small one mini) cookie dough blizzards and one 7up drink and extra ranch. The ranch came in salad dressing containers (fine not a problem) but the ranch itself looked really questionable. Not smooth and creamy but grainy looking. Gross. Then the boyfriend took a drink from his 7up and it was just carbonated water. No syrup. His cookie dough blizzard at least had a cookie dough. Mine had all of two pieces. Since we were travelling through on a road trip we don t have time to turn around deal with the issue. But that s what we got for $59?! Yeah, pretty choked.

Do you love paying high-end prices for food poisoning. It makes me sad seeing the current state of our dq. It used to be a great place, not even 10 years ago.

What has happened to this place, it used to be a great place to go when I was little but all that magic is gone. I do not recommend wasting your money and appetite here until they other fix there food/service or get shut down. You don t get what you pay for and the food tastes like it s a month old. Ordered a blizzard cake - custom. It was supposed to be Oreo & Strawberry cheesecake. There was only Oreo and strawberry pieces, no cheesecake. and I even made sure to repeat myself multiple times. I asked for the fudge center, as is standard with Oreo blizzard cakes, and cheesecake center, which is standard with strawberry cheesecake - I wanted both. Received absolutely no cheesecake in center or in top layer. It seems the owners are only getting cheaper and cheaper and skimp out whenever they can! Be careful eating here - youll be EXTREMELY LUCKY if what you are getting is fresh. ** Used to work here a few years ago. I have literally witnessed the owner drop frozen patties on the floor, than proceed to put them through the grill anyways. **

Debit machine went down between the time I ordered at drive-thru and got to the window to pay. Instead of turning me away and keeping my order, they just gave me my order. Never had anything like that happen before. Extremely impressed and happy to have my lunch without driving across town to another fast food joint.

Honestly... Based on staff food and atmosphere in this DQ, the best experience at any fast food restaurant Ive ever been to! Older style decor and seating, but extremely clean. Bathrooms, benches, seats, tables, counters are all clean. Staff was awesome! Great service, fantastic sense of humours, and table service without even asking us. I dont live in Swift Current, so I wont be there anytime soon, but if Im ever going through swift current again Ill be stopping at this DQ to relive the experience. Thanks to all the staff there! Loved it!

Staff was friendly and made jokes and pranks on us while there for entertainment. Fast service and they brought it to our table instead of having to wait for it at the counter. Chicken strips were a bit smaller, but were made fast and hot. Clean inside. Great experience.

Pranav was a very enthusiastic server. He made jokes, suggested better alternatives especially concerning blizzards. And he went beyond what is usually expected from a fast food worker. The food was as good as always and receiving it was quick. Atmosphere is pretty chill. A daye night for teenagers would be great here.

My wife and I haven t been here in a while since we mostly order food on apps and this DQ isn t on the app. We have also had orders with not as much food as we have had at other DQ s. But tonight we decided to go tonight and had a great employee at the drive thru, Pravan (the funny guy) and he gave us an experience that we enjoyed and would consider coming back again soon!

He had to honk his horn before someone realized he was there. Service inside the restaurant was just as bad. I spent the entire time I was there waiting for them to make a blizzard. It tasted good, but waiting 15 mins, while being the only person in line is not acceptable for fast food.

Even though I only eaten here 3 times they were all quite astonishing! I have been to many dairy queens in my life time and I have to say the dairy queen in swift current is one of the best. Each time I ordered my food the employees always had a smile on there faces. The food came out quite quickly with a standard fast food quality but thats the charm of it all. Our server, Pranav, helped us when our car exploded in the drive through. Not only did he save our lives by putting out the fire and putting our car back together, he did so while also serving us our blizzards with a great attitude. This man deserves a raise. Did I mention he drives a Lamborghini and gave us lots of napkins?

We ordered supper for dine in which we never do and the food came super quick and was hot and delicious. We sat in the sun room area and it super clean and our server was hilarious. There was quite a few people dining in as well which nice to see! Overall great experience and will come again!

We always say this is the friendliest DQ we have been to every time we visit, and today was no exception. Pranav went above and beyond. Great service, clean restaurant and food was good. He was even kind enough to send us on our long drive home with ice for a hockey injury.

I stopped by to get 2 caramel sundaes around 8pm on January 4th and was greeted with a gentleman that took my order and he was so friendly and so fun to talk to! When the lady brought me my ice cream they were perfect, completely made my night. She was so sweet and we even had a few laughs before I went home. For just the drive through the environment was so memorable! And I hope those two have an amazing night.

Service was great, understaffed like many places but the 2 were running off their feet to keep people happy. The store was clean, far better than a few months back. We would come more regularly but DQ has just gotten too expensive. 1 or 2 times a year is all we can justify because it doesnt make sense to pay the same for 1 cup of ice cream as we would to take a tub home from the grocer.
