Sat in drive thru for at least 20-25 mins during lunch hour. No sorry for the wait or anything once at window. Left and realized the bacon on my burger was hardly cooked.

Newly renovated great customer service!

Its not great. Easy and quick, but lots of time its poor quality.

I went to the restaurant around 9.30 PM and a girl named janvi served me as i requested chai latte and wants that hot she made sure thats its hot great coffee and food. Good customer service, i will visit them again.

10 min in line at drivethrough, then had to pull to the side to wait...for teen burgers and soggy onion rings

The double mozza burger was delicious, the burger Pattie s were fresh and juicy and the place well kept.

Its a nice place to grab something quick and tasty. Although Im not sure if there is consistency across all their branches.

My wife and were there 6:30 PM April 21, 2024 They were not busy so we were served quickly and politely. While we waited a man was doing some work, not sure what. Another man, presumably manager came from the back and asked why he was working in the front and would he go in the baxk to help someone. He sighed and groaned and dropped the box he had on the counter and asked the manager to put it back, which he didnt. The manager then went to our server and spent a couple of minutes discussing the other mans unhappiness. Meanwhile 2 couples waited to place their order in the restaurant and at least one car waited in drive through. Do you know how uncomfortable it is as a customer to see staff not getting along? Do you know the probable bad view you left with at least 8 customers. I dont live-in Swift Current, just passing through on the trans Canada. But I wont ever return to that location. Also never offered or received a receipt.

Absolutely worst place ever stopped at 9:00 pm to get food every door locked people sitting inside. Manager and all employees should be fired Absolutely ridiculous.

A&W is our go-to now. Its always been clean and the food is good. Its the best bang for your buck. Their coffee menu Prêt is actually pretty good too.

Rwally slow ignores waiting customers

10/10 experience!! The women at the window was so kind, detailed, smiley and re read through our order to make sure everything was taken down properly. The food was amaaazing as always and was given in a box which I ve never seen before, but was an awesome feature. Great service and great food!! Thanku!!

Picked up a chubby chicken burger and fries..got it really fast however it was COLD and pulled a nice long hair out of it...plus it was really small for its big price

We stopped only for a drink and a quick bit to eat. The place was not that busy - hardly many people in the restaurant - but yet it was very, very dirty. I ordered poutine - which was actually almost inedible - gravy was sitting at the bottom of cold fries and cold curds - very disappointed. Plus we wanted a frozen rootbeer as we had seen it advertised and had a coupon for it. It was NOT available. This restaurant is a usual stop on our way home from out west - not any more.

We liked it here, we went to A&W a few times on our trip in Canada and by far the best fast food outlet in Canada burgers taste a lot better than anywhere else. Staff were friendly and helpful

Clean store tables plesant staff and grest delicious food

I was in Swift Current for a visit to one of my home towns from my youth. I went to A&W for breakfast one morning along with a few locals who you could tell were there for a regular meet up. I was sitting alone minding my own business and I could sense and see someone approaching my table and I thought what is this about? and then this fellow with a cowboy hat refilled my coffee. I thanked him and realized my big city outlook should change in this place. Although I was sitting alone I felt very much a part of this community due tothis relatively minor gesture. Always a great memory, and the breakfast was great and a good start to the day!

Quick service, breakfast as expected

Been there numerous times after work and every time there is never gravy to do poutine or gravy for chicken. How can you not have gravy ... Also it is way too expensive

A great A&W. We go to lots of A&Ws as they make our favourite hamburgers. This was clean and the service good and fast. Recommended.

Served very old, soggy, chewy fries

Stopped at this location on a long road trip. Hours after finishing my meal I am leaving this review in hopes that management will treat their staff better. There was one man in particular who was condescending and rude to the employees in front of the customers. He pulled the headset off of one of the employees without asking her permission, while she was at the front counter on cash, and made her do cleaning tasks instead while he continued on cash. He also questioned an employee for just simply carrying around cleaning fluid, and also told the staff that upper management was unhappy with their work, all loud and clear for customers to hear. I would hope that after management reads this that they learn enough respect to critique their staff in private, not to belittle them. All of the employees looked very unhappy in the working environment and I empathize with them dearly. If I worked in that environment I would have quit immediately. The food was fine.

Always a great place..

I ordered the all Canadian Breakfast (eggs over easy, brown toast) with a large coffee. The coffee is good. The Breakfast is another story. EW. I basically had a plate of grease. I have had this All Canadian Breakfast many, many times at many different locations and almost always enjoy it. Not today!! For the first time, I did not finish my all Canadian Breakfast, not because I was full, but because it was gross. My eggs were medium not over easy like I requested, which I could have lived with if not for the fact that they were so greasy I could barely eat them. The bacon was extra crispy...almost to the point of being burnt and extra greasy. The sausages, also extra greasy. The toast...barely toast. It was barely cooked, soft (almost soggy) and you guessed it, greasy. The tomatoes were ok. So if you want a decent coffee or are hungover and looking for that greasy breakfast cure, then this is your place, otherwise, Id steer clear. Gross. Just gross.

Was okay noticed guy that serves could use a lesson in an Ironing, having a wrinkled black shirt that looks like it sat in a dryer forever just doesnt present a caring attitude, so it makes you think the same is for the store and your food order, just MHO. Didnt affect the quality of the food coming from the back.

Tried dinning in but at 835 was told I had to make it take out they were closing soon ,.. I just walked in the doors . Now there hours are from 6 to 10 ? Would not recommend the food neither can t remember the last time I had a good burger there . Used to be one of my favourite places for decades ,

I m so disappointed with my order. I ordered 1 mama & 1 buddy burger(mushroom mozzarella)but it seems no difference between the two. I think they give me both just buddy burger EVEN I PAID $7 for the mama burger.

Went through drive thru tonight. There was a new girl working drive thru window. Order got messed up, no big deal it happens. But how the adult female working treated the new teenaged worker after mistake was made wow don t talk to you re co-workers like that. And don t do it in front of customers! Then after she treated her co-worker like dirt, she tried to give me food, that was given to another customer, who we watched rummage through the bag, touching all food to. Sorry but I don t want food that s been handled by strangers. At one point when the adult female worker walked away from drive thru window, I did reassure the young worker that it wasn t her fault and it s all good. Don t belittle your co-workers like that! No one is perfect, mistakes happen. The customer (me) was okay with the mistakes, why do that to her in front of people?? The only parts that upset me were how that young girl was treated and trying to give me dirty food.

Very disappointed in the food we received last night. This is the 2nd time now that I have had a hair in my burger! Tried to phone them last night but just went to voice mail..

Great tasting food, friendly staff, the order was filled accurately and quickly. The fries were very salty which was a bit of a downside!

Food was ok, but I really didnt like their gravy.

I realize there s probably a lot of new staff. We went through about 10:45 am. Had cdn breakfasts, bacon was crispy, one plate only had one slice, toast burnt on edges. Noticed used tables were not being washed. They brought meals to our table but neglected to use the # s and there was a lot of confusion, our meals were delivered to the wrong table, who in turn asked if it was ours. We re paying nearly double what I remember !!! This location needs help!!!

Fresh breakfast sandwiches always

Went there first time and was a long haul driver and liked a&w breakfast but went to the one in swift and eat my hash brown then got half way through my egg and sausage English muffin then started puking from what seamed like chemicals or something in it and was a wasted breakfast

One person seems to be working hard, she seems to be nice, everyone else hardly is moving. Most slow service i have ever had in any fast food restaurant ever. Management change seems necessary

Very very slow

Went there at 6 pm. Should have been the busiest time for this business, they should have all hands working fast to serve customers. We sat in line for 15 minutes waiting to order seen a couple employees out smoking totally oblivious to the large line up of vehicles. We watched as cars would finally give up sitting in the line and take off to find somewhere else to get their supper. Finally got our order, it was hot, delicious and correct, but next time I go through and need a burger I wont be stopping at A&W because our fast food stop was a slow food stop!!

Decent food at decent pricing from decent staff. I may have given 3 stars normally but just came over from 1 star McDonalds so when compared they are clearly a 4 star operation.
