This business denied me warming up my BABIES bottle so we stood outside and warmed it up then took our business elsewhere! The older lady definitely needs training in customer service or she's going to cost this subway a lot of business.
I just moved from Saskatoon to Swift current on this last Sunday and I visited the subway on very next day! Was a great experience with Samen. Her customer service was beyond expectation. The way she took my order patiently and smiled for all the time was a very appreciable!! She is really doing her job with full dedication. I will be coming regular to this subway loction… just added another permanent customer to the list. ❤️🌯
By far the worst meal I've ever had at subway. Straight attitude from the girl. The bread couldn't be more squished. It's soaked in sauce!! The soap was thick and salty. Just all around horrible!!
I went there in the evening and they were little busy but that doesn’t mean you dont provide a good service to customer. Rude behaviour of employees. Asked for veggie patty for my sub and they put it directly on it from the frizzer. Didnt even hit it properly.
I visited this subway on 5/Aug around 5:10 p.m. during my break at my job. I ordered sub with veggie patties foot long. To be honest those guys don’t even know how to make sub.They put frozen veggie patty in my foot long Like seriously 🫨. When i told them they are be like who made who made this. Mens washroom is so disgusting 🤢 . Worst subway that i have ever visited. Kindly request owner or manager to look-into day to day operations.
I recently visited the Subway in Swift Current and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The staff were unprofessional and seemed uninterested in providing good customer service. We were greeted with indifference and felt like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. Our order was taken hurriedly, and there was no effort to ensure accuracy or satisfaction.The sandwiches we ordered were poorly made.The overall taste was bland, and the ingredients were not well-distributed throughout the sandwich. It felt like the staff didn't take any care in preparing our food. Overall, our visit to the Subway in Swift Current was very disappointing. We expected a quick, healthy meal but instead received poor service. We will not be returning and would not recommend this location to others.
My husband and I stopped in at the location on our way to Medicine Hat. Even though they where very busy we where greated with a smile, the service was great, food amazing and bathrooms / interior clean. Will return.
This was supposed to be a double meat chicken wrap. This could hardly could as any meat at all. And when I had complained to them that it wasn't even half the size it was supposed to be they didn't care and walked away from me and ignored it. I get this is a nit picky thing. But a long day at work I don't want to be skipped out on my dinner I will avoid this place like the plauge now and just go to the one downtown

Healthy quick meal
Grumpy staff. Prices are really outrageous for 3 small kids abd myself Food
She put way too much hot sauce, said to stop about 5 times before she stopped and she just laughed. Then scraped half my toppings off trying to remove some. Got more toppings, added ranch and she did the exact same thing again. Worst service I ve ever had at a subway.
Dont order online with this location. Both times I have placed an order online, my orders were Both made wrong and the extras that I paid for, wasnt added to my sub. :(

I dont eat in, but this location is quieter than the other one in our city! food consistently good.
Welcoming and got it right the first time...predictable in the right way...friendly and fresh...we went away satisfied as we have with our other visits!

Sub was just tossed together, was like the workers didn t care about quality. Pay 20 dollars for a meal you d expect some care put into it.

We placed a large order to this location for our Sports team a couple days in advance of our bus trip. Every sub was perfectly labeled for our individual orders and it was ready on time and nicely packaged. They were gracious enough to let our group use the bathrooms and even supplied us with one additional sandwich tray which the team loved the next day following their first event. We had excellent communication and everything went off without a hitch. Impeccable service with a smile.

Awesome staff, very friendly, good sub.
Went here for a quick sub on Saturday and the place was busy. Thankfully they were fully staffed and had 4 people working that day. 2 people on subs and 2 on the till. We were in and out in 10 minutes which was great as we were grabbing lunch in between provincial baseball games. Subs were just like every other subway which is consistent and appreciated.

Customer service was poor, the old lady at the counter was very rude, didn t hear the order correctly at first and started preparing subway without explaining the ingredient unavailability. Later, I waited for the washroom which was locked from outside and was given vague response by her that there must be someone inside rather than checking which was clearly not the case.
The guy working was obviously sick. He blew his nose without changing his gloves and then proceeded to continue making orders. He was also being very rude to myself and the man ahead of me in line. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Tempted to send an invoice for my wasted time and money.

The wait time in line sometimes is stupid. The staff half the time seem like they hate their job and just want to go slow and not listen to what you say. When you ask for it toasted you end up getting it almost burnt.

Breads do not feel very fresh at this location and veg/meat stuffing is almost half compared to other locations.
I was not impressed about the lady coughing into the bread warmer. She reached into grab something. Instead of covering her mouth she just coughed. Mask or no mask there is still thing that shouldnt be ignored. Id give 0 if I could.
Like its Subway do you have to say more. Your guaranteed that they dont spit in your food since they make it before you unless they do it in the back when no one is around but that is crazy right.

The property has good parking, plenty of tables, was clean, and well staffed. They appeared well prepared for their shift and I got an excellent sandwich.

our sandwiches were terrible. We eat at Subways across Canada and this was one of the first times we had a sandwich where we threw out half of it. The lettuce and onions were so soggy it ruined the sandwich.
