Happy customers here! Just got back from the gym and looking for something healthy and quick to eat. The customer service is incredible. We would be back again!
I ordered a couple of dishes from the store, including Japanese ramen, rice, and beef rice. I think the noodles were fine. However, for one of the specials, called “Grab-and-Go Chicken Curry,” the experience was disappointing. While the curry flavour itself was acceptable, there was a clear mismatch between what was advertised on the signage and what was actually served. The fried chicken pieces were very dry, as though they had been over-fried. Many of them didn’t resemble proper fried chicken; instead, a significant portion was just deep-fried dough. About one-third of the so-called “fried chicken” was not chicken at all—just fried dough scraps, which were not edible. This felt like false advertising and was very disappointing. If you’re going to offer a special, it should be done properly from the start.
Such a scam. I ordered the "chicken curry" which in the picture clearly shows crumbed chicken (like a katsu curry) what I got was sauce and a massive pile of the crumb batter with no chicken in it. When I asked where the chicken was, I was told it was under the sauce. I moved the sauce and showed no chicken. Then I was told the chicken was in the sauce... There was maybe two tiny strips of chicken meat, but no crumbed chicken at all. Absolutely horrible.
Love the udon, perfect for a quick lunch. The ramen is also good, but I prefer the udon from this shop. The ramen doesn't taste too authentic.
Pretty good food for fast food. Had classic ramen and karaage bowl. Would definitely recommend it for the food and price. Unfortunately I have to dock stars for the eating experience and lack of environmental consciousness. * An extra paper bowl to contain the soup is completely unnecessary when eating in * paper bowls meant the noodles got stuck to the bottom of the bowl. I probably had a decent amount of paper in my mouth as well. I can’t imagine plastic bowls for eating in are that expensive to have and clean. The paper stuff certainly costs a decent amount in the long run even if the business isn’t fussed about the environment.
I have ordered the orange Yuzu chicken. Not impressed at all. I felt very intense flavour of vinegar (with a strong smell). Not sure whether I would give another go. Prices also a bit higher than average.
We ordered take away 2 bowls of ramen from this shop. By the time we got home, the noodle stuck to the paper bowl!!! We have to throw all of them away and can only eat the soup and toppings. I know saving environment is good, but this is not right.
I really like the chips and prawn tempura. The lady name Sharon who served us was really nice. She was warm and friendly, which I think the business needs people like her! Best customer service! :)

I had classic Tonkotsu Ramen. Tonkotsu broth was good, seaweed was bit looking sad but still has a flavour, pork chashu was nice and tender. My egg was bit over cooked but my partners bowl egg was looked perfect. The biggest disappointment of this dish was the softness of the noodles. It was surprisingly soft and not edible for me. The biggest part of the dish made so down. Other stuff was okay so make me more sad. They should try the noodle by them self and make the cook time reviewed again. its not properly done.

Food is generally good but customer service by Sarrin? was appalling. I ordered before 2 guys and not only did I receive my order after them 2 who ordered the same thing but she offered the 2 men(tall and white) extra condiments and deliberately completely ignored me. Please train your staff to treat all customers equally

Rubbish chicken with the curry
Ordered orange yuzu chicken rice.. And regretted as soon as I received it. For $16, you will get 6 tiny pieces of chicken. And just heaps of plain rice with some seaweed and shallot. All I can taste was just rice..... Food

this ramen in the middle of a food court hit the spot- it is such a great worth it s price meal with the loveliest staff and the best sweet peach tea- definitely my go to lunch spot, so similar to the texture of ramen in japan and will definitely be replacing my weekly gongcha runs
Ordered ramen set and ramen was way too thick than normal and a bit too oily.. the lychee drink was not too bad and was the only highlight. The garage chicken was dry and quite hard which was clearly over fried and the worst item were the gyozas served.. they didnt have a crispy base and the inside was very raw looking..pork shouldnt look like this

The ramen was completely flavourless. The noodles werent cooked probably even after sitting in the broth for a while and the pork was fairly tough. Would not recommend to anyone.

They charged ~$17 for a bowl of flavourless ramen, with the noodle sticking to the bottom of the bowl. The pork was pretty tough too. By the time I finished the bowl I was only half full. There are better alternatives around the food court!

Yay for $1 ramen but no process in place, people pushing in front to order. Then I was waiting patiently but people just pushed in front again to collect as there was no order or number calling. My noodles were very soggy and undercooked (not the right texture) . Rest of ramen was ok.

Motto Motto is one of good ramen in Westfield Sydney, the service is good and friendly, the tonkatsu ramen is so yummy , you should try and they are new in Sydney Central. I would recommend this ramen to eveyone and they have other menu as well.
Got the $1 ramen today as part of their opening celebrations. I thought it was a really cool initiative, especially in the city where food can be $$$! Very good food and service. Will be back, thanks guys!
Everything was perfect could not be any better. All the staff were extremely friendly and amazing 100 percent recommend to go. Vegetarian options: My sister is a vegetarian and she said the tofu curry was the best vegetarian dish she had in her life Kid-friendliness: Very kind staff to my kids my kids had such a amazing time.
I don t have anything bad to say about motto motto really. This was kind of new to me as I never really had any Japanese meals so I had very highly expectations. I decided to go to motto motto to first taste Japanese food it was sooo good everything down to the last dot as awesome. Now I find myself coming here daily to eat the excellent food and drinks my favorite meal to eat is the salmon and avocado and a lychee ice tea. 100% recommended.

Can you put your buzzers at somewhere VISIBLE? I havent ordered from restaurants with Kiosk that couldnt choose dine in or take away at the first or last page during ordering so I have no idea how to put a table number there, tried to put 0 as I was taking away but it didnt go successfully so I ordered at your cashier. I told your tall cashier girl with glasses that I couldnt process the order and Id like to order take away at the front, she didnt explain that much but took my order. The next day I came here, the same problem happened again, as well as the Kiosk was not even working so I asked one more time if I could order at cashier. How come your girl said I told you yesterday with such impatient tone and attitude??? She took me and showed me where the buzzers are but hey, you DIDNT show me YESTERDAY Ok??? Besides that, why am I getting a paper bag for take away snacks but I ordered a bowl of rice?? I wouldnt think anything I stated above shall be considered as reasonable customer service hence I will just give you guys one star on that. Alongside with my complaints, the food was fine, average but reasonable at that price range. However, the ramen was kinda massive. They would separate your ramen into 2 bowls (one for soup, the other for other ingredients), the soup base was pretty good while the noodle was the worst I ever had in any of the Japanese restaurants, it was totally stick to the bottom of the paper bowl and not coming off. The noodle was thin and hard to chew, also was kinda uncooked even I mix it with the soup base for approximately 5 mins. Overall, not a bad place to try but avoid ordering Ramen and try forgetting about customer service, I would prefer choosing Ichiban Boshi even they might be slightly more expensive.

Came for the $1 ramen offer discount on the Sydney Central Plaza opening, the queue was long, queued for around 30 min, but its worth it, the tonkotsu ramen and the peach tea were delicious. Staff are helpful, seats in the restaurant area are limited, but theres the food court area available.

I have tried the tofu rice many times at the Castle Hill branch, and first time here, what a difference. The rice was barely warm and noticeably not as well cooked.
