Have been there twice within recent 10 days for lunch. The food is great in that quality and look. Chicken salad and Chicken confit are juicy, and flavor is well balanced. Most important the service is good - servers are friendly and professional. Affordable price under huge inflationary pressure so Ill highly recommend!

I entered the restaurant today,and no one service me.just move the rush on the table,two minutes for ordering. As I said not ready,the waiter at the counter drop the iPad down hardly. I asked a dish available before and now is not on menu. He said sorry without looking at me, even not to look at me in front ,so rude. Never come again

Best French toast I had in my life!

Went here for the second time with my family and noticed that they have a new menu. Oh boy One of the best french toast i had the flavours all blended so well. My partner got the chicken salad which she enjoyed, she was skeptical as they used chicken breast but low and behold perfectly cook piece of chicken. And we got one the specials which is the risotto, nice balance and such a homie feeling when you ate it. Overall very good!! Such a top notch food coming from a little cafe. Service was fast and attentive. Compliments to the Chef!

Breakfast - Great coffee and food. Had the smashed avo and I swear there was an avo and a half on it. Pomegranate seeds, dukkah, feta, cherry tomatoes - superior. Very stylish setting and staff were super friendly.

Even though I didnt understand English well, they kindly explained it to me and served me! The atmosphere of the restaurant was really nice and it was truly delicious, one of the best restaurants Ive eaten in Sydney.

Came here just prior to the Vivid Drone Show on the 8th of June. Delicious food and great service despite one waiter running the whole service area (credit to this Gentleman). Food that was available was great and overall thoroughly enjoyed.

The weekly specials are always changing and always great. Really good burger. The authentic carbonara is delicious, too, plus great coffee.

I ordered the prawns gnocchi pesto and it was fabulous. I was extremely well attended to, and the environment was super comfortable and cozy. I highly recommend it!!

Popped in here for food on a Saturday and had the most amazing seared salmon with garden pea risotto. It was delicious and perfect size portion. Some other things in the menu also looked very appealing. I may have to come back to try more. The ladies serving me were also very friendly, kind and prompt. Highly recommend!

Went for a late lunch and I had the benedict eggs salmon toast. It was nice and the cappuccino was done properly. The indonesian girl assisting me was cute and friendly. Would recommend and will definitely go back.

This has been the most amazing service and quality of food I ve ever had. I just wish the two young ladies and their names are Merlyn and Mega. And the chefs are amazing! If I could eat here everyday, I would. God bless!

Great place for brunch, breakfast and lunch. Local vibe city location

Went in with three friends on Saturday 7th April. Service wasn t great, we waited about 15 minutes to order desert with the waitress no where to be seen. Ordered the chicken shish main course. Portion was very small for price charged, provided with a bowl of plain boiled rice- dry and no flavour. What you would get at a kebab shop for 1/4 of the price. Group bill of almost £200, totally over priced. We will not be returning. Much better Turkish restaurants elsewhere. Very disappointing.

Just stopped by this restaurant and had a coffee and carbonara. The coffee was decent, but the carbonara was absolutely dreadful, especially considering its $26 price tag. Although the waitress apologized courteously, no further action was taken. Ill definitely be avoiding this restaurant in the future.

Great cafe. Amazing service

Great place! Set back off the street, lots of shade, plants, cozy vibe. Staff is wonderful! We ate there 2 days in a row while visiting Sydney. Burger with fries, Steak, Crispiest skin salmon twice! They sweetly substituted a delicious salad instead of the risotto. Go! You wont be disappointed!

What a beautiful experience! Came here for the first time with my mum and sister. The manager was so accomodating and helped make my mum comfortable (she has mobility issues). The staff went above and beyond to show amazing customer service and the food did not disappoint. Will definitely be dining here again, it was truly a 5 star experience in all aspects. To say that the food was fantastic is an absolute understatement. I would pay more for what I got! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a lovely young man, who had such fantastic customer service. The chefs are clearly very talented. The Beef Burger was an absolute slice of heaven, and I can claim that this was by far my favourite burger in Sydney! Thank you so very much for having us. Dont get fooled by google reviews. The menu is reduced by half out of which some items will be sold out by 10am which you wont be notified until you sit down and the food that you had to choose from the very small options turns out horrible as well. The girls pick and choose how she treats you. The business people around gets greeted and served as priority nicely whereas you are waiting for your food for 30 mins before them. The food itself is horrible. you could tell the salmon was old by just looking at its dark color . And very smart of them to add salt on top of salmon making it so salty that its almost unedible. expensive but not even worth it .

Rated 4 as it s pricey for coffee dine in compared to takeaway and I got a tiny bit of annoyance from staff when I said dine in during weekday rush hour. $5.5 for regular latte dine in and it s OK compared to coffee around the area. Probably wouldn t revisit.

As you can see in the picture, it was very delicious. It was a perfect match with the appropriate salad and steak chips.

Where do you start booked for 8 outside, find we are inside, no welcoming smile, food was nice, we get a smile from one young lady, bill time we pay close to $400 pay bill , then get told we have not paid surcharge of $58 dollars due to we where a party of 8 This is not on website but get told it s on menu , we do not have a menu so check website no does not say any such thing Manager and main waitress are having words and left us standing Manager comes out finally said we do not need to pay but then said we where rude to waitress, I think all our mouths where open This is the first time I have been here but others had been once before and said the same waitress and she had no customer service skills then either, so I guess 3 stars for food but customer service 1 that s for the 1smile

Tried out the coffee from here this morning and it was amazing! Very smooth texture and flavour is on point!

I m not sure if its because it was made with love or butter but I just had the best toastie of my life. I will dream about that toastie for years to come. The coffee was good, its lucky I drank that first because anything and everything will pale by comparison to the toastie. Luxurious without being bougie.. Had lunch here today the food was absolutely delicious and service was terrific. Had a small hiccup with the wine which got dealt with immediately and actually exceeded our expectations. Tucked away Mediterranean vibing Restaurant/Cafe right near the metcentre. The layout is great with heaps of seating available towards the back. I like that the kitchen was visible on the way in and the food/service was brilliant and fast. Will be back here for future meetings with clients. Dietary restrictions: My friend is Celiac and the staff were able to accommodate with different options.

Great ambience. Suprisingly large main dining out the back. The dishes we ordered were perfectly cooked and we were sufficiently full. They have different lunch special dishes every week and they had a lovely selection of wines

Great food, nice place and excellent service! We ordered the menu of the day which is pork belly. The pork belly is juicy, the crackling is really good, and I love the sauce! We also shared the gnocchi and linguine which are really good as well. We will definitely be back !

Excellent service and coffee, but food was disappointing. The Salmon Eggs Benedict dish I ordered was underwhelming, the béarnaise sauce was runny and overly salty. What made it worse was that the rye sourdough it was served on was not well-toasted, the bread was very soft underneath all the spinach and quickly became a soggy wet sponge instead of having a crisp texture and bite. Unfortunately I wouldn t eat here again but I would stop by the front to grab a takeaway coffee.

Had a fantastic work lunch - the rib special was wonderfully prepared and the accompanying coleslaw balanced out the meal with freshness. The papperdelle and the steak were also deliciously satisfying. The team at Edes were friendly and attentive, dishes came out promptly and the space is cosy, making the entire dining experience an extremely enjoyable one. We hope to visit again soon!

The braised beef papardelle was so good, portions are quite generous, and flavours are amazing. I love they put the spicy sauce separate bc I dont eat too much spice. We came in a big group of people, and since we preorder, everything was at perfect temperature. The crispy brussel sprouts are great too. Service was great, Im definitely coming back.

Really good Italian feed for lunch in the city close to Wynyard station, especially if you like a soft and fresh pesto gnocchi. We also shared some crispy brussel sprouts in honey for appetizers to try something different for the table and they were surprisingly super tasty, even my friend who hates veggies thought they were nice. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a Mediterranean restaurant or great coffee.

Definitely some of the best pasta in Sydney I have tried. I m not usually a fan of brussel sprouts but they were unreal. These guys also give generous portions at a good price unlike other places nearby. Would definitely recommend!

My friend Amari has been going on about how good this place is and how much it deserves a 5 star review, might join them the next time they come here to actually try it, but for now here s 5 stars just because I trust my friends judgement

Though I had visited the place for coffee many times I never knew that they serve food in the afternoon. Food was good, slightly on the expensive side. Service was good, as usual coffee is always great at this place. It has an accessible entry and seating.

Was at training at Cliftons, so trying out all the cafes near by for lactose free flat whites. This was the first place to not burn my mouth on the first sip, and the lactose free milk didnt taste like UHT. My favourite so far! Hole in the wall style takeaway coffee section was easy and fast. Hidden gem. Edes cafe is in a private courtyard off the main footpath which competes with neighbouring street facing cafe. Simple menu. Great portion sizes. Speedy service. Delicious, fresh food. Went here for mercure hotel breakfast. Ordered food at 8am and waited till 8.45 to manage get my food. If you dont mind waiting for long, it s fine. Food is average. Chai latte tastes like water.

Poor customer service. Counter staff just looked at and ignored potential customers waiting to be served. Edes is advertised to be open until 10pm but couldnt get a take away coffee after 3.30.

I had a promotion for a free takeaway burger from Edes from Eat Club (logo is a red plate with a bite out of it) which runs till 5th Nov. Ive just had the burger and it was one of the best Ive had in a long while! Super juicy, nice balance of flavours, great bun, tasty sauce, lots of pickles, lots of cheese and of a decent size. My only critique was that the lettuce could have been fresher and should be of the iceberg variety (IMO). Perfect for lunch - Ill definitely be back whenever I have a burger craving. And for $14 with fries, its very reasonably priced!

Stumped upon this little cafe near Wynyard. Overall not bad. Liked the interior design and environment with lovely plants inside. Food was quite average and definitely on the pricier side - ordered my usual-go-to smashed avocado and was a little disappointed with the ingredients and taste which costs $25. Staff quite friendly but could improve - we sat outside but got forgotten. Coffee is pretty nice and worth a try if you happen to be around Wynyard

Excellent food, coffee and atmosphere. I love this place. Inside seating is beautiful, and table service is fantastic. It s especially nice on a warmer day when the back section is fully open it has a breezy al fresco dining feel. Do yourself a favour and get a bacon & egg roll (it s more like a breaky bun) with BBQ sauce - it s one of my favourites. The fries are also amazing!!

The food is normal, the prices could be lower depending on the quality of the food. The restaurant is nice, the customer service is normal, nothing wow. They dont have air conditioning, just fans. I dont know if I would go back.

One of my favourite coffee shops in Sydney. The same barista is there every day and the coffee is consistently good. So smooth and flavourful.
