Infinity at Sydney Tower in Sydney

We had a wonderful dinner it was delivered fresh and tasty! Our server Juli was EXCELLENT!!! He was the perfect addition for our six-women, girls trip hailing from the USA! He even provided a couple of sweet goodies, in celebration of a couple of birthdays. THANKS, Infinity, for a memorable Aussie experience!!!

This is a spectacular venue. The views are stunning and the best way to see Sydney. However, the feedback on the food is as follows- The plates were not hot and portions way too small. Two tiny scallops, or a tiny piece of chicken does not make a starter, however beautifully presented. The veal was overcooked. The Japanese aubergine - eggplant -the only vegetarian option was not very nice - given that they were so tiny, these skins were inedible. No real thought has been given to researching good quality vegetarian dishes, and given the location and food influences in the region this is astonishing. The menu was incredibly misleading about the starter, including Wagyu beef, and Iranian belugu caviar. Turns out this is all one dish, and so the supplement for the caviar - an unbelievable $45 - was added without agreement and was not removed after dispute. Im sure people get misled and duped by this every night. We were charged $5 per person for tap water, which should be no charge. The wine was delicious but expensive, the one cocktail ordered was too small. Then the bill arrived. When the staff realised I was checking it in detail they rushed over with a new version having removed two expensive items, which were not ordered by us. Twice they got the set menu price wrong - predictably a more expensive version was presented and confusion was offered as an excuse. Overall, while the staff were nice and helpful, we feel misled; this restaurant nakedly pursues profit ahead of honesty and excellence. Vegetarian options: Unacceptable

Dined in the A La Carte section. Was quite disappointed. We were forced into having 3 course meal at Min cost of $150 dollar pp. Not what we expected of A la carte. Then had to add on extras. Ended up costing $550 for an OK meal with 2 beers and 2 glasses of wine. We are OK with paying for fine dining but this was not up to par. The decor was quite dated and did not feel like fine dining. We ate there 40yrs ago and chose this for our 40th anniversary for nostalgic reasons. Decor still looked the same. At this price the staff should have been well dressed but were not on point but unfortunately not the case. The view might be great but the experience not worth the price. Unfortunately not a great experience for us.

We are both vegetarian and informed Infinity ahead of time, but staff were not immediately aware. In addition, the vegetarian options were even more limited than the online menu suggested. One of the two vegetarian starter menu items was not available, there was only a single vegetarian/vegan main and a single vegetarian/vegan dessert (only 1 of the 4 desserts did not have gelatine in it). The value of the ingredients used in the vegetarian/vegan dishes was vastly below that of the other dishes, and the quantity of food per course was insufficient. Very unimpressive in today s multicultural society. Vegetarian options: Dont bother! And yes, this feedback was also given directly to the restaurant the day after the dinner, but they have not bothered to respond

Fine dining in Infinity on top of Sydney tower, what s not to like? A slow rotating restaurant with very exquisite dishes, absolutely loved it, would have been nicer with 2 things: 1. Table arrangement, was seated towards the inside instead of near the window, can t choose, only assigned so understandable but doesn t change my decision as it s my experience 2. Also if I knew who was our waiter/waitress, never really introduced us to anyone we had plenty of people walking around and said they will find our waiter which turned out to be somewhat different every time also, it doesn t really portray a full story telling fine dining experience

I would say the pricing is fair for the quality of food and service delivered. Reading the description and dress code, having not been before, I was expecting a more formal experience. There were other guests that had children with them and a baby was crying at one point. Was great to see families enjoying themselves, It just didn t align to the image I had of the restaurant. A little tricky to find the entrance but when we did we were greeted pleasantly and shown to the lifts. We spent $500 for two people with a few drinks and our steak was extra.

Oniuka was super kind. She knew the menu, offered great recommendations, and cared about guest a lot. Well be asking for the next time we visit.

This review is long overdue but I had to write this review! I had an exceptional time here. Although it was pricey, not even once did this place let me down, essentially making the whole experience worth it. The food, the drinks, the ambience were exceptional. We visited on a weekday during the sunset and let me tell you, it was perfect. Marten was the person serving us and he could not have been more amazing. Marten recommended the perfect drinks, helped us willingly with all our meals, checked on us to ensure everything was right and most important of all, encouraged and helped us relocate when I wanted to sit at a spot where I could see the sun set. It could not have been more perfect!! The best ending to my birthday. It bought me to tears!! And when I thought it was over, and that nothing could top this, the deserts were served! I would like to appreciate and send my thank you to Marten, the Chef and the staff who curated this amazing night that I will not forget!! Thank you for this wonderful evening. I am sure I will visit soon on a special day for this very special experience!

We were a bit apprehensive about going to Infinity. Although we knew the ambiance would be unparalleled, we were skeptical that the food could match. However, the food did not disappoint! We really enjoyed the lobster and scallop hot appetizers. Our main dishes were terrific as well. The desserts were also superb. Were looking forward to going back the next time were in Sydney.

Ruined my boyfriends birthday lunch. We visited because the reviews are great and they had a $49pp deal on for lunch. When my boyfriend, his brother, and I expressed interest in the deal, service quality dropped dramatically. Our server instantly changed mood and said she didnt even know if it was on and had to go back and forth between us and the staff area to figure out what the deal would be. We ordered two add ons and at the behest of the server got the deal we came for. However, by the time we recieved our food it was an hour from when we sat down, foot traffic was no excuse as the restaurant was nearly empty. Admittedly, there were a couple good things on the menu, the scallops and the mixed green salad were surprisingly delightful. But most of the meal was boring, and dated. The whole restaurant felt sticky and listless.

The staff and the views were amazing!! But unfortunately the food, not so much. I ordered the Kingfish, which was overcooked and honestly tasted more like a home cooked meal than a fancy restaurant meal. We ordered some sides which we barely ate but werent allowed to take it home as they supposedly have a no doggy bag policy, which is such a shame considering how much the food costs. Speaking of costs, we were a bit surprised that their prices for Sunday were extra, and then they still charged a 10% Sunday surcharge on top of the already raised price. All in all, it was a nice place to try out, but I probably wouldnt rush back to it any time soon, especially for food that cost over $400 for 2 people, which tasted a bit basic.

We celebrated my partners birthday at Infinity Sydney Tower, and it was an amazing experience! The 360-degree revolving view is breathtaking, but what really stood out was the exceptional service. Juli and Nana took care of us throughout the night, showing true attentiveness and professionalism. We chose the 4-course fine dining dinner, and every dish was absolutely delicious. For anyone looking for an unforgettable fine dining experience in Sydney, I highly recommend this restaurant.

To set the scene, Infinity is located on top of the Sydney Tower and has a commanding 360 view of the skylines. It does a complete rotation in about 60 minutes. Yes, it is a revolving restaurant. You can order a la carte but it appears the set menu is quite popular. The Around Australia Tasting menu also guarantees you a window table but it is the most expensive set. On the day, we were seated promptly and a copy of the tasting menu was already placed on the table. Everything started smoothly. The view was spectacular. If you time it right, you will get the sunset view as well. The first couple of dishes were the standouts. Service was attentive and friendly. The cod was a little less successful. It was mushy. Maybe the cauliflower flower mash didnt help. It is tasty but a less complicated dish might showcase the freshness of the fish. This is where my opinion started to be more clouded. The pork arrived next and it was lukewarm. It wasnt totally unexpected but the fact that the beautiful crackling on top has lost most of its crunch was a letdown. Then the Wagyu striploin arrived. I was initially impressed by the serving size but then realised that the bulk of dish is actually the mille-feuille. The actual steak was barely a mouthful. It was lovely but not very satisfying. Considering the beef was the finale of the meal, it was a little disappointing. The dessert is fine but not very impressive. On top of that, by the time we finished the dessert, we have done 3 complete revolutions. The view has lost some of the sparkles. Hence my seesawing reaction. I think it is still worthy of a visit for special occasions. The service and the view are worthy of praise but the food is a little inconsistent. I can see what they are trying to archive but it didnt quite reached the same height as the physical location.

Great experience. All dishes were very well presented with great flavours. Steak was a great cut, but was probably too heavy on the charcoal flavour. However the steak worked very well with the smokey horseradish. Service was impeccable. Attentive customer service at its finest.

Everything was perfect for my birthday celebration at Infinity Sydney Tower. Thank you to Alex and Juli for ensuring we had the most amazing culinary experience by explaining and recommending dishes and pairing wines. We chose the 3 course dinner and upgraded optional meal items to our personal dining tastes. The Darling Downs Angus beef tenderloin fillet was outstanding matched with the Pumpkin, cashew, fetta, seeds and Wagyu fat potatoes! The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming with the best views of Sydney.

I wanted to do something extra special this year and we celebrated my partner s birthday at Infinity. Special thanks to Alex and Juli for the recommendations on all culinary decisions. Alex s wine pairing knowledge was appreciated. Juli took the time to explain how steak is best cooked for each cut. I highly recommend Infinity Restaurant for any special occasion. 5 Star service and food!

What a lovely way to treat someone for their birthday! Lots of lovely food and drink choices, beautiful atmosphere, and excellent service. Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options, everything beautifully presented.
